Permanent part time work. I'm a very organised and clean person, always cleaning up after myself. I'm a nice person and get along with everyone, pretty much always smiling. I don't talk all that much but I still like to socialise every now and then. Spend most of my time on the internet or doing art.
I am considerate, respectful and a quiet person who cleans up after herself. I have no problem when it comes to cleaning the house and im neat and tidy. I come with no baggage and no hassles. If u think i have what you are looking for then please dont hesitate to get in touch with me as i need to find a place i can call home as soon as i can. Thankyou. I was living in Woodville South as a full time carer for my father but he has since past away. So now i need to find another place to live.
I'm a casual relief teacher (but get work most weekdays), along with working on some online ventures. Also a keen soccer player and enjoy going out having a few drinks on the weekend. Very respectful, and introverted at times, so definitely not the loud and annoying type many of you dread getting stuck with :)
Hello! I'm Beth, I'm 30 years old and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. I am currently living near the CBD working at the Fringe and loving life. I'm looking at moving to the coast in mid-April when my current lease is up. I am studying online (web dev) and I am hoping to find a nice calm place by the beach to focus after the Fringe madness. I'm looking at ideally a 2 months stay but could make it a bit shorter or longer if needed. I will be working online (for a French luxury travel agency) as well as studying so no need for concern regarding payment of rent despite 'student' status! I like to keep healthy and feel good (I'm not always great at it but I try!). I'm (usually!) an early riser and like to get a good night's sleep. I practice acroyoga (keen beginner), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I have my silks with me so if there's a potential rigging point at home, all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... I don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. There is also a chance that I would be able to do most of my personal practice at an alternative location if preferred. I'm ideally looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let me know what the average is for your household so I have a solid idea of what to expect! In June, my partner will arrive back in Australia so preferably I'm looking for somewhere that it's okay for him to be there too for the last week or 2. Very much looking forward to finding my new home. Bx
I'm a very tidy young lady with Interior Designing Degree, and I work Casual at a restaurant . I come from Central Asia and I'm very friendly and quite, I like socialising, but also like privacy when I'm working on my computer. Please don't hesitate to talk to me.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hi there, my name is Jordan. I'm moving from Switzerland to Adelaide end of July 2018 and looking for a place to stay. I'm social, organised and like to cook. I'm looking to work full time in the city.
Im a 19 year old female, who is studying part time and working as a qualified Hairdresser. I’m a neat and tidy person who likes a conversation but also likes privacy. I will be out working during the day but like to come home and relax if interested we should catch up for coffee to see if we get along
I am a very active, healthy, friendly, respectful and out going person. Really enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. I am looking to move in with like minded people who I can establish good friendships with. Enjoy nights in with a glass of red wine and a laugh. But also value the need for everyone to have their own space and independence as I enjoy that myself. Work for a company called Decon as a Team Leader and Communications Rigger, installing and upgrading wireless mobiles infrastructure. Looking for a place to live as have decided to knock down the family home and subdivide, which will be kicking off at the end of April. Ideally would need to be living elsewhere before my listed move date.
Hey I'm looking for a chilled, comfortable place to move In to. I am in my late 20's and work full time in construction. I like scuba diving, going riding on my motorbike and hanging out with my mates whenever I get the chance. I'm not looking for a party house but wouldn't mind living with someone I can hang out with.
Tyler is a tradie who enjoys his sport and being social, having bbqs and the outdoors. I work in hospitality and tourism and work away a lot. We both love camping and traveling when we can and we really enjoy being social and want to live with people who arnt afraid to have a chat when we are all home as well as know what personal space is. We are both clean, tidy and respectful people and hope to live with someone similar. We would ideally like a room with built ins and our own bathroom.
Bubbly, empathetic people person with a focus on my full time 9-5 education job and my sport/ fitness hobbies. Recently moved from Perth 4 weeks ago and staying with my parents in the Adelaide hills does not suit my CBD job. Come with good references just finding it hard to find a place as I have a gorgeous, friendly 13 month old Rottweiler who gets along well with any other dogs or people however is nearly impossible to get a place that is affordable on my own who will accept dogs. Hoping to find someone who already has a suitable home for dogs who she can have a friend with or a place that will accept having a dog. She’s extremely well behaved and a big sook - will melt anyone’s heart. Myself - I enjoy socialising with friends but also my own quiet time. Have lived out of home for close to 10 years prior therefore am completely fine with keeping a house clean/ today and organised.
I’m great to live with always up for a conversations I recently moved here from South Africa and am keen to learn the culture and also I clean up after myself and will pull my weight .
Hello, I am an IT professional working in Netley and seeking share accommodation preferably close by. I would preferably like to share with only one person or two other people total. I have minimal furniture besides a desk so a furnished room with a bed would be good but unfurnished okay also. I'm relaxed and tidy, cook basic food semi regularly, respectful of others space and keep noise low etc and have lived in share houses before. I'm a non smoker. Interested in music, movies, like to go out or have a social drink, though not looking for a loud place as I do private study and would like to share with someone similar preferences. I do have a car, street parking is okay. If you have something suitable please contact me with details. (I am also interested in flat/unit/studio rentals (furnished or unfurnished) and budget for those accordingly.) Regards, Mitch
Just wondering and Hello future Flatmates if your seeking that relaxed happy mature person that likes and knows how to keep a nice tidy quiet living space and enjoys life while chipping in and doing that bit extra in around the home with a friendly nature while respectful of others space in the house and day to day lives. Do enjoy getting out and about on the weekends or mid week catching a movie or a nice coffee/lunch/dinner taking in the sites and sounds of Adelaide. Around the house enjoy just kicking back quietly in the room with a book and tunes or joining in for a chat and laugh around the place..... Cheers Jason
I'm very clean and organised. I dislike messy houses. I like to be low key but enjoy being social on special occasions & sometimes on weekends. I work full time in the city at a 5 star hotel as a barista, 6am - 4pm / 5 days a week. I go to gym most days when I finish my shift & train for competetive soccer 3 nights a week. I also do a lot of writing and drawing. Im positive, i have a good sense of humour and don't take life too seriously!
hey hey! I'm a 19 year old currently working at the airport and looking for a couple gals/guys to move in with. I'm easy to get along with, VERY clean and lots of fun! I'm flexible with my areas, and would love to move in with a social bunch, and definitely won't say no to a big weekend or two. In my spare time I love to gym/exercise and go to the beach.
We both have full-time, stable jobs within the government. We have both rented before so we know how to stay clean and manage our funds. We have one domestic cat who is well-behaved and perfectly trained (all he does is sleep on the bed all day). We love going to the beach and going out for dinners, we're sociable, friendly and like having a chat but also respective of each of our own personal spaces and down-time :)
