Hello, I’m looking for a room in Prahran, South Yarra or Windsor. Ideally the closer to The Alfred hospital would be best as I’m studying there. Also wouldn't mind living in Southbank, South Melbourne or the CBD either. Or alternatively looking for someone else to team up and share a 2 bedroom house or apartment with. I’m a student who also runs a semi lucrative side business. Money isn’t an issue so I have no trouble with paying rent and bills on time. Can provide a reference for this too. I’m a busy person and easy to get along with. I work a lot and at times will be in and out of house a fair bit.. Also there will be some nights you'll get to yourself if you're someone who likes their space. I know I do. However, I'm also quite social and chatty too with lots of interesting stories to tell. I have a cat. He’s black and white and very domesticated and sweet. Ideally, I’d like to have him with me. However, my mum also loves him too and he’s quite old. So can leave him at home with my mum rather than taking him with me if necessary. I also love many other animals, so if you have dogs, I’m happy to help out with dog walking or minding your pets. Very into health and fitness - eat healthy, lift weights, pole dance, taekwondo... Passionate about mental health and helping others. I’m very laid back, non judgmental, respectful of others, clean up after myself etc etc... Get in touch if keen xx
21 year old student at University of Melbourne. Social and outgoing, working mostly nights in hospitality. Interested in music, sports (footy and NBA), and travel.
I'm Tim, work in the media, love my sport, music and fitness. Very easy going, work hard during the week, relax during the weekend with a sneaky pint or two. I'm looking for housemates that are similar. Not sure what else to say, but please get in contact.
Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
We are coming from Turkey planning to live and work in Melbourne for a year. Most of the time we will be outside working or entertaining the city, so we need a place to stay that preferably is not so far away from the city center.
Hi there, I am Bibo 27 years. A recent UTS graduate and decided to move to Melbourne cus fuck Sydney! And also, I got offered a full-time job in Melbourne :) I will be working with Heinz all week from 9-5 roughly and will probably get a lot of free products from their wide range of brands to bring home! I enjoy running in the evenings, and go to bed fairly early. I enjoy relaxing on weekends, not really the party guy anymore, had a fair bit of that and I'm kind of done with that scene! But I do enjoy going out for drinks on the weekend and having a nice dinner somewhere. I love cooking and love sharing my food. I enjoy kite surfing, going to the beach, and going on adventures. If you believe we'll be a great match, don't hesitate to hit me up :) Cheers Bibo
Originally from Ballarat now working in the CBD I’m the energy space, recently graduated with a Masters of Energy systems from Melbourne Uni. I love gaming and chilling on the couch watching movies on weekends . Also quite the coffee snob and bruncher on the weekends. I also Love chatting/debating politics and good philosophical discussions. I Always clean up after myself, defs not a party type or looking for a party house. Im quite introverted but I try and go out of my way to surround myself with extroverts who bring out the best in me. Very into health and fitness hitting the gym most days. Looking for flatmates who can be friends who lead independent lives outside the place too, bonus If you love watching Old Simpsons and Seinfeld episodes with or the newest fad on Netflix and open to getting a house cat at some point down the track. Cheers
Hey I'm Brodie! I'm a friendly and easy going Canadian gal who has been living in Melbourne since January! I’m looking for a comfy place to call home, and a roommate who feels the same way! Right now I’m working full time in fashion design and really loving it so far! On weekdays I like to keep it pretty low key, make dinner, watch some Netflix, and maybe share some wine with my housemates! I love socializing, so on weekends I’m rarely in the house, either away on a road trip, out for brunch, wandering around the city or having drinks and a boogie with my friends. I am really clean, honest and trustworthy, and would love a roommate to have the occasional dinner/ glass of wine (or 3) / bbq/ Netflix binge with. I want us to get along and be friendly but I am also respectful of personal space and needing down time. I've been living in share houses for the past 4 years so I know the recipe for a happy home :) Would prefer an apt with the main areas furnished, but I have stuff to furnish my own room. Also would be ideal if we could motivate each other to work out once in a while... or not. Drop me a line and lets make this house a home!! 😊
I am clean, neat and tidy but also very easy going - Not much phases me. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends but also enjoy my own time. I like to contribute to household chores and maintenance and will go out of my way to help others if needed. Some of my interests include live music, playing guitar, playing basketball, baking and going for walks. I am coffee dependent. I also recently discovered an interest in puzzles. I have a few plant babies and will happily care for yours as my own if ever needed.
British girl from Newcastle, here for a couple of years to see everything Australia has to offer. I work full-time time in hospitality , but love going out and exploring Melbourne when i'm not at work. Always game for a night out or a quiet glass of wine at home. Organised, tidy and super respectful of my flatmates space and belongings.
Myself and my boyfriend Sean have just moved to Melbourne! We’re both 26, I’m a primary school teacher and Sean is a business analyst. We are both very clean, fun, outgoing and enjoy brunch and bevies at the weekend!!
I am a designer who is easy to get along with, clean and respectable. I’m also a non-smoker, neat and tidy person who enjoy movie, travel and doing some handmade crafting. Looking for accommodation start form the first week of September. Currently, looking for different design job opportunity and find a clean room to settle down asap
I am originally from Adelaide and am moving to Melbourne next year for work! I have experience in shared accommodation from when I went on exchange during my university studies. I enjoy exercising, watching Netflix and doing BuzzFeed quizzes. I clean up after myself and will spend most of my time either at work or out and about exploring my new home. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
Hey there! I'm Karen. I'm from Malaysia. I've been staying in Melbourne for 1.5 years. I am friendly and an outgoing person. I am a clean and tidy person. I love cooking, enjoy a good chat and board games. I am looking for a private room and a place that is close to public transportation. Thank you!
Hi I’m Andy, I have been working in the media industry for the last 15 years, I have recently resigned my position with Channel 7 in Sydney to return home to home to Melbourne to work for Westfield in a sales strategic sales position. I work full time and on the weekends will either be surfing, golfing or relaxing with my friends. I have family up on the Gold Coast, so I frequently go up there to visit my nephews, aunties and cousins. I don’t mind a nice vino, have my own car and very independent.
Hello hello! How are you? That’s good, I’m good too, thank you. I’m pretty easy going, down to earth and have the capability to laugh at myself. I am the first to admit when I’m wrong and I am very much about transparency. I’m honest and expect the same from who ever I live with! I’m a hairdresser in Brighton and am looking for a place ASAP to call my own. Well, a room my own at least lol. When I’m not working I’m listening to awful music and watching even worse television. I try to be as respectful as I can be to whoever I live with, and just want a place to come home to that I can relax and chill out. Not after a party house or anything like that. If you have any questions please just ask, be as upfront as possible and we will get along for sure!
I'm a professional working in IT in the city who has just moved to Melbourne. I've spent a lot of time here in the past but finally made the move! I'm from the UK/NZ originally. I'm not a huge party person but am respectful of people's space and property and like to brunch, Netflix binge and socialise with bad reality shows. Also would love to find some people to explore the city on the weekends with! Looking to move around the end of Sept/early Oct but have some flexibility on dates.
30 year old single female. I work full time as a RN. Working a 7 day roster means that I won’t always be home, and you’ll have plenty of time to yourself. Social and outgoing person by nature. Love a good gig, brunch, hike or Sunday session with friends. Pretty easy going, looking for the same in housemates. Happy to share a glass of wine at the end of a long day too.
Hey all, my name is Tim. I'm a software engineer who has just recently accepted new employment in the Richmond area and so I would like to find a place to stay which is closer to my work to reduce travel time. I'm a fairly laid back guy, I love traveling overseas and exploring new hobbies. I'm also a surfer, practice muay thai kick boxing and spend my down time reading fantasy novels! I'm absolutely in love with Asian food, so you'll often find me seeking out where to get my next bowl of ramen. On the weekends I'm usually found playing games on the PC or Playstation, watching Netflix or out and about drinking craft beers and socializing. I'm looking to move in with someone I can call a friend, but who also respects their own space and mine. I don't really have any hard preferences for where I'd like to live, but where possible I would like to be reasonably close to public transport with good options for eating out / bars etc. If you think I might be suitable please get in touch with me. I look forward to meeting my new roomie(s) :)
I work as an office admin across 3 companies, and as a PR assistant for another. So I'm quite busy during the week. I'm extremely tidy and respectful. I don"t mind sharing a beer or wine of an evening, but I also respect your personal space. I also consider my self a pretty good cook.
I m a fun loving, friendly person who is always up for banter about anything and everything. I am extremely clean and a self proclaimed masterchef in the kitchen. I am also respectful of other people spaces and enjoy having a laugh with housemates. I enjoy keeping fit and try to stay active on a daily basis through gym, tennis and squash.
Hey! Just recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane (Lets explore Melbourne!). I'm a pretty reserved person at the start and do like my own space, though do enjoy going out every now and again on the weekends. I like to keep a clean living space but don't mind a little mess. I have a car so would be great to find a place that has either a car space (willing to pay more for it) or available street parking. If your keen lets get to know each other and grab a coffee!
Hi, I'm Lorena Villadangos. I am 26 years old and I am Chilean. I came to Melbourne to study English for a few months. I am nice, neat and friendly. I like to do sport, I love to ride a bicycle and I like the beach a lot.
**PLEASE NOTE: Only looking to move early October** I'm 31 and work as a senior analyst in tech. I'm a very laid back, easy going person and like to live with relaxed, social, positive people who have similarly balanced lifestyles. I'm not a fan of conflict/tension so also like living with people who are open and happy to chat if any issues do arise. In my spare time I get outside whenever I can, love going to the beach, do lots of yoga and enjoy music, reading, cooking, riding around the city, socialising - pretty much just like keeping busy, having fun with mates and trying new things when I'm not working. I like to live with people who are neat and tidy but not OCD and while I enjoy going out on the weekend, I'm more of a keep the party at the bar person. I tend to work pretty hard and so I like to have relaxed weeknights when I'm home. Obviously don't mind having people over from time to time, but if you're a massive entertainer in the week, I may not be your best bet :) Would like to live with someone friendly who I could get along with and share a meal/couch hang/catch up with on occasion, but who's independent and also happy to do their own thing. Hope to hear from you and shout if you have any more questions :) Ash
