I'm from Lismore, NSW, moving up to Brisbane to study Arts/Law at UQ. I love books, cats, long walks and tea, 'm respectful of others' need for space and cleanliness as I appreciate it myself though I'm always up for a chat/ bonding experience. I'm vegan (if that makes a difference either way) and I love to cook and am happy to supply the occasional leftovers :)
I am an international student from Southern Africa who will be studying Property Economics at QUT. When not studying I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I would love to stay in a female only place and would prefer to stay with people around my age. I love wordsearches , coffee, reading in my quiet time. I am also a chatty, outgoing person who loves outdoors and is keen to explore Brisbane.
Hey, so I'm currently looking for an upgrade to my current living arrangements, namely something that isn't on the top of a hill and somewhere that is easier to get around, you know, somewhere flat, or somewhere that isn't on a hill. Don't get me wrong, I love hills, I just don't want to live on one. I come pre furnished, I even have a TV and an Xbox, a real veritable assortment of accessories such as kitchenware, tools, even a workbench. When I'm not procrastinating my existence away, I'm either at UQ, my job which is a waiter at a steakhouse, or scraping together what I have left of a social life into something mentally productive. With that said, I'm really looking for a more cohesive, homely place to live, if you have parties or gatherings or do movie nights or just talk a bunch of nonsense I'm down completely, I mean obviously in moderation, but also I'm not against being social. I'm also super into Photography, so if you have longings for film equipment or just want to learn, I'm definitely interested. In regards to teaming up, it isn't something I'm against, but at the same time I'm not really in the business of owning stuff, so it would have to be something where I'm just filling a room.
I'm a first year psychology student at UQ. Looking for a share house with other students or people around my age. I'm a tidy person who respects peoples privacy, but I also enjoy hanging out as a house. I love watching movies and playing music. Always keen for a house dinner or drink as well!
Im a easy going kiwi bloke whos friendly and likes to meet new people. Have been in brisbane/auz for 10 months now working full time 5 days a week as an automotive spaypainter. I like to gym abit and also like to relax and kick my feet up from time to time. Love a beer or two in a social environment and dont mind the odd night in the city. I ride a motorbike so parking isnt much of an issue (but i do like to keep it covered and off the street). I keep a tidy room and clean up after myself evrywhere else. I help out with general household chores e.g take trash out, empty dishwasher. I also have a partner who still lives in new zealand and visits evry now and then for weekend. She will also eventually be moving over mid 2018. We are both easy going and pretty much on the same page together with things.
I'm Registered Nurse working in Greenslopes Hospital. Polish originally. I have lived with people from all over the world in California, Scotland and Ireland so I'm bit mixed and I'm really house trained :) Consider myself young at heart, easy to get along with, clean, reliable and respectful. I don't mind having a beer and some friends over a weekend or chill in front of TV. I like to stay active or travel whenever I have time. Cheers !
Hi, I'm a town planning / law graduate and am 25 yrs old. I grew up on the Northern NSW Coast and in Brisbane. I got back from overseas about a 3 months ago and have just got a new job as a consultant (property) and am looking for a new place. I am an easy going, relaxed, clean and respectful person. I enjoy a beer and a laugh on the weekend with friends and am quite sociable. I like to stay active, and enjoy the outdoors, particularly the beach. I like to live a healthy lifestyle. Thanks, Lachie
Heyo I'm Joseph (24), I'm new to the share-housing scene, but I would like to consider myself quite a friendly and personable character. I'm a boilermaker by trade and currently a pipe welder full time(ish) so bills will not be an issue. I think that I am a clean and reasonable person. I am a homebody at heart, I quite enjoy playing games and and the likes but I'm not opposed to socialising and being outdoors. I quite enjoy cooking so cooking for a few extras is never an issue. I've got a few small things in regards to white goods, I can bring a brand new front load washing mashine and a dryer. I also have some spiffy purple kitchen appliances if that's your jam. It's not absolute but living with people closer to my age bracket would be more desirable.
I'm a kind, considerate and tidy chick who loves to socialise but also likes my own space. I enjoy being outdoors, but as i'm studying, it's highly likely you will find me with my head in a book... but feel free to pull me away for fun days/evenings/nights. I currently work in childcare.
I am super easy going and fun to live with. I work full time at the Wesley Hospital so am looking for somewhere to live close by work. I am social, love my yoga and pilates, music, wine and Netflix ;) Looking for like minded people to live with.
Hi, I'm moving from Townsville to Brisbane in February to start full time study at Griffith University (Nathan). I'm quiet, clean, tidy and easy going. I will be arriving in Brisbane on the 7th of February.
Although I am 18 (turning 19 in May), I am quite independent and like to keep everything very clean. I like to think that I'm quite quirky, I love music and am outgoing. At home I'm very laid back and usually spend my time in my room, but will still socialise if I see someone. I'm looking for a room to stay at while I study at UQ and work part time. I have been brought up in Perth and am living here up until the end of January, so I may be a bit of a busy-bot for the first few months of living in Brisbane, as I love discovering new places and seeing new things. I have one female cat named Millie (3 yrs old), she is an indoor-only DSH grey tabby and is quite a sweet little thing. Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time (sleep), she is very well behaved, has never scratched the carpet, has never done her business anywhere besides her own toilet and is no where near a demanding cat, so she will be completely hassle free! :) If you have a room that would suit the both of us (preferably spacious as I will have Millie's scratching pole, bed, enclosed toilet and off ground food bowls to go in) available towards the end of January 2018, please hit me up with a message! Can promise you I (and cat) will be one of the best house/share mates you've ever had!
Full time student at the University Of Queensland. Looking to move out of home for the first time. I like to think that I'm friendly and tidy. I keep to myself but am always keen for a good chat and wine :)
Hi guys I work full time in the valley. I’m quite a socialble guy, I don’t mind having a chat but still can respect your space also. I’m into sports (mainly basketball), beach and video games. My ideal roommate would have to be tidy and respectful of privacy. I’m looking to move out ASAP so feel free to flick me a message. Preferably looking to team up with someone to find a place together.
Hi Everyone! I'm a Single Straight guy looking for a place to call home. I work in construction so my days can be fairly long but I still like to make time for paying the Gym a visit as I try to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going out for a feed, movies, sports and maybe a scotch or two or whatever random thing maybe on the cards. I'm a quite easy to get along with and happy to have a chat about the day had and watch movies or whatever but I also respect ones privacy if that's what they prefer. I'm also good with pets though have none of my own. Also a little bit of storage for a couple took boxes and fishing gear would be great if possible! Please if you are into drugs of any sort I ask you do NOT contact me. Well I hope to hear from you. Take care and talk soon! Trent :)
My friend and current roommate Hollie, are moving out of our 2 bedroom place in march and are looking for a 3rd person to live with. We would be looking at a 3 bedroom place in these suburbs; Paddington, Bardon, Red Hill, Petrie Terrace, and will consider similar areas. We would love to go house hunting with our new roomie and apply for a place together which suits everyone. Hollie works and studies, and I am a full time worker, who works at home a couple days a week. During the week we are pretty chilled; cook, watch netflix's, catch up and on the weekends we love to go to the markets and the beach. Let us know if you are interested and we can catch up for a coffee.
I am a 3rd year UQ student looking for accommodation near UQ. I am responsible, mature, friendly and easy-going. Generally speaking I like music, movies and having a light hearted chat. I'm looking for a clean and enjoyable living environment and would be interested in any team-ups.
Just graduated from uni and looking for a full time position while currently working 2 part time jobs. Pretty easy going, chilled guy who enjoys having a few beers and going out. Happy to hangout and have a few drinks with flatmates throughout the week and weekend but also appreciate my own space. Looking for some fun, friendly, outgoing flatmates who keep reasonably tidy and clean. Also would like a place where having a few mates over once a week or so isn't an issue. Thanks :)
I’m a easily going guy that works Monday-Friday and enjoys having a beer on the weekend, trust worthy and has a good rental history. Looking to move from 1 bedroom apartment and team up for 2 bedroom apartment for bit of company and sharing of bills
