Hey Guys, My name is Stefano and i'm 24. I'm a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and i'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney to start a new job. I'm looking for a room and flatmates to live with for the next 6 months or so while I establish myself to the new city. Definitely open to the possibility of a longer stay once we've had the opportunity to get to know each other. I'll be working full-time weekdays but in my spare time I enjoy good coffee (and making it), Crossfit, cars, exploring new places and getting outdoors. I really love mediterranean cuisine and experimenting in the kitchen. Espresso coffee is a bit of a hobby of mine and I'm always keen to try new brews and blends. I'd ideally like to flatshare with professionals in their 20s who have lived in Melbourne for a while. I'm keen to find out about what the city has to offer. A couple of key criteria for the property: - My own off-street parking. - Ideally already furnished - Private room With Ensuite or Own bathroom. I'm very relaxed kind of guy. I enjoy to socialise just as much as I'm happy to respect your privacy and space. Always keen to share a drink or catch up on some netflix. I'm a tidy and organised person, I clean up after myself and know my way around a kitchen and laundry. Really looking forward to meeting up and getting to know each other.
I pay my rent & bills. I cook, clean, and understand boundaries. I think, have some empathy, and fix things. I have renovated a house. I am good with tech. I have travelled far, and done many things. I have just finished a Masters Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I have lived with most types of Rainbow people, but aren't one. I have been a member of the Coburg Leisure Centre for 5 years and try to swim daily. I am reliable. . I am looking for a better place to live with my 13 year old daughter. I have her half the time, and I need somewhere appropriate. She is a bilingual, 'A' student. This year she did circus, hockey, debating, singing, long distance running, and spent a month in Germany. She is Ace. At the Coburg High awards on Wednesday she got a prize for music performance, poetry, and filled in as the first speaker to assembly. . I want a fellow parent, an Empty-nester, or maybe (1.5) - (2) rooms somewhere in the Inner-ish North. . Last time, we moved in with a man in his 60's. I slowly cleaned & fixed his big house, which has been great to live in. 3 years later, it is time for us to move on. I adore cats, and maybe a dog would be OK. I have a working station-wagon. Someone easy to live with would be wonderful. I seek a quieter house.
Hi. My search is actually for my mother. She has recently sold her house after living there for 50 years. I'm trying to help find her a short term rental while she looks for her new home. She would like to have her own space so is looking for a unit/townhouse/house to rent. Needs to be close to Glenroy. About my mum. She is in her late 70's. A very independent person. Very clean and likes to keep busy. Hoping someone can help. Thanks. Joe
I am clean, tidy and very respectful. I am a social person who loves cooking and physical activity, very well rounded, knowledgable and very easy going. I have a large respect for personal space, and consider myself very easy to live with :)
Quiet, clean, friendly and sociable. Born in Malaysia and have been residing in Perth, WA for the past 8 years. I am a property professional starting work with a bank in Melbourne and am looking for a quiet furnished room to rent. I have a car and am happy with street parking so long as it's relatively safe and parking is easy.

We are a couple of Colombians, we are professionals, I am an aeronautical engineer and my girlfriend is a publicist, we are in Australia with the aim of learning English, we are friendly, orderly, respectful people, do not like to share and know new places.
Hi, I'm Kate! I'm interested in living in a small - medium share house because I like getting to know the people I live with well enough to become friends. I also think it's just easier to maintain a share house with less people. I like being social in and outside of the house but also like to relax and be a bit quiet in my downtime. I work a job with odd hours which means sometimes I work a lot and all day and some times I wont work for a couple of days. Sometimes I go away for work and will usually be gone for a couple months. I love animals but wont get any because of my weird work life at the moment, but enjoy other pets if they are around. I live quite clean, I'm not a total clean freak but do like to keep things on the tidy side for practicality reasons. I really enjoy people and am quite relaxed about guests and meeting peoples friends and families that would like to come and visit. Would also be interested in going into signing up for a rental if anyone is interested in doing that. My current lease ends on the 6/6/18 but I wouldn't mind leaving earlier. Okay, that's all! Kate :)
I'm very considerate and amicable, tidy and communicative. I have very eclectic tastes, play the accordion, love to cook, watch all the movies, like all the musics and am currently starting up a mushroom farm with my partner. I'm super friendly and enjoy a good philosophical yarn over a glass of wine but also appreciate my own space and time alone.
I am a quiet 23 years old intl student, I am clean and respectful, shy at first but love to chat, no party girl, Netflix and coffee lover. I like to spend time on my bycicle, and my daily must is going to church. As my church is in Coburg, I am looking for a private room over there, the ideal home would be sharing with just another single person, maybe a cat, and being able to start a flatmates friendship (this includes having coffee together in the mornings and cooking sometimes (:
I'm 29 y.o., looking for a cozy, chilled and friendly house. I work part time as a landscape architect. Sharing the house with interesting people is a plus. And by that I mean human beings with some sensibility, joyful of living life, making the days happier, being sociable, creative, artsy, active, etc 🙂 I am clean, tidy, organised, house trained, respectful and open minded. I love to cook (I am vegetarian/veganish, but don't mind sharing kitchen with non-vegs as long as there is mutual respect, I'm not one of those that preach about veganism). I try to be environmentally conscious about packaging too. I respect privacy also because I love having mine - reading, painting, listening to music or trying some yoga stretches in the morning. I enjoy cooking and having some chilled wine nights too, maybe share some food and stories. I'm not looking for a party house either, but a place that is happy to plan some dinners every now and then. I'm generous about sharing food too - I hate throwing out food. Normally during the week I'm busy with work, yoga and social stuff. During weekends I enjoy going for coffee, bike rides, gigs, restaurants, outdoor activities when good weather, catching up with friends or maybe some daytrips/camping when I can. I can spend a full day taking care of the plants too and just chill at home if there is space for so.
Professional female looking for a LGBT+ friendly home, clean household only, preferred female tenants only, english speaking and quiet during work weeks. Love a good laugh and social but also respectful of personal space. Medium size room wanted, NON smokers only, No drug households. I work ALOT so a quiet place during the week is needed *No party houses*. Though on the weekends I like to relax, I'm into sport/music/food, easy going and love a good laugh. Please note I do not wish to share with more than 2 people in the house- Thanks *note the areas selected* Cheers :)
Hey, I am super friendly, chill and down to earth and enjoy meeting new people. I am currently studying and working part-time as well. I have lived in share houses before and I love the concept of it. I really respect and value one's privacy and take that very seriously. I love helping out with the house chores and cooking too. Please do hit me up if you have any questions!
My boyfriend (Ollie) and I are moving to Melbourne in February. He's studying at RMIT, while I'm a Primary Teacher. We're both 24 and have been together since high school. We're both super tidy and clean, though generally pretty laid back personality wise. We have a Golden Retriever called Teddy. He's completely house and toilet trained and has been through a few levels of obedience classes. He's generally excited for about five minutes when we get home for the day, and spends the rest of time napping/being the laziest dog out there. Scratch him under the chin, and you've got a best friend for life. We're pretty open to any sort of household - we're both vegetarian but couldn't care less what anyone else eats. We're pretty social people, so would be happy to be in a sociable household, but also don't mind being in a house where everyone keeps to themselves. We're flexible in regards to a move in date, though any point during February would be best.
Hi I'm a very tidy, positive and easy going individual. I'm respectful and hardworking and will pay bills on time and help maintain household.
Super handy man! Need something fixed! Can fix anything! Laid back, clean and considerate house mate, always clean up after myself and enjoy living in a tidy home. Work a full time job, like to relax during the week, enjoy an occasional beer or two to unwind, welcome to join me! Can cook up a mean BBQ too! Often away at weekends camping or exploring the city, respect people's space. Looking to move in with likeminded people, friendly, chilled, easy to get along with.
An international student living in Melbourne for last 4 years, I am looking for a place i can call home. I have a stable job and mostly busy throughout the week. I like my day off relaxing, listening to music or goin out with friends.
I am joining the Uni of Melbourne for a Masters Programme, reaching on the 14th of February. I was looking for a place in or near Parkville with peaceful, likeminded, hygienic minded people. I am a clean and tidy guy who respects people as well as their privacy. I am very peaceful and am an ardent believer in Trance Music. I believe in spreading and sharing good vibes only. I can take care of people when required(for example sick) and also bring a smile on their faces when really required :) I love to hangout, socialize and make new memories 🔥💯
Hi, My name is Rachael, I'm 31 and seeking a room in a relaxed share house close to the action of Melbourne since I've been living in Ballarat for the last year and a half. I run my own make up business from home and look after children around Melbourne. Having just rented a place for myself in Ballarat I have great references and am happy to participate in cleaning rosters. I'm content with my own company but also love having a chat, sharing a meal and have been known to join in with pub trivia and xbox nights. My interests are travel, art & craft, history, food. Love cats and dogs but have none of my own. I think that sums me up for now but please contact me if you have any further questions and especially if you think I'd be a good fit in your household. Cheers, Rachael
Move date: January-February 2017 - not fixed, with the right property I'm happy to sign up straight away or wait for a period. I'm a female photographer, a creative person, have a degree in cultural anthropology and now I'm a mature age student of Latrobe University - Bachelor of Nursing aiming to do preventative health promotion rather than traditional nursing. I'm fairly social and active, but craving my own quiet time between. I love art, I'm conscious of the environment, politics and social justice. I'm fun loving mix of extrovert and introvert qualities. I have traveled extensively and love cultural diversity. I like to cook healthy, maintain a clean environment, I'm out going on the weekends. I don't drink (other than the odd glass of a craftie), but rather socialize, see an exhibition, be in nature, listen to music or go for a boogie with friends. I'm considerate, respect other people's privacy and property. I'm fine with smokers as long as it's outdoor. I like to find a good balance in spending time with my flat mates, have fun, creating a great vibe, and also to let them to be. I'm happy to go with any furnishing arrangements. If needed, I have fridge, washing machine etc. but they also can stay in my storage. I'm flexible. I'm looking forward hearing from you. Cheers, Zita
G'day everyone! I have travelled to Australia from the land of ice and snow, Finland. I've been enjoying myself here for about 3 months and at the end of January I will finish my farm days to be able to stay 2 years in this beautiful country. I am a trained biomedical scientist and hoping to find a job in that field once I settle in Melbourne. I'm very relaxed and easy-going and on my spare time I like to go see gigs (punk and whatever seems interesting) and keep active. I am respectful of other's space but would definitely enjoy a chat/meal/drinks with future housemates. I'm vegetarian and have become a bit interested in gardening as here it is possible all year round haha. Hit me up to know more!
