"Quite possibly the most clean, quiet and respectful person of all time" - Flatmates Monthly ($100% genuine magazine) No seriously I'm super clean and I know how to be a good flatmate - I have a lot of experience.
I'm a 26 year old kiwi guy working in finance. Work super long hours during the week so you wont see me much then, but love to spend the weekends hanging out and having a good time. I'm a big fan of the outdoors (currently learning to surf and love going on hikes), as well as music and going to festivals (recently went to Tomorrowland and Defqon, looking to go to Coachella next year!). When I'm not doing any of that, you'll typically find me eating/ drinking somewhere in the sun Looking to live with likeminded people who like to spend time together and hang out, and are up for dinners or drinks on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as random adventures during the weekend
I am a pretty chilled out friendly guy. I work full time mon-fri and gym most nights. I am into anything outdoors and enjoy cooking and hanging with friends. Moving to Syd from Perth.
Hello we are 4 backpackers from FRANCE and in Australia since May ! We're looking for a flat or 2 doubles room (indeed we are two couples so two boys and two girls), do you have any availability for us? 🤗🤗 We are clean, kind and friendly guys 😎 Thanks !! ORANE
Hey so I’m Mitchell and look, I don’t want to just live with you, I want to actually like you as a person and more than just tolerate you (what a nice guy). So let’s just get that out of the way (perfect, now are you a serial killer?). The most important thing about the house I want to live in is the people who also live there (unless the house is asbestos ridden). I want to be friends with you, not that we have to spend every meal together and share everything in our lives (but FRENS), but get on pretty well and be able to chat about whatever. If you're looking for someone to make your house a home (please I hope someone's getting royalties from that expression on this website) then I’m here for it. I have just finished a communications degree majoring in media production (wow so wild), and logically now work full time for Toyota Finance (what). I come from the middle of nowhere called Kurrajong (so mysterious), it's beautiful but very far from anywhere (so modest too). I play bass guitar and piano in my spare time (everyone loves a musician right), and occasionally try to make some kind of art (creative!!) or help out on friend's films (he has friends?!). Love going to live music and exploring the city (of course you do you white boy). I also am occasionally funny (he’s not).
I'm 40 , have lived in shared accommodation before and respect others privacy. Honest, matured and i'm clean and tidy and would expect the same. I am generally quiet on weekdays and wouldn't mid some shared dinner , movie and drinks on weekends.
Im easy going, I’m barely home. I’m out of the house by 5:00am (I go to the gym before work) then I finish work at 6:00pm Monday to Friday (I may stay back later) I love a laugh, a wine and good banter. I’m clean and tidy and would love to not just be housemates but be friends too!
Hey! I'm 19 and I'm currently studying Computer Science and Media Arts at UNSW. I would love a clean and peaceful home to share with someone. I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment/house but team up with other uni students would be good as well. I'm very organized and clean and I respect one's personal space. I work part time as a hair stylist.
I am a writer, single, wine judge, curious, quiet and creative person. Love languages, speak Dutch, trying to learn Japanese, babble in Spanish and Italian.
Heyoooooo, I like to think I'm a pretty cool person to live with. I'm a High School Science Teacher working in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. In my spare time I enjoy outdoorsy stuff, gym, adventures and I'm trying to get in to more charity/altrustic work. I have extensive positive experience house-sharing all over Sydney with a diverse range of different people. My goal this summer is to take up surfing, so if you can teach me a thing or two that would be an incredible bonus!
Hi. I’m French, living in Sydney for 6 months. Looking for a private furnished room, preferably in a house (waterfront would be great), Double Bay, Darling Point, Elisabeth bay, Glebe Point, North Pyrmont, Milsons Point, Kiribilli or other locations but no more than 1 hour walk from CBD. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Well-travelled, working in the travel industry. I love the outdoors, walking in the city, hiking in the bush or along the coast. Like discovering new places, new people and having fun. I'm open-minded, sociable and quite outgoing but also like my privacy sometimes. Also into yoga and pilates. I'm always glad to have a chat, enjoy a few drinks, a nice meal or bbq.
Hey, I'm a French guy who's coming to Sydney to improve my communication skill so I'd like to find a great community in a good located flatsharing in town. It's important to know that I'm openly gay so I need to find a place where everyone is cool with that. I like sports and i intend to go to the gym, learn to surf and why not skateboarding or other cool stuffs like that so I'll really appreciate sport mates. Im sociable and would like to share some bbq and evenings with my flatmates too (and why not partying at some clubs reasonably). So if you think we could have a great agreement PM me :)
I’m a clean respectful professional who travels upto Sydney for work on average 2 weeks to 3 weeks each month. I’m originally from the UK and have been over in Australia for 5 years. I enjoy catching up with friends for drinks, walks (Coogee to Bondi a favourite) and interesting conversation.
I'm a civil engineer on secondment from Perth, WA. First time living in Sydney and very excited for new adventures and exploring the east coast. Pretty easy going and independent but always keen to catch up over wine. I like to go running and play netball. Love my brunches and trying out new places.
Hi, I'm Mel. Background: I just moved back to Sydney after traveling for 7 months and am looking for somewhere to live for a few months temporarily until Christmas at the least (when I go visit family for a few weeks) or April, at the most (when I plan to travel overseas for an extended period again). I'm originally from the US but have lived in the Eastern Suburbs for 10 years. Me as a flatmate: As far as work goes, I'm a high school teacher and will be working most days of the week - I usually leave the house by 7 am and return home anywhere from 4-6pm. In my free time I like to read, sleep, swim, see friends, do the coastal walk/exercise, etc. I can be really friendly and social although I also really value my downtime alone after draining days at work, often prefering to be in my room with door shut :) - I find its hard to predict! As a flatmate I am conscientious of space and noise, and on time with any payments. I really like cooking (but often too tired and order Thai) and playing music. I like a clean house but can totally relate to being tired and just can't be bothered to do the dishes, etc :) What I'm looking for: In a flatmate I guess I would prefer someone similar in age who doesn't live in a party party house, keeps common areas clean/tidy, and isn't bothered by my independent tendancies :) I have a car, so parking is a factor. I'm also looking for a place that is in reasonable proximity to the coast, walkable to at least a cafe and at most, the shops. I'm looking to rent from end of September to either mid-December or April.
Hi there! My name is Nusret. I am a neat and friendly person looking for a room in an apartment or townhouse in Inner West area for at least 6 months. I am an engineer in my mid-late 20s and working full time in banking. I'm an easy going guy with a good sense of humour. I love having a chat and I'm generally pretty interested in everything and always open to learn new things. I like having a cup of coffee outside and going to the beach! I like running and cycling. I'm looking for a place where people have their own lives but also inclined to have a couple beers now and then. Cleanliness and being respectful are important to me and I'm looking for a place that appreciates these as well.
Looking to move ASAP (current tenancy ends this Saturday 22/09!) Hey, a little bit about us: I'm Chris, 27, from England, Business Analyst for NSW Health; and Patrycja, 24, from Poland, works in office administration. Both young professionals working full time. We enjoy cooking dinner after work, TV/Netflix, gym, having some drinks, exploring Sydney, going to the beach. We're laid back, clean and tidy. We've both shared apartments/houses for years so we should be pretty good housemates, and we'd consider ourselves friendly and easy to get on with. We're after: • A double room in an apartment/house • Ideally with a pool, potentially with a complex gym. • Good transport links • Wardrobe space for the both of us • Living / dining area Could stay up to 10 months, but flexibility preferred (e.g. 1 month notice)
I'm quiet and clean, don't smoke, respect boundaries. If I'm not at work or jogging, I enjoy time to myself. I rarely cook and mostly keep to myself though I don't mind having a chat and socialising, sharing a meal, etc
Hey, We are a friendly French couple who recently relocated from Paris to Sydney. We have a sponsorship visa for 4 years so we plan to stay here for a While. I work in Barangaroo and Sam in Tempe. My partner and I are Easy going, clean and respectful for other people's space. We work hard during the week and we like to discover Sydney and places around during the weekend. We like to practice sports: Patrice is doing F45 and Sam is a swimmer and cyclist. But we also like to have a glass of wine with our Flatemates. We are looking for a room in place with good vibes. We look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Samuel and Patrice
