Neat & Clean (testimonials from current housemates available), plenty of shared house experience. Up for the occasional household banter but like my downtime as well. Living a very independent life well travelled, filled with activities mostly spent outdoors (surfing, climbing, longboarding) or related to everything creative. Officially on a work & travel visa until March 2019 but currently applying for jobs to settle down here :) Budget of 190/week inc. max. Ideally the bedroom comes furnished, however I do chose moving in with the right people over moving in with the right furniture, so could be willing to buy a bed if you're cool :p
I'm Daniel, 24, truck driver, i have recently moved to Ballarat from Werribee , I am currently applying for rentals myself but iv had no luck yet so the best option for me is to find a room to rent. I'm Mel 🙂 I work full time, and teach karate classes 3 - 5 nights a week, so I'm in and out. I'm clean, friendly, respectful and a good communicator. Happy to hang out with Netflix / Stan binge sessions, but also respect if you want your space and to keep to yourself. I have 2 beautiful dogs with me as well, which are well behaved and stay outside. If you think this could a good fit, feel free to message me. Thanks! Melanee
Hi, I'm Andy and I'm looking for somewhere in Ballarat to live for the next 6 months or so. I work full time on a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off roster. I tend to keep pretty busy on my days off. I'm extremely easy going, I'm big on keeping clean and tidy and I'm very easy to live with. I am extremely reliable and considerate to others especially in a share house environment. I have 1 dog. A Border Collie called Stella. She is toilet trained and gets on with all types of dogs. She hangs out at my parents whilst I'm at work as well. She is no trouble at all! If I fit what you're looking for then please send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you!
I've just recently had to fly to New Zealand but am looking for rooms coming up in the next couple of weeks as I don't expect to be here long. I'm really friendly but also appreciate my alone time so sometimes you might not even notice I'm home at all. When I am home I have plenty of travelling stories to tell over a cup of extra strong tea. I'm not really a party girl, although I do like a nice glass of wine and some music. I haven't lived in the same place for years so I'm really hoping for a veggie garden or at least a few herb pot plants I can look after. I've just finished up managing a housekeeping team and really like to have the place tidy so contributing in that is a given from me.
Looking for someone to team up with joining a mate and myself in finding a place. We’re pretty easy going about location as long as everyone’s happy. Will be living with a 24 year old Massage Therpaist who will be going back to study Occupational Therapy and a 27 year old Electrician. Will be a chilled out household.
Hi there! My name is Eliza (Eli), I'm a 19-year-old student looking for accommodation in/near Waurn Ponds. I'm currently studying Zoology and Animal Science at Deakin University. I love animals and nature, enjoy crafting, playing ukulele/guitar, and listening to music. I'm also huge bookworm and fanperson, so please excuse any spontaneous squealing or arm-flailing :P. I'm a pretty easy-going person who loves to make friends and can get along with just about anyone. Whilst I do enjoy an occasional party, I usually prefer a more casual scene - interesting conversations over cups of tea, intense Mario Kart battles with friends, or binge watching tv shows with a cheese platter to snack on. I'm a very neat person when it comes to my own belongings, but don't mind if the house gets a little messy (life happens). I can't really cook anything exciting, but I'm learning! I'm always happy to share my things and help out wherever needed....except if it involves spiders, I hate those things. I'm still figuring out my identity and would really love a queer-inclusive space where I am able to explore and express myself. If I sound like the kind of person you'd like to share a house with then please don't hesitate to message me! Thanks :)
Hi all, my name is Ellie and I am 20 years old. I’m a very passionate and busy childcare educator, working and studying full time. I am very tidy and self sufficient. I enjoy cooking, working, binge watching tv, doing makeup and swimming/adventures. I can be quiet and tend to keep to myself, however I also love an occasional glass of wine and specialise in homemade pizzas, platters and cob loaf! Very willing to make friendships with the right housemates. Outside of work I volunteer with children and the elderly. If you have any more questions about me feel free to ask!

I am a young professional who is enjoys being active, getting outdoors, sport and cooking. I work full time as an exercise physiologist/workplace rehab consultant, and I'm moving to Ballarat to start a new job! I am responsible, reliable and pretty mature, and enjoy my own space, but also like having a chat and laugh as well! I am not looking for a party house (no smokers/drugs); just somewhere relaxing, tidy, friendly and fairly quiet where I can chill out and have some banter when needed too!

Two girls looking for another two people to join them moving into a house! We're flexible on move dates around mid November-mid december We are both fun, social, tidy people who enjoy each other’s company but also respect privacy. Looking for like minded people. We enjoy going out and having a drink but also enjoy quiet nights at home binging Netflix and cooking together or heading down the beach! We both have years of experience in share housing situations so understand the importance of shared responsibilities and always pay on time! Claire is currently studying psychology at Deakin and working part-time and Hannah works full time in allied health. If we sound like a match for you please swing us a message 🤗 Males, females and couples welcome! Would prefer to live with people in their 20’s.
I work full time in the city so I will barely be home. Very clean when it comes to living and personal hygiene. 19 Years old. Not a party animal. Very quiet but love a good chill sesh and can be loud if needed.
I work full time in a lab so I wouldn't be spending much time at home during the day, and on the weekends I try to either spend time with my friends. I'm a pretty neat person, I clean up after myself. I also do all of my own cooking because I am vegan. I can also provide my own furniture, fridge, washing machine etc. I have a car and motorcycle so a garage would be ideal.
I'm a part time uni student at Deakin and work part time as well. Clean and respectful of other's space. Quiet to live with as I tend to go out with friends rather then bring heaps of people over. I'm looking for a place to live while I finish my degree, as well as hopefully continue living after there after I graduate. I'm flexible with length of stay as well as amount paid but looking to be moved in by mid December. I would also be interested in other areas around Geelong as I have a car so being close to work and uni isn't vital.
I’m a 31 year old teacher who currently lives in Queensland, but I’ve recently taken a job at Ballarat Clarendon College starting in January 2019. My husband is moving down mid-year so I’m looking for a room to rent until then. I have a dog, Penny, who is a 4 year old Curly Coates Retriever, but she’s able to live with my parents in Melbourne for the semester if I’m unable to find somewhere with her. Most of my time will be taken up between work/weekends in Melbourne, however I like to socialise in a fairly low-key way (dinner/drinks/movies/galleries/walks etc) when time permits. I’m a fairly relaxed and tidy housemate.
I am a 26 year old working in the health sector. I have recently been given a position in Ararat and since there is a lack of share options there Im looking for something in Ballarat. Im tidy and respectful of peoples space but also enjoy a chat over a wine. My work means I do long shifts so I may just be a ship in the night sometimes. I work a varied roster and on my days off I will be in Melbourne. At this stage I will only require to rent a room until Jan but this could change and may be extended.
