Hello, I’m looking for a room in Prahran, South Yarra or Windsor. Ideally the closer to The Alfred hospital would be best as I’m studying there. Also wouldn't mind living in Southbank, South Melbourne or the CBD either. Or alternatively looking for someone else to team up and share a 2 bedroom house or apartment with. I’m a student who also runs a semi lucrative side business. Money isn’t an issue so I have no trouble with paying rent and bills on time. Can provide a reference for this too. I’m a busy person and easy to get along with. I work a lot and at times will be in and out of house a fair bit.. Also there will be some nights you'll get to yourself if you're someone who likes their space. I know I do. However, I'm also quite social and chatty too with lots of interesting stories to tell. I have a cat. He’s black and white and very domesticated and sweet. Ideally, I’d like to have him with me. However, my mum also loves him too and he’s quite old. So can leave him at home with my mum rather than taking him with me if necessary. I also love many other animals, so if you have dogs, I’m happy to help out with dog walking or minding your pets. Very into health and fitness - eat healthy, lift weights, pole dance, taekwondo... Passionate about mental health and helping others. I’m very laid back, non judgmental, respectful of others, clean up after myself etc etc... Get in touch if keen xx
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
I consider myself quite a fun and out-going person who gets along with anyone, which is one of the main reasons I'm looking at considering moving out - to make some new friends and move to an area which is more trendy for young people. I currently live on the Mornington Peninsula and although I love the beach. going for my runs etc etc, there's not much happening down here socially! I'm clean, serious (when need be) and I'd say an easy person to live with. I enjoy cooking healthy meals but I'm not going to decline burger night. i go to the gym regularly and enjoy hitting up bars/clubs/gigs when I'm not working full-time in Cheltenham. I enjoy doing things on my own alot but I also am always keen to go out with friends or hit up somewhere new.
Just your average 19 year old working full time at Windsor Smith (yes you can borrow my discount) I am a trustworthy and reliable adult when it Comes to payments on time and having to pitch in with everything I am neat and tidy and always clean up after myself, I'm helpful for when others need me to pitch in to help them, I am funny I enjoy going out with my friends and enjoying nights in to chill and watch Netflix, I feel as I would be a great contribution to your house and I am up for any discussion about everything I said if there are any concerns
I'm Tim, work in the media, love my sport, music and fitness. Very easy going, work hard during the week, relax during the weekend with a sneaky pint or two. I'm looking for housemates that are similar. Not sure what else to say, but please get in contact.

I love gaming and movies/tv, must be close to a good coffee shop with newspapers and company is welcome to help me with the crosswords. Love chatting/debating politics. Always clean up after myself and cook for myself, defs not a party type. You’ll find me watching Netflix in bed and asleep by 11 most nights like an old person. Would love a gym spotter on weekends someone to watch QandA with. I am a crazy cat lady on the inside but cool with dogs too. Prefer cooking for myself with the mandatory brunches on the weekend.
Hi all, I am moving to Melbourne on the 3rd of August from Auckland, NZ. Looking for a place that is relatively central as I won't have a car. Preferably furnished, but not a deal breaker if its a long term stay as I am happy to buy a bed. I have been working in analytics for a bank in NZ, so will be looking for something similar once I arrive (nothing locked in yet). Ideally looking for a social flat with people who enjoy going out for a few drinks or a meal every now and then. I play indoor netball, like to keep active, am a massive bookworm and enjoy a good netflix binge. If I sound like I could be a bit of you, flick me a message. Private rooms only. Price is pretty negotiable, particularly once I have sussed a job. Cheers
I'm a relaxed, witty, socially conscious 37 y.o guy. I'm clean and tidy without being OCD. I leave home around 7am M - F and return after 6pm. I spend at least one night of the weekend at my partner's place. I prefer the path of least resistance and avoid conflict. If I'm doing something that bothers you, let me know and I'll endeavour to change. I pay all bills well before they're due and I'll test the market periodically to ensure we're not getting hosed on power/gas/intarwebs :) Note: I can move in any time from early July to late August. I have a decent amount of bedroom furniture, so I'm looking for a large, unfurnished bedroom.
I enjoy living with people and sharing a space and company. I study full time and work part time so I'm out of the house a lot but when i'm home I love having chats about music, food, cute animals and travels. I'm a little nerdy and little creative and I love floofy cats and corgis. House trained: I have been living in share houses for 3 years, and have been renting my own place for 12 months. (looking at moving back to share houses as studying again) Stable income: I have permanent part time hours where I have been employed since October 2016. This means I can always pay my bills on time and chip in for household expenses without stress. I have a car : I enjoy household road trips and am happy to drive us to the shops. I have a TV/Fridge/Couch/Turn Table/Heater/house plants/potted herbs, if our house needs any of these or if we set up a place together I've got these sorted. (otherwise i'll likely sell these or let a friend use them if we don't need these)
Hey I'm Brodie! I'm a super easy going Canadian gal who has been living in Melbourne since January working full time in fashion design! I'm looking for a comfy place to call home, and a roommate who feels the same way. Preferably furnished since I don't have anything with me, but can manage to furnish my own room if need be. I am really clean, tidy, and laid back, and would love a roommate to have the occasional dinner/ glass of wine / chat/ boogie with. I want us to get along and be friendly but I am also respectful of personal space. For fun I love going for brunch (who doesn't), chugging wine (who doesn't), Netflix binging (who doesn't) and trying out all the amazing restaurants and cafes this city has to offer. Also would be ideal if we could motivate each other to work out once in a while... or not. Drop me a line and lets make this house a home!
Hello! My name is Camilla, I am 25 years old and currently working at H&M as a department manager. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with friends and getting out and about and making the most of the day! I always clean up after myself and am respectful of others space as well. Although I enjoy having some time to myself I am always up for a catch up with my housemates over a glass of wine or cup of tea :) (I’m on the right of the photo)
Hey y'all! I'm Vivienne and 25 years old! Looking to move out of the family home within the next month or two. I'm quite down to earth, pretty chilled however enjoy a busy social life with family and friends. I'm not a big party head but I wouldn't mind going out for a drink or two, once in a while. Keeping fit, getting outdoors, hikes, checking out new cafes and restaurants, brunch are some of my fav things to do. As I work full time as an events coordinator, I like to spend my weeknights mostly chilling out (mostly just cooking dinner/meals [YES CAN COOK] for the week & watching TV) as I do the good ol' 5am wakeup for the gym in the mornings.. so I'm pretty knackered. But hey, if you ask me for cheese and wine on a weeknight, I might say yes! As for the house, preferably looking for an an all female house 20s-30s year olds. Definitely value respecting the house and keeping it tidy, as well as respecting the people living in it. Most importantly, would love a good laugh and a house full of mates that can laugh not just at me, but with me. I'd love to find some peeps that are alike and hopefully, a humble abode that I can be completely comfortable and myself in! Slide into my DMs if I sound like the one for you... or your place haha. PS. I have an unhealthy obsession with donuts 🍩
Easy going, simple, professional who grew up in Melbourne. I’ve travelled for work and lived overseas and in Melbourne (both with and without housemates). I am neat and tidy therefore expect the same. Happy to hang out when time permits - pretty chill person. Also keen to team up to find a place; we can sort out the furnishings etc.
Myself, Franki and Conor all met doing our farm work here in Australia. We are all English and have a great friendship. We have lived in Melbourne for almost 4 months now, currently located in chapel street so we would like to stay in the same area if possible as it is close to work and other friends. We all like to live in a friendly and clean environment so keeping the accomodation clean and tidy won't be a problem. We love to meet new people and socialise. Working full time and part time we are quiet on weekdays and like to go out on Saturdays.
Artsy fartsy, vegetarian looking for a new home in Melbourne. Currently studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Monash University, I'm looking for like-minded people to move in with. I'm a brilliant cook and love to share my tasty dishes. I'm a left-leaning and environmentally conscious gal that loves the odd bevy with friends. On my time off I like to read, paint, get crafty, boogie and make ceramic pots for my beautiful plants. My schedule usually consists of uni and work, so I'll be in and out of the house. If I sound like your type of person, please shoot me a message.
I consider myself to be a peaceful, friendly individual with an open mind. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, treks, Music festivals and any kind of fitness/wellbeing like Gym, Yoga, Meditation. I'm someone who likes socialising and equally enjoys time by myself. I tend to keep things tidy and respect shared space. Always up for going out exploring and trying new things or just lay back sit at home and watch something or even engaging in intellectual conversations. Un-winding with a drink/toke is something I tend to enjoy. I'm from Bombay, India and currently freelancing and working part-time. Happy hunting! Cheers!
I'm a 33 yo guy who has been living in London for the last two years. I'm a high-school Film/English teacher working in town. I don't mind sharing a bottle of wine at the end of the day and chatting over dinner. I'm pretty clean and ensure any shared areas I've used are tidied afterwards. I'm looking at sharing for 2-3 months.
Heyo! My name is Brooke! I’m a bright, bubbly, easy-to-get along with girl from Ballarat originally who has been living with family in the city for two years now. I’m currently in my first year at RMIT and am wanting to looking to move in mid to late July whilst it's still early on in the Semester 2. I’m not too fussed where I moved, so long as it’s close-ish to uni and a train line. I've been looking mainly around Footscray, Richmond, Windsor, South Yarra... So I'm pretty lenient with location! I like to ride my bike around the city so if I can ride to work and uni, that’d be brilliant! Yes!! You did read correctly; I work at a Bakery! Meaning free bread and baked goods for the duration of my stay in the sharehouse! :D I currently have two jobs so spend my time between them, uni, visiting family and other life what-nots. I’m not too bothered by the type of place I’m in— flat, unit, house— so long as it’s cozy and the rent per week ain’t too much more than $180 (this is flexible of course depending on what’s included with the rent eg water, electricity, gas etc). I like keeping active: lots of walking, cooking, arts and crafts and want some awesome house mates to explore this brilliant city with! Please don’t hesitate to send me a message!!
I'm a danish exchange student, seeking a private furnished room to rent untill November 20th. I'm a science lover, studying biochemistry at Monash (Clayton) who spends lots of time on crossfit, baking and cooking food. I'm outgoing, but not a party-person. I do appericate private space, but would love to cook up meals together and socialize. I'm in seach for a shared flat, preferably girls. I'd love if you are down for brunching on weekends, or chatting over a cup of coffee, I would be your perfect new flatmate!
I completed a Bachelor of Arts (psychology/philosophy) & Bachelor of Science (Developmental Biology/Molecular Biology) at Monash in 2017. I have recently come back from Germany where I did an internship at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. I am soon starting part-time work at a lab. I'm also doing a 6-month visual arts course at RMIT - I'm working on a creative project with a friend. I like visiting art galleries, museums, biking, hiking, reading, travelling, film festivals, classical music concerts, electronic music concerts. Don't mind a drink once in a while. Perks: I'm flexible with move in date. I'm very clean, and like to have a routine (e.g. vacuum & laundry every Sunday). I cook delicious Mediterranean food and make awesome salad combos (I'm vegetarian). I don't watch TV and like to keep myself busy so I'm quiet. I'm a book nerd, and so I come with a small library (mostly philosophy & literature classics). I don't own any pets. I'm respectful and try to be non-judgemental, but I also expect cleanliness and safety at home. I like putting an effort in making a place feel like home (candles/incense, pot plants, etc) - but if you prefer I keep this to myself, happy to do so. Also, I don't need a car space! About you: Clean & tidy. Able to give me my space and allow me to feel at home. I love animals so I don't mind pets, but routine hygiene care is a minimum. Also a student or working professional. Sorry don't want to live with backpackers, but don't mind living with international students/expats. Also duration is minimum 5 months. I can work around something less than 12!
