Hi! I am 24 years old, from England, and new to Sydney. Currently looking for some great people to share a house with. I'm clean, friendly, and a very respectful housemate. I like socialising and going for the odd beer, but if that isn't your thing then we can always hit Monopoly. Looking for somewhere ASAP, so please feel free to send me a message! Looking forward to hearing from you.
We are all first/second year university students who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $650 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge and a washing machine would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)

Hey, I’ve moved up to Sydney with work (media) for 10 months. So far I’ve been enjoying my time in Newtown but sadly need to find another awesome house as the lease is up. I’m super easy going, work mon-fri and you’ll find me at the beach or out n about somewhere with my camera on the weekends. I’m looking for a house that is relaxed and friendly with great people who do their own thing but don’t mind to hangout from time to time. If I sound like a good fit let’s chat! :)
I am an outgoing recruitment consultant originally from the North of England looking for somewhere with people a similar age or with similar lifestyle choices i.e. I am quite active and social but enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evenings. I am a heavy metal fan and animal lover! I am very clean and respectful. Looking asap due to a change in circumstances.
I work full time weekdays. I’m an organised person who enjoy free time at the beach and working out. Originally from Chile and I live permanently in Australia. I’m very friendly and polite. I enjoy quiet afternoons after work.
I'm a 26yr old Canadian, but have lived in Sydney almost 2years. I’m currently in my second year at Sydney Uni: Dentistry program. I’m easy to live with – independent, clean, and very respectful of other people’s spaces. My studies will take up most of my time, but other than that, I love to read, binge Netflix, cook, and get outside to explore the city. Since I'll be going to school I want to live in a place where I can study but as well relax and enjoy a coffee/tea with my flatmates. I do have my own bedroom furniture, but that's it. I currently rent in Camperdown, but my lease will be up in December, I’m happier to move in earlier but I need to give at least 1 months notice. I would like somewhere near central station (or within walking distance of central) since most days of the week my classes will be held at the Dental hospital located beside central. Also I'm looking for a longer term rental 12 months (up to 2 years if we get along well) If you think you have a place I would like, or have any questions- send me a message. Thanks, LeAnn
Hi. I am a 34 year-old working professional male looking for a flatmate to team-up. I consider myself an open-minded and considerate individual that values my own space but also enjoys sharing a drink and meal with a flatmate. I am a business professional by background, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4+ years. I currently work with Panasonic Avionics based at the Sydney International Airport, and soon will be on a rotating roster. During my free time, I like to keep myself fit by regularly playing tennis, biking and swimming. I also ride a motorcycle, so I am usually out on rides exploring the woods or the ocean and a sucker for good coffee. I am passionate about cooking, and I unwind by cooking a meal. I have my own car, and motorcycle, so parking is a must. I am looking to team-up (preferably) or move into an existing place. I am looking for a long-term housing solution. So, happy to consider anything above a 6 month period. Give me a shout if you're interested to catch up over coffee for a chat. Cheers Raj PS: If you're seeing this listing, I am still open for a team-up. Flexible with move in dates, and also happy to furnish the place :)
Hello! I'm Sarah - 25 years old, an aspiring actor, working four days a week at a children's hospital. I currently live in Drummoyne and am looking at moving for a change of scenery - preferably to the east (I love the beach!!) or on the water somewhere. I am an outgoing, social, and silly person who enjoys quiet evenings at home with a movie and homemade pizza. I am very tidy and respectful of people's personal space and am looking for a household that is also very clean and tidy, and not a party house. I am flexible with move in dates and am strict on $270 rent per week maximum. I'm looking for a single room (NO SHARED ROOMS). Backyards that would let me get a pet bunny are a plus! :)
I´m very organized and clean. Love to cook and eat healthy. Very respectful of other peoples´ sleep and personal space. Passionate about dogs, healthy eating and cooking. My name is Jeremy who has been living and studying in Sydney for 5 years. I finished my bachelor degree of international and global studies at the University of Sydney and currently I am doing my law degree. I consider myself a friendly, open-minded but also quiet person. I am tidy and clean and will always take good care of where I live. I like coffee, reading books, watching movies and also partaking all kinds of outdoor activities. When it comes to making new friends, I can be a little bit shy at the beginning, but if we really get along well, I am also the person who really appreciates the value of friendship. Since I am a very private person, I want to live in a private bedroom. If you happen to have a single bedroom for leasing. Please do contact me and I'd love to answer any questions you may have about me. Thanks a lot!

Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. Friendly housemates are preferred. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Moving date will be in October - feel free to contact me if you have a room which might suit.
