Hey guys! I’m a clean and respectful housemate who’s fun and easy to get along with. I love to socialise with friends but also enjoy a quiet night in. I’m a veterinary nurse who works full time, and have a little pet birdy who you’ll just fall in love with, he’s such a character! He’s a Pineapple Conure and is about the same size as a budgie - so only small. He’s not messy or annoying either! I’m wanting to move into a share house to meet people and make new friends, and am definitely fine with team ups. I’m working north side of Brisbane, so would like to find a place around Caloundra as I love the beach!
Looking to rent a room for 3-6 months, one with an en-suite or private bathroom would be sweeeet, but if not that’s okay also! I work full time & I do freelance interior design work! On the hunt for a casual/ part time job on the coast if anyone knows of anything so I can drop the full time for more time to do the things I enjoy! (If you know of anything going let me know ;) ) I’m pretty tidy and like to keep things clean so someone/people likeminded would be swell. I get around a chat, making new friends & trying new things so I’d love a social environment. I’m also down with those who wish to keep to themselves ✌🏽
Hey all, 23 year old male, apprentice boilermaker finishing the last few months of my apprenticeship. I am relocating from Brisbane to caloundra to avoid the 2.5 hours driving each day. Ideally am chasing 1 or 2 people to team up and find a house but room is fine. Similar interests is a bonus. I have a 4wd that's always needing attention, also enjoy fishing(have kayak) and sometimes vegging out plahing xbox. Nice bloke(i think), respectful of ones privacy and always down for a drink and good times, quiet during the week. Happy to have a beer to get to know each other better. Storage/ extra shed is a MUST aswell unfortunately.
I'm a professional working in higher education, taking some time to explore other options in the Sunshine Coast area. I'm respectful, tidy, and a kind person who enjoys the outdoors, exploring, traveling, walks, beach, and animals. I have two well behaved and fun, small dogs (Spoodle, Mini Pom), outdoor, therefore need yard space. I enjoy some quiet alone time, but also can socialise and enjoy meeting people. I am not a partier but would like to make some new friends, as just relocated to the area. I am OK with short-term accommodation initially, to longer term.
Hello, Moved to the Sunny Coast a few month back because I did a big overseas trip and came back broke. This just happened to be where my parents are. Now I'm financially independent again I would like to live with some people a bit more my age and in a much larger room that what I currently have. I like having a beer or 10 but all g, I'll always clean up the next day and will gtfo if you gotta work or anything in the morning. I've lived in a bunch of different share houses from the ripe old age of 17 and am pretty sweet at being respectful of peoples space. Obviously I would hope that goes both ways. I work in a bar and am also doing sales during the day, so spending a fair bit of time working at all kinds of fucked up hours. I'm also a musician, so looking for a bit of a larger sized room so am able to jam out in my free time. Even better if you like to jam as well. I've got headphones for the guitar but I also sing so that shit can get a bit annoying. But yeah obviously, not gonna do it while you're in the middle of watching Netflix or sleeping or anything like that. But other musicians or at the very least music enthusiasts would probably be the best fit, since I would like to find a place where I can express myself freely. If you sound like one of these sick cunts and would like me to live in your place HMU.
Not much to say really, I'm just your average 20 year old looking to be more independent, I work full time, have my own car and license and like to play video games in my spare time, I keep to myself mostly, though I don't mind some conversation and the occasional beverage. I was brought up to look after myself, so keeping clean and tidy is something I'm quite good at and I'm a fast learner. I'm looking for a place inbetween the southern parts of the Sunshine Coast and the northern regions of Brisbane, a place to park my car somewhere safe and a decent internet connection would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for a quiet and safe place to call home long term. I have fond childhood memories of the Sunshine Coast and will be relocating for a new beginning. I enjoy the peace and quiet and am not a party person however I do enjoy a glass of red wine or two. It's important to me that the space I rent with a flatmate is not used as a party house and that respectful and mindful behaviour is shown as I'm clean and tidy and respectful and expect the same in return. My bills are always paid on time and I will expect the same from a flatmate. I have good references and currently rent $175 P/W through a real estate. My ideal property will be will be either an insulated granny flat or a studio that will include wifi and electricity in the cost of rent and one that is within walking distance to public transport. I can afford up to $250 P/W and the property must be provided with a lease. My ideal sharing property will be with a flat mate that can either be co-tenant or become a sub tenabt. Animals are welcomed.
I have a wonderful 10 year old girl called Lily who is a delight to be around. I currently work 3 days a week in a lovely early learning centre. Lily and I both love our quiet time reading or watching something of interest....and of course the occasional dance party in our pj's in the bedroom...which lasts around 5 minutes, lol. Lily loves reading, basketball and adores animals. I love cups of tea, reading, the ocean and warm, friendly people. We are looking for a clean and loved home to share with others who are thoughtful, kind and (mostly) happy/optimistic types.
I am authentic, kind and have a great sense of humour. I love my occupation and have wonderful friends whom I adore and enjoy sharing amazing experiences with all over the world. Having a lot of respect for myself and my home, I need a home to live in not a flat. I am moving over from New Zealand and will be saving up for my own home, so need somewhere for at least one year if not two years. I have a wonderful cat, fully house trained, as well so no other pets would be ideal. I am clean, tidy and enjoy a good meal at home. I do not drink or smoke. Love watching movies at home and going out to socialise with my friends. Most people say I am a lot of fun I have fantastic rental references.
Currently working in nambour as a butcher while my partner works at golden beach tavern. Moved from up north to start a new chapter on the coast and currently trying to find our own place to call home.
