My name is pradhap and I moved to Adelaide from Sri Lanka. I looking for accommodation between 3 - 8 months. Back in Sri Lanka, I did live on a shared house, so I do know the expectation when sharing a flat. I'm always there with a smile & would call my-self quite extrovert (Happy to team up for a drink, night out or a music session). I'm a backpacker my-self & have done quite some travelling in East Asia and Europe.
I devoted my life at a young age to self-actualisation, coexisting harmoniously, enlightenment,... whatever you want to call it, when there's an issue I'm super open, honest, communicative and non-judgy about it, and adept at resolving it. I'm super empathetic, enjoy socialising/ fairly outgoing while still a quiet dude... and I actually enjoy cleaning!
Very relaxed quiet couple, We would keep to ourselves most times. Jade works part time 3-4days a week. I currently am a student still, looking for employment on the side.
I will be starting a doctoral program in the discipline of wine chemistry this year at the University of Adelaide and I am also an active climber, cyclist, and swimmer. I am a neat, respectful housemate that is looking to live with a great community of people!
Hi friends, I'm currently looking at houses around the inner west and I'm on the hunt for good souls - kind, happy, maybe dark-humoured and ideally eco-friendly humans to eventually share it with (hoping to find a place ASAP). Things you should know about me - I have a dingo..he's adopted, they said red heeler but I don't believe it.. he is an old snuggly sook who spends 99% of the time napping and 1% chasing cats (he cannot live with a cat!) - I try to live as low-impact as possible and I would like to live with someone who is also environmentally conscious / sustainable or at least heading in that direction - I like a good balance of housemate banter/beers/boogies and time to do my own thing - Fave activities include bouldering/yoga/bogus crafts/experimental cooking/beers/attempting to garden/tunes/adventures/team hangs/walking the dingo/learning cool shit/going to enviro-type workshops/chatting/being in or under trees. I have lived in sharehouses for over 7 years and have pretty much all the things needed to fill a house, which is why I am looking for a fresh rental rather than joining an existing sharehouse. If my interests align with yours in any way and you like (or could learn to love) old red dogs, get in touch and I'll keep you posted on the house hunt.
Hi there! It's Tracey from Vietnam, a recent graduate from Uni of Adelaide and about to work full-time soon. I am looking for a room in BOWDEN - BROMPTON only and within $150 INCLUDING ALL BILLS to move in by the end of March (could be flexible). I would prefer a FURNISHED room with good NATURAL LIGHT as my eyes are pretty weak. ALL FEMALE house would be preferred! I am TIDY and love to live with someone can keep the common rooms CLEAN as well! I enjoy SOCIALISING, having a chat during dinner, so prefer friendly English speaker housemates. Movies, music, volunteering, jobs, life, any topics I would love to share! I am reliable and respectful, I will not bother your personal space and pay rent on time! P/s: If you love Asian cuisine, I also cook Vietnamese dishes in my spare time! :)
An Adelaide guy looking for my first home away from home. At Adelaide university doing Mech Engineering for one semester, then full-time work from July. I'm a quiet guy at heart but can be pretty social if the time is right. I love hearing travel stories, and telling my own stories given I have lived overseas in Japan and Germany and done some pretty cool things. Happy to hangout with flatmates, i'm pretty flexible with anything, there isn't much that I don't like.
Hi, I arrive in Adelaide (27april), to realize a 2-month internship, from may to June. I'm a 25yo french engineer student in the basque country (Biarritz) I'm an easy life mate, calm and always ready to drink a little beer! I like surfing, chilling and cooking I love discovering new country, new city, and meet new people to share housing with. I'm a friendly, easy going, polite and clean. I'm just looking for a good and friendly environment in the house. Hope you'll be one of them!!
Heya! My name is Simon, I'm a 28 year old male non-smoker currently looking for a new place to live and still save for home ownership. I have lived by myself for a number of years previously (positive rent track record). Max price is $200-250, no higher. I work 8am-5pm as a software developer and also train/gym most weeknights. During the week it's likely I'm either out most of the time or not home until after 8pm. I'm generally pretty tidy but very approachable. Trust is an absolute must for me, the last thing I want is not being comfortable sharing a home with others. Tend to not have people over, and if I do it's usually only one or 2 friends (before or after going out). Love a few casual beers/wines at home on the couch. While sociable I am also a PC gamer :-), so I'm content being on my own for hours on end (good Internet a must but doesn't have to be NBN). Got all furnishings needed, and I tend to bulk meal prep on a Sunday/Monday. I have a car I do require off-street parking for, and have no issue with pets (have none of my own). Currently driving to work every day, but that won't be permanent so access to public transport into the city is important.
I’m a very bubbly social girl who enjoys meeting and making friends with new people, I work in a childcare centre so I’m usually a ghost during weekdays ahaha I think of cleaning to be a form of relaxation 😂😂 I never turn down a beer (coronas are my Kryptonite) I LOVE animals especially dogs. I can assure you , having me as a room mate you’ll never have a dull moment as I enjoy putting a smile on peoples face
I am a hard working professional in the film and television industry. I work from job to job normally doing very long hours but have most weekends off. I do travel sometimes for work but spend most my time in Adelaide. I have lived in a share house before with 3 other housemates but am now looking for a new place after a long holiday away. I am easy going, always up for a chat and hanging out with friends. I'm a non smoker and love a few beers around a fire or just hanging around the house.
Spending my last year in Adelaide, Australia before emigrating to US. Active, Independent, social, avid reader, like to cook and garden. Not a party animal but enjoy socialising and good conversation. Have been travelling once or twice annually to Nashville, Tennessee where I will make a new life with my family. Exciting!
