I have also renovated a house which is where the handy comes from along with the fact that i am a licenced electrician. Additional storage would be handy as i have quite alot of tools etc but not essential.

I'm an open minded and easy going flatmate with more than 5 years experience of shared accommodation. During my study I lived at a students place. I like to spend time with my flatmates like cooking or sitting together in the evening or on the weekend. I'll start my PhD at the University of Newcastle soon. As I have to read a lot at the beginning, I would prefer a place where there is no party 24/7.

Hi there, I'm a medical student from Melbourne looking to move to Newcastle for 6 months on my gap year, so that I can save up before travelling for 6 months. I'm looking at the coast because having grown up on the beach, Melbourne really doesn't quite compare when it comes to the ocean. I have lived in a share house for the past 2 years, so I know how to respect space and maintain cleanliness. However, I also appreciate house bonding over copious amounts of tea, a good gig or two, and sometimes even a cheeky bev doesn't go astray. My plans are to work constantly for the 6 months, whilst also studying in my free time, because medicine is hard. Feel free to get in touch, thanks!
I'm a 23 year old male from Sydney. I like to keep busy, and whilst not studying/working, I enjoy going to the gym, going to live music, having a beer and going to the beach.

I like to have some drinks together, going out, having some good conversations or do something else. But I also need to say that I love&appreciate my own space. I finished my studies applied psychology, and besides working as a barista i am working in the health&wellness industrie.
Hey! I'm a super easy going Newcastle artist looking for a dwelling nearby my study and workplace. I have a steady job at Oporto and am a practicing artist! Not into drama. Just looking for a nice friendly house !
I'm fairly quiet. I work full time so I'm not home during the day. I like everything clean and organised. I'm a pretty good cook too. I'm also very surf/ocean oriented.
So I'm 2nd year student at UoN and I also work 2 jobs. I'm pretty chilled, easy to get on with and happy to socialise (drinks optional) but will sometimes keep to myself. Always down to meet new people (and said people's pets if they own them aha). Not a clean freak but I do my part to make sure things a neat and reasonably tidy. I respect others space and privacy and would ask the same in return. Hoping to find some cool housemates and aim to move in December after I get back from Melbourne (11th). (Puppies not included sadly)

Casual worker/PhD student. Pretty easy to get along with, don't drink or smoke, but not a teetotaller. Enjoy having a quiet coffee, reading a book or checking out something on Netflix.
I recently moved to the Newcastle area for my job. Currently in Stockton but I need something for an initial 3 months, possibly longer depending on work. I don't know many people here yet so I think living with others around my age would be interesting... - Sociable and easy going but like my own space sometimes. - Party days are over but still enjoy a few drinks now and then. - Terrible cook but happy to help out with chopping and taste testing. - Try to be active, love the outdoors. - Very clean and tidy. - Will be away for work 1 week of the month.
My name is Jerome and I am looking to move from Melbourne to Newcastle for work. I am currently finalising terms of employment at John Hunter Hospital and will start on the 3rd of December. I have lived out of home for eight years. As a tenant/housemate, I always clean up after myself and care for the property as if it were mine own. In my spare time I like to surf, cycle, eat fries and spend time with my friends. I enjoy living with people that are professional, positive and funny. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a room available or would like to team up. Jerome
Hiya, I'm Andrew, I'm 25. I've lived in Newcastle my entire life primarily around New Lambton & Dudley with abit of travelling this year. I'm seeking a place close to the CBD and/or one of the many beaches around town. I currently work 4 days a week in Architecture whilst studying my masters, I love being near the ocean and being as active as possible, surfing/biking/skating/yoga, whatever! I do partake in enjoying a casual beer or red wine as much as the next guy too. I don't smoke also and think dogs are the best thing ever. I've lived previously in a flat with one other person, and consider myself a very relaxed and easygoing person that can respect others space & daiy routines. I'm very clean, particularly in the kitchen. Ideally, I'm seeking a place that has good off street parking, storage for a mountain bike and within 25 minutes ride into the CBD. Feel free to contact me if you think I might be your guy :) Andrew

Hi all! I am moving to Newcastle and I'm looking for a pet-friendly sharehouse available from the 19th December or in the first week of January. I'm a 25 year old professional working full-time. I am tidy and like to keep a clean house. I am active and enjoy netball, going to the gym and lazing at the beach. Im a fun, laid back person who will be keen for a beer. I have a Moodle and a Dalmatian puppy :) They are great with other dogs and cats. I'm a bit of a crazy dog lady - I'll be taking them to the dog beach every afternoon I imagine. I will need a pet friendly place with high-ish, secure fences. Pups will be outside dogs but I would like to have them on the end of my bed at night if possible. Im looking for a furnished house but I can bring my own bedroom furniture. I also have other bits and pieces of furniture if required. I would be happy to pay a bit extra for an ensuite, but if not that's fine. I would prefer if bills were included in the rent to save mucking around, but either way is fine. Unlimited wifi is a bonus. I would like to sign a lease/agreement to stay for 3 months for now with possible extension. Please contact me if you will have a suitable room available after Christmas. Cheers, Amie :)
24 year old hospitality worker/journalism student actively seeking somewhere to live, preferably close to town. (Current lease ends Jan 7th, so earliest I could move in would be Dec 22nd). I am clean, friendly and respectful in terms of noise and privacy. I'm not fussed on whether the property is currently furnished or unfurnished. I do not have my own furniture at the moment, but I will have time to sort that out at a later date! Please send me a message if you would like to know anything more about myself :-)
I'm friendly and easy going, very clean and tidy, looking for somewhere to stay after I sell my house. I am moving into a unit in November 2017, so will need somewhere from about January to November 2017. I have a dog (10 years).
Sooooo... I'm Lex, recently 30. I'm a paramedic who has just moved up from Melbourne to take a job in Newcastle. I'm pretty chill, I come with a pug named Frank who is also very chill. He likes sleeping and eating. So does his owner. I also love 80s music and try and get to the gym every day. I could get my own place but I'm slightly concerned that I'll be lonely not knowing anyone in Newcastle and it might be nice to have another person around. If you think Frank and I sound like fun - hit us up and we'll catch up and see if we click. I'm living in Sydney at the moment but up to Newcastle on the weekends until I start there full time :)
