Just looking to live somewhere closer to work, easy going, generally quiet but am happy to socialise. I also enjoy being an introvert and having a night in playing video games or watching movies. I keep to myself, and am always on time with payments. Pet hate is when people dont clean up after themselves after using the kitchen. I work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5 at Brisbane Techno Park.
I’m going to be honest I like to drink and I smoke. I’m just looking for a place where I can get along with my roomies/ make friends who I can share good household habits with. I’m very clean and organised and enjoy cooking or socialising but also prefer to have some time to myself to finish off extra work I bring home or complete my studies and watch tv. I’m super chill and easy to get along with. I work five days a week mixed shifts and if I’m not out on the weekends I’m probably chilling in my room. I’m more leaning towards looking for team ups but if you think I might be another addition to your place then hit me up.
Easy going and open minded. Tidy and respect other people's space. Don't smoke but not against it. Have a car. I Don't have a pet but I'm good with animals. Working casually at the mo at a juice manufacturer .. so free juice for all !! Mostly hanging in my room playing games, watching movies, and enjoy the odd Bush walk. Don't mind having a chat and catch up, mostly keep to myself.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. Prefer suburbs such as Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills which are close to buses 123, 130, 140, 598 and close to Altandi or Sunnybank Train Stations. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans or air con would also be nice, but not essential. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $160 per week which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, where I am currently living in Sunnybank and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. My budget also allows me to pay up to $160 per week in rent without any problems. (PLEASE ONLY MESSAGE ME IF YOU OFFER AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE OF RENT AND BILLS COMBINED) When working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am trying to quit smoking, so am happy to smoke outside. I am also, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2+ years. Cheers!

Hi there, Dean and I are quiet, clean, down to earth, and hard working. We are looking for a short term stay from 1 to 6 months as we want to get our own place together. Dean has his teenage daughter (who is also an excellent human for a young one lol); come over on the weekends for Friday and Saturday nights. She is respectful of others and their property and is not your regular teen like most these days. We are happy to engage in general chat or if you prefer not to be disturbed we are happy to do our own thing.
I'm Chris,31yo full time painter and I also have my HR licence. I'm very considerate of fellow housemates, guests and neighbours. I like to live in a clean environment and I am a bit of a handyman around the house
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed, except not further south than Eight Mile Plains.
Half British, half Asian. I'm 20 years old, right now I’m living too far away from work so im planning to move somewhere closer asap once i found a decent place. I work 6 days a week and I'm very friendly. I'm pretty much a neat freak, you don't have to worry about a messy home. I'm super outgoing and friendly, I respect the privacy of others and I can be a lott of fun :)

I am looking for a studio/self contained unit or a room with ensuite for 230$ max per week all bills included. I want to feel home in an independent nice and quiet cosy place, with an outdoor living area to not feel enclosed. Pet friendly would be a great bonus, I miss animals so much ! The room has to be big enough to fit my king size bed if unfurnished. Cheers :)
I am a 47 year old female, non-smoker (marketing professional) with three very cute, clean and well-behaved little pooches. I am very clean, respectful, considerate and have all of my own furniture and am wanting to downsize and stop running an entire house myself. I do need some storage and would love off-street parking. I am looking for a clean granny flat/small house in which my puppies can have a little, fenced off yard/area as we go for walks every single day so they don't need much yard. Please contact me if you have something suitable as I'm really keen to move soon. Thanks, Kareen/Reeny.
Hey, We're two bestfriends looking to team up with someone to move out with. We both study, Jaz studies nursing at Tafe and works at a fruit shop and Annetta studies high school teaching and works as a dental assistant and in a health and nutritional store. We're both really friendly and outgoing. We both love to have a good time with others but also respect personal space. We're clean people so you don’t have to worry about mess. Message me if you're interested to team up :)
I am clean, friendly person who is flexible and easy going. I work in IT and enjoy cooking as well. I like to play sport and keep active. I am also a diabetic so if you don't like needles let me know so I don't upset you. I look forward to meeting new people :)
I'm a working professional and work 6am till 5 pm. I'm also quite and down to earth. But I also don't mind a chat. I live a active lifestyle and love getting out of the house.
Coming back home from a working holiday in Canada, and looking for a great new place to move in to and hopefully make new friends :) I consider myself compliant and flexible, my best housing situations have been where we have all got along, so I like to do my part to contribute to a happy household, happy to share the chores and expenses of course. I am quiet and will keep to myself, but always down to hang out, watch tv, play games or make dinner together (I can make a killer home made spag bol). I am currently in the job application process, but will be working full time as a laboratory assistant. I don't have a car, and will be using my bike and public transit to get around. There is a particular apartment in Moorooka I am interested in teaming up with and applying for with one other room mate, so contact me if you are interested in teaming up, but of course also if you are interested in me joining your sharehouse/apartment.
Hi my name is Mel. I am a non-smoker, drug free, considerate of others privacy and things. I work Mon-Frid and like to live a relatively quiet lifestyle during the week and usually in bed by 9.30pm. I'm looking to find a flatmate/flatmates that are similar. In the weekends I'm out and about. I don't mind how old you are but hope you are on the positive side of life and have a fairly happy disposition. I would prefer to live in an apartment.
