Hi folks! I am Johanna from Sweden and looking for a cozy room in a house/flat to share with some friendly people. I am studying product design and just came to Melbourne for an exchange semester at Swinburne University. Therefore I am looking for a place to stay from end July to mid November. I am a tidy person who is used to live and share space with people. I think the most important thing when you share an apartment is to be honest and respectful to all roomies different needs and routines. I am an easy going, responsible, sociable and trustful person. I hope some of you would share my interested which is visiting art exhibitions, cooking food (especially vegetarian indian food), dance all night long, hiking, surfing or just drink red wine eat cheese and talk about life! If you need a new roommate and think that I could fit in I would love to hear from you!
Needing to commute between Sydney and Melbourne. Looking for something close to transport and including bills would be great. I come with nice furniture, fridge if needed unlimited wifi, easygoing and respectful, studying postgrad. Don't mind pets but I don't have any and I'm good if you have children there, I will have my almost grown up daughter occasionally in Sydney, i don't smoke but don't mind if you do.
I respect personal space as well as shared spaces, quiet but always love a good chat. I'm pretty simple when it comes to my personal space, so it's easy to keep clean. I will give anything and anyone a go regardless of first impressions, i go to school in Sydney every month. I'm in need of a place ASAP, my previous lease is expiring at the end of next week. Look forward to meet new people
Heya! I am looking for a room in a fun shared house. Moving in mid - end of August. Looking along the 109/48/11/86 tram lines, primarily, as my work is at Kew junction. I come with little luggage and a huge Bluetooth speaker to brighten up the space. I am a full-time artist and designer. I know where all the coolest bars are in melbs. 😋 Hit me up if you have a room in a shared house (200pw max) or a whole one bedroom apartment for rent (300pw max).😊 Cheers xx
Hi I am Anna and I am a second year design student at Swinburne University. I am looking for a place to live in Melbourne for at least the next 6 months now that I have returned from a semester studying abroad in England. I am clean and respectful of others space but I am always happy to socialise as well.
We are a laid back English couple looking for a room in Melbourne! We have been travelling around Oz for the past 9 months and settled now in Melbourne. We enjoying binge watching a good tv series but also like getting out the house to explore the sites. Obviously we are clean/tidy etc! We have been housing sitting but looking for something so we can settle for a while. Ash plays for a local American football team and I like pizza. Pretty much sums us up :) We are looking for a room which offers off street parking and preferably our own bathroom
Hi! My name is Fallon. I am a full-time chef currently working in Glen Waverly. I've lived in Melbourne for the past 5 years i'm originally from Sri Lanka. Work dominates most of my time, but on my days/nights off i hit the gym or relax with a good book and a glass of wine or watch my favourite tv shows! GOT woowoo! I'm clean, organized and friendly!
Nathan is a barber and sometimes cuts at home too; he is working full time. Agnes is studying business and working part time. We both love going to the gym and staying healthy. We go to church on Sunday evening. We prep food and clean up after ourselves.
Amy and I (Nadi) met through our boyfriends (who are brothers). I have just started studying in the city and love to cook and wind down with some Netflix and wine. I have a veggie patch as well which would make a lovely addition to any garden :) Amy is very chilled, has recently graduated university, likes to draw and game (x-box) and works at Grill'd - that's right, mates rates if we live together ;) We were living with our boyfriends and they're other brothers (there's 4 of them in total) but it all got a bit much so we are hoping to find a calmer, cleaner place! Obviously we have lived with other people before so we are very respectful of others and their property/space. Also, we are used to budgeting for bills and rent so payment of these wouldn't be an issue. It is important that we all get along and we aren't asking to become best friends but it would be nice to be able to all chill out once in a while!
I'm a friendly, clean and tidy guy with a love of technology and digital arts. I graduated from Swinburne last year and have an interest and skills in digital media design. I have a new full-time job in Fitzroy and need to quickly find somewhere to live. If I end up living with you, you'll normally find me happily working away at my computer, watching a movie, or going out for a walk.
I'm currently in my final year of studies of arts/science. I have a part time job, and enjoy spending my spare time with friends and family. I am very active, love going to the gym or anything outdoorsy. I am a very neat and organised person, so i'd be sure to pull my weight with cleaning around the house. I love cooking, so would love to share meals with housemates. I enjoy going out for drinks, as well as a chilled night at home watching movies and bad reality TV shows. I'm an easy going person, always up for a chat, however i also understand that everyone will have different schedules, and need time to themselves.
I'm a friendly, easygoing gay man. Originally from the country but have been living in Melbourne for about three years. I've been at my current place in St Kilda for over a year now, but am looking for a change, ideally to move northside.
My name is Abbey, I am 19 years old from Tasmania. I am interested in Aged Care as a career which is one of the reasons i am making a move. I will have a part-time job while looking at going back to study aged care further as well. besides my interest in aged care, i love to cook all things from snacks to desserts, i also love the outdoors, animals, and reading. I love to go out sometimes and have a laugh and some fun, as any 19 year old would, but most of the time I'm just a layed back kind of girl, I'm a very clean person to live with and im respectful and considerate of others and what they need. Also, I'm very interested in team ups to start a new share house, so if your after the same feel free to message me and have a chat about it! :)
Hi, my name is Chiara and I am a full-time teacher. I have lived in Victoria for more than four years and now I am moving to Melbourne in August. I would like to find a place to share in the Eastern suburbs. I am easy going, clean, reserved and tidy.
I'm from south Gippsland looking to move closer to the city to be closer to Uni (Deakin) and work. Working in hospitality over a 24 hour roster, my hours always change so will often be sleeping during the day. I'm friendly and love making new friends, I enjoy good company but also like my own time. Looking for a place to stay when I have work to make my otherwise 2 hour drive to work and uni a bit shorter.
