I’m honest and hard working, my hours are completely different to the normal 9-5 job which means I’m usually out and about before everyone else. I’m really self sufficient and I keep my space very clean and clutter free, I am looking to move with my dog who is 2 years old and loves people and animals all shapes and sizes. I’m happy to either be on property and have a small back yard.
I am very relaxed, and (I like to think) kind. I dont throw parties, but enjoy cooking up a storm. I love musical theatre so on occasion when cleaning I love to blast Mamma Mia. I am a receptionist and my hours change every week however I am neat, tidy and looking for somewhere that I can relax (and get away from my family!) I am flying to the US in Late May 2018, so would love to work in with somewhere this would suit. Please feel free to contact me :)
Two Introverted young adults who spend most of their time gaming or at work, usually head out on the weekends to see friends and family and frequently spend a lot of time in their room! We both work casual with full time hours!
I am experienced in life and have a mature outlook. I have travelled, lived and worked in many different places and with many different people. Right now I am focused on completing my Bachelor of Education, this takes priority as I intend to finish with honours. I won't leave the water running, the lights on or dishes on the sink, I am happy to share the house work and take part in the day to day running of the house.
I and my friends are looking for 3-4 share rooms or a house has 3-4 rooms to rent at Kyneton or close to Kyneton. We like tidy, clean after ourselves. We are kindly, polite, talkative, team player, nice to live with, and NOT party animals. If you have some rooms are suitable us to stay, contact me then. Thank you so much!
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm a 28-year-old male journo currently working at the ABC (so you know; integrity, respect, trustworthy nature, etc) in human interest stories... if that interests you. TL;DR version: - I have a large band t-shirt collection. - I really enjoy coffee and beer, but not together. I bake my own bread. - I enjoy watching The Office, F.R.I.E.N.D.S and anything about Harry Potter. I'm moving out of my house I'm renting in Lucas in the coming weeks due to the owner putting their house on the market. I'm open to living either near Ballarat CBD so I can walk to work, or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I currently live with 2 females and have lived with a mix of guys and gals before, also growing up with three older sisters. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also colour-blind but that's a whole another story. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, washing machine, dryer, etc. So I'm pretty self-sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four walls and spend a fair bit of time on the road. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV every now and then, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then grew up in Hobart, a couple of years in Melbourne then Mildura, so I've gotten used to moving recently for work, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place with work with a permanent job in media (yes, they actually exist). Ideally, I'm hopeful of living in a house of about 3 people (give or take a person), young professionals around my age (flexible with that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Now that you've made it this far, I'd love to know more about YOU and what you're looking for in a place or housemate! Thanks :)

I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! Plan on going to uni next year to study an artsy course. I love to cook and enjoy others company. Am currently from hillside but the situation is complicated so hoping to find a place to live asap. Friendly couple in a long term, stable relationship, wanting to find a place to live. A studio/detached studio would be perfect, but also open to a house if we have some of our own space. One of us is working full time, the other is studying full time and working part time. We are happiest at home with a nice home cooked healthy meal and a movie. Tash is from Melbourne so heads back there every few weekends. Contact us if you think you have a suitable place 🙂

Hello, I'm going to be new to Bendigo in early February 2018 and working full-time in healthcare. I'll be busy with work but in my free time I enjoy exercise and cooking nice dinners. At the weekends I'll be camping, exploring the outdoors, back in Melbourne with my partner or checking out local cafes/restaurants. Hoping to live in a nice, relaxing, clean house with similar people who could be potiental friends as I'll be new to Bendigo :) I've lived in share houses for the last couple of years and never had a bad experience. Please get in touch if you'd be interested in setting up a house share or having me move into your place. Thanks, Rita
