I am an overseas qualified lawyer currently cross qualifying in Sydney. I am looking for a place to live while I pursue my very costly dreams. I am an enthusiastic traveler and love to swim and keep active. I am a bubbly and friendly person.
Hi :) I'm Fred, 23 years old, freshly graduated and will be relocating from Adelaide to Sydney for full time work in the CBD as a graduate lawyer. I'm quiet, tidy and considerate. I love animals, and am passionate about my nerdy hobbies :) Ideally, I am looking to share an apartment within Inner or surrounding suburbs, with convenient public transport to the CBD. I would mostly consider myself an introvert, and so do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and thoughtful conversations! To give you an idea of my personality, some of my favourite films include: The Intouchables, Drive, The Place Beyond the Pines, Memento, and of course all of the classics like Forrest Gump and Shawshank Redemption. Please shoot me a message if you have a suitable apartment, or if you're also hunting for apartments and think we'd be a good fit!
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying ancient history and archaeology full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in mid-late April (can be flexible with dates), until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
I am pretty easy going and friendly. I work full time Monday to Friday and like to be outdoors on the weekends. I like to have chill nights during the week. Wouldn't mind hanging out with flatmates every now and then.
Hi! Imogen and Michael here! :) We're a long-term, easy-going couple moving to NSW from Victoria for work! We're both tidy people and we love to cook :D Love to have a laugh and a few cheeky bevs on the weekend. I am going in to a job in the media industry and Michael will be pursuing a job in the warehousing industry. We've both never lived in NSW, so we reckon starting in a share house is the best way to make friends and get our bearings!
Me. Mid 40s. Executive Manager in retail logistics working in Silverwater. Well house trained and just a touch OCD but in a good way. Train Mon to Fri in the mornings and out the door by 6.30am latest (I am very quiet so don’t worry). I work fairly long days and sometimes every second weekend as every other weekend I have my daughters who are 10 and 12. They are good fun, quiet, tidy and well mannered. We are usually out and about during the day and when home play board games, card games, colour in and have Mario Cart competitions (I always get hammered at Mario Cart but I am the Uno champion of the Universe). However, I do need to warn you that they like to give me makeovers, which once seen can never been unseen no matter how much you try. In my downtime I read, watch a movie or a good series or make training playlists (all of which I download. Don’t tell anyone though). I am usually dead to the world by 10pm weekdays. The kitchen is not really my domain and I have done the vast majority of my eating by the time I get home. However, both the girls are awesome cooks and will whip up a creation of some description over a weekend.
Hi, I'm Tara, 32 full-time professional. Working in the public service (cultural heritage sector). Originally from Melbourne, I having been living in share accomodation in Sydney for the past 8 years. I am down to earth, friendly and respectful. I am seeking a clean/tidy home to share with like minded housemates.
Hiya! I’m Harmony :) About me: I’m 24. I work full-time as a Marketing Coordinator in Real Estate. I can be a bit of a social butterfly but also value my downtime. It’s not uncommon to find me in my room watching documentaries on Netflix. I'd like to find a home where it won't be an issue I have friends visit occasionally, so long we respect the peace of the house. Friend 1 describes me as: Inquisitive, nurturing and candid. Friend 2: Honest, supportive and ambitious. I’ve lived in share accommodation for many years, so understand the boundaries, respect and courtesy that come with sharing a home and would like to live with housemates close to my age. I have my own furniture and as a self confessed shopaholic, I’ve collected a generous amount of shoes and clothes that would like a built in wardrobe to call home. I’d ideally like a space where I can fit my queen bed, dresser and remaining belongings. Need to stay close to Epping for work since I don't drive.
Hi There! I’m Alessandra. I’m 35 years old. I’m studying Higher Education at TAFE Meadowbank. I work part time and I’m looking for a nice, clean and quite place to live.
I’ve been living out of home and looking after a 4 bedroom property for the last 5 years. I work full time as a sales rep and usually just have quiet weekends in. I share my life with a beautiful, well behaved border collie (medium/large dog) who is house trained and friendly. She needs some outdoor space however I will be walking her a lot. I’d love to live with people who have similar interests - not party animals but also like to have a good time. I like to cook, stay fit and also enjoy a drink at the end of a busy week. I’m extremely clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. I work a lot, sometimes from home. I also have my own fridge and washing machine, if needed in a household. Move date is flexible and all dependent on whether I find the right place, however I’d like to find something between May-July.
We're two friends university mates who came here for work from abroad, we're organized we like to leave the place as we found it or better, one of us is working full time the other is working casually until he secures a full time job. We would like to have two separate rooms in areas like, homebush, auburn, Rhodes, west ryde or anywhere near those areas.
My name is Carolyn, a non smoker and I’m 21 years old, currently living in Melbourne however I am looking at relocating to Sydney the sooner the better. Current occupation is full time receptionist work. Would like to say I’m a very easy going person; enjoy going out for a couple of drinks here and there. I like to have a great time with anything that I do whether it is having a quiet night in watching movies or going out and about, mostly I enjoy listening to music on Soundcloud. I also enjoy reading Nylon online and keeping up to date with day to day lifestyle blogs. Reliable housemate, on time with rent and open to have a conversation and interact but also respect some privacy and alone time.
Hey there! I’m looking for a : -New clean house/apartment -Inc bills preferred -long term stay (years and years) -looking for the RIGHT place to live -housemate(s) who is friendly and easygoing but clean :) I’m a friendly, outgoing, social and fun-loving person :) I like to laugh and say a lot of jokes. I like music, travelling, beach and adventures :) Please only message me if you think we’d get along :)
Hi people i'm Danny, i am in Sydney by myself and i am working full time, i usually work anywhere from 50 - 65 hours a week so i am usually never home during the day, i am looking for someone that cleans up after themselves and is easy to get along with. Work is really important to me and i'm not really into the party scene anymore so it would be good to find someone that is a workaholic like me and doesn't make too much noise. When i'm not working i like cooking, skating, sleeping and the beach. I don't really like the idea of living with lots of people so i'd like to live with 1 or 2 people max.. long term preferred.
Hello there! I am an international student of Master of Project Management at Sydney Uni, am living more than 1 year in Aus (same house) and now am looking for a new one (private room and long stay). Very responsible, friendly, clean and tidy person and I don´t have any problem to pay the rent on time. I love a good chat when the time allows it, share experiences and talk about whatever from the sun until your supermarket list. Have a good life! See you :) Eyby
Hi :) - Looking for either just myself or with my boyfriend. - We’re both quiet, relaxed & love travelling. Not social animals but happy to watch TV & have a drink together. - Will keep the room/house tidy. - We have 2 cats. They’re sually outdoors during the day & indoors at night (will have a small cat litter box in our room that we’ll change daily so there’s no smell, & vacuum daily so no hair build up). - Both shift workers so hours coming & going will vary. Adam works full-time, I dropped down to part-time as am going back to uni July 2018. - Hoping to stay somewhere for 1-2 years from May 2018. - Happy to share with anyone regardless of age/race/gender/religion/etc. Only musts would be non-smoking house due to asthma. - Both have cars but can park on the street.
