Easy going, independent, love music, I come with a friendly (well-trained) cat! I work as an executive professional in Horticulture Mon-Fri, so would love somewhere with a garden to get my hands dirty on the weekend. I prefer to relax and wind down after work, I don't mind a social drink (or two) but I'm not looking for a busy party house. I've lived in share-houses before so I know how to respect personal space and keep the place clean; happy to provide references on request.

Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
I’m bubbly, friendly and fun loving. I have a big heart and masses of respect for others. I like to keep a clean and tidy home and I’d always be willing to cook up something for dinner!

I consider myself to be a well behaved and nice person. I like my stuff to be in order and wish to live healthy. I am in general a very talkative and smiling person, but I of course have an understanding of other peoples privacy.

Heya! In need of a new place as I will be moving to Melbourne for a full time job as a youth worker! I love keeping fit, doing gym classes, yoga and going for walks with friends. I'm keen to explore Melbourne's food, and don't mind a drink or two, but also enjoy a cup of tea at home ( I come with a large tea collection). Have lived out of home before back home and have studied In Melbourne for uni in the past too. I'm a thoughtful and considerate housemate who does fair share of cleaning, chipping in for house stuff, and cooking! Looking for a nice room in a house, preferably with a built in robe. Also don't mind sharing with any fur babies :) Looking to share with females or a mix or females and males.
Hi! My name is Dan. I have recently arrived in Melbourne from Brisbane. I have moved to Melbourne for work. I will also be studying part-time at the University of Melbourne for the next couple of years. I am almost 23 years old, tidy and easy to get along with. In my free time I love to watch movies/ sport and have a coffee with friends. I am a very active person. I enjoy exercising and pretty much all sports. I have been living in shared accommodation in Brisbane for 3-4 years now. I am always respectful and polite to my housemates. I am more than happy to help out if you need a hand and will take very good care of my room and the house. I am looking for a place that is located near(ish) to Parkville/ Melbourne CBD at a reasonable price. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks Dan.
Hi! I'm a recent university graduate from Chicago, IL, looking for a private or shared room close to the Melbourne CBD. I'll be traveling with a working holiday visa, likely working part time as an intern and bartender. I'll be traveling without any furniture and I'm hoping to find a partial or fully furnished room. A little bit about me: I'm 23 years old and grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. I went to Loyola University Chicago and studied abroad in Paris for four months. In school, I was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and volunteered at a community outreach center and an adult ESL tutoring center. I'm a freelance writer supplementing my income with part time work. I'm laid back, outgoing, open-minded and tolerant. Living wise, I appreciate clean and reasonably neat common areas, and am happy to do chores without being asked. I'm a respectful housemate and enjoy having time by myself to relax and recharge. I enjoy a night out as much as I do a night binging netflix on the couch. I'm okay with hosting parties from time to time, while also appreciating quiet weekends. I'm looking for normal, socially active, fun, clean, and respectful roommates of any background. I'm hoping to find students, other post-grads, or young professionals to live with. I'm exceptionally normal, reliable, easy going, and fun. Please feel free to message me if you have any other questions
