Hi I'm Danielle and I am from Sydney. I will be travelling to Adelaide in October 2018 to study full-time to be an english teacher Tuesday-Friday and will be working Saturday-Monday so I am seeking short term furnished accommodation from 13/10/18 to 18/12/18 . I have lived in share houses before I am clean, quiet and respectful. I speak english and intermediate spanish. Please message me ASAP if they you think I would be a suitable house mate.
Hi! My name is Mario. I recently moved from Sydney to work full time here in Adelaide. I am a quiet and tidy person with a friendly personality. I have lived in shared houses for a few years in USA and Australia. I am always open to a chat or occasional meal with my housemates, but I also know how to respect the privacy and downtime of the other housemates when needed. During the weekdays, I work full time at the University of Adelaide, so you will see me around the house mainly in the evenings. During the weekend, I like to enjoy the outdoors with my road bike, watch movies, read books, or go out with some friends. I am looking forward to finding some good housemates to share a place called home. Cheers, Mario
I am outgoing and very social. I love all kinds of music, and enjoy playing the guitar (but not when others are sleeping). I am tidy, I don't smoke but do enjoy a beer on occasion. I also love to get out doors and exercise, however I have been recovering from a knee operation so haven't been able to do as much as I would of liked recently. I have a lot of experience living with other people. I studied Petroleum engineering and Commerce at the University of Western Australia, and lived in a residential college for most of that time. I have also just come back from a year in Brisbane, which I spent in a share house. I have also lived in share houses with friends for the summer holidays on most of the years I spent in Australia, while Uni was on break. I am very easy to get along with and also aware of respecting other peoples space and privacy.
Planning on moving out between late November to Late December . I'm an Adelaide uni student figuring out what I want to do, currently studying a bachelor of science part time and working at liquorland. I'm a nerd with social skills, so I like to play video games and chill in my spare time but I also like to chat, go out and also practice making cocktails at times as well. I don't mind if the place is furnished or unfurnished as I can just sell the furniture I have if it isn't needed, although I would like if I could fit my double bed into may room. Can be awkward at first when I don't know people but I do look forward to meeting new people.
I am a PhD student at the University of Adelaide. I am tidy clean and neat person. I am at work most of the time. I really like to cook and kitchen is important for me. I love socialize with some wine or beer. I am not a party goer type guy.
Hi! I'm a first-year arts student at The University of Adelaide, currently studying creative writing, film, and starting Japanese next semester. I'm from Taichung City, Taiwan, and I have been living in Adelaide for a year now. I don't really do much as I'm a full-time student. I spend a lot of time at the school's library when a deadline is approaching soon. During most weekends I just stay home and watch Netflix. But I do enjoy going out with friends, going to the movies, gigs. I'm up for outdoor adventures, or just spending an entire afternoon at the bookstore. I love animals (I have a poodle back in Taiwan named Cody), and I'm lgbt+ friendly. In general: friendly, social, cool to hang around, but not much of a big party person. I love making new friends and meeting new people even though I might take a while to get comfortable. I would hate to be a bother to someone else, so as a roommate I am open to good communication that helps to build a safe and comfortable living environment for the both+ of us :) I'm looking for a place to call home, and it'd be nice to consider each other as friends! I respect personal space, privacy, etc. I won't be bringing home visitors without prior consent and I would appreciate mutual respect :) My current lease is ending in the first week of October, but I can definitely move out earlier (there's not much time left anyways). My preferred living location would be maximum 30 minutes of public transport to the city, or even in the city if the rent is acceptable (my budget: maximum $195/pw, excluding bills). I have a wi-fi contract that ends in around February '19, so if the place doesn't provide Internet and you need it, I've got a solution (split the $60/per month). However, I will not be in Adelaide from Nov '18 to Feb '19 but hopefully, it won't be an issue as I, of course, would still be paying my part of the fees. I guess one cool thing I could offer is... different cultural experiences? But I'm hoping to learn more about the local/Australian lifestyle as so far I've lived by myself. I'm not too good at cooking so it'd be great if you are. I might still be able to offer some cool dishes if you like Taiwanese/Chinese food! Thanks for reading this. Feel free to ask more if you're interested, I'll get back to you asap🙋🏻♀️
Hey I'm Mitch, 25 working as a primary school teacher. I'm quiet, neat and tidy and tend to keep to myself a lot of the time. I don't party or drink alcohol. I love the outdoors, staying fit and live an active, healthy lifestyle.
I'm easy-going, i like to keep fit, I'm environmentally-friendly and tidy without being a neat-freak. I like travel, movies, science, boardgames, functional fitness, interesting discussions, nature, and the odd beer/wine or three when the occasion arises. I've lived in a variety of sharehouses and i'm still good friends with most people i've lived with. It'd be cool to hang occasionally but i'm not expecting my housemates to entertain me :) I've just started a new job as a consulting scientist (meteorology and agriculture).
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Student moving from Melbourne to Adelaide in 2019. Beginning a degree in Physiotherapy. Passionate about sports (footy, cricket, basketball, netball). Sports trainer. Bunnings checkout-chick. Easy going, just going with the flow. Love making new friends. Enjoy spending weekends chilling out, playing sport, watching sport and the occasional night out with friends.
Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I'm looking for a place that is drug and smoking free :) I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of in December 2018. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hello. I am a no-fuss, quiet, tidy, reliable housemate. I have a fairly well-established routine with yoga, work, study and walking/running with my dog. I'm pretty content with a good coffee and a warm house. I'm a non-drinker but couldn't care less if others drink! Just like to state that up front in case people are looking for a housemate to drink with. Although I don't drink, I still enjoy a laugh and chat. I would really like to start a new sharehouse with one or two other people. I have a 9-year-old dog named Henry (Red Cloud Kelpie X) so require a pet-friendly property. Thanks!
I love to get to know new people and can sometimes be very chatty, but I'm happiest when I can bury myself in making & researching stuff, books, music, and Netflix for hours on end. I'm a computer programmer so I'll always be happy to try and figure out why your phone is doing that weird thing :) I don't have any pets but absolutely love them. If you have a dog I hope you're okay if I fall in love with it! I'm not a big everyday cook, but I do love to bake - so I won't get in the way while you're trying to make dinner every evening, but there's usually always delicious biscuits about! I work in Norwood so hoping to find a place within walking/cycling distance. I don't have a car so parking is not a concern for me. Drop me a line, hope to meet you soon!
My current lease in Hallett Cove is up in December and as im working in the city at a pub and in Mitcham at a cafe as well im looking for somewhere nice and cosy to reside with some cool cats. I am a 32yr old single lady moving from Brisbane to Adelaide for work. I play social sports and enjoy being able to have a glass of wine or a cup of tea with my housemate. Looking for a place close to the city (where I’ll be working) and prefer my own bathroom. Was originally looking for my own place But thought living with someone might be a nice way to get to know a new city! I come with all my own furniture and would love somewhere that I can bring it with ( couches, dining table etc) I would also love somewhere that I could have a small dog !
I'm a friendly, obliging, considerate housemate who always cleans up his messes and is happy to help out around the house or in any other way, really. My current house is being sold out from under me so I need to find a place to stay by November. Currently in office admin, I have an educational background and am interested in (and happy to talk about) pretty much anything but my main hobbies are computing and origami.
Hi, my name is Claudia and I'm looking for some like-minded people to team up with for a house close to the city. Looking at half decent places, but max of $250 per person per week (but ideally less!) About me? I'm a newbie lawyer, environmentally conscious + vego, love a wine or three and have a hommus obsession. Potential housemate? Likes having fun, not a complete slob and is respectful of space and ideals.
Hey I’m 25 and working full time in the city. I love to sit back on my days off and watch Netflix or sip some beers. Wouldn’t mind housemates that are up for occasional chats. Prefereable areas are 2km max from the city. Please don’t message me if your listing is more than 2-3kms from the city.
Employed single male looking for accomodation with easy transportation to North Terrace in CBD. I prefer whole house with 2-3 bedroom under $350, which i can share with my friend. I have a routine life, full time job and respectful manner. I've never had any housing or accomodation issues or conflicts with landlords or agents during my 2 years backpacking around Australia and the previous 2 years studying in Adelaide. I'm sociable but also respect my housemates' needs for privacy and quiet space. I would like to have a place where pet is allowed, but it is not required.
We are a couple and looking for a stay. We are students at UNISA and working part-time.
My name is Clarice, I am 24 years old. I am very clean, friendly and quiet. I would be looking at renting from late September approx. If you’d like to know more please do not hesitate to contact me.
Clean, tidy, easy-going. Great with rent and bills. Working full time for the State government in the city. Always down for a chat and love helping in daily house work.
Young Mama and her 1.5 year old daughter. We mostly keep to ourselves but will also thrive around the right people. Love cooking (and sharing it with others) the beach, music and being outdoors. A granny flat would be ideal for us but we are more than happy to live in a house if we find the right people who are open to the idea!
Hi, I am a quiet, clean, respectful and easy to get along with person, studying a bachelor of science. I play lots of sport and love to be outdoors.
