Hi potential house mates, I work full time as an engineer. i am easy going person and like to keep things tidy and respectful. For fun during the week i enjoy cooking and putting my feet up. While on the weekend i try to make the most of great weather if available by going for walks or finding new places to visit. While in the evening i enjoy a few beers or cocktails. I am quite a social person too so I’d be looking to move in with people who like to hang out. But I also like my own space at times too.
HI! I'm Scotty, Just moved to Newy for Uni so not looking for a party house. I'm easy going, up for an adventure, love to cook, good sense of humour (if I can say that about myself), tidy, enjoy learning guitar, open minded and pretty self sufficient really! (not my doggo but totally ok w pets) Let me know if you're interested in meeting up!
I'm an easy going guy looking to relocate from the Central Coast to Newcastle as I undertake a PhD. During the week I like to keep pretty quiet and head to the gym most nights, my other hobbies include reading, anything by the ocean, rock climbing and the odd beer at the pub.
Hi! I am looking for a room in a sharehouse. I work full time as an engineer and outside of work I go to the gym, like trying new restaurants/cafes and exploring all Newcastle has to offer. I have lived in sharehouses for about 5.5 years, and am neat and tidy. I enjoy watching tv/sharing a meal with housemates, but also enjoy doing my own thing.
I won’t leave a mess around the house and I’m very easy going. I’m from Canada currently on a work holiday visa, and I am very social. I like to go to the beach and get drunk on the beach or just get drunk anywhere really. I like to drink. Here until February.
Hi potential housemates, I'm studying Travel at Hamilton TAFE & am looking for a quiet, friendly, household. I'm after a large, preferably furnished, room, with heaps of storage, with either BIR or WIR, preferably with my own bathroom & balcony. A bonus would be a pool & gym if it's an apartment. I'm a very neat person, & a good home maker. I enjoy watching Netflix & Foxtel, exploring this beautiful city, going to the beach, markets, events, & being outdoors. I'm originally from Wales in The UK, but have lived in Australia for 20 years. I moved to Newcastle from country Victoria, 1 year ago. I'm great to share with, being very clean, tidy, considerate, friendly & fun. I love a good chat, meeting new people, & I look forward to meeting you! :)
G’day, my name is Thomas and I’m looking for a place to live and help share the rent! I’m 22, I’m a Metal fabricator at Heatherbrae and lived in Newcastle for that last year or so. I’m originally from Narrabri, but have lived in Tamworth and Canberra also. I enjoy trying to stay active. I play rugby on the weekends and enjoy going out every now and then. I also understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy home and respecting people’s space. All in all I’m a pretty easy going bloke so if your looking for a housemate, don’t hesitate to give me a call or flick me a message. Cheers :)
28 y/o designer with a friendly+low risk cat (Mishka). I am extremely tidy, respectful and environmental. I like to be social on weekends and would like to host friends over for wine and such from time to time. I'd love the basics in a share house, y'know, no theft, no burning the house down - that kind of stuff. A mature, cultured, responsible and social household. Move in date is flexible. I am in no rush to leave my current situation. Looking for the right place. Length of stay 6+ months around The Hill/Cooks Hill/Newy East area so I can walk/skate to work.
Hi! I’m currently in my 2nd year of my law/business degree at UON and currently working at the Australian Tax Office in a permanent ongoing role and as a Student Ambassador for the univeristy. My general hobbies are eating out, exercising, going to the movies, cooking and visiting places like art galleries. Otherwise I generally stay focused on studying and working but I love a good chat and a drink. Looking for accommodation close to the CBD, access to public transport and would prefer to live with other students but that’s flexible. Disclaimer: one of my favourite things to do is have a few friends over to cook for them and have a little dinner party/study sesh/get together. So if that’s okay with you then great!
I am a bubbly 20-year-old girl, who has been living out of home for roughly a year and a half. I took a gap year after finishing high school work full time, save money, and figure out what I truly wanted to study. I'm extremely tidy and clean, train at the gym almost daily, love the beach and a nice cold drink! (at times) I love a good chat! however I am respecting of space at all times 🙂 Uni and work keep me really busy most weeks!
Looking for both a short term room (until the end of November) and a room or team up for a 12 month period at the end of November to line up with the end of my uni degree next year 🙌🏼 I'm a 3rd year pharmacy student and work part time, which keeps me busy so enjoy my quiet time when I’m home. But still enjoy being social on weekends - beach, going for food, a few drinks and what not. Looking for a homely place with friendly and easy going roommates 😌 I’ve lived out of home in share houses and rented for nearly five years, so I’ve got good roommate etiquette and good rental history ✅
I’m a very tidy and organised person myself so I’d be looking to live with people who are the same. I’ll do my own dishes and always clean up after myself and I’m happy to contribute to general house tidying like vacuuming and mowing etc I love anything outdoors or fitness related. Vegan & looove all animals! I don’t mind having a few casual bevs here and there but nothing too wild. I am quite a social person too so I’d be looking to move in with people who like to hang out. But I also like my own space at times too.
Jess, 26. I'm at UoN, studying IT/business. I enjoy technology, coffee dates, photography, walking. I have a pet cat, Pocket (9 yrs) that would be tagging along - will be your best friend if you are a human. She hasn't been with other animals, so unsure how well she would cooperate. I can be quiet, also outgoing at times. I am always respectful of others space and very tidy/clean. Always willing to help out others and have a chat - but realise we all need our downtime. I am wanting to possibly find 2-3 other people that are keen to team up, preferably around the same age group.

Hi, I'm Jamie a full time PhD researcher working on a world first PhD in Surf Therapy. Heading out to Australia to conduct some research alongside the awesome Waves of Wellness organization from mid November to Christmas. Based in Scotland unsurprisingly a mad keen surfer. Looking for a room in a shared house hopefully walking distance to the beach and some housemates who won't laugh too much at how sunburnt I will inevitably get.
Hi I'm Bec, Just a real down to earth girl here looking for a new place to call home. I work as an intensive care nurse and love to spend my spare time in the outdoors hiking or mountain biking, binge watching Netflex, reading, at the gym or beach, traveling, visiting family and chilling with friends. I can be quite social but also enjoy my own space and downtime. I am friendly, responsible, cleanly and respectful, and I am looking for a housemate of a similar nature. I currently live a short walk from Merewether beach and love the active lifestyle of my location so lookong for somewhere similar of central to town. Please contact me if you feel you might be suitable :) P.s. I come with an 8 year old goldfish named Penny 🐠
I'm a PhD student in Canada, but originally from Brazil. I'll be in Newcastle for 3 months to work on my thesis at the UON. When I'm not working on my thesis I like chatting over a few drinks, playing board games and watching Netflix... :)
