I am outgoing, friendly and warm. I like to keep common areas clean and tidy and carry my weight with household cleaning duties. I am social and will happily join in on house family dinners and tv/movie nights. I study full time and work part time and am at cheer leading training two or three times a week these days as competitions ramp up. When I'm not doing those three things, I like watching catch up episodes of the block, binge watching netflix, going to the movies or going out occasionally for drinks and pool with friends.
I'm from Cairns, I have just graduated from school and I have deferred my course at Medical school for 12 months, so I have decided to move out from my family and just experience something new and different this year. I'm a pretty easy-going, quiet and clean guy and likes almost anything, I also can do chores and errands and know how to cook a little. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and looking for a quiet place to stay. I am working 5 to 6 days a week in Hornsby, so I will be out during the days a lot. I am currently living in Asquith and need to find a place by the 18th of December for a couple of months.
Hi I'm Hayden, I'm 24 and currently living in Lindfield. I work full time for a market research agency in North Sydney usually working from 9-5:30pm. In the evenings and on weekends I'm usually pretty busy either playing sport (tennis, badminton & baseball) or meeting up with friends. I'm easy going sort of person but can be a bit of a neat freak when there's cleaning to be done. I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment with an old friend from high school but will have to move out in January as the landlord wants the place back. I'm also losing the flatmate who will be studying on campus next year. So I'm looking for a new flatmate to apply for a joint lease with for a place somewhere along the North Shore close to the train line. Chatswood, Atarmon or Gordon would be ideal.
Just a quiet guy working full time. I play football in the winter and like to keep healthy. Vegetarian (hope this is not an issue!) , will prepare my own food but happy to share, learning to cook more. Am down in Melbourne for 5 weeks for work but will be contactable via mobile/email while I am away. Need a place from the 19th Jan as I return to Sydney that weekend.
I'm a IT auditor moving to new south wales. I'm tidy and neat. I enjoy privacy , raspberry pi and playing video games. No parties and smoking. I'm looking for a private room for rent at a location an hour train travel radius from the cbd.
Hi I’m Gee from Thailand. Me and my father looking for the accommodation for our vacation. We are going to go to Sydney on 13th Dec 2017 to 6th Jan 2018. Please let me know if you have the place for us. We are polite and respect the rule. Hope to see you soon. Thank you ^^ Gee.
i'm a PhD student living with my husband and 2 kids (7 years old boy and 2 years old girl). i study in Macquarie university, so i would like to find an apartment near by the university that can fit me and my family
Hi, Im a Christian and hoping to live with other Christian females who also enjoy a clean attractive space to live in. I love a clean house but I believe relationships are more important and all relationships should be nurtured and prioritized over small inconveniences and annoyances. I love the outdoors and keeping healthy and fit. Im a gentle person who can be fun but also deep and introspective.
Very open minded and have an out there personality. I like to keep the place clean but I'm not overly fussy. I have an "each to their own" mindset so I'm not bothered about people having friends over or cooking or playing music etc. I love a chat but also respect house mates privacy, as I would expect them to respect mine :)
Been in Sydney for a year and 4 months but it’s time to find a new place! Looking to live with people my age 25-35 who are social and love animals. I’m currently trying to go vegan! Ideally I’d love to live somewhere that I could have my dog over for visits (he lives in Newcastle .. very sad for me). He is a lovely friendly dog who is used to cats and other dogs. He is castrated and is an inside dog (sleeps on my bed). He is a big sook of a dog, but not aggressive or noisy. I’m in Sydney for my amazing job, so I’m not ready to say goodbye to Sydney - I’d like to stay another 3 months, possibly longer. I’d love to live in a house that’s chill/full of good vibes/relaxed/doesn’t mind if friends visit for a bbq etc/down for road trips to the beach or a trip to the local cafe for a cappacino. I’m after a private room and somewhere with free parking out the front. I’m a full time nurse at royal north shore and next year I will be busy taking on further study. I only cook a few times a week but I do clean up after myself when I do. I go to newcastle at least once a month for a few days to visit family. My max budget is 200 a week. No kids as I do work occasional night shifts and I need a place that’s quiet during the day. Thanks :)
Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)
We are a family (Czech origins) with two children, aged 2 and 6. We do not have a TV and love hiking and bush walking, which is what we do most of the weekends. We are vegetarians, mostly vegans if fact. We speak Czech, English and French (and a little bit of Spanish and Nepali). We share interest in learning about cultures; human rights and fairness; balanced life; and many more. We are looking to move closer to our son's school, which is in Terrey Hills. We need a larger room as we all sleep in one; bathroom can be shared. The kids have to be able to get out, if only to a small courtyard.
I am a very chilled person and I would love to find a place with other people like me. I have nothing against being noisy at any hour of any night. I usually come home from work around 12 and love to either have drinks or people over. When I'm not at work I'm out around the city or manly or even just drinking at home with friends. It would be awesome to live near a train line w as i work very long hours in Barangaroo. if possible id love to bring my dog with me. He is a small jack Russel X Shitzu, he is very very well trained, he doesn't run away and he doesn't go to the toilet anywhere but on grass. He is more like a cat than a dog, as he likes to get under my covers to sleep and will basically sleep anywhere he can all day long.
Mature, professional, down to earth, easy going, reliable & and massive animal lover. Work in a vet and potentially want to get a dog. Place needs to be unfurnished and want own bathroom sharing with only 1 or 2 people around my age. Over the party stage so looking for someone quite who who also enjoys space.
A neat and tidy guy with a sense of humour who is flexible and respectful - sociable while genuinely considering the needs of others. Also, ready to share the chores and contribute to the household, to make it a happy space. My place in Sydney is about to be sold. So I'm taking a spell to look at various options for the future, before buying another property. I've lived in northern Sydney for most of my life but also lived on the north coast and interstate. In my work as a management consultant I travel a bit. My interests include music (i.e. through the blue tooth headphone set), people, walking, travel, wine, coffee, tennis and, most important, my children - they live in Sydney.
Organize, Clean guy, looking for a place to live next year. Currently studying an MBA at MGSM, so full-time student and working half-time. Planning on moving at 8th of January but could be earlier.
Hey, My name is Chris Beilby im 31 years old and looking for accomadtion asap. Im tidy, organised and respectful of other peoples space. I enjoy being sociable and also having my own space. Hi all! I'm a full-time student at Sydney University and am working part-time at Macquarie University. I like to keep things neat and tidy, am courteous of my housemates, and while I am quite studious I do enjoy sharing a meal or having a few laughs over a drink. A fun little tidbit about me is I'm also a NSW Rural Firefighter! If it sounds like we might be a good fit get in touch!
