Hi, I am moving to cut down on driving time as i have 2 part-time jobs, working between Warilla and Thirroul. I enjoy living in a house that has pets and I intend on doing part-time study in animal care or similar. Outside of work I like to read, watch dvds, jog, yoga, garden. I like to keep my living space clean and reasonably tidy, I am fairly quiet and I respect others space, I also like to be sociable : )
Mature creative type (40+) moving back to the area after working in Canberra for a few years. In the short term I'm looking for a room for three weeks between house sitting assignments. Long term I will be interested in a large room for up to $200 or a separate unfurnished back yard flat/garage/studio for up to $250pw. I love a good conversation, but also need my privacy. I'm quiet, don't create much rubbish/mess and am happy to put in the effort to look after things the way you as owners or tenants like it. Have bond if required and can provide recent National Police check and references.
I'm a neat and tidy housemate who does enjoy binge watching Netflix series, football, the occasional drinks with friends, coffee and food! Bills are always paid on time, would like to stay within the Illawarra preferably close to public transport. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm 21 years old and currently work full time for Department of Primary Industries in Nowra. I would be commuting down the coast and back 5 days a week for work so am looking for a chilled house hold to live in. I enjoy a few bevvies and socialising but also like time to myself. I've lived out of home previously, twice renting in Wollongong and once in Nowra. I'm a friendly, respectful and tidy housemate. I currently live in Jervis Bay but want to get back up to Wollongong for a change of scenery and to be closer to friends.
I am a clean and friendly person who loves socialising with friends and family and getting out and about. I enjoy a good book, tea and binge watching TV shows in my down time as well as listening to music. I always try to be positive in every possible situation and enjoy working in child care.
Living with me is like living in North Korea, you can't complain. I am looking to move to Wollongong and find a part time job here before starting an economics and finance degree in July. For the past year I have been working full time as a manager at a café in Sydney. I am mostly quiet, very reliable and I am not at all unfamiliar with cleaning so I wont be shy when helping around the house. I am very easy to get along with.
My name is Ellie. I am 21 and in my final year of study completing a degree in social and political sciences. I am open-minded, friendly and enjoy meeting new people and being social but I am also very appreciative of my own time. I enjoy going for nature walks, doing yoga and spending my free days exploring new places. I work casually in hospitality while I'm studying which means being at work most weekend nights and my family live in country NSW so I do tend to go home any chance I get. Looking for like-minded and trustworthy flatmates to spend my final year in Sydney with :)
I'm from Wollongong, I'm currently a full time student and work two jobs. I'm very clean and respectful of visitors and people's space. I'm very social and easy going, although i do like my downtime. I'm reliable and more than willing to contribute around the house. I enjoy going to the gym, beach and being outside.
I'm 28 years old, am studying CompSci full time at UOW and also work part time in the software industry (from home). I'm really laid back, super clean (Balkan upbringing haha) and come with one feline, so ideal place would be fur baby friendly. I'd love so be part of a social and friendly household but also understand the need for privacy, keeping to oneself and respecting others sleep schedules etc. In my free time I am an avid reader, watcher of all the same shows you love, try to craft and sew very incompetently from time to time and love to go out, explore and try new things! Looking to move July but dates are flexible.
My name is Rachael, I’m 19 and try to spend my time between work out and about. My partner Jordan is also 19, he works and tends to keep to himself a lot, but doesn’t mind a chat with friendly people. We’re both friendly and tidy people looking for our first place to move into together. We are always open for meeting new people so moving in with more than one person if necessary isn’t an issue to us either.
We are a pretty happy chilled couple who enjoy live music, the beach and getting out and enjoying our weekends either surfing, running or strolling through second hand stores and food markets. Looking to move down from Sydney to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle while Sarah completes her studies at UOW and Jack works full time. We are 26 & 27. We dig a neat and tidy place. Also keen on respecting one another’s space but won’t say no to a cheeky beer or wine on the weekend. Looking for like minded singles or couples around the same age. Flexible with moving date if an opportunity comes up.
