__Leased a place till 06/2017__ So we have a month to sort out our next location and ready to stay for longer at current one to get the place we would be able to call home. We are a working full-time couple in mid 30-40. No kids, no pets, not much stuff, non-smokers. Considerate, quiet, clean and tidy people looking for a QUIET and PEACEFUL corner (en-suite/granny flat/studio). Capitalized parameters are really important. Sleep is sacred for us. No people with drinking / smoking / attitude / personal space infringement problems please. I cook 2-3 times a week European style food (that means without suffocating the whole house with garlic or spices) with instant kitchen cleaning after the process; and we hope to find a place where the fresh air and clean living space are valued :) We need a place quite close to public transport as we don't have a car (no parking needed). Wouldn't mind spayed cats around. Ideally would like to team-up with another couple with the same values. The budget is slightly stretchable depending on the location, furnishing and bills.
My lease in Northgate is ending and my current flattie is heading to WA. I'm respectful, tidy and friendly.Having shared houses with other's and owned my own, I'm respectful of other's property and privacy. I enjoy me time but also happy to chat. I have friends from various age groups& walks of life. :) I'm young at heart with an old soul. :D I'll be busy at work (Bris Airport ) or out brunching with friends or hiking so mainly looking for a home base. I do night shifts, so a quiet street or access to off street parking is preferable. (Will pay extra ;)) I don't have pets but I love dogs especially oodles. *Minimum 3 months* +
25 year old registered nurse working at greenslopes private hospital. I work part time but spend most of my spare time outdoors walking or at the gym. I have recently just moved to brisbane from victoria. I am in a relationship with a FIFO worker (1month on, one week off) so looking to move in with some friendly people that will make good company. I would prefer a place where bills are included in rent and that has wifi available. Looking to spend $150ish per week on rent
Hi, my name is Josh. I'm 24 and work full time in banking. As a housemate I'm a friendly, clean and considerate guy who enjoys time alone but also likes to hang out with housemates. I don't have a particular timeframe for lease length at this stage.
Hey!! I am new to Brissy from Canberra. I work as a full time accountant however I am currently still studying! I am super tidy and friendly, I am sociable but also thoroughly enjoy my space. I have also lived in share houses in the past and loved them.

I'm a clean person and try to maintain a clean living space. In my spare time i enjoy going on 4x4 adventures and pc gaming. I'm respectful of peoples privacy and space but do like to be sociable. Im outgoing but also enjoy my nights in after a long week at work.
Hello there, My names Lilly. I'm studying primary school teaching at ACU. I work as a Pilates and Dance instructor. WANTED: private, unfurnished room with own bathroom, must have parking. Looking to join an existing share house or to start a new one with 1 or 2 people. I'm a mature 21 year old, a very tidy person, pretty much a neat freak, enjoy my own space and company but definitely don't shy away from being social with my housemates! I'm a pretty active person and love to go paddle boarding on the weekends and I play social volleyball (indoor and beach) a few days a week. I work in Albion as a receptionist/admin assistant so would prefer to live somewhere around there. VERY allergic to cats.. so if you have any it absolutely wont work out between us... budget is max $250 a week unless bills aren't included in rent. in that case obviously I would prefer a lower rent price. my move date is very flexible, i can basically move as soon as i find the right place for me :) If you have a place I might be interested in please feel free to contact me!

I'm a 28 year old male working full time in Brendale, career minded and relatively quiet. I would prefer a room that's not tiny as I have a queen bed and dislike feeling like a sardine. I'm a respectful, reliable and tidy person and looking for the same in a flatmate. Ideally would like to keep expenses under $200 a week but am happy to pay a little more for somewhere nice. Air con, dishwasher and internet are high on my list. Feel free to contact to discuss! :)
I'm a 22 year old male working full time. 1-2 week a month I will be away travelling for work. I'm a very calm and easy going person. Usually too tired from work to make any noise. Not a party person and won't have people over to all hours of the night. I'll always pay my bills on time and am a believer of "You make the mess, you clean the mess".
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
Hi, I'm an easy going , down to earth, laid back guy who works hard and long hours. I have a very secure job and am based all over the north side of Brisbane. Through my work, what I see everyday makes me appreciate that I am very clean living. I like to cook. I have built my own houses, divorced twice, raised 8 children and now just looking for somewhere to call home. I would ideally prefer a granny flat - furnished or not with an outdoor area. If a house, then would share if the other person was clean.
Hi potential housemates 🙋🏼 I'm an extremely friendly 22 year old female! I enjoy reading and drawing as well as frequent excercise, I'm not much of a partier but do enjoy dinner and a night out every so often. I'm clean and respectful of privacy as I do appreciate my own but love living in an environment where we can share a conversation at the end of the day and even the occasional drink! I'm extremely busy as I work full time and study full time as well as living an active lifestyle so I'm rarely home. I do often work night shifts so I can arrive home at late hours of the morning so hope that's not an inconvienience. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns! Ashleigh

My names Maddy 22yrs old, looking for a place to live along with my sister 21. We are both full time uni students I study OT and she studies teaching we both also work part time. We are both super social, easy going, respectful clean and tidy. We are looking around the Northside of Brisbane particularly wavell heights, clayfield, Hendra and nundah areas. Thanks!!!
I'm looking for a house for myself, my partner and my beautiful dog Luna I'm a law student at QUT, and I also work full time at Energex. I'm very clean and tidy, love to cook and also love to socialise with housemates. My partner Reece has just arrived from the UK, and is amazing at cleaning a house tip to top haha! Together we are very quiet and respectful of other people's personal space but also very friendly and easy going. We've been together for three years now so no need to worry about early relationship bickering :) Our dog Luna is practically our baby, she's a husky x malamute but despite her breed is quite small, docile and placid and we have her as an inside dog who sleeps on my bed. She's very easy to live with and has lived in an apartment and a townhouse with no issues. We are looking for a home with a yard so she can run around and stretch her legs, a pool would be nice but is not at all required. Mostly we just want easy to live with housemates who can communicate with ease, ideally in the north or west suburbs. Thanks in advance!
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work or study to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
