I'm a 31 year old Brazilian guy who actually lives in Sydney (Waverton). I love sports (working in the gym, MMA and Triathlon). I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), but I also went to UFBA to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (which I did not finish) a few years before. I love reading, studying and engaging in cultural activities (cinema, theater, music festival and art in general). I really enjoy spending some time for myself but I also enjoy talking to friends and I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know new cultures. After all, I think I could say that I am a very ecletic guy! I'm in Australia to study for two years (2017-2019) at Tafe St Leonard in northern Sydney. And I've lived in the US for a year while I was in high school (living with a family horsting). I speak English (high level) and Portuguese (mother tongue). As a host I think it is essential to be respectful and cooperative with my other mates. I try to be as helpful as I can and keep things clean and organized. I really hope to meet house mates with whom I can become good friends and develop a rewarding relationship. I do not have any kind of prejudices about sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or anything else. And I look for people with a mind equally open to individual differences. I'm ready to move right away. Get in touch, folks!
Hi, I'm a 28 year old male looking for short term accommodation from January 30 to February 11 while I wait for my new unit to become available. I am fairly flexible in terms of location but would ideally like relatively easy access to Chatswood (for work). Pretty quiet, relaxed, clean and respectful. I love going to the gym, running and generally trying to be healthy!
I'm a 19 year old student currently working 5 days a week as a casual in a nursery for plants and studying a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Applied Psych. at Notre Dame in this year. I am interested in moving closer to the city as I am living on the outskirts of Sydney and was commuting approximately 2.5-3 hours, one way, to the university I was previously at. I'm extremely easy going, bubbly, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am also a hard worker. Looking forward to hear from you ! :)
I am an international student from Finland studying health and fitness. I am outgoing and very social and love meeting new people. I am 24 years old and at the moment I work as a Learn to Swim instructor at Fitness First in St Leonards. As a housemate I am tidy and respectful of others private space and also very friendly. I would like to get to know my housemates and will always be up for doing something fun with the people I live with!
I work full-time for an IT firm in the city. Am looking for a furnished private room with own bathroom in St Leonards, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Artarmon and Chatswood. Ideally would prefer the apartment unit to be north-facing. My budget is max. $350/wk including bills (water, electricity, gas and wifi). Particularly interested in apartments with indoor swimming pool and gym in the comlex. Must have easy access to public transport (preferably train) and excellent amenities (walking distance to decent sized supermarket, shops, etc.) I am a 40-year-old professional, mature and responsible, at the same time, respectful to others, friendly and easy-going. I am meticulous to cleanliness and would do everything to look after the property as it is my own, therefore would love to share flat/house with someone who is equally tidy. I need my own privacy and will definitely respect yours. No parties at home please. If you're looking for a responsible long-term tenant/flatmate, you won't be disappointed with me.
I am an easygoing 24-year-old who is thrilled to be moving to Sydney from Melbourne for a one-year Master of Public Health course at Sydney Uni. I enjoy running, giant cups of tea and art. I generally keep to myself when I'm home, but always up for a chat, to share a meal or a drink or two, happy to work with whatever suits :) House preferences: - BIR (desired not essential) - Own bathroom / Ensuite desired not essential) - Someone who is respectful, clean, tidy & considerate - Not a party house - Stay from four weeks to six months I am clean, tidy and respectful, no partner or pets.

I'm a clean, considerate and sociable IT consultant who has lived in shared accommodation over the last 8 years and I've always gotten along well with my flatmates. I've spent the last 4 in Chatswood. I'm looking for a room within a 2BR apartment with only 1 flat mate that's located within 5-15 mins of walking from a train station, is on quiet street (away from main roads and highways) and has decent amount of storage space (I've got an electric drum kit). I enjoy tennis, hitting the gym, drumming, hiking, k-boxing and dancing. I'm always up for a chat and would be keen to meet like-minded people to team up with!
Hi, My name is Jourdon and I am a UNSW scholarship student currently working at the investment bank Rothschild. I am looking for housing for the next 6 months near the city or a train line to facilitate easy access to work. I am a neat person with minimal personal items and am simply looking for a private room with enough space to hang my clothes and fit a king single or double bed. I've lived overseas for last 6 months in America on University Exchange in shared housing so I am house trained and work well with people of all demographics and age groups.

Hello people x My name is Kerry. I'm currently working full-time in Macquarie Park. Been living in Central Park for over 2 years. Loved everything here but had to consider moving out due to construction noise coming from UTS and the new DUO apartment. I live a healthy life style, love traveling and meeting new people from different cultures. I'm clean and house proud. Love having a drink or 2 with friends but never bring party home. Enjoy spending time outdoors on weekends and prefer to keep my home time relatively quiet. Cheers, Kerry
I am a very friendly and respectful young adult looking to surround myself with positive, happy people while I live away from home to study. I am a social person however I do cherish my alone time occasionally. I am very creative, hard working, positive and clean and would ideally enjoy living with someone like-minded. Preferably female housemates only however other parties will be considered.
We love to socialize and meet new people, yet respect the privacy within the flat. We cook by ourselves, like to share a meal and a glass of wine from time to time and watch a film together with our flatmates. We don't party much and we do like to have a clean house - were all respect the common areas. We like to keep it fit and during the week we spend most of the time in the office (MacquarieUni area)
I have come out to Sydney to further my rugby development at Norths rugby and enjoy the beautiful weather here. I have worked hard to save up money to fund my trip, but I am also applying for jobs now so I can make the most of my time in Australia. I have a place at Swansea university in September 2017 to study Sport and Exercise science as well as receiving offers from other universities. I am a very considerate and tidy person and I can provide a character reference from the people I am currently staying with in Gordon. Jess my girlfriend of 18 months is coming out to join me on February 15th and we are looking for a place to rent with our own privacy. Jess like me enjoys all sports and plays netball, hockey, lacrosse, tennis and is also a very keen horse rider. She has also got a working holiday visa so will get a job once she is out here. Jess has a place at Exeter University to study History also in September 2017. We are very easy going, kind and thoughtful people and we can give references if required. Despite our age we are mature and respectful individuals and would be great tenants in your property!
I am Lithuanian, permanent resident in Australia. I love the country, so i am staying :) Just got back from my holidays and I'm looking for a new place to live for 3 months, as I am leaving again on 25th of April. I work full time in a coffee shop and my roster changes from time to time, but i usually do mornings and I usually have Sundays off. I am a nice person, i like socialising as well as being alone. I love long walks in lovely Sydney parks. Not a club goer, but i do like to go out for dinner and drinks once in a while. I like to share occasional dinners and i am glad to help if my flatmates shelve in a fridge is empty :)
I'm clean, tidy, easy to get on and I can cook. I'm independent, appreciate my space and everyone else's need for privacy and space. That said I enjoy a good conversation over coffee, a glass of wine or a meal. Love food and wine and traveling. I have a lot of interests - arts, music, books, theatre, movies, opera, walking, nature, animals, AFL, cricket, the ABC and SBS.
I have been giving notice that I will not be able to renew the lease on the house Im renting at the moment in lane cove as the owner wants to start building on the land. I need to move by the 23rd of February. A bit about me - I run my own business called Anteks Carpentry and Handyman. I have european background. I was born and grew up in North Sydney. I love working and staying busy ...I enjoy four wheel driving, camping and getting out exploring our great country. I like my home to be clean and organised to make everyones life easier. I enjoy quiets times relaxing at home and i spend allot of time on my laptop doing paperwork, advertising, ect My ideal place to live would have a garage or storeroom to store some of my tools and camping gear in.. BUT THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL ! STREET PARKING is quite important too. Most importantly im looking for a decent person or people to live with. I have references if needed. Cheers, Antek

Hi, I'm a marketing graduate student, currently enrolled as an exchange student at ACU in North Sydney. I'm looking for a place to move in around the 13rd February. I'm a respectful and clean person. I've lived in shared house abroad before, so I'm used to living in communities. Otherwise, I'm pretty sociable and easy going. I love travelling, outdoor activities, chilling with friends, enjoying a nice meal and glass of red wine, meeting new people and learning about new cultures etc.
We are a professional couple from Newcastle (Luke an Engineer and Lauren a Dental Nurse) who start work 06/02/17 in North Sydney and would like to live somewhere that is within a one hour commute via public transport to North Sydney. We are a fairly chilled out couple who enjoy going to the beach, watching movies/tv shows and travelling. We currently have a small cat that we would love to be able to bring to Sydney with us, but can make other arrangements for her if required. We would like to have somewhere to park our car (street is fine). We have most of our own furniture/appliances (bed, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances). Our preferred budget is less than $500 per week and we are looking to share for 6-12 months.
I am a part-time worker and full-time student looking for rent. As someone who is very reserved and clean, I am looking for flatmates who share similar values as me. Despite my nature, I can have fun when I want to and on many occasions, I spend a lot of time catching up with friends. Since I will be working and studying simultaneously, I won't be at home majority of the time.

I'm hugely into music, sports and the outdoors. I'd like to think I'm quite a tidy, respectful and friendly house mate to have around. Looking for a house that I can call home rather than just a place to sleep! I'm a super laid back guy, very tidy and get along with everyone. Love a trip to the beach and the outdoors. Have lived a year in a share house so have experience. Hope to meet you soon! =)
Hello There! We will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane mid-late January and will be looking for a furnished room in a share house or granny flat. We would prefer our own bathroom but are happy to share in the right place. A bit about us ... Rowan is an environmental consultant and I am a (newly graduated) urban planner, we are moving because I have been lucky enough to get a graduate job. We have both lived in share houses for 6+ years so are completely used to pitching in with cleaning. We are friendly, social people who are happy to chill out but also like time to ourselves. We also have two pets, an indoor 4yr old cat, who is very chilled and affectionate. And a 5yr old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, he is used to a fairly small yard and after his morning walk generally sleeps/eats all day. I am willing to pay a pet bond if required - but if you can not allow pets we have arranged for our fur babies to stay with family. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in us as roomies :-).

Hi I am looking to share or team up with another who is in their 30s or 40s. I work in North Sydney full time. I love animals but don't have any. I am currently living in a 1 bdr at the moment , but hoping to save money as well as socialise with a new housemate. I am social but also enjoy my own quiet time. I do have my own furniture, but happy to put my stuff in storage, if I find the right place, that is fully furnished. I love a nice wine in the afternoon, and hopefully enjoy one with good company. I am not much of a cook, but when I do I am respectful and clean. Would really love to find some housemates that areally friendly, social, respectful and clean. I have listed a number of areas that would suit where I prefer to live, but as long as the area is easy and not far by transport to North Sydney, another area could also suit.

Relocating from Perth to Sydney for work. Easy going lad. I will be spending weekdays working in North Ryde starting a new job. I'm pretty social and have lots of interests. Weekends I'm usually out and about/partying. Weeknights I keep it pretty tame and spend a lot of time on Netflix/Gaming. Very clean and respectful of house mates privacy. I don't know a lot of people in Sydney so if there is some social house mates willing to show me around the city that would be a bonus. I'm a home owner myself and handy with maintenance etc. Currently living in a Perth sharehouse with 3 under 24's and have lived in many share houses in the past. Flying to Sydney on the 1st Feb and looking for accommodation as close to this date as possible. I'm a car guy and usually have 2 cars so need somewhere that can accommodate that. Chow. this is the bump line with useless information used to bump me to the top of searches :)
Hi Guys I'm an outgoing, friendly, fun girl looking for a place to come and go from in Sydney. My work involves lots of travel and I will be away for periods up to 8 weeks at a time. I'm looking for someone who has a spare room/granny flat etc, that is happy to price it accordingly. I'd be ideal for someone who doesn't want a permanent lodger but just a bit of extra income from a spare room for a few weeks here and there. I'm easy going and not into partying - happy just to have somewhere to chill out when I'm working/rehearsing in Sydney between tours.
Work Mon-Fri 9-5, laid back, respectful. Enjoy active pursuits such as snowboarding, snorkelling, hiking, rock climbing - anything where I can use my GoPro. Originally from the UK and in Sydney long term. Happy to pay more and stay longer if the fit is right.
Hi! Moving to Sydney from Melbourne for work and looking for a place close to public transport for about 6-12months. Pretty easy going, happy to share a drink and chat but also respect privacy. Would like to live somewhere clean and tidy :)

I'm moving to Sydney for to start a Post-Grad at UNSW. I'm flexible with moving dates, but the 25th would probably be the latest I should arrive. I'm looking for a place with some chill people who want to chat and have a few wines, maybe cook a little sumthin' sumthin' from time to time. I'm easy going af and I'm excited to be coming up to Sydney! I'm into drawing, my post grad is at the school of art and design so I like a lot of creative stuff, arty-type... I'm into tattooing, I make a little bit of sculpture but I wont clutter the house with weird stuff, I swear, I'll have a studio space at Uni. I like true crime docos, they're my guilty pleasure. Cheers
Prefer quiet living. Neat and tidy, and I have lived in my current flat for 10 years...so obviously I pay my rent on time, every time. Although I don't have a pet, I am very animal friendly, should you have pets (Uummm......maybe not pet snakes, spiders, etc. LOL.) Moving from Nowra to pursue interests in natural health care. Although I am 67 yrs of age, I am healthy (though a bit overweight) and have interests both inside and outside of home. I currently ride a 50cc motor scooter (registered road vehicle! .... not mobility scooter), though I am not sure whether to bring it to Sydney. It would depend on where I live, and public transport (though I do love the flexibility of having my own transport). I love to spend quite a bit of time on my computer, when I am at home. I am respectful of other people's property, and would expect the same in return. LOL ... I don't particularly enjoy cooking, so my meals are very simple, though usually nutritious ... although I do enjoy a couple of squares of chocolate in the evening. I enjoy my life!
