Single, male, working and studying at post-graduate level. Born, raised and schooled locally. I'm a responsible, reliable, respectful, clean, considerate housemate. Have been looking for suitable accomodation for some months. I am healthy, fit and active. An elder couple/single whom don't REALLY wish to downsize, but some of the yard duties are becoming overwhelming - I'M YOUR GUY. Happy to contribute to yard/garden/home maintainence. I grew up on a large block around the Port Hacking. Yours sincerely, David
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
I'm a 32 year Australian female who is employed full time as a director of sales and marketing, I enjoy having a drink but do like my private space at times I do own a indoor cat who is extremely friendly, I am easy going and easy to get a long and clean up after myself
A couple is working full time in the bakery 5am-6pm near Sutherland station. We will never be at home for full day because when we have a day off, we will stay over at our parent's house. We're clean, no noisy, cooking 1-3 meals a week only. We're on budget. We're lookig for a flat in Sutherland that has $360-400/a week for 2 bedrooms. That means $180/per couple/week fo rent. Will consider about moving date when we find a good "teamup"
Civil engineer, commercial estimator Clean and generally quiet at home (my usual routine, work/gym/rest) Sociable and respectable of others and their property. Considerate Random grocery runner Avid gamer Enjoys a few tequila shots every now and then Decent cook Enjoys sharing a meal as long as it's reciprocated.
Easy going, easy to get along with but also love my space so, either way you like it, it'll work. Work 5 days a week, out on the weekends, clean hygienic and my feet don't stink. Plus I clean up after myself. Courteous smoker who doesn't smoke near open doors or windows. Not that great of a cook so I usually buy out. Depending on the place I may pay extra for Foxtel. Get in touch.
I'm happy to be with, clean , fond of staying at home but can go out sometimes during idle time and lastly I 'm from the Philippines & currently living in Jannali.
Im easy going. most of the time will just eat out so no mess in the kitchen. work pretty close to 12 hours a day monday - Saturday and try and make the most of my day off on Sunday which means the main use for a room for me will be pretty well to sleep. Im engaged with a lovely partner and a son who both live in queensland so i have no intentions of ever bringing strangers to the house. Just looking for somewhere to stay till i can save enough to get my own apartment and move my family down
I am a 21 year old hairdresser moving from Perth to Sydney! looking for a fun share house experience. Im pretty laid back, enjoy keeping to myself but would love someone who is keen to have a few drinks. i do socially smoke and need somewhere without pets. My boyfriend currently lives in Sydney and will be staying with him until i find a place to move to! so please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi Everyone, I'm originally from the shire and need to move out of home later this year due to my parents down sizing and moving interstate. I'm easy to live with, very well house trained, I can cook and clean and I don't mind living with animals (pets) if you have them. I'm not a party animal and am fairly quiet.
Hey there. I'm chill, clean, friendly and all round pretty normal I guess! I get along with everyone and am confident I'd be easy to live with. Trying to get out of home - just need my own space! Studying full time at Wollongong, working in the Sutherland shire. Heaps keen on starting a team up! And at the end of the day I'd love to make a mate out of the experience. More info on me: Always keen to skate surf and swim.. and sleep. Would always choose animals over humans, but unfortunately they can't split rent. Studying nursing (in my last year) Most evenings I spend playing sport and training so don't count on me for many dinners ;) Anything else you wanna find out just hit me up.
Have my own things and can respect other people and there property. I really mean it when i say that too. I Just really cant afford a house just yet on my own. I have a dog which is the main reason for me looking for a house to share or to be with someone in the same boat, so to speak. I'm very very clean and tidy and will not be a nuisance to anyone. As i said i have everything of my own and am willing to share. Just need a place to call home. Could be 2 months could be a year or more. Recently seperated. Have 2 young girls who live with their mother all week. I get the usual every 2 weeks for the weekend and some school holidays where i will be happy to stay at my parents house. I am ready to move asap and can get any references needed. I do have a pet dog and there would have to be sufficient yard for her. She plays well with others and other pets also.
I am a clean person to live with and would be quiet happy to just keep to myself most of the time but am still very friendly and sociable. I work full time through the week and most weekends. If there are any questions you may have please feel free to send me a message.
Hi I am looking to rent with my dog his half German shepherd half husky. I recently sold my house and would like to rent for a year or two before I buy again. I work 6 days a week, I am clean and respectful of others. My dog doesn't dig and can stay outside. His got the biggest personality that I'm sure you will fall in love with him.
I just got back from spending 5months living in Thailand and need a new place to call home. Being honest I do prefer to share with guys but will consider women also. I'm a nursing student but work full time still. I am clean but not over dramatic, I am weird, I can cook and I like my space. I spend 80% of my time at work or out so when I'm home I like to drink an irresponsible amount of red wine and watch whatever I'm addicted to at that time. (Currently Suits) Very chilled person 👌
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute. Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules, though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. I am looking for a room in a share house, and I don't mind sharing a bathroom. I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place send me a message! :)
My name is Emma and currently looking to move somewhere ASAP! I work full time in sydney CBD as well as study part time. Friendly, independent, clean and reliable. (Non smoker etc)
I'm a legal secretary that works in the city from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Will mostly be home at nights and on the weekend. I'm pretty bogan, I like to have a laugh and a joke and won't get on your back if the place isn't completely tidy all the time (though I still like to live in a relatively clean space haha), but I will mostly keep to myself and won't disturb you too much! I like reading, gaming and a good Wi-Fi signal. Looking for someone who is respectful of living with someone else and won't throw parties every weekend, though I am happy for friends to come over. Also fine with parties if we discuss, but I just want a relaxed, quiet home for the most part. Mostly looking for a 2 bedroom apartment around Miranda (ideally 2 bathroom). If you sound like you want to live in a similar environment, please contact me.
I am a full time employed primary teacher working in the Mascot area. I am 25 years old and have rented and shared with people in the past and I have really enjoyed it! I enjoy having a chat and drinking a glass of wine after a tough day; In saying this I also enjoy my own time. I love for things to be neat and enjoy good house furnishings. I love to eat healthy and when possible I love going to the gym with my friends. About the place: Would be hopefully looking at getting a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom as I have shared before in a place with this configuration and it worked out perfectly. The maximum rent I would be looking at paying is around the $250 each per week. I would also like to go on the lease so it becomes both our place. I would only be interested in 1 or 2 room mates only.
Easy going 22 year old. Have been living in share houses for over 5 years now, but looking for somewhere that feels like home. Friendly, social and always up for a chat- but at the same time considerate of other housemates.
I am a small business owner & devoted pet owner to a German Shepherd named Duke (very loyal, well trained and good natured) I am Currently in limbo due to lease ending and waiting for my boyfriend to return from working overseas (June) so this will be for 6 months max. I'm social but also busy so you may not see me a great deal during the week. On the weekends I like to relax, hit the beach or netflix!
Hi! I currently live in Brisbane working full time but my job contract is only for 12 months and finishes early March this year! So I've decided to do something crazy and move to Sydney lol I have started looking for work around Cronulla and nearby areas so as soon as I land something that pays well I will be looking for a place that is hopefully furnished with preferably female housemates but I'm not fussy if there are guys as well. I'm a very tidy person, pretty much a neat freak, enjoy my own space and company but definitely don't shy away from being social with my housemates! I'm a pretty active person and love to go paddleboarding on the weekends, would love to learn to surf if I moved to a place close to the beach :) If you have a place I might be interested in please feel free to contact me!
I think I'm pretty tidy, don't mind cleaning Bit of a horrible cook so eat out a bit and wont be home most afternoons due to sport, do enjoy having a few drinks on the weekend and having friends visit from time to time
Hey I'm Ben! 24yr old male Currently working 2 jobs and studying part time. Looking to move out as I require my own private space to study and live. I'm the most chilled guy you'll ever meet, really easy to get along and hangout with, I'm social and enjoy a drink or two on the weekend but I'll respect your need for space aswell! I also travel as much as I can so you'll have the place to yourself alot of the time :) I can cook! And I will provide pretty much everything, including Foxtel, Netflix, TV's, surround sound, internet, appliances and lots of food... you name it I'll have the fridge and cupboards stocked! Any more questions feel free to message me anytime!
INTERESTED IN TEAM UPS! Interested in a 3BDR Townhouse in Caringbah/Sutherland area. Somewhere where there is good off street parking. I own everything for the house except a lounge but can easily purchase one upon moving in. Interested in sharing with 2 others to keep the rent down as much as possible - but still have a nice place to enjoy when home. I'm looking to move early February. My name is Kim, I'm a 29 year old music teacher at Cronulla High School. I moved to Sydney in August to follow an opportunity that arose for me to pursue my music to a fuller extent along side my teaching. I'm still learning this wonderful city so am out a lot. I like to keep fit and healthy and spend most weekend nights at gigs. I'm looking for a place with relaxed, friendly people with good social skills (trust me - I've come across some doozy's in my time). I like a chat, but i also enjoy my peace and quiet. I'm really looking for the right PEOPLE to live with and that for me, will trump what the place might be like. Love for you to reach out if you think i'm a match for your place! Kim x
I'm a pretty relaxed, clean and social girl who loves the beach, tries to keep fit but also loves the odd drink here and there. I love dogs and unfortunately don't have one of my own so if I move in with someone that does there's a big chance I may love it more than you. I'm also vegetarian but NOT the weird/judge others for not being one type so no need to fear if you keep a big old steak in the fridge (my past roommates sure didn't). So yeah, I'm keen to move before uni goes back at the end of feb and I do have a bit of furniture that I can bring if need be :)
Hi my name is Samira I'm 22 currently studying at Taronga zoo and working In retail and hospitality . Grew up in the shire but I also like to travel . Professional, non smoker looking for a nice place to live. I work long hours and try and catch up with friends and family on the weekend. When I am at home, I am happy having a chat and quiet night in or relaxing in my own space. Occasionally I like to have friends over for dinner. Love the outdoors and more than happy watching sport I am very neat and tidy and would prefer someone similar.
I'm a shire girl born and raised, like to get out but usually not that much of a partier. I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work at Coles so I'm always good to grabbing any quick groceries if need be 😛.
Hey! Myself and my partner chris are looking for house mates to share a house/apartment in Sydney. I work part time and am currently completing my diploma in early childhood care and education. Chris works full time near the airport. We're both very friendly, clean and respectful and are hoping to find people similar to share a place with. We're not heavy party people however love to socialise over dinner and a couple of drinks. We also love walks and trips to the beach! :)
I'm currently studying full time uni and working part time. I like to be on time for everything, so I'd never be late with bills and whatnot. I'm also quite neat and value hygiene. I'm a friendly person but never one to throw wild parties in my own home.
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have a lot of belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed (there is a limit) Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
We are two friends who've been traveling more or less together for two years. iia 23 yo, on a working holiday visa from Finland, been in Australia for a year Val 21yo student Italian/Colombian been here for 3 years. We speak fluent English are friendly, tidy, respectful and outgoing. We both work in hospitality in the city. We have lived in sharehouses and hostels so plenty of experience sharing bathrooms and kitchens etc. We are looking for a room to share in a fun social house with like minded people to stay for a minimum of 3 months. Near a train station would be a plus! On our free time we enjoy going to the beach, having a few drinks every now and then, or just chilling at home watching movies If you wanna know more about us drop a line! :D
Hi I'm annalice, I'm a friendly, easygoing arts-worker, an excellent cook, a woman of faith, a coffee devotee and Aunty to 6 adorable neices and nephews. Have always been based in Sydney but love a good overseas trip. Reasonably tidy and organised, generous, kind and responsible. Grew up with 4 sisters so good at getting along with all different personalities and sharing. Mix of introvert/extrovert personality. I organise fun and creative family programs and events for a museum in the CBD and enjoy my job heaps so I spend a reasonable amount of time there, sometimes weekend days or evenings for events and have odd days off during the week. I'm also a committed christian so I spend some of my time in related volunteering activities. I love organising events, starting creative projects, shopping, hanging with friends, taking dance classes, drinking coffee, baking, writing, crafting and spending time with my family for fun. My weekends are usually an equal balance between time spent socialising and housekeeping, am out a lot during the week so enjoy spending a day at home when there's a chance.
