Hi everyone, I'm Michael and I'm 22 years old. I moved to Melbourne from Austria in August 2018 and am planning on staying here. I'm currently working as a Holocaust Memorial Servant and as an Ambassador for the Austrian Youth. I currently work full time at the Jewish Holocaust Museum and Research Center. I'm generally a rather quiet person, am also out most evenings working on some personal projects of mine but also love to hang out and have a meal together. I like to go out then and again but do not bring people or the party home. I am respectful of the fact that home is where you come to relax and shut down and don't necessarily want to have a bunch of people around, other than your housemates. I'm happy to do my part and help out with keeping the house clean and very much appreciate that everyone pitches in and cleans up after themselves. I tend to not make a mess anywhere other than a mild one in my room from time to time. I'm generally very laid back and easy going. Always feels a lot more exhausting to not get along with someone so I tend to get along with everyone.
Hey! I'm Natasha, I'm 24 and studying Digital Media. I do part-time editing/web development work and modelling. I'm into all outdoorsy adventures, chilled nights and love some creative DIY projects. I'm easy-going, friendly and always clean up after myself. I'm looking for a cosy home with some friendly housemates who enjoy a hang out but also understand the need for me-time!
I am in the process of relocating from Perth to Melbourne for work (and to start a new adventure). I am a Property Analyst and work fairly long hours. Outside of work, I compete in Athletics (100m sprints) and spend most afternoons either at the track or gym. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle and filled my lifetime quota of partying years ago. On the weekends I will be outside exploring all Melbourne has to offer. I love surfing, deep sea diving, fishing, rock climbing and the outdoors. When I'm not outside exploring all that Melbourne has to offer, I will be winding down reading a good book, playing the odd video game and watching movies.
Hi everyone ! We are a French couple with a working holiday visa and we're looking for a private room in Melbourne for at least 4 months. We're Magda (Polish) and Jarrod (Aussie), a super easy going and fun couple who like to actively spend their time off:) We've been traveling for the past few years and now settling for a little while here in Melbourne. We're super friendly, love to cook and meet new people! What makes us the perfect flatmate candidate? We're a solid mix of funny+friendly+clean+helpful+laid back :) We love to explore Melbourne and surroundings after a busy week at work! If that hasn't convinced you yet, Magda can bribe you with her delicious home made dumplings aka pierogis and Jarrod makes kickass veggie burgers :) Magda works in an Italian restaurant and Jarrod works in health insurance. We are an uncomplicated and flexible couple looking for a room to stay for our study abroad at Swinburne University. I (Artur, 31) am studying a Master in Business Engeneering and my girlfriend (Jella, 25) is studying Banking and Finance. We are not partyanimals but we are open for a nice evening accompanied by a good wine and good conversation, and also for a beer in the next pub.
Private and enjoy outings. Very clean and tend do my own thing with others around me. Non smoker, own vehicle, very rarely drink and work part time. I love to cook my own food and don’t mind socialising with others in the house, most times Stick to myself. I love travelling and visiting new places. I spend most times out then indoors. Don’t hold that against me. When I’m inside I tend to stay in the room, watch a relaxing movie and chill out. Prefer unfurnished room as I have a bed design for back injuries that I have to take with me everywhere. Note: With experience and vice versa, i don’t like prying in other pple business and I like listening to others problems when they need a ear.
