Jess, 26. I'm at UoN, studying IT/business. I enjoy technology, coffee dates, photography, walking. I have a pet cat, Pocket (9 yrs) that would be tagging along - will be your best friend if you are a human. She hasn't been with other animals, so would like it to be a one pet household. I can be quiet, also outgoing at times. I am always respectful of others space and very tidy/clean. Always willing to help out others and have a chat - but realise we all need our downtime. I am wanting to possibly find 2-3 other people that are keen to team up, preferably around the same age group.
23 years old, considering moving to Newcastle in the new year for a work opportunity. Would be working very early mornings (4-10 am) and therefore pretty easy to live with as I will either be at work or at home asleep! Have two cheeky cats that would be coming with me :)
I am a full-time Registered Nurse looking for a room in a current sharehouse in Newcastle so I can be closer to work. I am a tidy, considerate and friendly person that likes to stay active by going for runs or to the gym on my days off.
2nd year Physiotherapy student. Working part time. Active and plays tennis. I'm tidy, I keep to myself and respect the space of others. I don't smoke and only have the occasional drink.
Full time engineering student currently working part-time in an engineering job. My partner is also a full time engineering student.
Hi everyone! My name is Zahra, I'm 21yrs old, studying floristry and working hospo in the mean time. I'm looking for a new place to live, preferably around or under $150 but up to $200 a week. I moved out to Wallsend with housemates from my previous location but I don't drive and find this area makes it difficult for me to get to Sydney for my classes + work and the shops. I'm open to moving anywhere closer in to Newcastle and can move in whenever suits you (with a week or 2 notice). I have a 3yo cat with me as well, his name is Kitty. He's super friendly, he really loves new people. I'm a very clean person, I enjoy keeping things tidy and am capable of cooking, cleaning and looking after myself and my cat. I tend to be quiet because I spend a lot of time doing my own thing be it study, work or just relaxing, but I'd really love to move into a home where I can consider my housemates my friends. Please contact me if I sound like a suitable housemate or you're interested in teaming up for a new place!
Hi, I'm Bec! I’m moving back home to Newcastle after 3+ years of living in Perth and abroad. I will be working part-time as a Customer Care Manager and studying full-time. My friends joke that I'm a Grandma, but I still enjoy a glass of wine on occasion, catching up with friends/family, beach adventures, hiking and movie/board game nights. Other interests include music, reading, pilates and averagely playing social netball. I’m considerate and respectful of others, tidy, reliable and pitch in to do my share of the housework. I also have 2x tortoiseshell floofs, The Bubba and Moo. They are extremely well behaved cats, cute, clean, indoor-only (prepared to be flexible on this) and have excellent pet rental references (5+ years). We look forward to meeting you! :)
33 year old full time working male looking for granny flat, unit, house or lease share. I'm clean, courteous and always respectful. Keep very quite during the week but love to socialize on weekends. No pets and non smoker.
Hi I'm Laura, I'm moving back to Newcastle after living in Ireland for 18 months. I work full time shift work as a Registered Nurse so often its like ships in the night with previous house mates. Ive had two previous houseshares so understand the concept and more then happy to pull my weight and contribute to shared costs. I love a gin on a sunday afternoon, a housemate bachelor sesh or taco night, but also value my me time a lot on my days off. Look forward to hearing from you!
I’m tidy, organised, well kept, like a clean house. I can have a laugh and easy to chat to, I work constantly and if not I’m at uni studying so I’m rarely at home and I do at times like to keep to myself.
Hi, I am Emily. I am an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse working full time. I study a management course. I also pet sit (at the pets home, not my home), if you are an animal person I am very happy to bring some fury friends over for a little play. I commute to Melbourne once a month. My partner has moved, I am in the process of transitioning, due to work commitments I am staying in Newcastle until the close of Stockton Centre (approximately June/july 2020). I currently live with one housemate and when our lease ends (beggining of March 2020) I am hoping to secure accommodation until my workplace closes (June/July 2020). I am flexible with living arrangements; as long as you are a nice person/group of people and there is a bed/my bed I'll be a happy chap. Me as a person (not just what I do formally): I love a good chat/or wine ;) Xbox/reading/board games Cooking - I always over estimate food amounts. Always leftovers, my current housemate has the delight of a packed lunch :p. Plants - veggies and indoor plants. (although I think the snails ate more of my veggies than I did this season). If you made it this far through my ramblings and think we should be acquainted flick me a message.
Currently studying primary School Teaching at UON. I work as a Lifeguard, and enjoy going out every now and again. Looking for a shared house, and don’t mind living with people with different lifestyles.
Hey! I’m a reliable, clean and happy gal from the Central Coast, but living in Newcastle for University. Currently studying a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and work for YMCA OSCH around Newcastle. I’ve been living out of home since the age of 18, and feel comfortable with taking care of myself! Love markets, nature, road trips and just relaxing at the beach. I spend a fair bit of time studying, but also traveling up the Hunter Valley to visit my partner, two dogs and my cat ☺️ Looking for some like-minded people to share a home with!
24 year old architecture student, finishing my masters in 2020, currently working full time locally. Recently back from a few months of travelling. Looking for a room to rent in Newy, chilled out social atmosphere would be ideal.
Working as a bar attendant and relief manager while completing my studies at university. I consider myself pretty quiet and usually keep to myself, but always up for a beer. I mainly work weekends and nights, so I'm at home more through the day. I enjoy listening to music, reading and sports as well as going out or having friends over when I get the opportunity.
I'm a postgraduate student from Germany/UK looking for a room in a share house for about 6 months. I will be doing a research internship at the Hunter Medical Research Institute. I've lived with flatmates before. I'm pretty chill but keep things clean and tidy. Not really a party person but happy to socialise or go out for drinks/food. It'd be cool to live with likeminded people who are up for some fun activities in the evenings or weekends. I don't smoke and I'm fine with pets.
