18 year old male, originally from North Tassie (moved over here 6 months ago). Currently finishing up my IT cert from TAFE. Easy, loves a good chat and a bev. I work a casual job at an ATO call centre in IT Support currently, working on average 30-38 hours a week, so I'm able to comfortably pay the bills. Prefer an unfurnished place, I've got my own bed and desk. Fine with pretty much anything as long as there's no black mold on the walls of my bedroom. I like to live in a clean house, and I'm happy to contribute a lot to ensure the house is clean. I occasionally smoke (4-5 times a week at home), and usually go for a walk when I do. Feel free to flick me a message with any offers or questions :)
I’m from the US, where I lived in a house of five, so am used to and really love living in communal house shares. I just got to Melbourne and have a few interviews lined up this week- but my unemployment shouldn’t last long since I’m a bartender by trade. I’ve never lived in a big city before and usually spend my time hiking, camping, kayaking, and snowboarding. I also love finding good happy hours and cheap eats! I’m hoping to live and work in Melbourne for the next six months.
I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, but still love to socialize with my housemates
Ambivert, respectful, easy going, progressive leaning, non-smoker. Love to travel, play sport (e.g. futsal), am definitely a foodie (omnivore), and will most likely join you for a drink if asked :)
Hey! My name’s Lucie, I’m currently working 2 part time jobs and will be finishing off my last semester of uni in the new year! Besides work and uni, I’m super into art and music, and in the winter I spend as much of my time as i can snowboarding. I’m super easy going and like to fill up my spare time with friends, but I also keep myself pretty busy with work. Just hoping to find some like minded people to make some good house vibes with :-)
I'm a 22 yo Portuguese girl who just moved to Melbourne for 12 months (Working Holiday). I believe living in a shared house would be the best way to settle in this new city, while working. I'm looking for a private room in a shared flat. I'm a very flexible person, who likes to spend time on my own as well as grab a cup of tea for a chat. I love spending time outside in the sun and go to museums.
Hi there *** Kindly let me know as I need to move in asap. *** About Me: I am a polite, independent and an easygoing person who is working full time and respectful of other people's privacy in the house. During the week I work in the city, and during the weekends I like to catch-up with friends, go out for a movie or play tennis (weather dependant). I am looking for a respectful family home. Thanks, Khurram
Scottish lad just finished a road trip with 2 mates & looking for a flat in Melbourne to settle down for the rest of our year visa. We like to go out on the weekends & would enjoy the company of other backpackers or Aussies to chill with. We're massive football (soccer) fans so would love to go to Melbourne Victory games if anyone's interested. Cheers!!
I've recently moved from London and looking for a place to call home. I'm a clean, sociable an fun guy who loves sport, movies and food. I'm a young professional who would love to join a fun house but understands the importance of personal space.
I'm one of those chilled laid back girls who is looking for a furnished room in South Side of Melbourne preferably including bills but flexible. Love getting to know new people but I am very chilled and enjoy my privacy. Looking to work a lot up until April where my heart will take me to another travel destination in America. On my days off, I love sitting down reading a book, catching a drink with friends or catching up on a series on Netflix.
Im a 23 year old male who has moved down from Sydney 6 months ago. I work full time and quite long hours which keeps me very busy during the week. Im a very social guy, looking to share a house/flat with like minded people who are keen on socialising, sharing the occasional meal and just having a chat. I like to be tidy and clean and am very respectful of others. Im flexible with the move in date (before January 2020), prefer a place that will keep me on for over 6 months and do not require furniture within the room.
Hey yaaall, it is Ilkan here 👋 I have been living in Brunswick since last year. Working as a Data Analyst at an agency in South Melbourne and work is sponsoring me so I am looking somewhere for long term. I am into music (idm, abstract hiphop, jazz fusion, neo-soul, dub techno, ambient...), watching mindfuck movies, comedies, frisbees, board games, live gigs, podcasts, fun facts, art galleries, op-shopping, coming up with app ideas, observing human behaviours and confronting modern etiquette issues (this is my tinder bio as well lol) So about my house situation; I became good mates with my housemate and paying very cheap rent. However my room is pretty small and it started to be annoying, I need space... and also living right on Sydney road started to annoying me a bit, too noisy... that is why I loved being in Melbourne when it's Christmas or long public holiday cause those were such peaceful times when everyone left. So thats why I want to live in a proper, spacious and peaceful house. I love sharing meals, having drinks and real conversations. I love sharing knowledge, recommending/suggesting new things as well. Also I am 28 years old, born in 91 🙂 I think this kinda wraps up. I would be so glad and happy to meet you guys and see if we hit it off.
