I am an easy going person and I am looking for either a granny flat or room in a share house. I'm looking for something more like a home than a party house. I hope to find some mature house mates that also like a quieter night in, pizza night, and the occasional night out together. I am a non-smoker and I don't drink. I am a home owner, so I always take care to look after the places I rent! I am a very clean and tidy person, I am always do extra cleaning and vacuuming to deal with any extra pet furs around the house from my dog. I have stable work as an animal trainer and my dog is a little Australian Silky Terrier Cross (5kg). Chippa is 11 years old, house trained and rarely barks once he's settled in to a new home. We have lived in share accommodation in Hong Kong in small apartments, to houses and town houses in Australia with other pets without issues or complaints. He is a chill little dude that enjoys a good cuddle with anyone that is home! He has a sensitive tummy, so I always ensure the floor is clean so that he doesn't eat anything off the floor! I am a responsible pet owner and Chippa gets walked daily. When moving to a new place, he will likely go to doggy daycare a few days/week and have a dog walker come on the other days to check on him when I am at work until he is settled in. In my spare time, I have been learning macrame and surfing! I often wake up early to get to the gym, go for a run or take Chippa out for an early morning walk :) I do enjoy doing a bit of cooking a few nights a week and always happy to make a family meal to share with housemates! I am looking for a place with at least a small and secure yard for Chippa. Preferably within 20mins drive to SeaWorld. I would love to have something modern and clean. I can provide rental references to demonstrate both Chippa and I are ideal tenants! I am also open to shorter rental lengths, and then could extend if things are going well :)
