I hope that his finds you well. My name is Michael, I am employed full time and I am also studying full time Pyschology. I am looking for somewhere new to live, I am divorced (don't hold that against me), I also play Waterpolo. I am single, I have 2children but I dojtnhave access. I am fully house trained, with a touch of OCD, I don't mind a good night out of the town every now and then, but also love a night on the lounge watching tv... I hope that it gives you an insite to me and hopefully I am what you are looking for in a house mate/person. Please don't hesitate to contact me, if you have any other questions Cheers Michael
-Me- 28 year old who works full time doing community engagement in the construction industry, hours being 9ish-5ish, with the occasional late night. I'm pretty social and get out of the house most evenings if only to go to yoga or something. At home, I alternate between being social and hiding in my room with a book. I stay up quite late most nights. -What I'm after - - MUST have my own bathroom or ensuite. - please note the use of the word MUST here before messaging me, I am not flexible on this point. - Must have decent sized built-in wardrobes. - Ideally some kind of parking solution, unless super close to transport and a gym etc. - Prefer not to live with a couple unless the place is super spacious (nothing against lurve but bit awkward being the third wheel in your own place!) -Flexible- On move in date and rent as I am looking for somewhere that I love and lucky not to be in a rush! Willing to pay more for a place with more conveniences (including transport) rather than pay $500 for a dark little room in Paddington. -You- -Gender or sexuality wise - no preference. I just like friendly and genuine people as I am the same. (although I'm a bit grouchy first thing in the morning) -I'm looking for somebody considerate and straight to the point (blunt even) so that little household issues don't turn into hurt feelings and instead get resolved easily. .............I.E. if you think I'm being crap or my tv is too loud or whatever just tell me and vice versa. - A non-negotiable quality is the desire/willingness to keep shared places clean, particularly the kitchen. Open to a cleaning roster if that's easier, or maybe even a cleaner. (Victim of past-traumatic share stress disorder on this issue) - Ideally somebody I can talk to/joke around with so that we can have a comfortable balance of doing our own thing and interacting. -Guests- - Not open to a 'party house' but definitely need everyone to be able to have friends over or even stay the night whenever they like (common sense/consideration being key). I will be buying a new bed so a room with a bed in it would be cool if it's a comfy bed/in good condition.
I am from Brazil. I am organized, calm, quiet and I like cleaning. I have graduated in oceanography. I like hanging out with friends on weekends and go to the beach. I will be in Sydney to study and work. I like to play sports, take a good coffee and occasionally drink a good beer.
In general, I am a fun loving, chilled guy with a laid back persona and relatively busy lifestyle. I enjoy spending time with people who don't take life too seriously and are willing to have light hearted, banter filled conversations from time to time! I work in the professional services industry as a management consultant. Outside of work, I love travelling, food, hiking and sport. I play Cricket, Football and Futsal competitively, as well as Tennis socially. In my downtime, I like to try and learn new things such as a new dish, or reading about a new concept. In terms of home maintenance, I like the look and feel of having a clean and tidy living area, and take pride in being neat, tidy and organised at home.
Argentinian 30yo. Professional working from 9 to 5. I want to move into a place I can call home. Share an occasional glass of wine or have dinner together. But also independent and respect others space. I love photography and arts. Also I practice barre body.
Hi! I'm a 24 year old Brit who's been in Australia for around 7 months now. I've travelled Aus quite a bit and I've been here 9 times now so know the area pretty well. I am on my working holiday visa but working for MasterCard at the moment, hoping to stay in Aus long term. I work daytime shifts anywhere between 8 and 8 so won't be in the house in the day. I'm a pretty sociable person so do enjoy catching up with friends at weekends and evenings so won't spend my entire time in the place, but I also want a sociable relationship with the people I live with! Always happy to head out for a drink and see how we get along!
I'm originally from Scotland but have lived in Australia for eight years. I work extremely hard so look forward to a relaxed and chill environment to come home to, but I am also sociable and always up for a night out and a glass or two of vino. Above all I am extremely genuine, caring and respectful.
Hi I'm Clare, and planning to relocate to Sydney from the UK for work. I'm an easy going, tidy, working professional who enjoys exploring and socialising, but also loves a good book. Hi there! I'm Trian (male), a 28 year old professional who works full-time for a professional services and technology firm. I spend my time staying fit, catching up with friends or family, and travelling whenever I get the opportunity. I'm laid back, respectful of others and their privacy, keen on keeping a clean and tidy home, and enjoy a chat over a meal and/or beverage. I would like to share a home with with someone who is friendly, considerate and tidy. I'm often busy doing my own thing so independence and privacy is important to me but I would like to live in a home where I can also share quality time with my housemate. This could be over a beer at the pub, watching a good movie or sharing a laugh. If you think we'll be a good fit, let's chat and take it from there!
Hi! My name's Benny, I'm house broken and have a lot of practice at sharing - my research is all about the topic - right now I am doing field work with creative collectives and work practices in the creative industries. I also write media anthropology about art, architecture. I have my own consultancy business and teach at UTS in Digital and Social Media. In my work I get to meet new people all the time, which I really love. I travel a bit for conferences and work or to give lectures, and I'm usually pretty busy but (when I’m not being a super nerd) in my spare time I love to read, watch shows, hike, cycle, swim, surf and most days I go to the gym (then kick back with a beer).
I like to share time with flatmates, enjoy a movie, a dinner, a wine and other activities, especially outdoor to enjoy the beauty of this city. And...I'm a good cook! :P

Working in the digital marketing space as a Senior Account Manager. I spend my time brunching at the weekend, catching up with mates and generally exploring Sydney and beyond as much as I can. I am clean, tidy and respectful of my housemates. I am not a party party person. I like to relax at the weekend, and would rather have a few glasses of wine and cheese with my best mates than go clubbing. In saying that, I don't mind the odd night out every now and again. Looking to move into either a 2 bed or 3 bed.
I'm from Western Australia so if I had a roommate that wouldn't mind going places/showing me around on weekends (although it's not necessary) that would be fun! I'm moving to Sydney to start my career in media buying/advertising. I am very respectful of peoples space - I like socialising but I also like being alone so I can fit in with my housemate(s) personality. I like to be clean and tidy but I'm not OCD about it haha!

I have just recently taken up swimming and triathlons so am looking for my next test... I am respectful of your private space but wouldn't say no to a drink and home-cooking every now and again.
