Hey! I'm a Registered Nurse working part-time and currently living in Melbourne. I'm easy going, friendly, enjoy a good time and a big F45 lover. I am also a massive foodie, and spend most of my spare time in restaurants, cafes and bars. I love meeting new people, and am pretty social but also enjoy some time out for myself. Having lived in share houses previously, I'm clean and tidy and know how to pull my weight. I'm hoping to find a housemate who enjoys food as much as I do, a wine or two in the evenings, Netflix, having some time to themselves, and keeps the place clean. x
Moved to Melbourne in January to start a career in specialty coffee. I have worked in The Netherlands and Malaysia as HR Consultant but deciced to give up my corporate career and start doing something I truly love. I have lived independently for the past ten years, studied and worked abroad and I have no trouble adapting. I consider myself to be very organized and calm. Enjoy meeting people and always keen on sharing a meal and having some drinks.
Hello ! We are a couple moving to Melbourne the first week of March and are seeking a friendly and open space to call home. We are creative and inspired individuals who are passionate about the arts. We are environmentally conscientious, progressive and open minded and would love to share a home with like-minded people :) Lili is from Montreal and is here on a working holiday visa. She has a bachelor of Cinema and Literature with an emphasis on Feminist studies. Lili is an incredible cook, an avid lover of live music, multilingual, often spends her time writing and when working, is a bartender. I, Kelly Jane, have just returned from a number of years travelling and will be attending Deakin university this year to undertake a Master of Social Work. I am passionate about plants and herbalism, photography, and the nature of consciousness. Ideally, we would love to live in a vegan or vegetarian household (as we are both vegan), with individuals who are social, considerate, tidy and possibly 420 friendly. Preferred neighbourhoods include Fitzroy, Northcote, Carlton, Brunswick, etc and we are able to pay around $300 per week (can be a whole apartment or a house of maximum two other people). We want to create a kind and conscientious household to share experiences with new friends (potentially you?!).
Full-time student at the University of Melbourne. Easy going, originally from central Victoria. Am into good films and books, cooking, music. I receive Centrelink youth allowance payments which cover my rent. I'm looking for a relaxed house with people interested in what they do/study.
I am Danish, 25 and doing a master of Biotechnology at RMIT. Just finished the first semester, and am therefore looking for something long term (1,5 years). When I am not studying, I spend a great deal of time going to the beach or having beer/wine and good food with friends. I have previously worked a lot with beer at Carlsberg, and at a beer bar with the largest selection of beers on tap in all of Europe (fun fact), both in Copenhagen - now I'm trying to find my way through the large selection of Australian craft beer, and could definitely use a bit of guidance from future housemates! Also, I go swimming a lot, do a bit of rock climbing and go for the occasional jog. I love the outdoors, so will probably by going for a few weekend trips whenever I have time. Also I am trying to learn how to skate... Still undecided on whether or not that's a good idea though - always looking to try something new, some projects turn out more successful than others... I am quite social and I might have mates come over once in a while, but I will always be considerate of my fellow housemates, as I've lived in all sorts of shared house constellations, and know the importance of mutual respect. Think I generally clean more than most people, which doesn't bother me, and never seemed to bother any previous housemates (surprise!). I laugh a lot, live my life drama-free, and generally don't take myself too seriously, would prefer to live with like-minded people, ideally in a house where we actually share a home, and not just live in rooms next to each other. Get in touch if you think I might be a good fit for your home.
I’m Emily! I am studying Communication Design at RMIT in the city. I have two part time jobs- one in Leopold working evenings and one in Wallington working during the Summer. I am very neat, tidy and reliable. I'm easy to get a long with and love meeting new people.
Fun, Happy and easygoing South African looking for a private room in shared accommodation - looking for something modest and neat. I am a young working professional with a stable permanent office job in the Civil Consulting Engineering field. Moved to Melbourne half a year ago after accepting an intra-company transfer from Durban South Africa to work on some major VicRoads and PTV projects. My specialist short stay Visa has now been converted to a four year 457 Visa with Permanent Residency thereafter, so I can now commit to more permanent accommodation, sign a lease, buy some furniture etc. I am fluent in English, a Non-smoker with sober habits who has got their sh#t together in life and doesn't sweat the small stuff. Looking to live with people who feel the same. Focussed and hard working during the week, although I do love socialising and going out, and I'm always out exploring and enjoying everything this great city has to offer - definitely not a couch potato or the awkward silent type. Interests include longboarding, snowboarding, mountainbiking and cycling, surfski paddling, hiking and any kind of adventure in general. Oh and, I'm South African - which means amazing braai skills :) (Braai = Barbeque)
Hey! I'm a 25 year old female from the UK, I'm working as a casual relief teacher full time here in Melbourne and am looking for a place to call home. I'm busy during the week but enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, watching tv with flatmates and family dinners! I'm all for going to explore and dance on the weekends :)
I’ve just returned from a semester abroad in the UK to finish my genetics major at Monash University. When I’m not nerding out over CRISPR, I work part-time at a restaurant in Richmond, mainly on weekends, so I’m not home much during the day. I like spending time outdoors and have a mediocre ability to run long distances, play tennis and ultimate frisbee. I like getting to know people, and I’m always up for a coffee, glass of wine or checking out a local gig. However, I do respect that other people have different, busier schedules, and can appreciate the need for space and quiet at home. I come with a couch if there is the need/space and a car if you ever want to take a trip to the beach (it does fit a surfboard). I don’t mind if the room is unfurnished, I am flexible with the move in date and can sign on to the lease if need be. Ideally, I am looking for somewhere I can stay until the end of November (at least). If you have any questions or just want to know what on earth ultimate frisbee is, send me a message! Cheers
Hey, I’m Jaime! I’m new to Melbourne, I’ve been here for about 2 months - currently living in St Kilda. Looking for somewhere close to this area. I have two jobs and developing business assets outside of work so I’m a fairly busy person but like to chill and relax when i can! Super friendly and down to earth, looking for a place in a share house with people who don’t mind a good chat and have a happy living environment. Feel free to message me if you’re interested :)
Hello ! I'm a doctor from Malaysia. I'm visiting Melbourne for further studies. Hence, looking for a simple and convenient place to stay for 6 weeks as I would be spending most of my time in my university. I'm easy going and prefer to keep my environment tidy. Hoping anyone out there would help me out with this. Thank you so much!
Very laid back guy looking for somewhere to end his stay in Melbourne. Very social but also understands that some people prefer their own space. Respectful of others and runs a fairly tight ship when cleaning up. Always up for a laugh, but working 5-6 days per week so gonna be keeping it quite chill
Hi People, I am an italian guy, in my 30s, Ph.D. student (with scholarship) and Scuba diving professional. I am looking for a place to stay during the next three months. Usually really sociable, I will be sometime overwhelmed with the Ph.D. requirement, but always happy to have dinner together or maybe just a glass of good wine. I've been sharing places for quite a time now, so I am pretty skilled in this field. Thanks Simone
Hi, i’m Hannah and my boyfriends name is Tom. We are both from England, 25 and looking for a place to rent for the next 6 months! Tom is an engineer and I’m a graphic designer, we’re friendly, professional and tidy! We have respect for others privacy but equally enjoy relaxing and being social. Keeping fit, exploring and meeting new people is a passion of ours so if you’re looking for a couple to share your home with, we may just be the perfect flatmates for you!
