Hi my name's Samara. I'm 30 years old. For the past year I have been living in Maribyrnong renting by myself. Which has been ok except now I am looking to make it a bit easier on myself financially and hopefully get to meet a few new people too. I work casually and will be completing my final year of paramedicine in 2018. I am reliable with good rental history and also a landlord myself. Neat and tidy. I am a pretty relaxed and friendly person who doesn't mind a wine or beer now and then over a catch up. Looking for a vacant room to rent. I do have a small amount of furniture that will come with me. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi there! Our names are Hugo & Sofía and just got to Melbourne. We're both 28yo and looking actively for a job (and a room!). We used to work in product development and finance in the automotive industry, but we quit are jobs searching for something else and here we are 🙂 We're looking for a nice place with easygoing people who'd love a beer and a chat after work or any plan may come up. Of course we respect everyone's space and enjoy some chilling evenings too as we did with our flatmates back in Spain. Shoot me a message if you're interested in having us for an inspection 🙂 Cheers
hello! my name is Vallerie. Although I am 17, I’d like to think of myself as mature minded and reliable. I am seeking a room to rent or flat mates as my family situation at home is currently and has been for a long time toxic and unhealthy. Since I am doing year 12 this year, i decided it is better I move than to let it impact my future. I am quite sociable, friendly and helpful. I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my friends. Please contact me if you think I’d suit your place!
21-year old student studying animal and veterinary bioscience at La Trobe uni with an interest in various outdoorsy adventures (especially hiking and road trips). I’m outgoing, with an adventurous sprit (Sagittarius here hehe), very openminded, love meeting new people and would love to become close a friend rather than just a housemate. Additionally, I would say that I am a pretty organised person that likes to keep everything clean and neat. At times you may see me cleaning the house for no reason (cleaning somehow helps me to clear my head). Although I am a student, I am sure that I will pay monthly rent and bills on time as centrelink will generously help me to cover that. If you have any other questions about me please feel free to message me!
My name is Alex Woollatt and I’ve been living in Melbourne for about a year. I work in front of house/hospitality at both the Melbourne Events Group and La Mama Theatre. I’m very easy going, I work hard and I love anything arts related, movies, music, theatre, galleries. I love to keep active as well, love going to gym, running, doing yoga and meditating. I’m very independent, cook and clean up after myself, and also very social so I'm happy to have a chat. I'm looking to move out of my current place after 1st Feb, and have to be out of there by the 16th Feb. If you like what you read and want to meet, let me know!
Hi! I have recently moved from QLD to be a full time international flight attendant, so never home that often. I enjoy having alone time but also someone to have a chat about our days or going to dinner and having a bevie with. Not after a loud house with a lot of people as I can work weird times of the day (I sleep alot). Also wanting somewhere which has reasonable access to the airport and preferably a car spot available in a somewhat quite and safe area 😁
Hi I'm studying at Monash university and also working part time. I am a friendly, out-going and a tidy housemate. I am a non-smoker and dont have any pets. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house.
Hey, I'm Victoria (or Vic but please not Vicky; no one wants the nickname that comes with Vicky), I'm 25 and have just returned to Melbourne after a 4 month stay in the UK with my family. I've lived in Melbourne for 6 years so consider myself somewhat of a local although I still have so much more to see and learn. I work full time as a debt collection call centre team leader which makes me sound a lot scarier than I am... I promise I'm a nice person :) I am bubbly, outgoing and quite sociable however I appreciate my own space and privacy. I'm a clean, tidy and hygenic person to live with who is happy to help with shared cooking if desired. I like my life to be filled with laughter, conversations to be filled with real stuff and my company to enjoy the same. I'm looking for around a 3 month stay while I get myself back on my feet and find my own place although this may be longer. I am looking for a place under $200pw and the cheapest bond possible, preferably 2 weeks max or willing to negotiate payment of bond over a couple of weeks. (As previously mentioned, I have full time work however due to a 4 month break, my first monthly pay is on 15th Feb and have a limited amount of money to pay both 1st month rent and bond upfront. However steady flow of cash from 15/02 onwards - 2nd months rent would be paid on this day also). < just for full disclosure; I don't want to waste anybody's time. If I sound like someone you could live with, please let me know :D
I'm a 29 year old Belgian guy looking for a room for 2 years. I'm a carpentry student here in Melbourne. I arrived 13th of january in Melbourne and I am currently living with a mate in Preston. I lived in sharehouses before in Berlin, Germany so I speak German but also Dutch. I'm a easy going person who enjoys visiting a pub or gig, a barbeque in the park. I also like going to sportevents.
Hey! My name is Nola. I'm a 24 year old female born and raised in California. I am American, but my Mom's family is Mexican and my Dad's family is Hawaiian and Swedish, which makes for an interesting mix. I love my friends and my family, but after graduating from college this December, I have decided to shake things up and move to Melbourne for a year or two. My degree is in Internation Agricultural Development from UC Davis, a small agricultural town near San Francisco. So I'm a bit 'granola.' I like cooking vegan and veg food, hiking, camping, backpacking, going to music festivals, drinking hoppy beer, running, tattoos and piercings, yoga, 4/20 friendly, biking, sun bathing, looking at art, crafting, watching Rick and Morty, and reading. As a person, I'm more on the chill side; I like sleeping in and listening to music in my room, but I also love meeting new people and I actually enjoy working when it's something I love to do (like development work). I have lived in San Francisco for 3 years and traveled quite a bit (currently on exchange in the Netherlands now), and am extremely open minded to alternative lifestyles. I'm starting my move to Australia with a bang, going to Rainbow Serpant and then getting on the job hunt. I'm a clean freak, but I've lived in shared housing for 6+ years and understand that everyone is different, so I've never had issues. I'd say over all I'm extremely laid back, friendly, and happy. I'll be moving alone and am looking for my own bedroom.

I would consider myself a well-organized and respectful person. I love hanging out with friends and doing outdoor activities as well. Reading books, playing piano and chilling in music are what I spend most of my time on at the moment. As an international student, I spend most of my time studying and also looking for a part-time job. I am also really into cooking so it's a benefit for anyone living with me. I don't have any pet but I'd be more than happy if I can live with them.

I'm very tidy and respectful so give us a shout if you wanna catch up for a drink or whatever to chat in more detail.
Hi there! Before I introduce myself, please don't form your opinion about me based on my age, I happen to be 21 going on 40. My name is Clarissa and I'm 21 years old looking to move out from my current place to save money! I'm hoping to move end of Feb or start of March, so if your place is available for then please let me know! I'm looking for an unfurnished room which can fit a double bed and desk. I am currently working full time at a Finance firm in East Melbourne and studying Accounting part time. I can be quite the workaholic so most nights I get home late or I'll be at uni. So I would preferably like to live near public transport, I do have a car but not high priority to take with me if there's no parking. I am easy-going, friendly, quiet, tidy and reliable. I am more than happy to socialize and help around the house but also happy to keep to myself. I'm no party animal but loves a good chat or hangout. Unfortunately I'm allergic to cats and dogs so unless they're a hypoallergenic breed, I can't live with pets :( I go mountain biking on weekends and love yoga, Netflix, baking and can be easily pursuaded to order a cheeky Ubereats or Foodora. Although I'm looking for a home, I'm also hoping to make some lasting friendships! Feel free to message me for more information! :)
Hi I'm Eloise! I am a 22 year old female originally from Tasmania but have been living in Melbourne for 2 years. I am about to start my third year of full time dance and I work most nights and weekends at a restaurant. I love going out with my friends and cause I work in hospo, I definitely don't mind a drink but also love a good Sunday at home. I'm easy going, tidy and friendly. Looking for a place to move into around the end of April. Or to team up with another one or two people to find one! Preferably near Kensington and the city as that is where I work and dance. :)
I am 19 year old Filipino, born and raised in New Zealand. I moved to Australia 2 years ago to begin full-time dance training in Sydney and now in Melbourne to start a pre professional course at Melbourne City Ballet. I will be there 6 days a week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I'm a quiet, responsible and respectful housemate, always pay rent/bills on time and overall easy to live with. I love books, music, plants and fashion and in my free time I enjoy going for walks exploring the city. Looking to move in as soon as possible, preferably into a furnished room.

I have just spent my 3.5 years in Singapore and now about to move to Melbourne. Engineering educated but working in marketing in a German company, also meaning to say I’d like to talk. My name is Erin and I am 32. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
Hello! I'm a Communication/Journalism student at RMIT (qualified to have good chats with housemates) and a pretty easy-going gal. I work part-time in admin and as a uni student magazine editor, which keeps me occupied during the week. Looking for a friendly sharehouse that's walking distance to speedy public transport that can get me to the CBD and Box Hill. Enjoy going to the gym, design, media, reading, nature (mostly in the form of picnics), going to gigs, having a boogie and bike-riding. After reading over that, I definitely need some new hobbies.. Would be overjoyed if there were some veg/vegans in the house, as I'm vegan. Fine with the room being furnished/unfurnished or having existing pets. Available to move in Jan for an ongoing stay of 3 months or longer. Am flexible with the details (can even do a back bridge). I'm tidy and will definitely do my share in keeping the house clean! Hoping to pay under $200pw in the suburbs/neighbouring suburbs listed on my profile. Let me know if you have a house that's a good fit! :)
