Relocating to Sydney for a job - I'm a 29 year old professional. Laid back, I enjoy cooking, reading and a glass of wine. I was living overseas for a few years but now I'm settling back in Aus. Happy to be social at times but also happy to be in my own space. My new job will be based in Parramatta so I'm looking for somewhere in the area and accessible by public transport.
I prefer a place that is within 5 mins walk from a train station or main bus stop, and a grocery store. It must have a separate private bathroom. Length of stay 3 - 4 months. I am: Fun and lighthearted. Clean, quiet, and tidy. Responsible and reliable. Easy-going and considerate. Well travelled and adaptable. I enjoy: My private time as well as great company. Cooking healthy and exercising regularly. Relaxing indoors and exploring the city. Learning and doing new things. Feel free to ask me anything.
Hey We’re Ash&Zac! 24 years old, both work in hospitality. We’re pretty down to earth and easy going, more than happy to hang out but are also out often enough to give you your own space. Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time and zac is usually gaming. We’re clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 4+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping the rent will include maybe some of the bills. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying ancient history and archaeology full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in mid-late April (can be flexible with dates), until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)

Hi, I'm looking for a single room or granny flat in or near Parramatta for maximum 220$ a week (including WiFi and bills). I work as a vet nurse part time and do traffic control at night. Private room is a must, happy to share kitchen, bathroom etc. Also very interested in granny flats or studio apartments I don't have any pets at the moment, but pet-friendly offers would be very welcome, as I'd love to get a kitten one day. Originally from Melbourne, I having been living in share accomodation in Sydney for the past 8 years. I am down to earth, friendly and respectful. I am looking for a room mate! I am a clean freak so I do not want anyone messy or dirty. I am currently living on my own in an appartment and I would prefer to move into a granny flat or house, something with a backyard for my two chihuhuhas. I would prefer to live with a girl/s who are similar age to me. I work in parramatta but I'm flexible with the suburb as long as it's within 30 minutes, I do not want to move into an older style place I prefer brand new or modern. As for my Chi babies they are so sweet and cuddly, very well trained and do not bark or "yap" I'd be happy to team up with max 2 girls and find a nice place to live in, I have all modern furniture and appliances, 55" tv, home decor etc
