Am fun and adjusting. I understand everyone is different and adjust with everyone accordingly. I enjoy chatting with people I live with and at the same time give everyone the space they need. I like to live in a place where everybody stays together like a family rather than strangers in a place. Am a 3rd year full time student at USYD and working part-time on campus so am looking for a place nearby. Currently Living in Glebe, looking to move as its a small room. Available to move in late June or early July, flexible with the dates. Only interested in private rooms. Message me if you have any questions or offers.
Team Ups single straight people to find and lease a place in Sydney together. I have two years of rental history paid on time every week. I’ve got some bond money saved as well. I’m also interested in somewhere on my shortlist that’s already set up to move into furnished or non closer to my move out date. Idealy in Sydney to be close to work opportunities, auditions and social activities I’m Australian, & recent Actor Graduate `18, Studying online my second degree 2nd Year in Criminal Justice. I’d like to move out of rural area to the city to live and work again. Someone who is working, or a student on benefits like me to split the rent, someone trustworthy, clean, fun, healthy, happy, aged 16-35 would be fine.
Hi I'm Simon, a 27 year old working professional recently moved to Sydney. I spent the last year living and working in Kuala Lumpur and prior to that I was in Melbourne. My week usually consists of work 8.30-5ish and then most week nights are for exercise of some sort, dinner out with friends or a night in. I'm always a fan of a glass of wine and some Netflix's. Weekends I enjoy checking out any cultural events that are on, spending time with family and friends or getting down to the beach somewhere. I also love to travel and would love to hear about any places you might have explored! I'm more of a dinner out/quiet night in/brunch person over a big night out and am looking for a housemate/s with a similar perspective. Open to doing things together but at the same time respect we also can have our own thing going on. I'm very clean and organised, so ideally looking for a home that supports this.
Hi, I'm a clean, considerate and tidy person who's up for a laugh and a chat about whatever. I'm also respectful of other people's space and belongings so no need to worry about me stealing your last piece of pizza in fridge! I’m a young professional who works in the City so won't be home during the day.
Hi there, I'm Alex, I'm 28 and work in interior design. I'm looking for short term accommodation in the inner west. I am a pretty outgoing guy who doesn't mind a bit of socialising, but also know when to respect someone else's privacy. I'm also very tidy and don't mind doing a bit of cleaning. I'm a bit of a traveller and take huge interest in other cultures. Love all foods and a big sports nut as well.

Hi, am Mansi, a working professional. I will be moving to Sydney in May (end) 2018. Am fairly easy going, clean and looking for peaceful place to stay anywhere close to the metro connectivity. Am not a party person. I am looking for a single room.
I am from India searching for accommodation near UNSW. I am a neat and a tidy person who like to keep things in order. I hang out with friends during my leisure time. Not a party animal and not a smoker. I would like to stay with people of different nationalities and embrace their culture.
We are clean, hardworking, friendly lads looking for accommodation for our stay in Sydney. We would like a more modern place preferably to ourselves. Own rooms also preferred but no essential. Myself, Ryan am an electrician and also ex British army and I enjoy working out. I am hoping to take part in the Sydney marathon in September! Matt is an office worker who spends his spare time in the gym. We are both huge football/soccer fans!
Hello, I am Luisa Italian girl, and I am just arrive in Sydney. I'm looking for a house where to find people who are: respectful, polite, but above all clean Please! I can also share a room with a girl, who has a job of course, that is nice, quiet and respectful, but above all I do not want parties at home! I am not old, but I want to my privacy! I am ready to move from 20th. So let me know!
We are full time students from Usyd and UTS, and looking for a place somewhere near (within walking distance). We are friendly responsible adults, who respect privacy. We don't want too many people living in a household though (max - 4). All suitable offers are welcome! Thanks!
We are a friendly, very clean and tidy couple 👫 in their super late twenties :) A full-time Sommelier🍷 and an Early Childhood Educator working part time. Not party people, but we enjoy sharing an occasional, glass of wine. Respectful of other's personal space. We are from Chile but can´t handle any 🌶. Have lived in share houses in Sydney. We love to have food
Full time kiwi Office Assistant in the CBD who also works over the bridge on weekends. Bit of a nana so I have no interest in a party house, but dont mind quiet get togethers or BBQ's. I LOVE ALL ANIMALS so bonus if you have one :) Im actually clean. Like I literally clean up after myself and tidy all the time. I love food, so you will always see me eating. Literally. I work out 6 days a week and although my plate is always full I love having a wind down with some popcorn and netflix/stan :) After a boyfriend friendly place :)
About me: I'm 22 years old, female. I have just graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) and looking for a place to move in to by end of July. The plan is to lease for 6 months with possibility of extension. I'm looking for a furnished granny flat, studio, or private room with ensuite. ☺ I am currently working at Padstow, while also looking for a Research job, related to my field. I do not have any pets nor do I smoke or like to party. I'm from the Philippines (half-Singaporean) and I've been in Australia for 5 years now. I am a very neat and organised person, a trait which has been passed down to me by my mother, hence I like to clean when I'm bored. I'm an approachable, chill person, I'm happy with staying at home, reading a book with a cup of tea while listening to music. With me as a flatmate, you have nothing to worry about with your place or furnishings as I am very careful with them. I take very good care of my things. 😄
I'm looking for a studio, granny flat or a private room in a small share house. In the case of a share house, this would preferably be an all-female, all-over-25 household with my own bathroom. I'm very clean, tidy and respectful, and I'm leaving my current place because my flatmate is not clean, tidy or respectful. Although I'm more than happy to share a coffee, beer, meal or movie etc now and then, I'm also a very private person and need to be allowed to do my own thing most of the time without being judged. My main commitment at the moment is full-time uni, which takes up most of my week (5 months to go until I graduate). I study from home, so I'm very quiet and am not looking for a party house (although of course I have no issue with other people listening to music, watching movies or generally doing their thing). I also do ad-hoc contract work as a delivery driver. In my spare time I play soccer, draw/paint, (try to) play the guitar, catch up with friends, and spoil other people's pets. Due to some bad experiences living in share houses, I'd like to live in a place where everyone's names are on the lease (or a written sub-letting agreement can be made), agreements about bond are in writing, reasonable boundaries are negotiated and respected, and some sort of chore roster is considered good communication rather than pedantic. And of course rent comes first no matter what. I have to give 3 weeks vacate notice at my current place, and I like to have a 1 week overlap to allow time for the move and final clean, so I would be looking to move 2 weeks after being approved. Please feel free to contact me if it sounds like we might be a good match :-)
Hi everyone, I am moving to Sydney from Adelaide. Born and bred in Adelaide, I'm as easygoing as you can get. I like spending time outdoors playing sports, hiking, etc but also enjoy a quiet night in especially during the winter months.
Hi, I am a professional working for the NSW state government. I am a clean, quiet and respectful person and expect the same from my future housemate. Background is Indian if that's important. I have lived in Melbourne for 10+ years prior to moving to Sydney late last year. Share-house trained. Must be LGBTI friendly. I am looking for honest and reliable people whose dealings are transparent, in good faith and lawful.
Hey. I am Lexi , I work full time as an office manager and I am 24. I am looking to move into a shared house with awesome people. I like music , the beach, bars, movies, my friends and chilling out. I am tidy but not a neat freak. I would like to move in and be able to be friends with my house mate/s but also like to relax in my space. Ideally looking for single/ private room. Happy to come view / have a chat. Lexi
Hey, we're a friendly couple looking for a new place ! :) Krystale, 24yo, french, passionate (obsessed) about food, working as an AV technician in Rosebery. Lonnie, 21 yo, British, working in the construction and about to get sponsored. He likes going to the gym and have a beer now and then. We like having our own time as much as being social. I am super busy which means I won't have much time to socialise, I'm still open to anything. I like to live in a clean home, so I will keep things neat and tidy. Studying at SAE Qantm at Central in the city and working as a Traffic Controller. I am looking to turn a new leaf, healthy eating and going to the gym while cutting down on my video game sessions.
