Hey, My name is Tom. Looking for a place to stay A.S.A.P. I move to Sydney just over month ago for work and have decided I love the place. I usually do seasonal work. I manage a hotel in Perisher during the winter and this summer i have got a job as an Assistant Manager at Coogee Bay Hotel. I have been staying at the hotel in the interim and literally came here with the clothes on my back. My contract at the hotel is until June 30 but I will look into extending it. If you feel you could help me out please contact me I look forward to hearing from you and hope to catch up soon! Will be available Wednesday for viewings.
Hello there! I'm Gina, 24, from Germany and study International Business and Languages in Amsterdam. I'll be arriving in Sydney on January 4th for a six month internship, which is part of my study program. I'm a tidy, clean, friendly and open person having had much experience with sharing flats. I'm sociable and like to have a good laugh (and a good wine), but also do like having some alone time occasionally. I'm easy to get along with and am looking forward to fun and respectful flatmates.
I'm Sofia & am a warm, positive, responsible & neat person looking for a new place to call home that's close to the beach. I'm 38 and work mostly in product development & also invest energy into my side business in jewellery design. When I am not working I spend my time connecting with friends & family & staying healthy with exercise. I love home to be a relaxing place & I'm hoping to share space with a conscious person that wants to create a home, not just a house to live in. I very considerate of my housemates & keep communal areas tidy & neat.
We are a really easy going couple (French and Irish) in our early 30s, who have been living in shared apartments or houses since we are together (5 years), sharing flats with people from different countries. Both working full time in the city center. Travelled a lot, interest in food, photography, art, culture, yoga, motorbike, surf, socialising... Good cooks, clean and respectful. Like sharing a drink or some food with the people living under the same roof. Looking for a long term stay and nice people to live with!
Hi, I'm an Italian scuba diving instructor living and studying in Oz. I'm a tidy and respectful guy looking for housemates with the same mindset. Looking for a place to stay for the summer, close to any beach to surf and with a friendly and easygoing environment.
Hey there! I am looking for a place beginning to mid-January around Sydney. I am a Canadian on a work visa for 5-6 months, possibly longer if I get my PR. I will be working as a sound technician/server, mostly nights. I will need a comfortable place to practice my guitar and singing, as well as writing and reading. No preference on male or female as long as you are genuine, easy going and can respect each other's privacy. I am very clean and happy to help out - able to share cooking and cleaning duties. I don't mind partying/smoking/drinking, although I don't myself. I'll often be working out and trying new things. Part-time vegan, mostly vegetarian :) I love animals, no problem with pets. Flat Preferences/Requirements: Need a bed, closet/chest of drawers. Internet needed, shared bathroom & kitchen works perfectly. TV or living space not necessary. Preferred private room or study area (as long as I have about 2-4 hours a day alone). I won't be in Sydney until the 29th of December and I'll have until the 1st to check out places. After that, I will be traveling, until the 14-15th. I was hoping to find a place that could accommodate my luggage (large suitcase & guitar), at a discount, before I move in. I want to live close to the beach and city since I'll be working nearby and would like to get the most out of this experience. I love to make friends, please contact me if we can work something out!
Hey! I'm a curious soul from the Swedish west coast, recently started working with film and advertising in Sydney. People say I'm a quite humble and down to earth guy, I value the personal space but loves to hang out in the kitchen, having brewskis and just casually enjoying life :P. Besides making shortfilms I write, paint and makes a bit of music(electronically), yeah too much of a jack of all trades really. I'm usually quite good with cleaning (atleast with common space and kitchenwares etc), also quiet and considerate.
Hi everyone My name's Josh. I was born and raised in Sydney. I work in online retail. I'm really easy-going and very conversational. Looking for a nice vibes home. I am Friendly yet independent. I would love to have roomies that can also be friends but respect each other space! Not annoying a all about some kinds of "living together principles" as long as everyone respect eachother Just a very natural gal who enjoy to live in a simple way :) Want to move to the beach to enjoy a little more of nature, surf and enjoy a chill life. I am working full time and would prefer to live with people who also work so as to have the same pace of life
Living in the Eastern suburbs for few years now and can't think of anywhere better to live. I work full time in bondi junction including some evenings and wknds. Enjoy spending my time off with friends and at the beach. Im into fitness and music. I'm quite a relaxed housemate and enjoy the odd meal and glass of wine with housemates but also like my own space to chill and appreciate yours. I'm quite clean and tidy. Not looking for a party house though.
I am a fun, easy going 24 year old English guy looking for a long term room with social housemates. I am looking for a private room that has street parking available, i work full time through the week and the occasional weekend. I am looking to move in with friendly, social people that respect each other's space but still enjoy socialising with housemates. I am available to move in asap for the right place.
Hi, my name is Bert and I am a 23 years old student from Utrecht (in the middle of the Netherlands). I am currently in my 4th year of the bachelor economics and business economics. In Feb I will move to Sydney, following an exchange program at UNSW. I am a happy person who loves being around with friends. I work in a cafe near the Domtower. Besides that I love sports and spending time together with friends, inside and outside!
Hi! I'm a easygoing, friendly guy who loves the beaches and gets along with anyone. I'm a working professional Mon-Fri who primarily works with young people and am often out and about with friends, at events or at the beach! I'm a glass-half-full type and really enjoy what life has to offer! I balance my time between socialising and being out with reading and unwinding at home. I am respectful of my housemates and keep pretty tidy. I'm looking to find a new home with friendly people who can appreciate good humour!
Just arrived from the UK on a 4 year sponsorship working in the CBD near central Monday to Friday (and occasional Saturdays). I love DJing but won't be looking to have huge house parties although I'm always up for social get togethers. I am a smoker but I don't like to smoke indoors as I don't want to stink up the place and I like to keep a clean and tidy home. Also I'm not big on getting drunk but I do like a social drink every now and then. I'm a bit of a movie and gamer nerd and fairly tech savy. Overall, I'm a fairly peaceful person to get along with :) Up for teaming up with people to make new house/apartment share. Look forward to hearing from you.
I am a down to earth person with a friendly personalty. I am looking for a relaxed environment with people who respect each other. I personally like going to GYM and surfing. I will be working full time so I wont be around during the day time.

I am a fun loving hard working and super easy going 31 year old business owner that currently runs two fashion labels and an online store, I also work in real estate plus have a few other little business ventures going on. I am from the South Coast, where I also have my own house, so I travel home a lot of weekends, just need a Sydney pad again. I also travel to Bali for up to a month at a time sometimes for my business. I am extremely respectable and house proud, neat and tidy always, and highly respect others privacy and need for space. I enjoy a glass of wine or a cold cider most afternoons to wind down from the day but other than that I work a lot from my laptop so all in all pretty quiet and chilled in my room when I am at home. I love my quiet week nights but always up for a social bevvy or a dinner! I spend most of my spare time at the beach. And on weekends if I am in Sydney, I am usually out doing photoshoots for my labels, hitting the beach, out dining with friends, enjoying a BBQ at home, or chilling out to a movie. Flexible with move date and length of stay, happy to discuss what suits. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon!
Hi there! I have recently made a life changing decision to leave my job and move over east (originally from Perth, WA) to discover more about myself and the world. My passions are travelling, art & design, the outdoors and I love water-sports! As a person, one might label me as a bit of a hippy :) I'm laid-back, easy to get along with and free spirited. As someone to live with, I am neat, clean and tidy.
Hey I'm sarah, a 24y/o full time graphic designer. I'm a laid back, caring, tidy and social girl who enjoys a laugh. Quite social on weekends and love the outdoors, beach, good food, occasional drinks and mates. looking for like minded housemates.
Hi, I’m Johann. I am moving from Hobart to Sydney to study my Masters in Architecture and UNSW. I have been working in the industry for a while. Easy going and looking for the same. I like to cook, ride my bike go to the gym and into rock climbing. I would consider myself a clean and tidy person. I treat Uni like a full time job and so would spend most of my time there. Home is a place to chill and relax. I enjoy living with all sorts of people who have a happy and relaxed approach to life at home. I like to socialise with flatmates, but think this should grow organically and naturally over time. A cooperative approach to domestic duties, based on trust and respect. Is enthusiastic about their own life, family and interest, but sees the value in making the place they live a home. Happy to cook my own meals most night, but if we are home at the same time and in the mood for a taco Tuesday that all good to. I like to tinker in the garden and happy to tend to some herbs and pot plants. I have my own furniture and so can bring to Sydney as much as needed.
I'm a project manager and I've owned my own place and shared with others. I'm clean, tidy, quiet, respectful but also enjoy a nice chat as appropriate. I do a lot of sport and have a good circle of friends locally so I will be out and about, and do minimal cooking! I've just arrived back in Sydney after 6 years in the UK so looking to lodge with a family until I get myself up and running over here again.
HI! I'm a 20 year old full time UNSW student looking for a long term room to rent. Seeking relaxed and friendly housemates who enjoy music, wine, food and the outdoors as much as I do.
Hi! I'm Katie, moving to Sydney for work, looking for a friendly house close to the hospitals in Randwick. I'm clean, respect the space of others and have plenty of experience living in share houses. I can cook, enjoy having dinner with friends, sharing a few wines. From Tassie originally, so love the great outdoors. WIll be working full time and studying a post-grad course this year so will be keeping fairly busy. Let me know if you think I would be a suitable addition to your place. I will be in Sydney again during January and able to see places/meet up.
Hey guys! My partner and I have just moved back down south from Cairns, and are on the hunt for a room anywhere around Randwick/Bondi/Coogee area as long as there is a spot to park my car without too much difficulty (street is fine)! I’m 23 and will be working at the Prince of Wales Hospital as a Radiographer. Rob is 28 and will be studying part time, as well as working part time. We love animals, so we are more than happy to share the place with fur babies. We will spend most of our free time soaking up the rays at the beach and learning to surf before winter comes. As most of our family is lives in Newcastle, we will also spend regular weekends down there. We also enjoy socialising, going out for a few ciders and Rob enjoys going to the cinemas and seeing all the new release movies. We can get a reference from our current landlord if needed, and are looking to move in mid to late Feb - my work contract starting on the 13th of March. We are tidy chilled out housemates, and we are so excited about moving to Sydney and meeting new people.
Super easy going dude, respectful and a clean freak-ish. Gym goer without the stinky protein farts, volleyballer and beer drinker! I work full time night and day shifts. 6 till 6 so when I'm working you won't even know I live there
Hi there! I'm looking for a place in the Bondi to Maroubra area. I study full time at UNSW doing a Bachelor of Social Work and work weekends selling bread and also work at a cafe in Chippendale during the week. Ideally i am looking for a place that fosters a homely environment which has a balance of social and quiet moments. I love to cook and particularly if its for more than one person so expect the odd meal or two. I'm all about doing my fair share around the house and feel equal contribution is an essential aspect to a smooth running household. I would be particularly interested in your place if you're planning on starting up a new share-house or if there's a possibility of getting my name onto your existing lease. A few aspects of myself. I grew up in Sydney, mainly on the northern beaches. Studied as a Rudolf Steiner teacher and have now gone on to study Social Work, with the idea of combining these two fields down the track. I love travelling, my recent trip at the end of last year was to Spain, where i walked for 5 weeks along the Camino trail. I grew up in folk festivals and love attending all sorts of festivals now. I'm a cat person, though i would love a dog at some stage. Any other questions, don't hesitate just ask away.
I am a social person, I want to meet new people and explore different places around Sydney. I just finished university, at the University of Sydney and am going to start working full time in March.
Easy-going and respectful Mexican guy. Loves swimming and cooking.
Hey I'm Georgia, 21, from South Korea. I'm looking for a place to stay during my exchange program in UNSW from February to June. To tell you a bit more about myself, I grew up in many different places such as England and the States so I'm used to meeting new people and open to various cultures and lifestyles. I'm a very active person, when I'm out I love making friends and having fun; but when I'm home mostly I'd like it to be peaceful and quiet. I never disturb anyone, I'm hygienic, I can be a fantastic friend, and I promise not to cook any smelly Korean food in the kitchen ;) Message me if you're interested :)
I am kiwi girl who has just jumped the ditch and moved too Sydney. I have lived and travelled all around the world and love meeting new people. I am pretty easy going, get along with most people and would like too think I am fairly easy to live with. I love being active, reading, hanging at the beach with friends, and going on new adventures. Ideally I would like to live with people who are happy to hang out and socialise but all have their own things going on. Myself and my friend Briar (20 and from NZ as well) are looking to find two rooms in a flat, or organise a team up with people. Cheers Hannah
I'm a fun outgoing 20 year old! Looking for some cool roomies and a place to stay for a short period. I'm tidy, non-smoker and always up for adventures 😜 If you want to know more about me, let's meet up! Cheers
I am a postdoctoral researcher studying climate science at the University of Birmingham, UK. I will be at the Climate Change Research Centre at UNSW for a research stay for about 6 weeks starting February 25th. I have lived in several flat shares in various countries (UK, Germany, China) and so far I have gotten along with pretty much everyone as I think that I am easy going, tidy and always up for a laugh and an after work pint or even two! I like football but I am also a big fan of board games. Rumour has it that I am a decent cook with influences from all the places I have lived so far. It would be super duper to find a lovely place with great people to make my limited time in Down Under as memorable as possible and to get to know the real Sydney! Cheers, Michael
Hello! I'm 26, from Texas, currently on a 457 visa with a full time permanent role as HR Advisor in the city. I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I am bringing my dog from Texas in May so you would need to be okay with that :) He is a 5 year old, trained, calm & lazy lab mix. Medium sized. Gets along with all pets, people and children. I am flexible with my move date.. anytime between now and early May.
My girlfriend and I are currently travelling through South East Asia and will be flying from Phuket, Thailand to Sydney on 17/01/17 for a year on a working holiday visa. We're both looking to stay on longer if we can and really can't wait to explore Sydney. We both like being outdoors and staying fit and active but looking to find new sports to get involved in. We love bbq's and the beach and hope Australia lives up to it's name on this front. Can't wait to hear from you! Thanks Joe & Ro
My name is Megan and I am 24 and work as a veterinarian. I'm extremely friendly, very easy to get along with and am very clean and tidy. I'm currently in the process of moving from Brisbane to Sydney to start a new job and I'm looking for a place to call home.
Easy going guy who works as a landscaper in the eastern suburbs. Looking for a granny flat or to share a non party house with 1-2 others
I'm a responsible and tidy individual, taking a break from working full-time to further my education at uni. Looking to move up from Melbourne in February - trying out my luck!
Moving from Brisbane - originally from Perth, interested in private rooms only. I'm a paralegal. I work fairly long hours and so a partying type environment wouldn't suit, I like my privacy but I don't mind the occasional drink and socialising. I'm respectful of personal space, quiet, clean and neat. I love the beach, snowboarding, hiking, any kind of active adventure and have my advanced scuba ticket.
I'm a Swedish 26 years old female from Stockholm, Sweden and moving to Sydney to study my masters degree. I love hanging out with friends, having a beer at a nice bar and you'll see me laying on the beach as often as I can. I love movies (Netflix is my best friend) & music (Spotify is my other best friend). I'm not the hardworking out type, but have a new years resolution to jog as often as I can along the coastal walk. I'm not the one that just sits in my bedroom, but rather have worned out part of the sofa in the living room. I like to have people over but isn't the one who throw big parties. But I am a student who love to participate in social activities and get to know people. I'm a non-smoker. I respect boundaries as I expect they would be respected to me. Would love to live with someone who can become my friend/friends.
Myself and Charlie are looking for somewhere close to a beach as we love chilled days here, we also like to go out on evenings or stay in and do some cooking. Both love meeting new people but respect peoples space and are clean and tidy.
We are two friendly, good natured professionals who have known each other forever but we are very independent and we both prefer living in a bigger household rather than just the two of us. We each have a great sense of humour and a broad range of interests. We'd like to share a bright roomy house with at least 2 other mature professionals. Depending on the house, and the size of our respective rooms, we can each afford a high rental (we'd each like our own room if possible). We are both employed in executive positions (music industry), financially independent and secure, very tidy, respectful of space and privacy, not afraid of housework, and very easy to get along with. We have different interests and our own friends, but we're both open-minded, non-conservative, fun-loving people with a positive outlook on life and no emotional baggage. We travel often (though not necessarily together) and have some interests in common (live music, festivals, art, food, and travel) and some things not at all in common (camping, bushwalking vs watching sport, pubquiz). We're both good communicators so we very seldom argue, and essentially, we're kind and open-minded which means we get along with many different types of people. The lease arrangement can be flexible (I'll put in 6 months but neither of us have plans beyond July.)
Hi we are exchange students studying at UNSW this fall semester. We unfortunately did not receive on-campus housing and are looking for a great place to live off campus. We are clean, responsible and friendly. We can not wait to come to Australia! Thank you!
We are a outgoing, clean and social couple moving from the Blue Mountains. We like going to the beach, keeping fit, checking out the local music scene and the occasional drink. Looking to meet some new people in a share house. Feel free to message us with any questions. Please note: we cannot move in until late January/early February.
I'm fun and relaxed but highly motivated with a huge respect for the world around me. I work in the non-profit sector as a Fundraising and Communications Associate. I love yoga and running, being out doors but I'm always grateful for the rainy days where I can just curl up and read book or netflix binge. I'm big on doing my fair share of the house work and would love to live with someone who likes their room mates to be more than strangers sharing a house! My boyfriend is a Park Ranger, a kind soul, who loves to laugh and make puns. He's also an awesome cook! We're both environmentally and socially conscious. We also love a good boogie and heading out for a drink or two with friends. We can't wait to meet you!
My name is Susana, I'm 22 years old from Colombia, I study fashion design in Colombia and here in Sydney I'm going to start studying a diploma in leadership, I work as a waitress. I am a very organised person, serene, friendly, responsible, respectful and easygoing. I am looking for a room to share with other girls, in which more than a house or apartment, be a home and be able to have a good relationship. I like animals, especially cats but I don't have any problem if you can't have them in the house, because here I don't have pets.
