Hey there :) I am a 33yo lass relocating to Canberra for work (full time 9-5). I have lived in share houses before, have great rental references, always pay rent and bills on time, respectful of privacy and others, clean up after myself, easy going, honest, enjoy catching a gig, going to the cinema, going out for coffee, watching the footy on tele, the odd Sunday arvo bevy, BBQing with friends, brunch after a nite out and happy to share the odd meal or glass of wine, but also self sufficient and happy to do my own thing too! Down to earth, can be a bit reserved/shy until I get to know people, but when I do I am known to have people in fits of laughter, especially after a vino or two :) would ideally like to live with people of similar interests. Race and sexual orientation do not phase me in the slightest, some things that do bother me are drugs, alcoholics and mean spirited peeps. Preference is for an ensuite room and to live with female(s) around 30-40yo give or take, and not in a party house. I have nites out occasionally but I'm not the type to bring the party home. I do enjoy having friends or family over on the odd occasion for a cuppa and more than happy if you do the same. Looking for a relaxed pad to call home for around 6months until I get settled at my new job and can find a rental of my own. If I sound like someone you could live with, please do drop me a line. Hope to hear from you soon :) cheers, D

My name is Hannah and I am moving down from Sydney for a full-time position with the APS In late January. I am a neat and tidy non-smoker, looking for shared accommodation for a minimum period of 1 year. I live a pretty active lifestyle and spend my free time out and about, hanging out with friends, and hitting the gym but will just as happily binge watch some TV from time to time. For the most part, I keep to myself however, my friends consider me a pretty good cook so I am happy to share a drink or meal some evenings to wind down if that’s your style. (As I’m a Canberra newbie, I’m keen to take any hot tips you might have!)

Hi, I'm Kate. I'm originally from Newcastle but moved to Canberra in Feb 2017. I'll be starting my second year at the ANU studying a double degree in International Relations and Criminology. I work at an Irish pub in Civic so I will be mostly working evenings and Saturdays. I love to have a drink, a dance and some good banter, but I respect peoples privacy and noise limitations and would expect the same in return. I love to cook, check out food and music festivals, have a beer on Sunday at the pub and hit the beach when I can (I'm still struggling with living away from the coast). I'm laidback, genuine, friendly and like to keep a clean place. I'm currently finishing up a house share with 4 other people, so I would be looking for a room in an existing house or a team up with a max 1 - 2 people in January + would need a secure off street parking spot. Looking forward to speaking with you - Cheers : )
I am a 21 year old full time student studying social work at ACU. I work casually at a residential drug and alcohol rehab, and I would consider myself social but am understanding that everyone needs down time.

I love travelling - I grew up in Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Armenia and I'm currently spending the "summer" interning in northern California. Hobbies - cooking, reading, tramping and hiking, fitness, Netflix. I've flatted for 5 years so I'm very tolerant and respectful, and I'm tidy and pretty quiet. I like socializing with my flatmates butI enjoy my me-time too, I'm good at going with the flow. I’m looking for a room solo until about June/July when my boyfriend Dave will be moving over from NZ to join me. So I’m interested in short-term single rooms or longer-term rooms that are suitable for couples :)
I'm looking for somewhere short-term and preferably furnished. I'm currently working in Deakin - I've worked here in a marketing role for 2 and a half years. I enjoy living in a busy house as I'm quite social. On weekends I'll be out and about or travelling to visit friends. Essential - walking distance to decent coffee :) Would prefer Inner North so I'm close to friends. I also work a couple of nights a week in a bar in Braddon so would be great to walk to and from work if I can. I love animals so a pet would be amazing!
I’m a quiet, clean and respectful girl who is looking for somewhere to live. I work two jobs as a bartender so work odd hours but am respectful of others when coming home late. I enjoy personal space and time but also love socialising with others and am keen to make new friends.
Hi potential housemate family I am taking the jump and moving to join the 38% of Canberrans working in the public service and am looking for a place to call home. I am a coffee-powered, karate kicking, art and music enthusiast with a love of trivia and history. Home is where the heart is and for me that has always been in the people I meet. If you love a good laugh around the dining room table over wine and cards, healthy Nextflix binge sessions and cosy silences curled up around a book, please adopt this fledgling Brisbanite into your home. Cheers Paris :)
