I'm from Canberra and looking for a nice warm cozy place to call home with some nice people! I work a lot but overall an easy going, neat and happy to have a glass of wine when everyone is home. Easy to get along with, responsible, neat and tidy as well. Good laughter, respectful etc
Hi! My name is Markus and I am from Germany. I will stay in Sydney from April to the end of June 2017 due to an internship at the National Herbarium NSW. Now I am looking for a room and hope to find nice flatmates. To my person: I'm 26 years old, master student in the final year, a friendly and open person, passionate cook and interested in fitness and sport. I like to travel and exploring nature, spending my time with friends and once in a while go for a night out. I am uncomplicated, a non smoker and tidy. Still any questions? Don't hesitate to ask! ;)
Hi, My name is Alireza and recently move from Dubai to Sydney. I am friendly, easy going and tidy person and I'm looking for clean room.
Hi. I'm Eimear, a 32 year old Irish woman. I work full-time as an English teacher in the city....evenings 4-10 Mon-Fri...so if you work days, you get your space :) I'm friendly, down to earth, respectful and clean. I love chats over tea but also very much like to do my own thing and respect people's living space. General interests include walking, tennis, tea, chats, a beer or two. I'm looking to live with independent professionals who work regularly. Would also like to have a good living rapport and get to know flatmates. Most importantly, I like to live in a clean space.
Hi! My name's Michelle. I'm a social researcher and PhD candidate at Sydney Uni. I'm a warm person and am fairly easy to get along with. My idea of fun is a yoga/dance class, a SUP lesson, a picnic at the beach or an evening in discussing life and politics. I'm generally more of a dinner-with-friends socialiser than a big party person. I'm looking for a large room in a clean, quiet and harmonious home close to the Uni. I'm hoping to find somewhere that I can love and take pride in, so would be sure to pay on time, clean up after myself, pitch in etc. I'm mature, respectful and reliable, and would like to live with housemates who are similar in those ways. I'm independent, but would like to have a warm and comfortable relationship with my new housemates. It would be great if we could share the occasional meal, catch up every now and then for a chat, or spend the odd evening in enjoying a movie, some cheese on bickies and half-a-glass of wine. Let me know if you have a room and think there’s potential. I’m hoping to move in late March/early April and stay until at least the end of the year. Budget is around $300, ideally including utilities. Sadly I'm allergic to cats.
Hi, I'm Enguerrand a 21 years old french student. I come to australia to make my internship in event and I'm searching for a flatshare of at least 3 people to have some life in the appartment/house. I like to hang out, take a drink, do sport, enjoying things. I will stay 6 months from March to August. Hope you'll be interested. Cheers
I would like to do some activities in and around Sydney with a fun group of people. I like to be social, cooking dinner together and exploring the culture of Australia and the cultures everyone's bringing in the accommodation. I like a neat place and don't like it when people leave things behind dirty. I'm no smoker nor am I fond of others doing that in my company. I'm already in Sydney and would love to meet you and have a look around the accommodation! Greetings!
Hi, I'm Arika from Japan. I've been living in Sydney for less than a year but more than 6months. I am a full time professional working in the city. I enjoy going out with my boyfriend and friends after work and on the weekend. I'm not a smoker but I like drinking socially. I like cooking when I have time. I would like to find a clean and tidy, furnished and around $300 including all bills and unlimited internet place close to a train station in the North shore, preferably between Milsons Point and Chatswood. Thanks!
Hi, I am Danny. I am 33 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station and a gym at a walking distance are a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table without chairs (BYO chairs, LOL), a 3+2 (recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move some of my non electronic gear to a storage. I have a large sedan so would need some sort of parking. I do not have any pets. I love dogs. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny
Hey, I am an easy-going student (postgraduate) from Freiburg Germany in my last year (Environmental Sciences). From 24th of February I am coming to Sydney for an internship at the University of Sydney. On 1st of May I'll leave for New Zealand. I am looking for a small, private room, as I'll be at Uni most of the time. I like to do sports, cook or just have a glass of beer/wine in good company. I've been living in flatshares the last six years, so that's not new for me. If there are any pets in the flat, that's fine for me. Also I lived in Sydney during my undergraduated studies in 2014. Simon
Hi, I am from Amsterdam and moved to Sydney to work full time at a startup in chippendale. I am a very clean, kind and social roommate and can easily adjust. During the week I'll be busy at work, but during the weekends I would like to go out to explore Sydney.
Hello! :) I'm Joey from Singapore, and I'm looking for a home away from home. I'm a Comms grad living in Melbourne. Moving for Business postgrad @ USyd in March. Looking for preferably a private room, best if it's somewhere within walking distance from Hyde Park & Town Hall station. I'm good with places near train and bus stations near the Sydney city area as well. Length of stay and move in date negotiable. I'm friendly, clean, respectful and open to pets! Have lived with several flatmates before and never had problems. I'm interested in other cultures since I'm from a multi-racial country, hence I welcome living with people of diverse nationalities! Not really the party type, but I do enjoy a drink or two. Am doing my best to live a healthier lifestyle (eating clean, going to the gym, etc.) I also love going on adventures, taking pictures and doing voluntary work. My finances are assisted, thus I certainly will pay the rent on time. If you think I could be a good fit and would like to connect to know me better, do drop me a message. Cheers! :)
Hi I'm Jaime :) I'm 24, an interior designer, yoga fanatic, hiking adventurer and brunching enthusiast. I'm looking to find somewhere long-term with lovely housemates around the Surry Hills/ Glebe area. I'm always up for a good chat and a stroll/ jog, but also love my down time.. usually to cook, read or plot my next grand business idea. I love healthy cooking and eating, and can often be found in the kitchen. In a typical week I'm out of the house between 8 - 7pm weekdays, and in and out on weekends. I'm considerate and tidy, and hoping to live with people who are the same. It's really important to me to live in a clean and well kept space. I want to live somewhere where friends and partners are welcome, but don't want a party house. I don't smoke and am not a big drinker... tea is my jam. If I sound like a good match for your place, please get in touch :)
International fun person who has lived in Sydney for over 7 yrs. I appreciate beautiful homes as I work looking after high profile people and their assets, so treat homes like my own or even better like my clients. Originally from Melbourne so head interstate quite a bit, into health and fitness, yet go out for dinners and drinks quite a bit. Fun person who is easy going, helpful and respectful.
I'm a student who is visiting from Korea to tour around Sydney :) I'm looking to share a place with someone for about 18 days. I'm a non-smoker, hygienic and easy-going! I've met all kinds of people from traveling so I'm a pretty chill person hehe

We are always clean, we are both pretty good cooks and we love a BBQ and a few drinks on the weekend! Always up for a glass of wine/beer and a chat. We're Fannie (31) and Fred (30), a couple from Montreal, Canada, moving to Sydney to start a new exciting life! Fannie is doing a PhD at the University of Sydney, and I'm a web developer. We're a very easy-going couple, we're clean and considerate, so there's no worry about cleanliness or noise or whatever. We like to cook while listening to some good psychedelic rock album, we like to drink a bit of wine, a couple beers at the bar, we love to take long walks through the city streets, and on rainy days stay on the sofa and watch a movie. We're flexible, and understanding. We can talk and mingle, or we can leave you alone. Fannie is the extrovert, I'm the introvert ; but we're both equal parts quiet and fun-loving.
I am 29yo and work Full Time 11hr days Mon-Fri in the Construction industry. I am clean and tidy and expect the same of my housemates. I like to be social and also enjoy my down time after working the long hours each day. Ideally looking for somewhere for at least the next 6-12 months.

A Brazilian relocating to AUS to work in the Pharmaceutical Industry. I am very quiet during working days but I also enjoy company for a beer or indoors/outdoors activities during weekends. I will arrive on 22Feb and I am looking for a short/long stay. The office is based next to the Macquaire Park station so I would rather have a place with easy access to T1 (although I am open for another opportunities).
A little bit about me, Im 21, in my third year of Psychology at University of Sydney. Although philosophy is my favourite uni subject. I enjoy a day spent reading or drawing and I am an easy going and happy person! I own a small little rabbit called Morrissey who would be moving with me in his small hutch. He is super friendly and will love you forever when fed carrot or kale. He likes to think he's a bit of hipster with his kale.... My ideal day off would be spent with a good book in a comfortable armchair or creating drawings! Thanks for considering me!
We are two friends and we are looking for an accomodation in Sydney. We are energetic and friendly and we love meet people ! Aurelie is from France and Layla from Holland. We would like to stay in Sydney between 2 or 3 months and then we would like to travel ! Thank you for help us to find something !
I'm just a laid back Canadian, who would like a nice flatmate to banter with. I'm pretty courteous and clean. I have dust allergies, so I try to keep everything as tidy as possible. I don't like keeping dirty dishes in the sink either. My friends say I smell nice, so that's a bonus. :) Aside from that, I work as a Marketing Manager in the CBD. You can find me on top of a mountain, in the middle of a football field, or tackling a fat piece of cake. Ideally, I'm looking for a place to stay from March 19 till the beginning of August.
Hello there, I'm a 28 yo Indonesian starting my working holiday in the land of Down Under. I've got few room sharing experiences. The last one, I shared a house with five persons during my master study in Holland for one year until I graduated recently. I'm accustomed to international diversity, open minded, neat, and clean. For leisure time, I sometimes digest philosophy and literature, and go jogging as well. Currently I'm doing a part-time job and looking for a team-up or shared-room in a quiet suburb, a bit away from city hustle and bustle.
I just moved to Sydney from Dubai. I work in Advertising and a freelance DJ and Photographer. I'm very social, outgoing, clean, tidy and resepct people's boundries. Hey. I am a clean and tidy British male currently working full time in carpentry but casually looking for architecture related contract work. Respectful and others and their sleeping times but always up for socialising at the weekends :)
One Australian, one kiwi, looking for somewhere to live until mid-June where we will then be moving to Europe. Both work and study. One landscape architecture and one engineering. We are both social - enjoy a drink and outdoors.
I am a third year Law and arts student at USYD. I work part time but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time! I am very easy going socially. I'll never turn down a good glass of wine but chances are I'll follow it with my gummy bear vitamins before bed. I go the gym as a stress buster. Normally to get over my frustration at the bachelor. I was raised in England and go home twice a year. I'm tidy and respect people's space.
I've just moved up to work full time as a personal trainer at a gym in the CBD. This keeps me fairly busy but I always find time to enjoy life. I'm into health and fitness, with my main hobbies revolving around training and being active. This can be training in the gym, or a swim down at the beach in between clients. I'm looking for a place that not only gives me a roof over my head, but people to enjoy life with too. As I am new to Sydney, housemates to explore the nightlife with, who enjoy getting out and about are a priority. I'm friendly, easy going and very clean and tidy.
Howdy! I'm moving up from Melbourne to start a full-time software engineering job, and looking for a furnished room close to a train station and not too far from the Sydney CBD. I'll be available to move in as of Feb 27th. As a flatmate, I'm tidy, quiet, and responsible. (I do like to play guitar and ukelele for fun, but only when the noise is not a problem for other housemates.) I keep pretty regular working/sleeping hours. I think good communication is the single most important determinant of a happy, functional household, and I'm a good communicator, even when awkward or uncomfortable issues need to be addressed. I like to cook a couple times a week, although I'm not very adventurous. I'm vegetarian and I try to avoid eggs, but other than that I'm not picky with food. (I also have no problem living with non-vegetarians. I'm not preachy.) I like coffee (read: need it to function properly). My ideal home would have a little garden, to help me build some gardening skills. I'm keen to meet people outside of work, so hanging out with housemates on weekends is an appealing prospect, but I also need plenty of time to myself and respect others who need likewise. Although I work in tech, in my spare time (a.k.a. real life) I'm more into the arts and nature than machines. I used to study creative writing and still read a lot; I also enjoy films and music very much. If you're in a book or movie club, can I join? Look forward to hearing from you! (Whoever you are, mysterious reader.)
