Hello! I'm Madeline, 24 year old working full time and looking for amazing future flatmates and potential friends :) I'm currently searching for a place in the area's i've listed and am able to furnish the whole place with lovely new things - including your room if you need! I am looking to make a great flat (as I'm over the years i've spent in dingy flats with mouldy fridges, washing machines falling apart, ect) and just need the great housemate! I like to think I'm a easy going person, social and loves a laugh. I'm the type who enjoys a good chat and hanging out with my housemates, but also loves to have some down time in my room. I love to have friends over for dinners, go out for a drink, go for a swim or walk but also just come home from work and relax. If you enjoy any of these activities and want to join in you are probably my ideal housemate. Or even if you just enjoy good music, food and beer you could also fit the bill. Ideally I would love a housemate similar to myself, someone who works full time, social and easy to get along with. Hopefully it can also be a friendship rather than passing ships - I am looking for someone who is looking for a place to enjoy rather than a room in a sharehouse. I would love to start moving by mid Nov.
Hi, I work full time in a bank in Sydney CBD (standard 9-5 hours mostly!) and I'm looking for a long term rental closer to work. I'm currently from the Macarthur area so my commute is quite long. I'm a friendly, quiet person who likes my home to be a relaxed place. I don't smoke and most of my socializing will be outside the house. I love music and a couple of nights a month I'll go to a gig after work. When I am at home, I can be found reading, watching a movie/tv series or surfing the internet for new music. I do like to cook although my knowledge is basic (pasta is amazing) and I could definitely benefit from being designated cook a couple of nights a week. On weekends I like to get out and explore. I will also travel to visit family and friends. If you have any questions please ask!

Hello, My name is Alain, full time IT professional from the Philippines. I'm quiet (almost socially inept), easy-going, and organized. I like computer games, beach-bumming, and watching movies. I'm looking to move out very soon because my lease is about to expire on the 20/10/2016. I'm looking for a place to stay where I could commute easily to Norwest Business Park as I work there currently.
Hi I am a considerate quiet flatmate who is very respectful of living space. I have a pet cat who is both indoor and outdoor so you would have to be ok with that. I like movies and beach on weekends. I am at the gym a few nights a week but mostly at home week nights. I am a teacher and am home some school holidays. Clean and tidy and you would hopefully be like minded. I am looking for ground floor with courtyard or similar half house / duplex . Would like an undercover car space and own bathroom where possible. I know, asking for a lot !!!
I'm a very easy outgoing Scottish chap who's easy to get on with and I'm also rather clean :) I also keep myself to myself and mind my own business and I work full time.
Am very versatile. Can be like a ghost or your best friend. Love to cook and clean but will probably be working lateish nights. Looking for short term accommodation and care little as to the state of apartment since it's only for a month. Location is key as I'll be working in crows nest and walking to work is ideal. Am canadian and will make you poutine and potentially share maple syrup. Love to rock climb, hike and hit the beach. Lived in Australia for two years previously and looking forward to being back. :)

Hi, I'm Jack My friend Charlie and I are coming over from England to Sydney and are looking for a place to stay! The main reason we are coming is to play some rugby for Northern Suburbs in the 2017 season but we are also looking to engage with the city and make the most of our time here! Ideally, we are looking for two separate rooms but a shared room with two beds would not be a problem. We're both easy going, sociable people who are focused both on the rugby field and off it. We like meeting new people and see this a great opportunity to make some friends on the other (sunnier) side of the world! We have employment opportunities lined up upon arrival. Cheers! Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions
Hi there! My name is Olivia, I'm 21 and work full time in Media. My current lease is ending in the next month or so, and I am looking for a fun and friendly, but neat and tidy house and/or apartment. I am also interested in teaming up to find a new house together! A similar age group would be great, who are open to a drink after work and socialising! I love cooking, coffee, and a nice glass of red :) I've been living on my own, so I know how to take care of/clean up after myself. Message me if you want to have a chat or want any more details about me!
Hi, Looking for a place between Macquarie Park and the city that is easily accessible by public transport and close to shops/cafes. I work in IT, I'm easy going, and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy but also understands that it is a home. I'm up for a laugh and chat and most would say that i have a good sense of humor (I'm a little nerdy in my own way). I'm usually out on Fridays and Saturdays. I try to stay fit and eat well but I also like going to cafes, going out, and socializing. I like travel/adventure and try to squeeze in some of my hobbies (including hiking, meditating, photography/drawing) for some balance. I try to do something active after work though, i usually just unwind at home. I'm pet friendly (i like dogs, and I've lived with cats before). I enjoy taking dogs for walks or just chilling with a cat. Looking for a place to share with people who are relaxed have similar lifestyles.

Hi, I'm Ricky Gnana and I'm currently working full time as a Telecommunication Industry Professional in Macquarie Park. I'm currently living in Wollongong and I got so bored with my daily train travel about 5 hours. :P I will definitely spend my weekend in Wollongong, but for now I'm thinking of staying during the weekdays anywhere close to the City. I can say, I'm definitely a nice guy, cheerful and very decent, clean, tidy as well. My idea behind staying in weekdays is to use my spare time for something useful. :) I'm looking for a place to share with a family, female or alone by myself. Please let me know if anybody got any good place on my mobile. Thank you very much for your consideration.
Returning to Sydney after a year of living off the land out in country NSW... maybe not that extreme, but coming back to the city and starting the search for roof over my head :) I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, can be fairly quiet and focused on either work or study, but if I'm in a bit of an energetic mood it's either out scuba diving or catching up with friends (so not making any big ruckus at home) Can be a decent cook when the mood strikes, enjoy a quiet catch-up amongst friends and have been known to binge on Netflix from time to time...
Hi, I'm Zsanett from Hungary. I'm doing my PhD at Macquarie University as an experimental geoscientist. I'm tidy and clean, I like the quiet nights but I'm not against to start the fire :) I have a slightly hectic lifestyle now (one day I'm at uni from 7 to late night, other days I work from home), but I'm about to bring some regularity in my days). I speak in Hungarian, English and German, in kind of good/high level. However my english knowledge is usually fluctuating according to my tiredness level. I already have experience with share-accommodations previously from Hungary (3 years) and Germany (2.5 years) too, and now I would like to get out of the dormitory. I need to travel a lot due to my research (to Canberra, Melbourne, Europe), therefore I'm looking for a room, interested in short and long term options too.
I m a very clean, organized friendly and happy person. Always without good mood. I work everyday and also study at night, so people will see me only at night and in the weekends morning. I m looking for a flat with nice and friendly people.
Hello! I'm a kiwi guy who has just transferred to Sydney for work. Looking for a friendly bunch to move in with. I work in banking, and enjoy running and swimming. I commute to the CBD so open to pretty much anywhere that's near a train station. Please drop me a message if you think I might fit the bill!
Hi, My name is Kanak, and I am a Recruitment Consultant at Sydney CBD. Me and my husband moved to Sydney in August, 2016 and have lived in USA and London. We love socializing and travelling. We are looking to move in a furnished house/apt where we have our own private bathroom. We respect people's space and privacy and would like to meet like minded people. We like to keep our surroundings clean and tidy. We love to unwind with a glass of wine and are Netflix fans :) Please drop me an email if you would like to accomodate us.
Hello :) I want to live not far from city(less than 20minutes by train or bus) I am a part time chef in Mosman and studying Hospitality management. I have worked and lived with various foreigners. Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & a extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in North Sydney in Administration. Try to live a healthy/fit lifestyle but also enjoy letting loose every now and then. Hoping to find a suitable place to move into by November. This will be my first time living out of home. Max $300 rent + bills. Not interested in shared rooms. Would like to live with people aged between 20 - 30years old. Interested in North Sydney & surrounding areas.
I have recently emigrated to Australia from South Africa. I am a Electrical Engineer and I work in North Sydney. I am a firm follower of "clean as you go", that way things don't build up and become a chore. I am out-going and sociable. I like playing PC games, socializing and doing stuff with friends, and I am a big fan of the outdoors. I am a relaxed, fun to be around and easy going guy :) Im looking for a private room in house/flat share with bills and internet included, must be within 1km of a train station and must have a washing machine for ~$300 per week, furnished or unfurnished, and must be large enough to accommodate a Queen bed and desk. Hope to hear from you :)
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
Iain, 29, British. Here working as a bricklayer. Just been sponsored by my firm so looking to spend the next couple of years at least out here in Australia.
I'm a fun-loving, but reasonably quiet young professional (female) that's moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I work in consulting. Of Indian origin, I've grown up/lived in NZ for the past 16 years (for those who like to know this sort of info!!). I love to explore, learn (proud geek!), love food - eating and cooking, keen to know about different cultures. Honest, fun, outgoing, easy to get along with, clean & tidy and I know that rent and bills need to be paid on time! :) While I am not a party animal, I love to get out. Certainly not the 'always in my room' kind of person, but I do enjoy quiet time as I will be working from home on occasion! I have a mature outlook on life, can get a bit philosophical (!!), can chat about most topics, enjoy healthy discussion, but definitely respect others' views and privacy. Happy to kickback with TV or a book or just music and a chat! I intend to make Sydney my home for the foreseeable future. Keen to find like-minded people who are welcoming, friendly and keen to meet someone new!
I'm a HR/Training professional working full time in North Ryde and a Pilot for an aerial advertising company on the weekends. I like to keep fit and healthy and I'm always busy! I love good food, wine & beer and am equally happy socialising or doing my own thing. I'm clean, reliable and friendly and like to have similar people around me.
*** NB NOT MOVING OUT UNTIL NOVEMBER *** Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I'm a very laid back person who enjoys both a quiet relaxed place or fits well with outgoing flatmates as well. I keep common areas very neat (kitchen/bathrooms) and love to cook meals. I also love baking! I'm from the US and currently in the process of getting my work visa as a dance teacher. I will have a steady income and am very reliable with payments. I don't have pets as of right now, but I am very keen on having a cat in the future. I also love dogs! And all other fuzzy animals!
I'm an International PhD candidate looking for a room to rent from mid-December. I work on campus and train at the university gym five days a week, and so, won't be home most of the day. Over the weekends, I usually cook, do housework, and watch cooking shows.
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. I'm very particular about cleaning and like to keep my stuff tidy, love cooking and rock climbing on weekends.
Easy-going, bubbly, loves to have a chat but also respects one another's privacy. Clean & tidy. Love the outdoors, fitness and healthy lifestyle. Always up for a conversation over wine with a fellow flatmate :)
Hello! I moved to Sydney from the UK at the end of September. I'm working up in Asquith but want to be living a little bit closer to the action. I'm very easy going, have flat shared in London for 5 years with no problems. I'm looking for a place that is a home rather than just a place to sleep. I have a good amount of friends in Sydney already so won't be around all the time, but would love to have a glass of wine with my new flatmate(s)! I have a full time, permanent job that will keep me pretty busy in the days and I enjoy keeping fit through going to the gym or playing netball in the evenings. As any 20 something, I of course love going out for dinner/drinks with friends, but I'm respectful of others space and privacy so won't have an spontaneous, wild parties! If you think that I'd be a good fit - I'd love to hear from you! Tamsin
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, other times I’m a little loud but mostly I’ll fall in the middle. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something longer term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
Hi, I enjoy talking and sharing experiences. Some friends told me that I'm a good cooker (especially Peruvian food) and also a clean and tidy housemate. I'm looking forward to meeting great people to share a flat or a house.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
I am a 27 year old Australian PhD student who loves travelling, music, reading, and socialising! I love meeting new people but also enjoy alone time. I am considerate and clean, and am looking for a nice relaxed person to share an apartment/house with. I play guitar and ukulele, and am studying music and language psychology. - I am currently living in Canada, and will move back to Australia on the 2nd November. I am hoping to move into a new place shortly afterwards, so will ideally view houses on the 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th November.
I recently relocated to Sydney after studying and working in Los Angeles for the past 5 years. Originally, I am New Delhi born and raised (yes, if we become friends and should you visit India, I'll show you the Taj Mahal). I work as a Management Consultant at a reputed firm, and relocated with them from Los Angeles to Sydney. I am looking for a room in a shared accommodation. Ideal flatmates would be clean, tidy, friendly, and fun to live/hang out with. I like to go out occasionally, but also don't mind kicking in and chilling at home. I drink socially and don't smoke (although I am fine if others do, living in California didn't give me much of a choice if you catch my drift...). My interests include playing tennis/golf, swimming, hanging out with friends, watching movies/tv shows, even reading (yes, in this century, I know). Looking to move in as soon as possible, preferably Oct 7 or onward. Look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Krishna
Hello, Sydney! I will be relocating in late December/first week of January from Miami. Flexible, fun, easygoing and very social. I do like my peace and quiet from time to time but love to go out and enjoy restaurants, bars and shows. I will be working in the business district so am looking for something with easy access to transportation.
Hi everyone, I'm reliable, quiet as a rule, clean and respectful of others. Up for a laugh, and realise there's a time and place for everything. I'm fit and generally active, non smoker and light/often non drinker. Love animals (if you've got one or some) but don't have any of my own. I'm self employed as a handyman around lane cove area and also studying architecture online, this keeps me busy enough atm. Think that's all! Cheers Michael
Well I'm your average working professional. From Singapore, lived in Brisbane but now moving to Sydney because of a good offer. I'm near, easy going, clean, mind my own business kinda guy, can cook and generally willing to chill out with flatmates or landlords for dinner, tea or a couple of drinks. I work long hours so the most probable times you'd see me is on the weekends when I'm chillin' watching my favourite dramas. :)
Hi everyone! We are looking for a new place to call home until about February. We're very easygoing and friendly, both in our early 20s. We're not really party people to be honest, we like to have a chat, having a beer and listening to good music. We love movies, tv shows and music. We like to cook and bake and Isa does it quite often. Lucas surfs and is very into music and playing the guitar. We were hoping to find a place near the ocean to enjoy the summer, but of course, anywhere is fine if we have nice and friendly people around. Please don't hesitate to send us a message if you think we'd be a good match. By the way, we need to find a place to move in around the 30th of October, but the sooner the better! Thanks (:
Hey future flatmates! Originally from Newcastle, travelled all over Aus growing up. I am an easy going person, who enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. I very much enjoy my own space and downtime and equally love to socialise and meet new people. I am currently looking for a short term (3month) rent/house stay in Sydney, preferably the North Sydney area, but am open to other options. Relocating to Sydney for a work placement for 3 months, beginning Oct 31st. I'm also still studying to finish my Uni degree. Fun for me comes in all different forms, from reading a book or watching a movie to getting outdoors and exploring, discovering new places/people. - Non-smoker - Clean and tidy - Female

Hi! I'm Hanna and my boyfriend is James. We are from New Zealand and are moving to Sydney on the 7th of November. We love sport, eating healthy, staying fit, going on outdoor adventures and exploring (especially being in a new country). We love having a great laugh especially over a causal beer or two. James is a qualified Personal Trainer and I finished a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Human Biology last year.. but in saying that we aren't looking for jobs over in Aus that are to do with these specifically. We plan on continuing our travels after about 6 months. We are looking for a flat that would be keen to have us on board and be able to share some great banter. We would like to have flatmates who have similar interests and are easy to get a long with.
