Hi :) I am a part time paralegal and part time post grad law student. I am from Sydney. I really enjoy spending time with people as well as having quiet time to myself. I enjoy yoga, going for walks, funny tv shows like friends and I’m a massive foodie! I am not a big drinker and do not smoke. I prefer to live with females, who are non smokers too. Please note that I am allergic to cats so looking for a pet-free house!
Hey there, To tell you a bit about myself, I'm sociable, easy-going, 26 and Australian. I work full-time in Operations for a not-for-profit, and spend my spare time catching up with friends, going to the gym, exploring Sydney, frequenting local cafes and restaurants, and generally keeping busy. I enjoy a good banter, but also respect everyone's need for down time. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people, who want to create a home and who I can hopefully become friends with. Happy to move into an established home, or start a new one. I can be flexible with move-in dates. If you think I might be a suitable fit for what you're looking for, it would be great to hear from you. Thanks, Zsofi :)
Hey there ! I am a Belgian student who will be interning in Sydney from April to June 2018. I am an easy-going person, always up for some fun. I have already lived in shared flats and am very clean and quiet when need be.
We are couple from Europe, from Czech republic and we came to Sydney on student visa. We will stay there at least 1 year and we are looking for room in share apartment/house. We are house trained, very tidier, friendly, chilled, easy going and of course we can pay rent :).
Hi, I'm 26 years old from the U.K and will be working full-time as a recruitment consultant in Sydney from early February until November. I'm laid-back, sociable, enjoy playing sport and going for a few drinks on a weekend. I'm a non smoker and have no pets. I'm able to move in from 23rd January and can meet for viewings at any time. I can also provide a reference from a previous landlord if required. Thanks, Alex

Hi guys :) I'm a 28yo doctor moving from Melbourne to Sydney to work at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. For now it's just for 12 months, so I'm looking for a furnished place preferably within walking distance to RPA Hospital. Ideally an apartment with gym and pool facilities but not crucial. I like to be social but I'm happy to mind my own business as well. I'm pretty flexible really, and I'll just go along with the vibe of the house. Looking forward to checking out the food scene in Sydney, but hoping to try and cook a bit more as well. I have pretty standard interests, nothing exotic, but I do have quite a few board games if you're into that. Hoping to check out Perisher for some snowboarding in winter. Can provide bad dad jokes on request. I like a clean and tidy house and will do my part to keep it that way :) I start work on the 5th of February but I'm working in Melbourne up until the 29th of Jan. Can move in anytime after that but won't be able to do any inspections in person until after I've moved up. More than happy to have a chat over Skype/Facetime etc.

We are very clean and tidy people and would treat our future place like a home. We are both working full time, easy going, reliable and trustworthy. We are ideally looking for a nice clean place that's close to CBD. Please be our new flat mate😇
I’m Andy - moving to Sydney this year from North Eastern NSW to study a Master of Environmental Science. Ive just got back from a couple of years travelling, living, and working overseas in South America and Asia. Before this I lived in Brisbane for my Bachelors degree, first on-campus and then share-housing with friends. I’m pretty excited about the move to Sydney and am hoping to find a room close to USyd with some good housemates. I’ll be studying and working to support myself, but keen to have a couple of drinks on the weekends, cook dinners together, play cards, listen to some music, and support the mighty Waratahs/Swans. I’m pretty tidy, like my music, enjoy reading, as well watching and playing sport. Looking to move in late Jan/early Feb and get myself settled before uni starts in March.

Well travelled and house trained. I am clean, tidy, easy going and considerate. I am happy doing my own thing and not creating any fuss and equally happy to share a meal, good conversation and a quiet drink with my flatmates. I have just started a contract here in Sydney until the end of June after 15 years living and working in Europe.
Hello :) my name is Lyndia, I’m 24, I’m from France and I’m going to live in Sydney for a few months to improve my English. I’m looking for a room in apartment sharing. About me, I'm very sociable, clean and funny person, reliable (so pay bills on time is no issue).
I am originally from New Zealand but had been living in Sydney for the past couple of years before I went overseas for a bit of last year to travel and work in London. I work full time as a management consultant and am looking for a long term home to live in. I am social and always keen for a wine and am clean and considerate :)
Hey! I'm in my mid twenties and will be new to Sydney in Feb. I have found a few apartments close to the University of Sydney that I would like to inspect with my future roommate or we can compile a list together to inspect. I prefer 2 rooms with ensuited bathroom. Let me know if you are keen on getting to know me and potentially teaming up. I am a friendly, clean and easygoing person. I am pursuing a masters at USYD and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) I am respectful of personal space and am easily adjustable. Since I’m not from around here I would love to make some friends so if you’re looking to keep to yourself at all times that may not be what I’m looking for! Pop me a message if you’d like to have a chat and know a little more. xx **Please only message me if you are female and are looking to sign a lease for at least 1 year starting mid-feb!**
Im Nate. 34 year old professional. Mature, responsible, honest, hard working individual who is looking for a mature house share in Sydney. Im not looking for a house with so many rules where I feel like im back in school. I like to use my common sense. Im working Monday to Friday and like to do my own thing during the week, I cook, I am clean, I am quiet. I am willing to help around the house if needed. I prefer communicating like adults and willing to help each other. Lets not make our home/ relaxing life hard. Looking for a place mid February for about 6 months. Message me for any questions. Thanks
Originally from Perth but moving to Sydney to begin full time work as an Electrical Engineer in mid February. Looking for a place to live preferably close to the CBD however open to all areas. I am down to earth, easy going, quiet and clean. I enjoy sports and exercising and like to get outdoors on the weekends. I also enjoy going out and meeting new people, especially as I will be new to the city.
Hi all! Ivan and I are two mates originally from Canberra and are looking for a place together in Sydney. We have both finished our studies and will be working full-time. (Both of us in Finance). We both have many years of house share experience and have never had a single complaint or bad experience. We're both really neat, tidy and clean people and so easy to get a long with! But we also understand respecting people and their privacy. We're looking for a place to call home and not just somewhere to crash at the end of the day. We're not party people but we do enjoy hanging out and having a drink whenever theres time. Both super chill and open-minded guys having done plenty of travel in the past! We are looking for 2 separate rooms.
I currently work for a prominent arts venue in Brisbane so I spend a lot of my time watching theatre, film, live music, movies, comedy etc. I am moving to Sydney to work in a similar industry. I am a pretty typical inner city person– I like yoga, a cheeky wine and socialising. I am clean, respectful and have a fairly relaxed attitude.
Hi, 26 year old scottish girl working in recruitment looking for a new place to live. Currently I am living in Lane Cove and it is just too far away from the city and the beaches, I am looking for somewhere close to public transport as I am working in Chatswood and i would like somewhere which has a outdoor swimming pool. I would not be looking to share my room, I would like my own private room which can fit a double bedroom. As I am working in recruitment it tends to be long hours monday - friday, I do like to socialise at the weekend but wouldn't be bringing the parties home. I would like a flatmate who is always wanting to make friends and do fun things at the weekend ( check out new bars / go to the beach / veg out watching TV). If you'd like to know anything else please feel free to let me know :)
Edit: Because my work hours are typically 8am - 7pm my priorities have changed from close to beach with close to city as a bonus, to close to city with close to beach as a bonus. Moving down to Sydney from Brisbane to take up a graduate full-time position in Sydney's CBD. I'm keen to finally get down to the Harbour City and get settled in to my new life. All of my friends are in Brisbane so there's little worry about me having 'hectic parties' or anything like that. It does mean however that I am looking for people that I can get along with who aren't overly closed-off. That said, I'm sure there'll be days where I get home from work or my flatmates get home and just want to decompress in peace. I have no pets and am a non-smoker. One caveat though is I need a place that has some form of accessible, consistent car-parking spaces. Obviously a drive-way/garage is preferable to on-street parking but as long as I don't have to pay for on-street parking then I won't have a problem. I love the beach and am particularly keen to live in a place where the CBD is 20 minutes away from home and so is the beach (<20 minutes would be even better). A friend of mine is moving down to Sydney in early April so I am looking for a short-term lease. $350 is about as much as I reckon I'd be willing to spend on weekly rent, although ideally the rent would be closer to the $300 mark.
