Hi there, I am a students in her early 30's looking for a place to live with my 2 dependents. I have a cat and a coli cross doggy (pretty old girl and very loving). We are looking for the quiet life with a bunch of space for the animals to roam and play outside but come in to sleep. I am a tree planter by trade and work quiet a lot at the moment. I am looking for a peaceful, sane living situation. I'm tidy, social and quiet respectful of privacy and other's quite time. I'd also like my privacy to be respected. I'm ready to move in now, but can also wait. I'm pretty open minded and accepting of others. Contact me if you'd like to know anything more. Kayley
Leala and I have lived in a few share houses for the past 2 years, We are easy going and friendly people. We respect others boundaries. Both of us work on the coast part time & full time, we have an eBay business also!
I'm currently living in Brisbane and moving to the sunny coast for uni. I study full time at USC and work when I'm not studying (currently have 2 jobs in hospitality and retail). I'm pretty easygoing, chilled and sociable. I'm keen for a glass of wine and the occasional get-together but not looking for a party house. Love dogs and cats, (or any other creature) so no problem with pets. In fact, would be pretty stoked with a dog haha! There's a good chance when I have chunks of time I'll head back to Brissy for visits, so won't be home all that much. Contact me if you would like to know more! Looking to move in 4-6 weeks, in a position to be flexible! :) In terms of the lease, I would love the option to do 6 months at a time but can do a year if necessary.
I´m from Sweden moving to Sunshine Coast in July to study one year at USC. Coming from full time work and living on my own since 17 y/o I´m a very responsible, quiet and tidy flatmate. Real granny on the inside, I rarely go out but enjoy a glass of wine occasionally. I love to cook and appreciate a clean and proper kitchen. My big passion in life is training, everything from weightlifitng to powerlifting and crossfit.
Hi, I'm from Taiwan and moving to Sunshine Coast to start my degree in USC. I've been to Australia for a two-year working holiday. So I am familiar with sharehouse environment and know how to respect other tenants. I will mostly be studying rather than partying, but I would not refuse a drink with my mates occasionally. Also, I used to major in Animal Science, specializing in animal nutrition. So I'm totally ok with pets and love to live with them. Hopefully, I could meet some amazing people here and have a good start of my uni life in Sunshine Coast.
I am super clean!! Respectful of personal space but also like to hang and have a chat. I work 5 days a week and like to go to the gym and beach. I have a great sense of humour and i like to make my own meals as much as possible.
I'm a easy going and positive person from Stockholm in Sweden, who enjoy company but also respect others need of alone time. I will bring my beloved pure breed ragdoll cat, a female desexed princess named Izadoora, who will make the household full of joy. At my sparetime I tries to go out for PowerWalks or something like that, and learn more proper English. I will first arrive to Australia from Sweden in June 2018 for a higher education first at TAFE and later on at a Uni in the area. Iḿ interested in share households for a maximum rent of 250 AUD, if it are a place for myself I think I will be able to pay up to 300 AUD. I will also get supported from the Swedish state so that will be no problem with me to be able to pay rent. Iḿ interested in the areas of Buderim,Minyama,Parrearra,Sippy Downs,Buddina,Mountain Creek, Warana,Alexandra Headland,Birtinya,Maroochydore and Mooloolaba but other areas might be interesting too. Hope to hear from you all soon! Best regards Maria :)
Were a quiet, very tidy, young couple that work and study, we don't drink or party but do have the occasional cigarette outside (of course). We have never been late with any rent or payments. Daijah our dog is our baby, she is an extremely tidy and very friendly little staffy. She stays outside normally during the day but does sleep inside at night as she is a sook.
Hi! I'm Hemy (Yi-Ting) from Taiwan. It's my second year of working holiday in Australia. I've stayed in Tassie for my whole first year, and it's time to explore main land now! I'm at Melbourne for the moment and heading to Sunshine Coast on 10/06 for the good weather and seeking for a job. If Sunshine Coast is a right place for me and I can also get a job there, I would like to stay there for long term. I'm still looking for the job at the moment, so I hope I can find a place that I can stay for one week or two at the beginning. I'm easygoing. I'm respectful and considerate if my flatmates would like to have privacy, and I can also hang out or have dinner or have a drink with them sometimes if they love to. And I love cooking, if someone loves it as well, that would be fun. The most important thing is that I'm CLEAN, I will definitely keep the house tidy (Home Sweet Home)!!! And a little bit about my background, I was a Supervisor in Travel Agency, and a tour leader as well. I love my jobs. However, I want to know what else I'm capable of, so I quit my jobs and come to Australia. Last year, I did helpx (help the hosts for few hours in exchange of meals and accommodations) all around Tassie and tried to do different jobs. That was a super nice year I got so many different experience. And I realized that I'm enthusiastic about cooking so I hope I can find a job in restaurant to learn more about cookery. I know it's entirely different from my profession, but why not? Life is long, I would like to try anything that makes me happy, and somehow I could be professional!! :D All and all, I hope I can find a good place to stay and good flatmates to live with, thank you.
I'm a pretty easy going, chill person looking for a room in a house with someone/s around a similar age (I'm 25). I don't mind having a social drink now and then but im not a party goer and can respect someone's space. I work full-time shift work in Caloundra and spend a lot of my spare time in Brisbane so I'm not home very often but when I am I don't mind bingeing a bit of Netflix. Hoping to move asap as my current commute from Yandina to Caloundra is not ideal. I can't sign into a lease as I will have to move again on a TBA date around Nov-Dec so a flexible arrangement is preferable. Animal lover so any pets you may have is a bonus in my books!
Hello! I am Pei, a full time Intern Pharmacist working at Maleny. I am currently looking for a place to move in as soon as I can. I am looking at a modern clean (must) and quiet place to stay in as I am pretty conscious of the cleanliness of the house/room. Looking at 170-180/week including internet and all bills, and hopefully a non-shared bathroom, doesn't matter if it en-suite or not. I would prefer to live in all female house/unit and would be great if we share the same Christianity beliefs too!
32 year old spontaneous, respectful, openminded and easy going Swede. Always close to a good laugh, likes keeping it cleen and tidy around me and appreciate when it´s quiet and peaceful. Spending a lot of my free time going to the gym, likes heading out for a long walk, spending time outside, love being around animals, hanging out with good fun people and explore new things. I love my coffe in the morning and I´m also a big fan of motorsport! Have lived in Australia (Melbourne) before and i loved it. So have done the sharehouse thing before. Heading back to Australia for study, so prefer a quiet non-smoker house with easy going housemates who might wanna share a good laugh together once in a while :)
Hey future Flatmates! My name is Tyler and I'm a laid back, sociable and overall easy going guy. I've had plenty of house share experiences both in Australia and once when I stopped in Berlin, Germany for a couple months while backpacking Europe. I'm a courteous housemate and don't mind a social house atmosphere as long as there are also opportunities for quiet. I'm a avid cleaner and clean up after myself, which I hope goes without saying my future housemates do as well. I don't mind parties, barbecues or social evenings/weekends as long as a courteous heads up is given... so I can at least contribute ;). I often go out of my way to help others and want nothing more than a harmonious household. I'm moving down from Gympie when my lease break is completed. I'm looking for a sea change and the lifestyle that goes with it (looking for that sun, surf and sand!). Originally from Darwin, it should come as no surprise that I enjoy the great outdoors. You will often find me taking on some adventure on the weekend to balance out all of the office work i do during the week. Speaking of which I work full time in Information & Communication Technology. There is plenty more I can put on here but I'll spare people the burden of reading too much. Any questions just let me know. I look forward to meeting some new potential housemates! Note: Move in dates are approximate, as mentioned above dependant on when my lease break is completed.
Hi, I am looking for a property to move into in Early to mid-July. I am in my final year studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at USC. I have spent the past 3 months in a remote town in South Australia called William Creek working and the 3 months before that in Alice Springs conducting my university placement. Hence, I love living rurally and in an area surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature. I also highly value cleanliness and being able to respect each other as house mates to work as a team to keep the house clean. I am looking for some like-minded people (male or female) to rent with in their 20s or early 30s. Please feel free to contact me any time if you think we may be good flat mates or have a property that is suitable for me.
Hey, my name’s Jackson. My dog and I, 3 year old bull Arab, moved up from Canberra in February to study psych/criminology at Usc. I’ve been living with my Aunty so far but she is rethinking the idea of living with a dog and I’m rethinking the idea of living with her young children. I’m in Canberra at the moment visting family. I get beck mid July. So happy to move any time after that, whether that be a week or 2 months. I’m pretty flexible. I’m currently studying full time and not working, but im looking for some part time work. I’m a pretty chill person, more than happy to keep to myself, but also more than happy to sit around and chat, play board games, or have a drink. Currently I don’t get out much aha, still finding my place here. But I have my black belt in martial arts and looking for a club to join up here.

Entertainers delight! We are two best friends who have relocated from Brisbane to the Sunny Coast recently. Callum (M) - 23 year old professional banker and is a self confessed culinary master. He loves fishing and seeing live music on the weekends. Sammy (F) - 25 year old FIFO worker, who spends her weeks off surfing, studying for her uni degree and photographing. Sammy also owns the amazing 5yr old boxer dog Jax. (Who spends the vast majority of his days sleeping) Sammy is only home 12 days of the month due to work. We both love cooking and having wine with friends, house plants, beach trips and going to festivals and live gigs. We’re laid back, mature, clean, sociable and love a good yarn and lazy sundays. Jax also enjoys these things. We’re currently looking for a third musketeer to join us on our next share house adventure. Maximum would be $180 each per week with split bills. Message us if you’re interested, want photos of us (as this wouldn’t let us upload a photo with two faces in it ha..) and the dog or want to know more :)
