ABOUT ME Happy, friendly, clean, tidy, non smoking, no pets, world travellers and experienced house and pet sitting family of Mother and two children, son, 13 and daughter, 10. We are in between properties for approximately 12 months and have experience in house and pet sitting, so we appreciate shared spaces with other people and their pets. My beautiful children are enrolled in school on the Sunshine Coast and prefer to be in the hinterland area of Makeny/Beerwah/Gjasshouse Mountains. We have experience with all types of homes and I have been a home and property owner since I was 22 for 23years. We most recently have lived and worked on a farmstay and horse property for 9 months. My interests are self sustainability and low cost living, house renovating, fashion and interior design, fine art, cooking, long distance walking, boxing for fitness and music. My daughter loves all animals, particularly dogs, cats and horses, dancing, singing, horse riding, socialising with her friends, long distance walking, beach time including surfing. My son loves mexican food, music, graphic art, long distance walking, basketball, AFL and hanging with his friends. Having worked and travelled through many countries with my children, we are adventurous and love living in and experiencing new and different environments, care for the land and will love your home like it's our own whilst we are staying there. We will be discreet, private and respectful of your property during our stay. I look forward to chatting to you soon...
I work full time on the Coast, love to read, cook, and enjoy the occasional glass of wine - not a party animal. I have a big girl pup (2yo, super friendly - raised an inside outside dog), and my favourite pastime is hanging with her, be it on the couch or down on the beach. Im at the gym regularly - keeps me fit & sane. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others, generally pretty quiet, but still social. Would love to find a place with a secure yard for the pup - a playmate for her would be a bonus 😊 No huge urgency with the move just yet - but would like to move by October. Have a fair bit of furniture, but can store if needs be.
I am practical person and easy going. I enjoy having chat. Can be relied upon. I always keep my space clean. I really enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. I go camping a lot.
Hi! Looking for some great roommates to live with- we are sisters looking to live closer to the USC campus. We're 26 and 23, and have one small dog (that goes to work with one of us 3 days a week). We're both working part time and are also full time students, so we keep pretty busy. We're looking for a pretty quiet/chilled home environment so if this sounds like something that would suit you, let us know :) Cheers, Megan.
I'm a fun guy looking for awesome people to live with. I love a good chat but like to have some down time too. I'm house trained and love to cook and clean. I enjoy to spend my free time skating and the occasional cold one. Looking for somewhere I can call home with some really cool people to share it with.
Hi guys, I will be working in the area as a young health care professional for a year. Please let me know if you are interested in teaming up for a 2 bedroom apartment or have a ensuite room available for rent. I would also require parking and would preferred a sheltered carpark. TQ.
I am 26, work in child care. Love to have a quiet night in or have a couple of friends over. Not into parties or late party nights. Looking to live with people around my age. I am very clean and tidy, always cleaning up. Hate mess! Bubbly, funny personality. I keep to myself but enjoy spending time with others. I am respectful of other housemates. I do have a house full of furniture so am keen for team ups. I am currently renting till early jan next year. Living with 3 girls younger than me and want people more mature and around my age or a bit older. I have great rental history, work 5 days a week full time. Max budget $160. Also need garage spot as have fairy new car and want it looked after. Message me for more info. Non smoker. No kids. Single.
I just graduated from QUT in Brisbane and I am taking a gap period before my Honours degree. I recently got a full-time caring job at Wurtulla. I work full time here and part time at a nursing home in kallangur so rent would not be an issue. I am easygoing, love to socialize but will also respect your space. I enjoy playing soccer and just chilling when I can and while I am here, I would like to explore the beaches. I also clean up after myself and will be happy to follow with house cleaning routines or whatever system is already in place Just ask me any other things you would like to know. cheers
Working at the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital and preferably looking for somewhere close by. I am 25, easy to get along with and pretty quiet (i'm not a partier). Looking for like minded roommates who are respectful, mature and honest but who would also like to share the occasional movie etc. Preferrably housemates around my age and also working full-time. I love animals so any households with furry friends is fine. Looking for somewhere that i would be included on the lease/ tenant agreement. Ideally somewhere in Birtinya/Meridan Plains (walking/riding distance to the hospital) under $200 per week OR other suburbs under $170 per week. This is due to hospital car parking prices.
I have my own life. I travel to Brisbane for fridays and every second Saturday . I have friends on the coast. I have a teacup chihuahua that I would like to be reunited with. I'm new to the coast. I'm clean and tidy
Hey :) I am a laid back, clean, happy, friendly respectful, private, non-drinking but fun 27 year old female student (full-time) at USC. I have a small 7 year old female staffy, who can be very energetic and loves people. But has not really lived with other animals; she's more of a spoiled people dog lol. And she needs a fenced yard for when I am not home. I am currently only working sporadically, nannying around my study. Due to some long term health conditions and a permanent disability in my leg from a skateboarding accident almost two years ago I've been out of action for a while. So my budget is super tight. Living on Austudy and trying to make ends meet. I've been living with family but it's not working out. So I need to make other arrangements. I would love to be living with young, like-minded, friendly people. I am trying to find a nice comfy home for me and my girl, on my budget, where we can be happy. Max rent would probably be around $150. But am open to any suggestions at this stage. I have to find a place by the end of the month. Looking for anywhere within reasonable driving distance to USC Sippy Downs campus, as close as possible would be great, but I am currently in Tewantin so can travel a little. Hoping some other people are in the same boat and just need a nice affordable happy home on the coast, or a decent housemate with a cool dog :) Any questions; I'm an open book. Ask away. Would love to meet and figure something out. Warmest Regards Kirsty & Loui
I'm 22 Years old and i have a son his 3 and a half years old. I do have 50/50 with him. Im very clean person and i am studding and looking for work. I'm very easy to get along with. very out going and treat everyone like family.
Hi, my name is Bailey. I am a former veterinary nurse and I am continuing my study in this field. I currently work as a waitress in Brisbane renting with another female at a price of $210 each per week. I own a cat who is very low maintenance and friendly (and cute!). My lease ends in October and I would like to move north to the Sunshine Coast region closer to my parents. Overall I am easy-going, approachable and tidy. I am more than happy to provide references for myself if you would like further information on my suitability!
I am friendly and get along with most people, happy to chat but do like my own space, im studying to be a vet nurse, i play video games, love animals, the beach (if you surf or do any sports like that I'd love to learn), I enjoy nature (walks/hikes), and if you have a kid(s) im also great with them. I drink on the odd occasion or after work everynow and then but I'm not rowdy, i dont smoke, i read, draw/paint, i dont mind cooking, i am neat, I also do a bit of photography in my spare time, though I'm still learning. at the moment im in adelaide but planning to move up by the end of September.
Hi there I am studying full time at The USC. I'm seeking accommodation (preferably master bedroom/ensuite and close to USC). I can pay up to $100-$140 per week including expenses. I require a door lock, internet and a furnished room - double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair if possible. Mostly I rely on the bus to get around, so I need to live close to a bus stop. Sometimes, I also love to cook for myself and others but mostly, i eat outside. So, if you think, I would fit into your household, please get in touch. Kind Regards Pankaj
Clean, respectful and trustworthy. Recently moved to Sunshine Coast, moving due to sale of exsisting property. Spend most of my free time with family on the coast and Brisbane. I have an optimistic outlook on life and get along best with non judgemental people. Value honesty in forming new friendships.
Hey, we are Evie and Cara. We've been friends since school and are looking to move into a place on the coast to be closer to work and uni. We both get on really well and are looking for a relaxed, reliable and easy going housemate that appreciates their own space but is also up for sitting down and having a chat. Ideally we'd like to move out at the end of August/start of September and we would like to look at starting our own place. A bit about Evie. I'm a full time education student who is fairly quite. I spend most of my time at uni and would like a place to come home to to study as well as somewhere that I could chill out at on the weekends. I love travelling, am a bit of a foodie, love animals, spending time outdoors and chilled nights with friends. A bit about Cara. I work full time, love being outdoors and going on adventures. I go to Gym and am quiet active. Pretty outgoing and always up for a chat/laugh. Enjoy cooking, keep it quiet most weekends but do have people over every now and then.
We're an easy going, relaxed, non-party animal type of couple. We like to our own thing but still happy to socialise with new people. We've saving up for our own place so looking for somewhere for 6 months with potential to stretch that out to 1 year. We're dog people but no pets ourselves. We're pretty active too.
