My name is Clem and I am a full time student at QUT Kelvin Grove doing nursing and work part time. I was born in Brisbane and have lived here my whole life. I am looking for long term accommodation (6 months or longer) and can move in right away. I am clean, tidy and respectful and am looking to live with someone/s who are clean too. I don't smoke and just drink socially but I am not a party animal. I am very friendly and sociable but really enjoy my alone time too. I would prefer to not spend more than $200 on rent but I am flexible. An inner city suburb close to public transport is what I am looking for. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, running/working out, going to restaurants/bars and to the beach.
I`m from Brazil, I study full time and work on the other days. I don't stay much time at home but when I am I need a quiet space to study. I`m not keen on parties but like to hang out with friends. I respect the privacy and space of other, I am clean and tidy.
Hey im a film student in my second year of uni. Would love to find a place with really friendly and welcoming people. Im a bit socially awkward so im quiet. Hope to talk soon <3
I consider myself a very clean and tidy person, I prefer to keep to my own area and do my own thing keeping communal areas free and tidy. I don't drink nor do drugs, and am not a party girl. I like to spend my free time playing games, or painting models. I don't often play host but wont argue if you want to have friends over.
Hi! My name is Jo, and I am a classical musician, yoga fanatic and specialist cardiothoracic nurse. I am moving back to my home town Feb 2018 to complete my music degree at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, having traveled and settled in Melbourne since 2011. I am a mature professional in my 30s, and looking for a place to call home. Ideally, my home would be calm and inviting, and peacefully shared with like-minded young professionals. I like my living environment to be clean and tidy, and I respectfully leave my mess in my room. Hygiene and cleanliness is VERY important to me - I am a nurse after all! I am always up for a good chinwag, lots of coffee and delicious food. I don't drink or smoke, and prefer a cafe over a bar any day. My two passions are nursing and classical music. If I'm not performing, I'm working hard as a nurse. I love my job and my patients as I love performing and playing violin! I tend to practice during the day when people are at work, or at uni. If people are home and I need to practice, I use my super duty metal practice mute that completely deadens the sound. I also plan on soundproofing my room to respect my housemates' right to peace and quiet! I only work day shifts as a nurse, no night duty - which means people can make whatever sounds during the day and not be concerned about waking me if I were working night duty. Due to that issue, if I were living with shift workers I would prefer to live with those who do not work nights. Otherwise I don't mind what others do for a living or for hobbies. Feel free to drop me a line if you like the sound of my ad. Thanks!
Ideally I would would ike a private space, but I'm open to sharing with another person in a nice apartment. I'm a pretty relaxed, clean and quiet housemate. I moved to Brisbane last year to work in marketing and graphic design in Newstead, so I'm still getting to know the place. I live a fairly healthy and active lifestyle. I like to come home to relax most of the time, and enjoy a glass of wine after work. I also enjoy some social time, going out to see live music, comedy etc. I will often be busy with roller derby or seeking out the beach or a pool. I don't have any pets myself, but appreciate other people's pets :)
Hey I’m really chilled, super clean and love the occassional drink. I love going out for dinners and I’m barely home as I try to be social as possible: I’m a kiwi but living in Australia for good and I have a whole house full of furniture.
I am very clean and tidy, quiet living but easy going about others. I have a place out at Laidley so go there most weekends so usually away from Thursday night to Monday night. I am a practicing Buddhist, with a professional career in HR, currently working in a NFP organisation at Newstead. Love pets but don't have any. Prefer to live with female/s. Non smoker.

Hey! I'm a 26 year old high school teacher looking to move areas. I got home in July after living in London for 2 years & I've been chilling with me parents since then so I'm I'm pretty flexible on the move in date. Mid Jan is the latest I'd be looking to move, so I'm happy to move earlier :) I'm pretty chill & friendly and I like to have a chat when everyone's around, but I also won't invade your space in the house. I've been lucky enough in the past to make some really good friends through housemates, so a friendly house is more what I'm looking for. If you've got a house that sounds about right, feel free to message me :) I'm totally open to finding a flatmate first and then finding the right apartment too :) Cheers, Rhiann
I’m a 26 years old Brazilian girl studying and working full time as a nanny. I’m pretty easy going, organised and friendly. Have been in Australia for 2,5 years as an Au Pair (nanny who lives with the family), but now I’m looking for my own place to have more privacy and independence. Before coming to Australia, I lived in a share apartment for 5 years and now I’m kinda of missing my having my own space. I would be working most of the time, and when at home, probably just chilling watching Netflix or having a nice chat with flatmates. *** I’m available for moving only from the 19th of January *** No cats or dogs in the house. Unfortunately, I’m extremely allergic to animals fur. If the dog doesn’t loose fur, I’m good though. *** Need parking, but I don’t mind if it is on the street.
Hello! My name's Ray! I'm 22 and I work full time in biomedical research. I'm pretty easy-going but also tidy and repsectful. When at home, I'm usually pretty laid back and quiet - if only you would ignore my terrible guitar playing. I live (trying) an active lifestyle and usually to spend weekends socialising or watching endless repeats of The Office UK. If you think we'd make a great team, please feel free to send me a message!
Looking to move out after graduating uni! Hi, my name's Gabbi. I've lived out of home for 4 years near university while completing my Bachelor of Laws at UQ. I'm looking for work this year while I work part-time at a law firm on eagle street and as a research assistant. I lead a fit lifestyle and would like to live somewhere where I can get along with my roommates, do a roomies' dinner occasionally or scope out trendy local restaurants! I love dogs, but don't have one, so would be happy to live with one! I like to have quiet time in my room, but would also like an open living space where I can research or browse the internet. I am clean and value having a clean place to live!! Looking for somewhere from 6 months up to 1 year. I have a long-term boyfriend who I would like to be able to stay over a few nights a week, but I promise we are a very respectful couple! Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
I’m a Hawaiian shirt lovin RM wearin craft beer drinkin full time working true blue cobba. I work In the CBD as a Marketing & Sales manager for V Energy - I’m a pretty relaxed tidy bloke who enjoys my own space. I’ve lived in a few Share houses before so I completely understand benefits of finding the perfect flat mate. I have my own furnishings including a nice sized couch and a 55” (tv) I’m pretty flexible when it comes to catching up for a quick inspection or even if you’re keen to meet me first. I’m looking for a place sooner rather than later so don’t hesitate to message me if you have a room available now or in the future!
Not looking to move until the end of January 2018. I am away over Christmas so if I dont respond this is why, will be able to meet and view places in the new year. Have a great Christmas! i am looking for similar age group to myself. I have bedroom furniture and not a lot else so am looking for an unfurnished room :-) I am a pretty open and honest person that's easy going and loves to have a laugh. I've been share housing for a few years, with friends or through flatmates and I think you only get better at sharing! I do like to develop a level of friendship with my housemates, its nice to come home and have a chat or a beverage together or watch a show you're all hooked on, as opposed to never speaking to one another and feeling like you're living with strangers who wouldn't know if you died in your room kind of thing. My room is usually in some state of mess but I have been improving on how long I keep it neat for, the rest of the shared area however is a different story and I always like to keep things tidy and not leave my shit everywhere (that's what my room is for right!). I try to think of the cleaning as just helping each other out and not a battle of whose done what how many times. I like clean space but am also not pedantic about it and get that sometimes we have periods we get busy or unmotivated and then we are back into taking care of the home more, that's life. I want to live in a fun, relaxed household that also respects each others space and the environment we live in. I don't mind friends or family coming over or if they need to crash for a weekend either. I find that I am out in the evenings a few times a week (pilates or catching up with a friend), and one or two nights i like to chill at home. Weekends I seem to be out a lot, every so often have a chill day at home. I have family down the gold coast so I sometimes go and stay with them. I seem to jet off for weekends to visit family or friends as well. I am a lover of travel and love to talk about travel ideas and people's experiences. I am looking for a room no more that $190 a week with bills included or no more than $180 a week without bills included, but may be able to reconsider this for the right place :-) I am looking to share with one to two people. My goal for 2018 is to save more, have a holiday, and get outdoors more and live a healthier lifestyle (but if you want to share a pizza Im also down for that). I enjoy watching sports with friends, some trash shows, as well as your documentaries and things that get you thinking. I work for government full-time, mon to fri 9-5 gig so I have no problems paying my bills. If you would like to know anything else feel free to ask :-)
Hi! I’m Jess :) I’m 24 and work full time in event management in Bardon. I’m currently living in Bulimba but looking to move closer to cut down my hours sitting in traffic each week lol I’m originally from the Sunny Coast so I’m still up there a fair bit on the weekend but also love the odd night out in Brissy :) Im always up for meeting new people and being social but also enjoy my own time to chill out through the week. I like to keep neat and tidy and am always happy to help around the house. I love being active and out and about in summer but also love a good day of Netflix on the couch. I’m looking at moving around mid Jan so not in a major rush but just seeing what’s out there :) I’m hoping to move in with a few girls around my age, hopefully in a house around Paddington, Bardon, Red Hill or New Farm but happy with a mix of guys and girls too :)
I'm pretty easy-going, considerate, reasonably sociable, neat and tidy. I enjoy walking, hiking, badminton, the occasional bit of swimming and would love to get into kayaking. I read, enjoy intellectual conversation and have interests in personal finance and current affairs. I used to write a blog on investing in precious metals.
