Hey I'm Zoe, I'm 24 years old looking to move closer to the city because a few of my friends are there and I'm keen for a change of pace. I've recently gotten into rock climbing and am enjoying learning a new sport so I'm normally out in the evenings climbing or hanging with friends. I work full time managing a pet supplies store. When I do have a day off I like to use it to meet up with friends or relax at home and prepare for the week ahead. I like to keep things clean and tidy as much as possible but I understand sometimes life gets in the way! I enjoy reading and I like experimenting with cooking (though I wouldn't call myself a fantastic cook). I'm pretty content on my own but having someone to talk to everyday goes a long way to making a living situation great! I'm not in a rush to find a place, I'm just looking for the right fit.
Hey peeps! Im Billy, work full time, enjoy training, hang outs with mates, barbie and beer seshes etc.. I am just looking for a decent room to move in to at the end of jan as that is when my lease is up, i know its a fair way away but would just like to be organized. If you have any questions dont hesitate to message and ask! Cheeersss 🤙
Hi all! My name is Jacky and I'm a 4th year university student at Monash University Peninsula. After 4 years of living in uni accomodation, it's time to graduate with my teaching degree in hand and look for a new place & housemates to live with! I'm originally from Hong Kong but have been based in Frankston for 4 years now. Having lived with different people of mixed genders every year has made me quite adaptable as a housemate. I'm an introvert at heart but am down for a night out and drinks every now and again. I enjoy clubbing and concerts too but if that's something you're worried about, don't be! I won't bring strangers and night-time racket home! My hobbies include but are not limited to taking nice scenic walks, reading, video games, exploring new places, taking photos, traveling, and meeting new people. Oh, I also like to throw in a corny joke from time to time. As a housemate, I am a tidy person in general. I will invite friends over sometimes but I promise we will keep noise to a minimum. I'll always be open to bonding opportunities will not hesitate to exchange some awesome banter with you, but otherwise I keep to myself in my room to get work done. I'm in the process of job hunting so my area 'preferences' are scattered everywhere at the moment. Will narrow them down more once I get calls for interviews etc. More looking for people right now~
I have already lived in Melbourne for a year, on campus at Deakin Uni and am looking to move off campus and into a house/apartment in the South East Suburbs. I'm clean and friendly and would really like to meet new people. Ideally if i lived in a house i would like to get a little dog but that can be discussed.
Hello there ! My name is Caroline, i'm a french Canadian lady on a working holiday visa leaving Sydney to go discover Melbourne. I'm looking for a short term place to stay for about 2 weeks, the time to find a job in the city and establish myself :) I'm a pretty quiet lady and since i've never been to Melbourne before, so you will probably not see much of me as i will want to go explore the city. I plan on staying longer than 2 weeks, but would prefer to find a workplace before engaging myself in a longer term rental. I work in hospitality, enjoy good food, photography and bushwalking. Hit me up if you have something that could work for both of us :) Have a wonderful day !
I'm a 29 year old, Exercise Physiologist working full time in Hawthorn. I play footy for Box Hill Hawks. About Me: Easy going Reliable Fun **Looking for a house that doesn’t mind a BBQ during summer or a Sunday session but understands personal space, is relatively clean and is considerate of other people** Interests - pretty stock standard - Parties, going to the beach, dogs, music (anything from Missy Higgins to Fetty Wap to Daft, tv shows (How I Met Your Mother, The Office)
Hi there, I am looking for friendly share home as my current house of 2 and a bit years is disbanding come mid November (happy to pick up a joint a couple of weeks earlier if it fits)... I work full time (a bit less during the uni semester) and study part time at Swinburne. I have a great group of mates, enjoy doing a bunch of stuff in and around town and spend a fair bit of time cramming at the library or hanging back at work around assignment and exam deadlines.. I'm ideally looking for a longer term place to call home, somewhere to park Florence (my little toyota), and a nice balance with housies who are both keen to have a chat over a beer/wine/dinner or watch a doco/netflix/sport etc, as well as their own space and not live out of each others pockets. I'm looking for either an established share house or happy to also set up one from scratch with others (although I don't have any furniture outside of my bedroom). Based on work and uni, I'm ideally looking in the Richmond and Hawthorn (closer to Glenferrie) area, easy walk to a train station and approx $250 rent or less a week. If you want to know more or I sound like someone who would make a decent contribution to your housie team feel free to send me a message! Ta Ally
I keep to myself mainly but if I find housemates that I click with, I'd love to be more social and have drinks in front of the TV together :) I'm clean, respectful of other people, considerate and a domestic goddess in the kitchen (free food for you)... In the process of relocating to Melbourne from Perth. I've put "6 months" as my preferred lease term but of course open to a longer term if I can find some awesome housemates :)
I Work full time in the city Monday-Friday as a game developer. I'm clean and I will clean up after myself, always happy to cook for the whole house. Will keep to myself and very quiet when doing so. Happy to engage and hang out otherwise! very friendly and talkative.
Working full time Monday to Friday and some of the weekends travelling to Sydney as my family is living there. I am okay to have a chat with 1 or 2 drinks after work and very much open minded personality. I prefer my personal time in my room most of the time. Thanks Sujan
Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
I'm a journalism student in Deakin University and I'm from Malaysia! When I'm bored I either binge watch or bake or read or sing lol.... I can be a bit OCD sometimes but I'm technically a very clean and organised person.
I am a Market Manager for a medical device company travelling for work quite frequently. I would love to team up with someone and find a great place in the Camberwell, Glen Iris, Hawthorn East area. I have a son, aged 12 who stays with me some of the time. We have a 7 year old cavoodle Marley who is gentle and loves people. I am an incredibly respectful individual who loves good food, eating out and enjoying the beach. Given I travel quite a bit, you will have the added benefit of the house to yourself quite a bit!
Hi everyone! I'm a full time student studying my Bachelors of Nutrition, and work at a cafe/food store. Super clean, friendly and respectful of everyone's space. Love exercise, nutrition (obviously), chocolate, the occasional wine, travelling and brunch :)
I'm very respectful, clean and easy to get along with, 23 years old, male. An Ingress player come from Beijing, love adventures and make friends all over the world. Will be studying in University of Melbourne in the next 2 years, so I can fit in some long term stay, contact me if you wanna have me as a flatmate! I've cycled 2200km alone to Tibet in 41 days when I was 18; I've published indie magazine with awesome friends; I've built several Android apps by myself. I like to discover this world, to try new things and live with new awesome flatmates.
Down to earth, friendly, family oriented country gal. I have OCD tendencies so will keep the place looking super schmick (haha). I work full time in HR and like to think of myself as a fairly easy going person. I like to make my home a safe and warm environment and am hopeful to become friends with my roomies. I am a respectful housemate who loves a good chat and of course a netflix/movie sesh. I also appreciate privacy and some solo down time. I enjoy a glass of wine every now and then but I mostly spend my time brunching with my friends and being active. Annoyingly I am one of those poor souls who is intolerant to a number of foods but you'll still see me finding clever ways to trick my stomach into thinking Chocolate is a vegetable (haha).
Hi there, I'm Ronny, I'm a 30yo single professional veterinarian new to Melbourne. I'm originally from New Zealand and have recently lived in London for several years. I am looking for furnished accommodation with own bathroom. My location choices are a rough guess and very flexible. I'm also flexible with my move dates and length of stay as I have temporary arrangements. I'm tidy and respect others spaces, can work fairly long and variable hours, quite independent but enjoy a social flat. I enjoy travel, cuisine, reading and sitting down with a glass of wine or gin. Anything else, feel free to flick me a msg :) Cheers!
Hey I'm Alex, I'm 28 and work in social media/marketing for a uni. On to more fun things, as much as we all like to think we're unique, when writing these I realise I'm very much not that unique. I like hanging out with friends, going out, but also like a good Netflix/Stan binge sesh too. Really into music and do some freelance music journalism too so I sometimes have spare +1's to some great gigs (think The Wombats, Jimmy Eat World, Grouplove, Foo Fighters, British India, San Cisco, Alison Wonderland, Temper Trap, Allday etc) around Melbourne. Love checking out live stand up comedy too and going to the movies. I used to work at a cinema for 8 years so despite how expensive it is I just can't stop going to see movies at the cinema. Really into sports, mainly AFL, soccer, basketball and then cricket in summer but don't mind tennis, baseball, ice hockey when it is on. That being said I unashamedly like a lot of (stereotypically) girly stuff like reality TV, in depth chats, rom-coms and the like. Don't see liking non 'manly' kinds of things as an issue at all to be honest. I clean up after myself, I am a great "vacuumer" (drilled in from the cinema days) and can confidently cook about 7 meals and have a crack at a few others, I mean what's wrong with cooking stir fry every time? I like to socialise with housemates and become friends but at the same time I'm pretty happy with my own company too. I also have my own friends so I'll try not to steal yours but I make no promises if they're cool, and if they give me free Calippos then I can make no promises at all. I have a car so if you don't, happy to go on grocery runs or to the bottle-o. I have very few useful things like a bed and so forth so happy to move into a furnished or unfurnished room. However what I can provide is a SodaStream (they're amazing), PS4 privileges, Harman Kardon soundsticks speakers for the lounge if needed (look them up they are super cool). I'd like to think I'm fun to live with, love to have a laugh. Working 8:30-4:30 I don't come home at random hours and make heaps of noise. And if I have a big night out I'll always try and be quiet and respectful when I come in. I'm currently crashing with my sister and husband in Balaclava and they have a baby due in Feb so I have to get out by then, but preferably by the end of November. Pretty much looking for anywhere in the east/south-east from the CBD to about Kew/Camberwell, don't want to live in Burwood where I work because as you'll know if you've been there, it's not the best. Preferences would be the following suburbs: St Kilda East/Balaclava//Windsor/Ripponlea/St Kilda/Prahran/Richmond/Caulfield/Elwood/Elsternwick/South Yarra/Armadale/Malvern.
I'm an easy going, respectful and clean person looking for like minded people to live with. I'm enjoying studying urban horticulture and landscape design at UniMelb in Burnley. I work in the same field (so hopefully I can find a place with a garden!) I spend most of my spare time outdoors, reading, seeing friends or back home in Gippsland. I have a number of exotic pets I love dearly but nothing suited to city living.
I am a language teacher who is employed by a kindergarten. I'm a mature polite considerate person who is quiet tidy and does not party nor I do drugs. I'm into healthy clean eating and exercise but I do enjoy wine and chocolate I don't play music loud and I am not a party animal, I enjoy watching documentaries, art house films but I am also happy to watch comedies and shows like Seinfeld There are benefits to have me as a flatmate as I am a certified personal trainer and massage therapist so in case you would like expand on your knowledge of health and fitness I will be able to assist you plus I can teach Spanish in case you may feel like learning a new language As well I am an animal lover so if you have pets , I will be happy to feed them , care for them and walk them Thank you for taking the time to read my profile Enrique
