Hey guys! I'm 22 years old, in my second year studying Nutrition at Deakin uni and work part time at Green Cup (a smoothie bar) on Chapel st. I've been away in Canada for 4 months for the winter season on a working holiday and return back to Melbourne on the 26th Feb. I am looking for a place ASAP for when I'm back and I have lived in share houses previously so have experienced it all before. I am clean, organised, respectful of space but also love to socialise and enjoy a wine or two on the weekends :) Message me if you think id make a good fit to your place.
Hey there, I'm looking to share a house/apartment preferably with just one person who also works office hours. I don't have a car so looking to move somewhere close to public transport. I'm working in the city, enjoy going to the gym, cooking, breakfasts and coffees etc. Apart from that I'm easy going, clean, and have lived in shared houses for the last couple of years. Looking to move in asap :)
Hey! My name's Hannah and I'm turning 21 this year. I'm originally from Bendigo but have been living in Melbourne since 2015. I'm in my third year at RMIT studying a Bachelor of Criminology/Psychology which I love! I also work part-time in retail so I lead a pretty busy lifestyle due to studies and work. In my eyes, animals are the best thing since sliced bread and I also love a good Netflix session (who doesn't!). Over the past two and a bit years I've had experience living with housemates, and respect people's needs whether that be for privacy or cleanliness. I love a clean house and also enjoy having a chat. I'm a bubbly and easygoing person, and am always available if anyone needs someone to rant to or wants advice! My partner is Alex. Alex is also turning 21 this year and works full-time. He is also studying a Veterinary degree online, so clearly a huge fan of animals! Alex also loves to travel and enjoys the warm weather. Like me, Alex has a positive personality and is super easy to talk to, but respects people's needs for space, cleanliness and privacy.
I'm 22, from the UK, currently working as an admin assistant in the CBD. I'm super chill, easy going, love to cook and enjoy socializing and having a few drinks at the weekend but obviously respect other peoples privacy too!
Hi! My name is Luana, I'm from Brazil and I've come to Melbourne to study Film and TV at Deakin University. In Brazil I used to work as a film editor and producer, also working as an Elementary art teacher. I'm now living in a sharehouse with a couple but I'll have to move shortly. I love pets, chocolate, films and culture. I am organized, tidy, creative, respectful, shy but also friendly. I am not a very party/drink girl, but sometime I might accept a drink. As filmmaker and producer in Brazil, I used to work with a lot of people that had different thoughts and backgrounds than mines. Still, we were able to maintain a respectful and peaceful relationship, and I want to preserve this with new friends and housemates.
I’m Mhairi (pronounced like Harry, but with an M), from Edinburgh, Scottish through and through. 22, turning 23 in March. I’m currently working as a receptionist in an advertising agency by Southbank and looking to move out of my 12 bed dorm and into my own room where I can crash about as much as I like without worrying about waking the guy in the bunk above. Being Scottish, I’m naturally very outgoing and kind (Scots are known for their kindness, look it up). As an experienced Office Manager in fast paced ad agencies I’m also very organised, tidy and respectful. Not going to lie, I love a drink on the weekend and if you’re looking for an entertaining night out I’m your gal but during the week I’m likely to be quietly sipping a wine before bed as I have work early in morning. Favorite food: Steak or pizza, its too hard to pick just one. Hobbies: Reading, karaoke, cleaning (I love the smell of bleach, is that weird?) Favorite book: Kay Scarpetta Series – Patricia Cornwell. Read all of them, currently on book 19 of 24 Favorite music: All genres, literally listen to anything! From Justin Bieber to Slipknot. The Smiths to Steely Dan. Favourite colour – ATM.. red. But you’ll usually find me in all black. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to sit in their room silent and only whisper when they talk that’s not me and I’m sorry for wasting your time. BUT if you’re looking for a girl who can talk the back legs off a donkey, is known as the mother of the dorm for her cooking, cleaning and beauty services and was asked to be bingo bitch for the hostels bingo night because she’s such a good host, then I am the flatmate for you.
Hi, I am Dhruv, 22 years old full-time university student. I have just arrived in Australia and looking to explore Melbourne. I am very friendly and always up for a chat but at the same time also respects one's privacy and believe in keeping the place clean and tidy. Looking forward to meeting my next housemate Dhruv
I’m gonna be an exchange student at Deakin University next trimester and still need to find a place that I can call home for the next 4 months. I’ve been living in share houses for the last 3 years, so I’m house trained and I’m looking forward to live in a homely house with a nice and social atmosphere. I’m open minded, easy going, normally tidy, I enjoy cooking together, hanging out with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, having a good conversation, watching a movie, playing volleyball, and wandering around the city to check out new pubs or cafés. I love exploring new places, laughing, meeting people, listening to music, being amazed by fabulous nature or trying new sports. Can't wait to meet my future housemates :)
23 from England, working full time until June. I am still backpacking so like to try and stay busy and do things / go for drinks at the weekend, However at the same time I like my own personal downtime and will be trying to save as much money as possible over the next three months before I relocate to Sydney. I have stayed in shared houses since I was 18 and I am very aware of shared house etiquette and I want to live in a comfortable and clean environment. It would be great to live with a welcoming , friendly person / people and lock in a nice place to spend my last few months in Melbourne :) If you are interested in having me, feel free to give me a message so we can discuss anything in further detail. Thankyou.
I’m quiet and like to keep to myself but am always happy to socialise and enjoy weekends. I will be studying full time in Prahran beginning February, I work part time in Carrum, and I have two beautiful female kittens. I would prefer for my budget of $250 to cover rent, bills, and internet if possible but am happy to talk about that later. I’ve grown up on the Mornington Peninsula and I love to spend time with friends, take photos, and discover new things.
I'm a student doing Computer Science at Melbourne University, in love with music, not so talkative (unless if you bring technology, or music onto the table). I'm somewhere in the middle of tidy and clean. I have loads of schoolwork, and my part-time job, but yes, I still have time for chats and chill. I don't mind spending some time to clean the kitchen or wash your dishes, except when I'm too busy (of course, I always do mine, that's my responsibility). Overall, I'm pretty worth to have it a go! Happy to move in anytime.
I'm originally from Perth but i've been living and studying in Melbourne for 2 years now. I've been in shared accommodation for 2 years so I know how to keep a house clean and give others their privacy. When I'm not studying ill be playing the guitar, at hockey, out with friends or cooking a meal to enjoy while watching the next episode of altered carbon. I'm currently couch surfing on friends couches so I need to find a place ASAP. I'm also down to team up and get our own place. If this all sounds good chuck me a message. Thanks, Guy.
My name is Taua, I`m from Brazil. I`ve been living in St Kilda for the past 6 months, and I`m trying to find a new place to live. I`m a student and work part-time 5 days on a week. I`m a very clean, responsible and respectful guy.
Hey Everyone!! This is Amol here. I'm 28 years old. I've just finished my Masters degree (in International Business) from Monash and looking forward to work in Australia. I've also done Engineering back in Mumbai, India. About Me: I'm clean, considerate and pretty easy going. I generally do my own thing but also enjoy socialising and having a chat over a beer or enjoying a meal together. I'm in to cooking and can say that i'm a fairly good cook. On weekends I usually keep it pretty chilled and catch up with friends.
I'm very respectful of other people and their space. I am a positive person, quite chilled and reserved, I avoid drama and do what I can to maintain harmony. I like to have a chat and a drink occationally and hang out. I am looking for a nice room mainly in the Hawthorn and Box Hill areas. A nice, clean place is very important to me with quiet, clean and respectful housemates. A nice place is the most important and I am prepared to pay a bit more for this if necessary to arrange this. I would also be interested in teaming one for perhaps a 2 bedroom apartment with one other guy, maybe someone who works in IT or is a programmer or similiar, or shares some nerdy interests of mine, haha. However, being clean & hygenic, quiet and respectful are a must. I am currently a student of Digital Media Desigh at Swinburne. I am interested in learning other languages, learning to produce music (not very good though) and digital art. Feel free to contact me and let's have a chat. :)
Hi there! I'm Ruby, I'm 23 years old. I am a clean, friendly and reliable person hoping to move to Melbourne in mid - late April 2018. Really keen to team up with 1 - 2 girls for a shared house or flat. I am fun, sociable and love a good party however I love my down time and personal space so a large party house is not for me. I like to maintain a healthy balance between going to the gym and keeping a healthy routine and going out and enjoying good food and drinks. I hope to form a friendship and hang out with my roommate/s however if they also tend to keep to themselves then that's okay with me. I have lived in Melbourne previously so have a bit of experience in the city life however I'm really keen to explore and see more of the city and get the full experience. My intent to return is mainly to start studying again and leave my hometown of Byron Bay for the second time. I have listed my move date for mid-April but I am keen to meet up with any potential housemates between March 17th-April 2nd as I will be coming to Melbourne then for a couple weeks to get a house situation sorted. While I have things in mind for what I hope to find in flatmate, I really am open for anything so if your interested and think we would get along, please message me!
22 year old Canadian currently studying business at deakin uni. Here for just one semester so would love to live near the city to see what it has to offer. Lover of travel, wine, food and all great things life has to offer
I'm a full time student in my honours year for philosophy. I'm sharehouse-trained, study and read a lot, love hiking, being outdoors, travel, cooking (eating) and a chat over a glass of whatever's open :)
Hi! I work full-time in Hawthorn East as a product technologist, which I moved to Melbourne for 6 months ago. I love coffee, food and music, and in my spare time I can be found watching TV, playing/listening to music, hanging out with friends, or occasionally organising the kitchen. 😉 I clean up after myself, and am happy to work with any pre-existing house rules. I'm looking for a place which is reasonably close to work, with people I get along with as I'm keen to be friends with my housemates and usually love a chat after work. I am flexible with my move date - my lease ends at the end of April (not being renewed due to upcoming renovations ☹️), but I would ideally like to move sometime before Easter.
- Easy going, fun, loving and caring - Can create quite a curry storm - Is very hygienic and extremely particular about cleanliness - Loves to live in the house like it's a house having meals and drinks with everyone from time to time - I'm 25, from India and just graduated from Deakin Uni in Masters of Business in Sports Management! Been in Melbourne for the last two years, and work five days a week! - Love catching up on treks, hikes and beaches on the weekend, appreciate local flavor for music and art
Hey there! My name is Hugh and im currently looking for a place to move into asap. A little bit about me: I moved to melbourne in April 2016 from NZ, I have been working at Bupa since i got here, and in my spare time i like to listen to music, play video games or work on my car/with computers :) I'm also addicted to Netflix and would love to have buddies to watch shows with! I would consider myself to be bubbly, approachable and caring. I'm a pretty relaxed person who is very tidy and respectful of other people's needs, and also enjoys being social and having the occasional drink and going out. I also have a very pretty kitty that is about a year and a half old! He is very well behaved and adorable. I would prefer living with housemates that share the same values as I unfortunately haven't had the best flatting experiences in Melbourne so far on a number of occasions. I would love the chance to have a chat in person or a coffee, just to get to know you better. Hope you find my listing of interest and hope to hear from you soon!
