I am 28 years old, originally from India and have been living in Melbourne for almost 3 years now. I work full time (Mon-Fri) as a business analyst with the Digital Marketing team at Coles and love traveling, music & movies. I keep myself busy by volunteering for different events/festivals over the weekend. I'm looking for a nice place with friendly housemate(s) and good public transport connectivity. I have a lot of stuff (Washing Machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Couch), but if not required, I can plan to sell it off. The lease at my current place ends on 26th March 2017, so I need to move out by then. I am quite organized and like to keep the living place neat and clean. I enjoy hanging out, having conversations but am also pretty considerate in giving space to people. In case I seem to be the person you could consider sharing your living place with, let me know :)

I love getting away and all things travel related, art, tea, baking, films, music, keeping active, the outdoors and good food with friends. I have lived in share houses before and am looking for a friendly, homely and caring household. Somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a house and where the housemates enjoy having a chat at the end of the day or sharing a meal every now and then etc. I am a very tidy person and value a clean home so I am looking for housemates who are the same and share the cleaning. I am pretty busy during the week so would prefer a place where weeknights are fairly quiet. If these sound like the things you value too then I'd love to hear from you!

Currently studying my second degree, not afraid to have a few drinks, and I'm a great laugh.
I am a female who works full time in the CBD. I am 32, I love to keep fit, go shopping go to the movies hang out with friends, or simply have a night in. I am a super friendly, clean and respectful housemate looking for a quiet and clean place to call home :) I work fairly long hours during term time (generally gone by 7am ish and return around 5.30ish) so I tend to prefer to lay low during the week, maybe watch a little bit of TV in the evening, read and hit the hay before 10pm. On the weekends I enjoy going for a walk, cooking, coffee, a cheeky glass of red and getting to the gym when I can.

I'm a real fan of going to gigs, festivals, and going for adventures and exploring the places around where I live. I also enjoy chilling at home and having quality bants with the people I live with. Hi guys, me and my boyfriend are living in one bedroom apartment at the moment in Kingsbury but would like to share an apartment or a house close to city. Both of us work full time. I work in retail as manager and part time personal trainer. I cook allot healthy and love socialising or just playing on iPad.
Hi potential flatmate(s). I'm a financially dependable 33y/o guy who works full time in the city with a fairly autonomous role in the training industry and am simultaneously working to get my startup side business off the ground. I play a fair bit of golf on the weekends, enjoy running, AFL, watching doccos, traveling when time permits, and have been described by those around me as down to earth, easy going and someone who doesn't sweat the small stuff. I love a beer, or a decent glass of red, can cook (follow recipes) reasonably well, although am the sort of person to hit up Uber eats and/or get a bite out most nights. I've been house sharing for most of the past ten years, although was recently living with my (now ex) girlfriend, hence why I'm back trying to find a decent place and people to share it with. I'm well and truly past the party house stage, and/or the extremely minimalist/mismatched IKEA furniture stage, and like the idea of coming home to a modern place that I'm genuinely proud to live in. Really just looking for a relaxed and sociable housemate to live with, in a decent spot, preferably inner city and within walking distance of somewhere to get a coffee on the weekend, where I'd also have access to my own bathroom.
The bit about me: 30yrs old and looking to find a home in Melbourne. Interests of mine include films, swimming, Sci Fi books, finding bargains, swimming, eating, making ticks on my to do list and having moments with great people. I am very clean and considerate, and respectful of others privacy.

Looking for similar qualities in others.

And as a good Frenchman I cook well apparently. I am very respectful of the rules and very clean, very open minded I adapt very easily, I am good to live! Cheers
I'm reliable, honest, clean and quiet. For relaxation I enjoy reading, easy listening music and travelling. I'm not into social media. However, I am a teacher so police checked every year.
Hey, I’m Jake. I’m 22 and Moving to Melbourne from Adelaide in March to work a full time finance job in the city. I’m looking to either find an established share house or start a new place with 1 or 2 lovely people around the same age. I’m like to think I'm pretty easy-going and promise to not annoy you too much. I always appreciate some down time during the week to relax with a decent movie, indulge in a solid TV binge or chill with some good music, but I'm equally looking for people willing to share a few laughs, a couple of drinks and some nice food from time to time. I’m respectful and I like to think I'm pretty clean and tidy (without being a freak). If I sound like someone you could put up with, feel free to drop me a message!
Originally from New Zealand. Looking for a homely house / flat to share. I work full time and like to get out and about. Looking for somewhere quiet during the week with a nice balance between sharing a meal, drink, movie etc with flatmates and having my own space. Easy going and open minded.
Hi, my name is Jay. I currently reside in Canberra but I am hoping to make the move to Melbourne in the coming months. A bit about myself: 28, single. I am a great person to share with! This is because I've house shared before and I've been through the usual trials and tribulations that present themselves in all house sharing situations. With that experience, I have come out on the other side unscathed and with a respect for others and their personal space. I work full-time Mon - Fri and usually spend my weekends exploring, attempting to get fit at the gym, countering the gym with greasy takeaway food, naps, PlayStation and bar and event hopping in hopes of meeting new and interesting people. What I am looking for: I am looking for a private room in a share house with 1 to 2 other housemates. However, if you would like to consider me for a team-up I'm open to that! I am hoping to find others who are respectful, clean and great to live with. Age, sexual orientation, gender and the like are no concerns for me. Just be yourself and we will probably get along! So with that said if you are seeking somebody who pays their share of the rent and bills on time, who isn't argumentive and loves escalating a joke beyond its limits then I'm your guy!
Hello potential flatmates! I'm a 24 year old American who finished uni in 2015 and has been living abroad since then. I've been in Melbourne for 2.5 months now on a WHV and absolutely love it, so I'm planning to spend the rest of the year here. I'm looking for not only a cozy and clean place to call home, but also for some open, fun and interesting people to call friends! I will be working as much as possible and studying a little bit casually on the side, but I'd also like to get out to explore Melbourne and take advantage of all it has to offer. Besides that, I like to eat healthy and exercise, rock climb, dance, read, watch Netflix, and be outside. I do also like to have some time to myself, but would still always at least enjoy a nice chat or shared glass of wine. As a flatmate I am very self-aware and conscientious, I always clean up after myself, and I prefer to keep things organized. I can go with the flow of what your house has to offer: if you prefer to keep a calm and quiet household, that is totally me. If your house has a lot of foot-traffic and some fun on the weekends, I am up for that as well! Mostly I'm just out for a happy and well-connected place. I am flexible on the move-in date but am thinking it should be around mid-March or April, and I do require rooms that are furnished. Please, if you think I might be right for your spot, don't hesitate to contact me or ask me any further questions! Cheers :)
Self sufficient, work full-time in advertising, am a terrible armchair philosopher and can quote Seinfeld on request. I've never left a passive aggressive post it-note in my life, but don't mind a bit of common-sense with housemates and a bit of grace when it inevitably escapes us at some points. I also don't leave passive aggressive post it notes on things, and cook for myself. That's not to say, however, I don't love a big shared cook-up so long as you don't mind me putting chilli flakes on everything. I'm clean, pretty relaxed with most things short of a meth-lab, happy for a chat in the kitchen any time but love going straight to my room to read. If you think I'd be a good fit for your room, get in touch!
We have just recently returned back to melbourne from Europe. We're a quiet but friednly couple who are easy going and open minded. We like to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
I am a PhD student studying evolutionary biology. I like to hang out and listen to music and have a good chat during the week. I like to go exploring nature and surfing on weekends. I'm considerate of housemates and clean up after myself.
Hello there, I'm Peter, I'm 36 and work as an English language teacher in the city and also do creative work as a photographer and filmmaker. I also like to grow plants, cycle, sing in community choir, and listen to radio national and podcasts quite a lot. I've been living in Brunswick the last three and half years, and now the house has been sold, so I'm looking to find a friendly, relaxed household somewhere in/around the inner northern suburbs. I'm happy to do my own thing, and also enjoy hanging out with housemates for a cup of tea or meal. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Peter
Hi There - I am a creative marketer/video producer that has just arrived back in Melbourne after a big overseas trip through Asia and Europe. I am a friendly, tidy, understanding guy that loves to have as good conversation.
Hi! I am a full-time consultant (infrastructure advisory) working in the city. In my spare time I am a theatre nerd and also love heading to the 'G for some footy or cricket. I have a passion for Italian food and love to have a play in the kitchen. I am interested in team ups and very happy to chat to future housemates :)
Hi there! I'm a 30 year old kiwi heading back to Melbourne. I have lived here before and loved it, so figure its time to move back. I'm an account manager for a brand/design agency (so do 'normal' Monday to Friday hours). I love cooking (fresh pasta is my current go to), wine and cheese, so naturally the gym comes next. Online shopping, a good netflix binge and Married at First Sight are also up there. I'm not looking for a party house, but would love flat mates that I can catch up with for brunch from time to time, and Sunday night dinners (ideally with wine and cheese). I can be a bit of a neat freak, so like a tidy place. I arrive on the 26th of March and am ideally looking to find a place before I arrive. I am available on Skype or FaceTime in the mean time, and come with great references!
I'm from Australia, but new to Melbourne, having recently returned after spending 9 years living in London. I work full time in the CBD on content for websites and mobile apps. I'm clean, tidy and respectful, but also happy to join my housemates for dinner or a drink occasionally.
Hey, I'm looking for a relaxed share house with people who are up for sharing a meal or a wine occasionally but also value their own space. I'm in the last six months or so of my PhD at RMIT in the city. Technically still a student but I'm at uni during office hours on weekdays. I play some music on the side (piano and guitar), and also like to cook every now and then. Keen to find a place with a cute dog and/or cat but will settle for friendly people. :)
Hi Flatmates, I'm Georgie, I'm looking for a fun but tidy share home to rent with like minded middle aged people. I'm a creative and musical individual who loves to eat and laugh with friends. Having lived by myself for a while, I'm great at adulting - including paying rent/bills on time and keeping the house clean. I'm sociable, but very independent so value alone time. I'm looking for a reasonable sized bedroom and a secure back-yard for Indy. Indy is a small, 8 year old Chi-Hound (Dachshund x Chihuahua). He is super friendly and polite; at the moment he comes to work with me most of the time. For the past couple of years I have been managing an artisan jewellery business. I'm pretty relaxed and quiet during the week, but I love to go out dancing.
Mature finance professional who is easy going, fitness fanatic and academic! Loves traveling and having a laugh and a beer from time to time! Tidy and considerate and not much of a cooking guy. Never smoked in my life.. I eat clean!
My name is Becky, I'm 24 and from the UK however I've been living in Melbourne for 2 and a half years now. I work full time in the city and currently undertake a fitness course also. I am outgoing outside of my living space and enjoy music and art festivals, keeping fit, going out to bars, doing yoga and I am a performer of improvised comedy - I'm a pretty busy gal! I'm very clean, easy going, respectful of others spaces, but when appropriate I love nothing more than having a chat with housemates and eating some good food/watching some trash tv.

I work in coffee- I have a full time job running the training program for Market Lane. One great perk of living with me is unlimited free coffee. Also I love boardgames. I like a communal house vibe- cooking together occasionally, having a drink etc, and am looking for respectful/tidy housemates (just the usual stuff I guess.) Hit me up!

Not boring. Daytime web developer. Wannabe performing artist at night. Part-time entrepreneur. I am into acting, dancing, and singing. Also, love adventures and outdoor activities. Enjoy bouncing ideas with like-minded individuals. Looking for housemates who are respectful, sociable, and fun.
Easy going guy, work as an engineer, enjoy a chat as well as my alone time. Pretty excellent cook (if I do say so myself). Clean and tidy but not a neat-freak. Avid rock-climber and cyclist (so I come with a bike). Just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide and looking for a place to call home. Open minded and progressive thinking with an abundance of intellectual curiosity. Happy to live with anyone who is cool and interesting, tolerant and intelligent.
I'm Mikki Working as an usher at Arts Centre Melbourne whilst I explore various creative mediums on the side (currently mosaics are my obsession). I'm a clean, respectful housemate who wants to find somewhere I can call home. I love a good bike ride and a good chat yet feel I'm good at picking up when somebody just wants some wind down time after work etc 😊 (Come equipped with a record player and the sweet beats to spin)
I am a working professional who enjoys socialising, meeting new people and maintaining a welcoming, fun and clean home. I am very respectful of others space and extremely easy going. I work 8am - 6pm weekdays so keep pretty quiet during the week, however love nothing more than a chat or sneaky drink to let off steam after a long day. I enjoy board games, live bands and beer as much as days on the beach and Sunday afternoons with a book. I am very neat and tidy and after living in a variety of share houses, some great - some awful, understand the secrets to ensuring a house runs well. I am looking for a place ASAP and as my permanent employment is based in East Melbourne I intend on staying here for a long time to come.
I am super easy going and relaxed. I'm mindful, clean and tidy, friendly and down to earth. I love cooking; walking; yoga; writing; music; pets (although I have none of my own) and am very easy to get along with. I get along with most people I meet. I'm looking to live with someone who doesn't mind that I am fairly independent and like to write, walk, workout, cook and just do my thing when I get home from work. Of course, I enjoy the occasional shared meal and social gathering from time to time too. I'd prefer somewhere with a garden and local parks, plus maximum three people in the house. But I am flexible with these preferences. Would love to hear from you if you feel we'd be compatible housemates!
Heelllllllo I'm moving out of my 1 bedroom in Fitzroy start of June (actually on a month by month now just need to give 28 days notice as I'm going to Japan next month and needed extra time to find a place - could maybe even swing moving out May!) and I'm wanting to start a share house around the inner city suburbs with some chill ones. Looking around Fitzroy, Collingwood, Abbotsford, Richmond, Brunswick, Northcote, Thornbury etc pretty much anywhere this side as close to the city we an find cheap. I'm looking to pay around $800-900pm negotiable depending on the place + bills. I have fab rental history (have rented 3 other previous places) and also come with an Unlimited Vivid Wireless modem which is unlimited internet for $90 pm we can split (saves the pain in the ass experience of trying to set up a phone line etc). I also can come with a decent couch, fridge, microwave (not the fanciest) etc. I'm 22 working full time in the CBD Admin/Marketing Assistant. I'm fun, easy going and really enjoy my own space. You'll probably see me lock myself away and do my own thing a lot of the time - I definitely don't go out every weekend - but happy for a party house vibe on weekends within reason. I'm clean and tidy but not fanatic about it - definitely not keen on living with neat freaks. I'm not the most soft spoken person on the planet - I "tell it" and not really into drama etc. for that reason I'm slightly hesitant to live with girls and would much prefer to live with guys but I'm open to a mix. Bonus if you f w pets because I'm down to get a dog/cat if this becomes long term. Hit me up! xx
Hey! I'm a folk and blues musician looking for a new home! Hit me up for coffee if anyone's thinking of team ups! I'd love to be with like minded individuals - other musos would be cool, but not the end of the world if not! Looking for long term stuff ! Check my Instagram for a visual interpretation of my existence! Enjoy!
Hi future friends! I'm Ailsa, a 22 year old girl from Scotland! Having done a Law degree in Scotland I currently work full time as a legal assistant in the CBD, a job I really love. I'm really sociable and friendly, I love meeting new people and going on new adventures. Partial to the odd G&T and vino blanco at the weekend or after a hard day at work!
I'm from India. I am used to Flat-sharing. I'm neat, tidy guy. can help with house-hold chores. Will love to help you in cooking (Considering, you won't kill me if i make mistakes). I would love to play with your pet, if you have one, but if you don't, it's alright. Very helpful and have little bit of handsomeness from my papa.. Would love to hear from you! :)
