Hey there! I’m a friendly, outgoing, bubbly person and fun to be around with. I like to have a chat and love to have a laugh. I love music, travel and going to the beach! I’m looking for a nice brand new clean home with nice furniture and no clutter that I can live in long term with people who want the exact same :) I’m the type of person who likes to pride myself in a nice good looking home. I need a car spot as I drive a car and a room spacious enough to fit a queen size bed comfortably. Please don’t message me if you don’t tick all of the above. Thank you 😊
Heya! I’m Mindy- I work as a casual primary school teacher. I usually get a lot of work so I'll be out of the house Mon- Fri 7am-5pm. I’m very friendly & always up for a chat but I'm also respectful of your space. I like long walks on the beach (actually haha), cooking & would prefer living with healthyish folk. I’m pretty easy going & will always greet you with a smile 🤗✌🏼👌🏼 I’ve also lived in sharehouses for a few years now so I’m fairly well trained xo
Hi, I'm Nina! I work full time as a Business Development Executive in the CBD. I enjoy keeping fit, going for runs or hiking, anything really outdoors. Very clean and tidy, comes from being Italian and with that my love for food and wine. I am very outgoing and down to earth and don’t mind a night out :)
We’re a professional couple - I work in media and Mike in software. We’re looking for somewhere to stay while we renovate our Newtown home. Clean, tidy and respectful, we’re both very social and enjoy a good BBQ. We have two 9 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Lily and Charlotte. They like to sleep in a sunny spot during the day then cuddle watching TV of an evening. We walk them twice a day - going for walks or to the dog park is also how we tend to spend our mornings on the weekend. We’re hoping to find some roommates who are fun, social and respectful - and who like dogs!
I am a recent graduate and aiming to start a professional life in Sydney. I am a laid-back person who tends to keep to myself most of the time. We can be friends and hang out if you are willing. However, if you prefer to embrace your privacy, I can respect that too. Don't hesitate to give me a holler.
We are a young but responsible couple (late-mid twenties), looking for a room to stay for 3-6+ months. I already have a full-time job in Sydney, my wife will start looking for one as soon as she arrives in June. We both are very easy-going, optimistic, know English pretty well, and have a lot of interests (traveling, snowboarding, running, kite-surfing, dancing, self- and professional development). Requirement: a train or light train station within 10-15 min walking distance, or with a frequent buss connection (every 20 mins or more often) to such station. The closer to the center the better
I am a respectful and considerate flatmate. I have lived in share housing before and am looking to find a place to call home for a while. I am a psychologist, and I work full time for a government department. I like to cook, practice xtend barre, wander around markets, and read.
Respectful neat & tidy professional 50yr male looking for share accommodation preferably with my own bathroom. I’m flexible with the area as long as the place is clean & the flatmates are easy going. I’m also a pretty good cook!
I am Christian friendly young lady, mature and wise, but easy going, and love to learn from others, and share some food ideas. Love peace and quiet, highly respectful and consider people privacy, and love my own space as well. Looking for quiet and relaxing accommodation.
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I am currently working P/T in retail and studying full time at Macquarie Uni, so I am rarely at home and when I am I study or disappear in my room. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and I am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
Hi! I'm moving up to Sydney from Melbourne in July to start a new degree! I am outgoing, bubbly and down to earth, always willing to help and a super clean person. Preferably looking for other students or people in their 20s to live with.
I'm an undergrad student currently studying Marketing and Media at MQ university! I'm Australian, but not from Sydney. I've moved down here from the Northern Rivers, NSW and have been attempting to live a respectable adult life since. I'm a quiet person, an introvert and don't mind keeping to myself, but am definitely up for a chat :) (Would love to make some new friends and not just awkwardly exist in the same household!) I don't host house parties and would only invite a friend over after letting everyone else who lives in the house know ! I have experience living in rentals, currently looking to move to find a more convenient location for grocery shopping and access to the city. (Being close to MQU is a plus, as I only attend 2 days of the week, I don't mind commuting, though I can only use public transport). I do not have a car or any pets, though I do not mind if the house has pets (I love dogs! Cats are great too!). I've never missed a rent payment! Firm on budget.
G’day, my name is Mark, I am 44yr old single gentleman from the UK. I have been residing in Oz for 17yrs and have a long history of renting share accommodation across Australia. I am easy going, clean, considerate, respectful and social. My hobbies include tennis, fishing, swimming & watching English football. I don’t party and I am not looking for that type of environment on an ongoing basis. I am home 60-70% of the time, so from a home security perspective, I am your man! Saying that, the majority of the time you will not even notice that I’m at home. I consider myself a proud and happy father whom is down to earth. I have 4 children, 3 of which live with their mother in Dundas & my eldest son William whom is 20 also lives with his Mother in Maroubra. I would like to have 1 child stay over from time to time, on the weekend maybe once a month, either Victoria 9 or Harry 6. That’s if convenient, however not essential. My youngest is Charlie who is 2! I have been separated after 10yrs of marriage, since December 2016. With both mothers I have a healthy co-parent relationship. I have been on the Centrelink Disability Support Pension for a couple of years & therefore you will never have any issues with me paying rent, or on time! I am currently in the process of seeking employment on a casual basis. I do sincerely hope that you would consider me as a suitable applicant for your accommodation. I am happy to answer any further questions that you may have. Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon, Cheers Mark
I am a student studying at Cheltenham Girl's High School. I am a relatively clean, quiet and easy-going person to be around and I enjoy music and art a lot. Right now I am looking for a place to live that's close to my school.
hey there! I'm a 20 year old student looking to move in with some other fabulous people. I currently study marketing and PR at macquarie and am also working a lot of the week at a hotel in the city. Im looking for people that are open minded and happy to have a conversation, but again everyone needs their privacy at some point. I enjoy going to see live music, going out to bars, brunch is always fun, even just a tea/wine and some reality tv is good enough for me! I am very respectful of other people and their space, and always do my absolute best to leave as little trace of myself as possible!
Hello! I am currently working at Apple Chatswood Chase. I am currently too old to party, but also young enough to enjoy a good company, and a nice drink with friends. Open-minded and a lover of music (of reasonable volume). Will gladly spend the night socializing or by myself.
My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room either on the north shore or around Ryde as these are central to our daily lives between the two of us. We are both working (him full-time in a dock yard and myself part time in retail) with me also studying at WSU. We are both fairly neat people and clean up after ourselves and keep to ourselves however can be social if we get along with people well. He is into gym, motorcycles and cars while I am into anything creative whether it be books, drawing or music. Internet is the biggest necessity as I am studying currently. Of course it would be nice to have our own bathroom however we are not fussed. A parking spot would be ideal however a motorbike is fairly easy to park on the street. Thanks for the consideration! - Ruby and Rory
Rose is a research & evaluation consultant (Indigenous education & community development) from NZ & Joe is a primary school teacher from Perth. We have recently relocated to NSW from remote WA. We are both tidy, respectful, and enjoy sharing a meal and a cup of tea. We also have a 5 year old kelpie who is possibly the greatest dog of all time. We both love the outdoors, hiking, rock-climbing & gardening.
I work the night shift 3 to 5 days a week. I'm a a manufacturing technician by trade and as such have access to a large rang of big brand names products in the health and beauty category and allways happy to share . Considerate and clean , easy to get along with.
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
