Away weekends. I am a 55 year old male, non-smoker, professional that needs a room for 1-3 nights a week to sleep. I have company related business in Sydney and fly in from Melbourne. I usually stay about 2 nights during the week and never Fridays or Saturdays (might fly-in late Sunday night). I fly up almost every week except during holidays, christmas, etc. or when ill. Today I rent a room in a flat in Macquarie Park, however the tenant is getting married, so its time to move on. I can pay you $180 cash for the 1-3 nights per week or even when I don't come that week. I have my own bed.
Hey guys, I am a clean & friendly guy, likes to get involved with house hold activities. I work Monday to Friday in Bella Vista. After work during the week I go to the gym and also play waterpolo on Tuesday night. On weekends I am usually on the beaches with my partner, however, if we have an event in the city or in the hills he tends to stay with me. I am originally a country boy from the hunter valley but have been in Sydney for 7 years. I would in commercial real estate. I love good food, good wine and a good movie. Matt :)
Hi my name is Alex, I'm a 21 year old studying forensic science whilst also working casually as a bartender. My boyfriend Chris is 26 and works full time. We're both pretty busy but in our spare time we enjoy going to live music events and exploring the outdoors. We're both easy going, respectful people who like to maintain a relatively clean living environment.
Hey! I'm Kim, I am looking to start a share-house with 1-2 other people that are down to earth, respectful and enjoy good conversation. I have lived out of home since I was 18. I have quite a bit of furniture including a fridge, microwave, couch, arm chair and dining setting (plus maybe an outdoor setting) to contribute. I love music, I play guitar occasionally and am often caught singing in the shower. I’m always down for a Netflix binge. I play netball 3 times a week so I am out of the house at least 2 nights mid-week. I love to cook most of the time, although if the opportunity arises I’m almost always down to chuck in for takeout. I’d love to have flat mates who enjoy having a chat over dinner and an occasional drink on a Friday night. I work full-time in North Sydney and would love to be able to walk to work. I am also doing an online course which requires small amounts of study-time. If you’re interested in pairing up to search for a large apartment/ townhouse/ house to call home then click message, I’ll be glad to hear from you! 😊 Until then, Kim
Hello! I'm a full time digital illustrator who works on children's storybooks and television, looking to room in a women-only apartment or sharehouse. As such, most of my work is freelance and I often work from home, so my only requirements are a space to put my work computer that won't be in the way. I'm quiet and clean-- and while that's not much fun at parties, it does make me good at living with other like-minded introverts. My favourite dishes to cook are curry and stew. I'm definitely looking to move into a place with flatmates who want to live together as a community and talk to each other over dinner from time to time, rather than being four different people living separately in the same house who never see one another. I'm fine with animals, though I love cats the best :). My hobbies (when I'm not drawing) are reading, writing, and pilates! Gotta keep that core strength up. I also have my own Netflix account and love a good movie from time to time-- anything from arthouse to blockbuster popcorn flicks. My favourite is Star Wars, though. Nerd pride :). I also have a car and am more than happy to drive non-car-owning flatmates around, but I do need a space to park it. I'm also very handy around the house and can build/fix most (non-electronic) things, and I'm good at sewing and fixing up clothes. Look forward to hearing from you! Peace :).
We're clean tidy and pretty quiet. Usually busy on weekends and wouldn't mind a few drinks here and there. Im from the uk moved here a few months ago and my boyfriend (James) is from here working in IT in st Leonard's. we have a friendly shy little poodle/shitzu.
Married professional couple looking for a place to call home. Looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment (not studio or flat / room share). Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you!
We are two female study abroad students from University of Augsburg (Germany), going to study at Macquarie University. We are open minded, properly mannered and trustable. Futhermore, we enjoy being active and go for a run, to the beach or just to explore the city. Nevertheless we also enjoy a quiet night on the couch, as well as going out for a drink every once in a while. We will be in Sydney for 4-5 months.
Hi! I am a 35yr old full time professional currently working in Macquarie Park. My interests include travel, bushwalking, sport, food, wine, architecture and being outdoors in general. I am easy going, friendly and social, and look forward to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere at home after an intense day at work. I am very neat, and like to keep a clean and quiet house. If you are looking for a new walking buddy, or someone to have a wine and relax with on the weekend, I'd be more than happy to oblige! I own a tiny car, so any half-decent street parking would be good.
I am a friendly, clean and tidy professional guy who works full time Monday to Friday. Weekends I like to socialize with friends and go out and explore. Currently new to Sydney so in process of making a few friends as well to hang out. I am looking for a place where I have a bathroom to myself (unshared) and internet and utilities included. I work in St Leonard's next to the station and I don't own a car (at the moment) so a place at walking distance is preferred but negotiable based on weekly rent.
My name is Rachel I am an Australian worker/masters student in paediatric health sciences. My partner Moi is a multi talented engineer/cook/tradie. I am looking for a comfortable, clean place to live with some easy going like minded people. I enjoy meeting with friends, getting out and about, exploring the city and enjoying the lifestyle and culture which Sydney has to offer. I enjoy cooking and eating out and socialising but also enjoy a quiet evening in too. I would like to live in an easy going house where people keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful of each other.
Hi I'm a mature 28 year old female, temporarily needing a place in Syndey for 6 months due to work commitments. I'm from rural NSW and am a relaxed clean person. Looking for a furnished private room (doesn't have to be fully furnished, just the basics like a bed, wardrobe etc) Im looking for a home away from home, not a party house.. I like to relax on weekends as well as trailing through the local markets. Will need to move in around 30/7/17, starting work on the 2/8/17 in Sydney CBD. I have a small car and would prefer a property with available street parking.
I am looking for a room with private bathroom in Sydney or Melbourne. I would like to start with a short term of 2 weeks before decinding for a longer term. I speak french, spanish and english. I am relaxed but not looking for a party house, I would like my own bathroom and private room.
Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and off street parking. Work full time as a primary teacher in the Ryde area. Clean, tidy and friendly. Flexible moving date.
I'm a child care worker studying my Masters of Primary education. I work full time in the city. I do not have pets but I love animals so I don't mind if you have them. I'm clean and respect others space but I'm also happy to have chats and dinners together. I am leaving Sydney around Christmas time.
Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅

Hello everyone! I’m Asad, 24, and I’m looking to rent a furnished room close to Macquarie University, preferably Marsfield. My current lease ends on 30th July so I’m planning to move in around last week of July and stay till mid-December. My price range is $150-250/week. I’m a full-time working professional and studying part-time, currently doing Chartered Accountancy. I’m super clean, hardly cook, friendly and easy to live with. On the weekends, I like to get outside and enjoy nature. I don’t smoke or drink. Last one: I’m allergic to cats. Please send me a message if you have any room available. Thank you!
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I go to work M-F around 8-4 and also do a few hours a week on my home PC. I'm looking for peace, quiet and privacy. A quiet location. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is fairly empty. For housemates, I'm looking for Australians/UK people (not other languages/cultures) aged around 20-40. People that have an interest in health & fitness. At least 1 of the following interests would be good: sci-fi tv/movies, video games, board games I would like 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male. My budget is including bills and internet. I will consider more areas than I have listed I have to give 3 weeks notice but could move in 2 weeks at the earliest.
