I'm an environmental consultant who is a pretty easy going professional. I've been based in Sydney for the past 2.5 years but am a Brissie boy at heart. I work Monday to Friday in the city, standard business hours with a few early starts and/or late finishes from time to time. I sometimes get sent interstate for work. I'm a considerate housemate and respectful of common spaces, people's routine, personal space and belongings. During the week, i usually hit the gym after work or catch up with mates for a feed or drink. I enjoy my downtime when I'm not up and about. Easy going and no drama but can still have fun and am keen for a chat. I enjoy my coffee, attempting to working out, basketball, touch footy, the beach and travelling. I also like movies and sports. I'm a proud card carrying member at Dendy Cinemas. I'm not a big drinker but still love to go out and hang out with my mates and meet new people. I'm a tidy person (e.g. I don't leave dirty dishes over night and wipe down kitchen surfaces after use). Also, I'm a seasoned house sharer. My uber rating is 4.8. I enjoy smashed avo.
I’m a friendly and respectful guy, I work full time as a Corporate travel consultant for the Queensland government, I have a well trained pug, she’s my life. I enjoy socialising and meeting people, always up for a chat or good time
Im 18 years old, working part time and studying at university full time. I'm super social and incredibly easy to get along with, I would love to move in to a house where we are able to hang out and have movie nights, food dates, board/card games, and nights outs. I'm also a very independent person and I love my own private time and would respect those same wishes of others. Clean and tidy but not over the top Flexible on location
30 yr old professional, looking for a place in South Brisbane/West End after returning from a working holiday overseas. Easy going, friendly and enjoy a chat over an occasional drink or meal but am also independent and just as happy doing my own thing. I'm tidy, and respect other people's space, things and need for sleep. A combination of rock climbing and general fitness (gym and cycling) keeps me busy during the week and weekends and also balances a cheese addiction.
Hi there! My name is Dylan. Looking for a friendly, respectful and reasonably clean place to live. Studying full-time at UQ. I am an easy going person who is always keen to catch up over a few beers every so often. I enjoy training, gaming, reading and also watching plenty of movies. My main focus is to finish my studies by mid next year. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask :)
I am a student at QUT Kelvin Grove who needs to move out of home as soon as possible. I am a very quiet person who likes to keep to myself but I am very friendly and could easily hold a conversation with you. I've spent my whole life in Brisbane so far and would like to continue that. I am a pretty active person but I will only run if my life depended on it. I am a cheerleader so I will be home pretty late due to training and coaching most nights but I will always be more than happy to have meals with you if you would like. I'm not too fussy I'm just here to be myself. Thanks for reading, Emily
We’ve applied for houses in NUNDAH, NORTHGATE, NORMAN PARK & COORPAROO. If you’re looking for a room in any of these suburbs hit us up details. Hiya, after a year in Adelaide we are moving back to Brisbane! We are an engaged couple (30 & 32 y/o) looking to teamup in the inner-suburbs of Brisbane. Looking for a house (with fenced yard) that allows pets (we have 2 amazing staffy x’s who love people). We both work full-time and Luke is also starting his own electrical business on the side. We are really busy during the week and not home often. We are Pub over club people and enjoy the occasional wine or drink. On the weekend you’ll find as at the local cafe getting our daily caffeine fix. This year we are keen to get out and go adventuring around Brisbane more and be a tourist in our own backyard! We are flexible on areas but would love to find a place that has a big outdoor deck/patio for that casual Sunday bbq/wine. We come with almost a full house of furniture if needed. Thanks for looking - get in touch :)
I am quiet and easy going, looking for mature female/s to live with in or around New Farm/Kangaroo Point/Coorparoo area. I am a Tibetan Buddhist Nun (and am way more fun than that sounds! :)) I work in a professional capacity, full-time for a Not for Profit near the Emporium and go home to my own cottage out near Toowoomba most weekends. I'm generally only in Brisbane for 7-8 nights per fortnight. Looking for quiet, clean and peaceful space to share with like minded, intelligent, and kind others.
Hey, I'm 24 working part time and studying full time online at Deakin University (property and real estate), so I spend a bit of time at home with my head in my laptop and textbooks. Though I spend a bit of time by myself studying, I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit, socialising and road trips on weekends to explore new places. I'm clean and tidy and expect the same of my house mates. Looking for a more modern place with aircon being a must. I'm flexible with furniture and can provide my own bed if need be. Looking to move asap Feel free to message me anytime.
Hi my name's Jess and I'm looking for a new place! I am a full time working professional working Monday to Friday. On the weekends I enjoy catching up with friends and also staying in. I am laid back and easy going to live with but also tidy in shared spaces. I would love some room mates who will respect my space but also like to have a chat and watch tv with. I don't know my exact move date yet as my current situation is a little unusual but it will be soon and i hope to know the exact details in the next few days.
Looking for somewhere to live near the centre of Brisbane but not too close, will be moving for the first time, hoping for social housemates, easy going, wanting a place until February
Hi Flatmaters Need new place by 14th April 2018 (or April 7th if need be) I'm a professional working full time at Brisbane Tech Park. Chasing a fully-furnished place (preferably bills inclusive of everything), Queen size bed (King is better of course), and with a covered parking spot. Fast internet is extremely important! En-suite bathroom is great. *Don't mind unfurnished room if it's a pleasant place so to speak. During weekdays I am mostly home only at night. On weekends it depends wether I'm out for sports or; having a day trip planned or not, as I love to explore new places and go out for a drive. I don't mind and have lived with both males and females - no dramas. Very clean, neat and considerate - not OCD level but hygiene and being tidy is important for me. Always pay bills on time - I could provide you reference (for both hygiene and payment-wise) from previous home owners I rented with. I am easygoing, like to socialise, and enjoy having conversation over the meal. Regardless I respect the need of private time or study time. End of the day I'm looking to know more people and make friends :) Definitely not looking for a party house, but I also don't want to live with robots. I enjoy sports (Football (soccer), futsal, touch footy) and I am trying to get fit, so if you are into sports and fitness that is a big plus. I do enjoy the odd glass of wine and some drinks over the weekend, also enjoy movies and TV series. Hit me up! Q
Hi! I'm fairly easy going! I work 5 days a week - up and out super early and out some weeknights at either dancing or some other thing. I like to fill my weekends to the brim too! I'm outdoorsy and friendly, hard to offend or annoy (almost impossible). I do have a dog - 7 year old kelpie/collie - but he's living quite happily on my parents acreage. Shoot me a message if you've got an awesome little place you need someone to live in with you... Just a few things: I'm not looking for a quick fix, or anything fully furnished... I do prefer off-street (hopefully garaged!) parking, and I would prefer to live with 1 or 2 people in the same age bracket approx. mid-late 20s/early-mid 30s. Thanks!
Hi. I am friendly, clean and a quiet housemate. I love eating and cooking and I enjoy my own time. I also like to be social too with eating and enjoying a glass of red. I like to read and watch some TV. I also like to go to standup comedy live act or watch it on TV. I enjoy the outdoors with walking, riding and swimming.
Hello there! My name is Becca :) I am a 25 year old student who has just begun a Masters of Dietetics at UQ (evidently, I reaaaally enjoy food and cooking). Between this and work, I generally lead a pretty busy life and am home similar hours to an office-worker. While I do have a tendency to hermit myself during the week while I'm in study/exam mode, I am still undoubetedly a sociable lass who enjoys a chat, a Netflix get-together on a rainy Sunday, or a nice, quiet wine on a Friday afternoon. I have a partner-in-crime (my dog, Pablo), who will evidently be needing to relocate with me. He is a totally loveable little goofball of a staffy - LOVES humans and adores cuddles. His nickname is Sloth, as he tends to do nothing during the day/sleeps when no-ones home. All in all, he's a perfect housemate, and leaves things just as clean as I left them. My main priority is that any potential housemates also love dogs, as Pablo always enjoys chilling with the humans or being a fellow couch potato with you if I'm at uni/work. I'm currently in the process of attending a bunch of house inspections in Bardon/Taringa/Indooroopilly area and looking to move into a place mid-March/end of March. All properties are 3 bedrooms, with an outside area absolutely essential (good for Pablo and I like an outdoor area if anyone wishes to have friends over); at this stage rent is looking roughly at $150-$160/room for all the properties. My parents (by luck) just downsized from a giant house in Kenmore to an apartment (and so had to refurnish because none of the furniture fit), so I pretty much have enough stuff to furnish a small home (particularly if you have no furniture to bring over with you), with the exception of a sofa and beds. SO if you are looking to set up shop in a place that actually feels like a home (i.e. share the occasional meal if we're all on the same schedule, the freedom to invite friends over, enjoy a good movie night or beer), then please feel free to message me!!
I’m a full time emergency nurse that moved from Adelaide to Brisbane in November last year and am absolutely loving it here! Because I work shift work I am barely home but when you’ll either find me at the gym or playing roller derby but I do like to relax with some Netflix or a drink on the deck. I love to travel and go home or interstate as much as possible. I’m a very respectful and clean housemate that will always take share in doing the housework ie dishes, cleaning the place and taking the bins out. Anything else you’d like to know feel free to shoot me a message :)
I mainly keep quietly to myself but also love to socialise when I have the time. I run a small business and will be returning to my 5th year of Architecture at UQ in July. I work from home so its essential that I have a high speed internet connection of 30mbps+ with plenty of data, and im happy to pay an excess to accommodate this. I am VERY clean and tidy. Extremely respectful and polite person. Tech wizard, I can fix ANY issue you're having with your computers or IT anytime for free. I will be bringing a small router (not a modem, the box the main internet connection plugs into) to create my own WiFi network in the house (if thats okay, it will not effect your systems or performance at all) for a VPN and security features that you're welcome to join and use. I generally use more electricity than the average person so I will be tracking all of my power usage to pay my share of electricity fairly. Depending on the living arrangements and/or space restrictions I am happy to share my 55" 4K HDR TV with the house. When I use a space I make sure I leave it the way I found it, if not cleaner. Great with kids as I have an infant nephew. I dont mind moving somewhere with kids, as long as they don't yell too much. Very handy with tools and household repairs or maintenance.
I'm a physics grad and avid gym goer and enjoy outdoor activities when i'm not working. I'm in the process of writing up my PhD, so am frequently working from home, but when i'm not i'm usually spending time with my girlfriend. Not a late night person and I like to keep a regular schedule. I have some furniture and other miscellaneous homewares and a car. Send me a message if you're interested in teaming up!
Well, I'm a civil engineer and also an English student from Colombia. I’m 31 years old. I've been living here for more than one year. I'm easy going, kind, tidy and respectful. So, I’m looking for the same from my flatmate (s) and a place which I can call my home.
