Hi my name is Brendan, I work in civil construction and I've just stared a job in St. Peter's. I'm looking for a place close to that area to minimise my daily commute. I work 5-6 days a week 10+ hours a day. I'm clean, friendly, kind, courteous, easy going and always pay my bills on time.
We are 2 Brazilian mates/ students coming to study in Burwood 25th Oct..late 20's to 30 years old. Quiet, clean and tidy and well mannered. We are ok to be in one room together, but no partitions or slumlords pls. We would prefer a place on the Western subs train line or close enough to it :) Thanks in advance for any offers :)
Hi. It's a decent process trying to find a room or new flatmates. You really want to get all the variables right: location, price, flatmate compatibility, social influence. I just finished an Electrical Apprenticeship; I'll be qualified soon and I want to move into the city. I'm contemplating learning sales or working in a bar before I jump back into the electrical industry, if it all. I'm sort of over it for now. I have a few months annual leave saved up giving me some time to suss out the options. Anyways. I don't enjoy the whole job-as-identity idea. Let's get to the good stuff. I'm all about adventure. Some of my outdoor hobbies of have been surfing, skating, hiking and salsa. This year I want to learn something cool like Krav Maga or parkour. I generally try to get out of the house and be social. I like my music. I don't like top 40, hardstyle or melbourne bounce. I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoy a good party but I do like to keep them occasional. One of my biggest red flags for housemates is getting sucked into a wormhole of weekly mindless binge drinking. Don't get me wrong I love a few beers but I happily head out to gigs sober. On the flip side of all this I enjoy taking time out to focus, read, plan and ponder. A less adventurous hobby I want to take up this year is writing. I'm a big fan of health, fitness and self-development. To sum things up I'd say I'm focused but chill. If you think we'd get along get in touch. -Adam TLDR; I'm adventurous and introverted. I like learning things.
My name is Charles, I'm Australian, laid back, easy to get along with and like to have a laugh. I work full time as a Producer and Drone Pilot at the BBC. I'm looking for somewhere to live long term. I love traveling, I used to live and work on super yachts in the Caribbean and America , I like keeping fit and mostly enjoy spending time outdoors. Contact me on here :)
I am an easy going person who loves to make friends. I live in India and would be coming in the second week of September. I would be studying MBA at the Western Sydney University Paramatta Campus. I love to go out and explore new places.
I work in retail while finishing off my studies at Macquarie Uni. Looking for a temporary place with easy access to public transport, ideally no more then $200pw for rent (absolute bonus if inclusive of all bills and/or internet). I have an interest in screen production and enjoys watching films, divulging in new foods whether it be cooking of eating out, taking part in outdoor activity and is first up for a dance or karaoke sesh (at home or otherwise)! I also enjoy having friends over occasionally, going out or just a night of Netflix. All in all, I'm a down to earth, sociable person capable of keeping both personal and mutual living spaces tidy and respecting the need for privacy.
Hey, I'm Harry, a 23rd old London-born Melbournian halfie moving to Sydney for a marketing role at Nestle in January. Interests include soccer, rugby, music and a good weekend brunch. Hey everyone! I'm looking for a single room to move in asap. Preferably furnished, max budget around $250 and somewhere around Newtown, Enmore, Marrickville, Redfern, Glebe, Darlington, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Alexandria... I'm a Spanish girl who has just came back to Sydney after spending the European summer back home. I work in hospo (yeah, a bit of crazy hours) and would love to move in a house to call home. I respect everyone's privacy but also like to share some vino, beers and meals. I have been sharing houses in the last few years, so do not find it difficult to follow the rules - just common sense! Plus can teach you some Spanish! You might learn something else than "despacito, suave suavecito" 😂 Hit me up! Graciasss!
I have seen a house to rent from LJ Hooker in North Epping and am looking for 2 others to put on the lease agreement. The house comes with 3 big rooms, with 2 bathrooms and an ensuite and +1 security car spaces spread over 3 levels. Rent per head is $280 per week. I have seen another house which is an architect designed granite covered house in Marrickville which is bigger. I enjoy other's company. I enjoy swimming and badminton. I like innovation in cooking - mostly healthy and only in the evening. I don't cook often.
Hi we are Alan and Sophia from Ireland here in Sydney on a working holiday visa. We both work full time but on the weekends we love to socialise and getting out to explore. We are both clean and tidy
Hi 😊 My current lease is up 1 November (can move before then) but I am going to Europe for a month on 15 December so I'm just looking for a short term sublet until I get back to Sydney in the NY. I'm working full time in a law firm in the CBD so would like to be close to a train station (15mins to CBD) or within 40min walking distance. Thanks 😁
Hey im Larissa! Im new to sydney. So keen to meet up with some new housemates and be friends. I work full time as a nurse in Parramatta. So my working days/hours are very different. I do 12hr shifts. So a few days/nights of the week ill be busy working and sleeping. So i would like someone respectfull of that especially when im sleeping during the day. Overall i love almost all music/Netflix/wine/drinks and a night out on the dance floor. I hate cooking so would prob just buy my own food. But always keen for a housemate feed. I try to stay tidy. But im not fussed if someone leaves a knife in the sink! Plus i love animals and happy to live with either male or females :)
Incredibly easy going. Enjoy my own space and also likes to have a chat/meal/drink with any housemates. During the week am keeping fit and relaxing. On weekends like to go out and socialise, hang out with mates. I find myself as quite hilarious and I ensure any future housemate will feel the same. Looking for something more longer term if possible.
Tidy and considerate person who enjoys quiet time at home. Been living in shared accommodation for last 5 years out in Penrith and looking to live closer to work which is in mascot. Looking for somewhere i can call home and hopefully mate new friends along the way. I enjoy sports and music but also love a good netflix binge. Non Smoker also prefer no pets.
During the week I work in corporate and financial communications which keeps me pretty busy. I try and go to the gym a few times a week and generally look after myself. On the weekend I’m usually out and about. When I am at home I’m either watching old episodes of Gossip Girl or Grey’s Anatomy, reading a book, or some form of life admin. I like to think of myself as a pretty good housemate – I’m always up chat, can cook a yummy meal, and most importantly clean up after myself. In terms of what I’m looking for in a house – ideally something on the newer side and with a bit of wiggle room. I would like somewhere in the inner east – from Darlinghurst to Rose Bay. I would however be open to the inner west or lower north shore for the right place. I'd also be open to forming a share house - I just have no furniture outside of my bedroom!
Hey guys! I'm a Sydney-local. Born in Japan but raised in Sydney. I'm a Group Fitness instructor most days and a Massage Therapist on others. I'm very respectful of peoples' space and privacy. I am pretty social but enjoy my downtime; kicking back with a beer, enjoying a good TV show and hanging out. I'm also not a bad cook. I'm pretty sporty, and spend a lot of time at the Gym; otherwise I'll be socialising or studying.
Hi, we are a couple looking for a place to live the next year or so. We are sociable, tidy, and easy going, hoping to find others who are like-minded and of similar age. Ava is here on a work holiday visa from the US and Jack is a 3rd year USYD student studying Finance and International Business.
We are a friendly and sociable couple who have just moved to Sydney from London (1 Aussie female and 1 English male) looking for a flat with like minded people. Having lived in many share houses in London we know how to be decent clean & considerate roomies. Looking for somewhere that feels like a home and to share with people who are up for socialising over a meal & some drinks from time to time (but not a crazy party place). We love going to live gigs, festivals, keeping fit & travelling. We also love animals a lot (so much we don't eat them 😊✌️) Excited for an epic Australian summer after years of grey cloud & drizzle in London!
