Hi lovely people! I’m Summer, interested in renting a room preferably with own bathroom near Flinders University. I’m 27, originally from China, having been living in Australia for nearly 3years, with most of the time spent in Sydney. I’m moving to Adelaide on 19 Feb to study Master of Social Work in Flinders Uni. I’ll be a full time student for 2 years and hopefully I can find a part-time job to continue my career as an ESL teacher. I’m mature, easygoing, considerate and quiet. I’ve had experience of sharing space with others as well as living on my own. So I know how to respect privacy while interacting with housemates. I’m pretty bubbly and active, a fan of exercise and outdoor activities. If you have a room to rent, please message me. Also open to teamup. Thank you. Summer
My name is Dean Arthur and I am currently studying architecture at the uni of Adelaide. Originally for a small country town 200km north of Adelaide. I am a really easy going bloke who gets along well with everyone. Very tidy and love a chat and a beer.
Hello prospective housemate and friend. Im at flinders doing a double degree in primary ed and arts (philosophy and french) I also train in karate. I enjoy bookbinding, a bit of woodwork, rick and morty, vikings etc. I'm a bit of a hippy, but also a bit of a nerd and geek and dork, probably a bit of a hipster too if I'm honest. I'm really community minded, I'm looking for a house that can be a bit of a family, my last share house ran really smoothly so I have experience in helping to make share houses run well. So I'm looking for a good share house, not just a room. Looking for a place anywhere between seaford and bedford park :) F B = Patch Elliott
Hi I’m Haylee, an outgoing bubbly person, and is keen on making new friendships. I work part time, in Aged care as a carer. But also enjoy a cocktail night out. feel free to message if You have a house, max $160 a week.
Hi, I'm Peter, i have a 3 year old boy who is the apple of my eye. i work full time and have a professional job and career. I am a very easy to get along with and enjoy most sports, a good laugh and a few drinks with friends.
Hey! I'm moving interstate from Melbourne to study the Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders Uni and ideally looking for a furnished, 2 bedroom place (gender non-issue) but not limiting myself to those constraints if the place is right. I'm domesticated (thanks mum) so know how to cook and clean and have come to accept that my party days are behind me. That said, I like to have a social drink and keep things lighthearted and fun. I like to weightlifting, rock climbing, cooking, watching movies, the beach, galleries/museums, cafe hunting, and food/cultural/music festivals to name a few things.
Hey, I'm Daniel | 23 years old | Adelaide | full-time student | casual worker I'm: - studying at Flinders University (and looking for a place nearby) - seeking for an unfurnished room - to move in a queen double bed and accessories - with a car to park - reliable, friendly and neat - down to Earth - valuing of respect and privacy :) I've previously rented twice - with friends. I'm reliable, as I always pay rent and bills on time. I have references to show. I'm organized, respectful and cordial. :) I'm about to start my first year of full-time study in Medical Science at Flinders University. I'm currently working casual at Cellarbrations. I'm trying to find some solace in company. I like living in communal environments; of being around those of similar ways. Somedays, I enjoy creating art in my free time or finding my way out in the world. Other days, I spend a bit of time at home reading or playing games. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable is important to me. I seek to resolve any issues with diplomacy; I keep an ear open. I'm quite fond of cleanliness, and a bit of peace and quiet here and there. My interests are: sights, outside a box, the shoulder of Orion - for which attack ships are on fire, the meaning of semantics and any teapot in orbit around Sol between Earth and Mars. Oh, and some heavy muses too. In other words: photography, abstract, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and other miscellaneous stuff. I'm a non-smoker, and I drink on occasion. :) Don't hesitate to give me a message or text if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! Team-Ups: If anyone seeking a room wants to contact me about leasing a place of our own, I'd be more than willing to do so.
27 year old female looking for a new place to live. I am clean and tidy, respectful nd hilarious. I'm good with money and enjoy a coffee and a red wine. Happy to move into existing share house or rent somewhere new with interested people.
I am a fun, responsible, bubbly enterprising Dutch engineer who is passionate about enriching my life with meeting people from other cultures (including new food experiences!) I appreciate my privacy and respect other's, so I value a considerate flatmate that tidies and cleans like I do. I am a singer and have a engaging sense of humour. I believe it's important to have the right 'click' with flatemates, so I don't mind catching up to meet you.
I am pretty easy going, I'm friendly, I'm quiet, clean and organised, i like a bit of structure in a home. I like a good chat or laugh but like my alone time also. I work full-time in an office in Thebarton. I like to spend time with my family and friends but I like to give them the option of coming over to my place to hang out without feeling like I'm stepping on housemates toes. I have lived with housemates previously who have been completely disrespectful of me. They have invited people over without giving me a heads up (which is the considerate thing to do), they have had "relations" shall we say whilst I have been in the house which I think is quite rude considering we share a wall, and guests outstaying their welcome. I will make and effort if the consideration is done properly, do you know what I mean. The last thing I want to feel is uncomfortable in my own home. I would like to preferably live alone, but financially that's a bit hard right now so I'm happy to have a housemate (male or female) around my age preferably, preferably employed and if you have pets I would prefer them to be outside pets as I get allergies real bad. Houses need to be aired constantly when you have indoor pets. Someone social who would maybe like to go out and do things. I like sports, theatre, comedies, music. (not much of a drinker, and my party days are definitnely behind me but I like a good dance) I know it sounds very specific but Ive had enough bad experiences to know what I am after in a housemate. Oh and I need unfurnished.
Hi! I'm looking for a place to settle into for my next year of uni. Something reasonably quiet in the evenings, however I don't mind banter and bevvys every now and then. I just finished my 3rd year of animal behaviour science at Flinders university and work part time. I enjoy coming home to people and socialising, but also like some quiet time every now and then. I am a clean and social person, who enjoys the beach, reading, movies, camping, painting and the occasional party :) I'm looking for team ups too, so I can get a property near the beach. Message me if your interested!
Friendly, respectful and fun loving guy. Very laidback and open minded. I have a full time position working 9-5 Monday to Friday for Disability SA. I’m originally from the country but I’ve been renting in Adelaide for the past 7 years. Im very easy to live with, the only catch is I do have a cat (Gravel) he is very well house trained and extremely friendly, cute as a button also if I do say so myself. My current lease runs out at the end of March and I am hoping to be able to team up with someone to then explore further rental opportunity’s.
Hi, I am moving to Adelaide to find a job and meet new people. I am a friendly and respectful person. I like cats&dogs, music, and parties (but also a time for myself). I am good with computers, electronics and general repairs.
Me and my friend are studying masters in electronics at flinders university...we are very friendly, straight and jovial....and we are from INDIA
Moving from my home in Airlie Beach to be closer to my south Australian family. Environment is important and i would like to think i'll end up with fond memories or even possibly lasting friendships from my share house experience. Maybe even a place that is set up enough with furnishings and people to consider it a home. Relaxed and respectful of others space, i would like to even consider teaming up with baggage free or minimal life traumed people. Not that we don't have something occasionally pop up in our lives, i'm just not up for entertaining too much drama. Possibly a good idea would be to catch up for a coffee or sandwich to see if it would work. I do have time to look for places that are available and have the necessary communication skills to negotiate with agents for somewhere suitable. You might even have something existing that would be ideal for me. To team-up i would be looking for something modern with minimal maintenance. Not that i consider myself lazy, i just don't care much for spending my time mowing lawn and pulling weeds. On the other hand i wouldn't desire to be too far from the city or beach either. Kinda got my shit together more times than not, meaning i don't miss much, so i'd say i would possibly prefer to live with organised people. Don't mind a little cleaning up after each other, so just as long as we have the capacity to be aware of what each other is doing.
My name is Isabel Ballen García, I am 22 years old and I am from Medellín, Colombia. I just arrived to Adelaide the 8th of february. I consider myself an open person to different personalities, I like nature, animals and exercise. I just finish my career in psychology and my plan in Adelaide is to improve my English, therefore I am studying english at IELI - Flinders University for 6 moths, and I have great motivation to find a part time job. I am a clean, organized and honest person, values I find of great importance in my possible flatmates I look forward to hearing from you.
I have a gorgeous tabby cat. I’m a very quiet housemate, and I will always give a heads up before having guests. I love nothing more than to watch tv (with headphones!) or to read a book in the evenings. I will happily make and eat dinner with my housemates, or watch a good tv show or three, but I don’t expect to hang out constantly or anything like that. Ideally I would live with someone equally quiet who likes cats. I adore succulents and the beach — if I could have both in my life that would be ideal! Currently though I’m content with just succulents. I’m really into gardening, but not mowing lawns. I volunteer with the Salvos as often as I can, and I am looking for work in admin.
Hi guys how are we all? So I have just moved to Adelaide and I'm looking for a place to stay for 6 - 12 months maybe longer if I find the right place. So at the moment I'm looking for work but I'm on centrelink so paying rent is not an issue, I always pay rent on time, I cook and I clean and I'm very respectful of people's property and space.
