Hi, I'm Rajiv. Im going to be studying and working part time in Melbourne for awhile. I'm a neat and tidy person. I make sure to clean up after myself and like to keep things in order. I usually keep myself busy with work or studies but I'm always ready to spend sometime to relax and unwind. I'm easy to get along with and am happy to lend a hand with anything if needed.
I'm Laurence (Loz), Currently studying an arts undergraduate (Int. relations and philosophy) at Swinburne as a mature student of 36 years. Before enrolling at uni i was working 2 jobs in mental health social communities and disability support, i would say they have helped me to become a very considerate understanding type person. I enjoy being outdoors and active so like going camping and bush walking as often as possible. I love all kinds of animals so if your place has pets it's plus. I enjoy being social and having a chat, though when uni is on I get pretty focused on that. Since I'm not into parting like a student i try to get my fun in healthier ways. I'm looking for a place that is a reasonable ride from uni (10km) and has plenty of natural light and hopefully public transport access. Thanks!
I am pretty easy going, keep to myself a bit but enjoy having dinner, watching movies etc with housemates as well. I am clean, neat and tidy and hoping to find similar housemates. I am studying fulltime and working part time in before/after school care
Hey all, my name is Dushan. A friendly guy from Sri Lanka. I'm following a postgrad in Swinburne and completed my first year just recently. I love doing outdoor activities, a huge sports fan, a big time comic book fan, loves gaming and working on my cookery skills these days. So anyways I'm looking for a friendly household with some cool people to hang out with. Cheers!
Hi there! I have lived in Brisbane, Shrewsbury (UK), Coventry (UK), and Montreal (Canada), but am originally from Malaysia. I am friendly and polite (at least I think so), and love good food. I will be commencing full-time postgraduate studies at Monash (Caulfield) this year, and am looking for a place to live. The 6 months length of stay listed on my profile is really more or a minimum period rather than a preferred length. I'm neat, clean, and tidy, particularly when it comes to common areas, but not to the point of being obsessive about it. I don't tend to make a racket unless we're all getting excited over games night together. I tend to try to help out around the house where possible, and I will never be tardy with bills. I tend to prefer a night in with good company (board games, a drink or two, movies etc.), but will also gladly go out for a drink and meal now and then. I enjoy hiking, swimming, skiing, and badminton. Not exactly a pro, but I'm always happy when I get the time to do any of them. I can also chat a bit about Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and a few other fantasy novels/authors if that's your kind of thing. In Melbourne I'd probably like to watch stand-up comedy, live music performances, and theatre shows every once in a while. I don't smoke or have pets, although quite frankly I'd be very happy to have canine or feline roommates.
I'm a neat, clean person who's quite sociable but also need a lot of time by myself. I'm a foreign student and I'm going to Melbourne this Feb. Because I'm sort of new to the environment, I expect my flatmates/ housemates to be a little bit patient with me. It may take me some time to adjust but I promise I would try to be as much nice, neat and respectful as I could!
Hey! I'm looking for a home with housemates who are clean and tidy, like to chat from time to time but respect sleep hours and privacy, aka normal people. I want to live in 20mins of the city by PTV. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 but are down to hang out with my housemates over dinner in my downtime when I'm not out with my friends or at gym/hiking. Shoot me a message if this sounds like you or if you want to know anything else!!
Hey there! I am moving to Melbourne on the 12th of February to do my masters in management at la trobe university city campus! i've travelled a lot, so i understand different cultures and their way of living. So I’m super comfortable with all walks of life. I am very friendly, adjustable, clean, crisp, tidy, responsible and eager to learn to see things in a new perspective and to learn different cultures with respect whilst studying! Tbh, I Prefer going out than to the uni! So the priority is not all about studies. Although, Private time while private time, study while study and at leisure i’d love to go out for a beer and just cannot say no to some some sick parties on the weekends with the fam! Looking forward to learn surfing so a House near the beach would be perfect. Other than that fifa, NAPS, sporadic gym goer, cooking, Netflix and sip on some good wine is what I do to kill time. To be more precise, I’m up for anything you just gotta name it, well let's game it! Traveling around during holidays? Yes please! Let me know if we could team up. Cheers!
Hey! I'm Shauna from Toronto! Coming to Melbourne on a working holiday visa but will be working full-time as a chef in the hospitality industry! Super passionate about what i do and love food, always happy to try new restaurants with friends and potential housemates! Looking forward to exploring Melbourne and all it has to offer! I like to stay active and enjoy taking hot yoga classes - living near a studio would be a bonus! Hoping to find clean, chill and fun housemates to live with! I'm happy to hang and enjoy a drink and socialize with housemates but like a good balance of working-socializing-personal time.
19 love cooking, clean and tidy, moving to study Arts/Science at Swinburne. Looking for a shared house anywhere close enough to commute to Swinburne. Easy-going open minded guy. Come from a winery so the odd box of wine might show up on occasion ;)
Hi! I'm 28, moving to Melbourne on 20th January, have a permanent visa and will look for a job (work as a mechanical engineer). I'm friendly, easy-going, tidy, non-smoker and love pets (but don't have). Going to make new friends in Melbourne. Looking for a furnished room to rent for 4-6 months (probably more). Prefer Nothern suburbs, also Western and Eastern, but not far from CBD. My budget is 200 AUD per week including all bills. I guarantee cleanliness and paying on time. Ready to pay a bond and for a few weeks ahead at once. Arriving on Saturday 20.01.18 and ready to come for an inspection on Sunday 21.01.18.
I'm Sarah from Germany (20y/o) and will be studying at swinburne University for 1 semester. In need of a place to live between 19th of february (or 5th /12th) and 17th of June. I love to make art and spend my freetime exploring museums, good bars, vintage stores and restaurants. Cooking and eating together while having some nice profound conversations is what I like to do with my flatmates at home in Fulda. So I'd be happy to find a similar atmosphere with the people I'll live with, too. :) It would be great if there is someone who likes to make music and art too, so we can share not only the flat but some interests as well from time to time. Sharing a flat with me is nice cause I know how to keep our space clean and tidy and am willing to find compromises where needed. I prefer some "character" in the house regarding a cosy ambience created through the interiour and nicely set lights and stuff.
I'm Chanelle, I'm 26 and studying a master of nursing. From late February I'll be going to uni in Clayton two days a week, have placement at the Alfred three days a week, and will be working 3-4 shifts per week. I'm very neat, respectful of other people's space and belongings, I really like to cook, and I enjoy a glass of wine here and there. I'm social but too busy to party all the time so I'm looking for a room in an established share house with likeminded, friendly people :)
Currently working in Kew as a bartender and a flower delivery girl for a well known florist which gives me some interesting stories to tell at the end of my work days and come with their own perks. Im also studying Entertainment Journalism with a bit of film this year, hoping to make some legendary doccos someday. In my down-time i love to cook and watch movies/tv series. (currently making my way through a never-ending list to watch.) Love going out for movies/food/drinks and having a good night out but i also like a quiet night in with homemade fajitas and a good movie or 3. I work some late nights but i also work most of the day so i keep really busy. I play hockey for Kew/Box hill Brumbies which is always fun to watch. Im into my fitness, traveling, food and always up for adventures!

Hello! I'm Caithlin and I am moving to the wonderful city of Melbourne around April. I have just completed my Honours degree in Adelaide and am now a professional actor, and I have been very lucky to secure agency over in Melbourne. I will be working part time as well as going to auditions and creating my own work. I can be a very social person but appreciate a lot of downtime - health and fitness is very important to me and I'm figuring out a good work/life balance at the moment! Big lover of music and play a variety of instruments (not very well mind you), and enjoy taking my camera out and doing a bit of videography even now and then. Being in a safe suburb is on the top of my priority list, so any recommendations to add are always appreciated. My small car will also be coming with me, and will need a space to park it (preferred off-street secure car parking). Looking for a secure private room with enough space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and a few musical instruments would be ideal! I am able to add to bring a few house furnishings (especially kitchen appliances - my deep fryer is like a sister to me) if needed. Looking for long term (6 months plus) accommodation as I get my head around the Melbourne lifestyle. No more than $200 a week (prefer some or all bills included). I have had previous rental experience. If this sounds like a good fit, please let me know! I look forward to sharing a bottle of wine over dinner, a cheeky midnight fast food run, an occasional boogie, or just a quiet night at home with everyone on their phones in the living room! Hope to hear from you!
Self suffecient, tidy, respectful of peoples property and space! I’m a very charasmatic guy and easy to get along with, work a full time job mon-fri standard working hours. Generally out with mates on the weekend enjoying life. Adapt to pretty much any environment and always up for a good time. Always down to talk and socialise at home but do value time by myself! Looking for flat mates that share the same interests, full of energy and enjoy socialising as much as the next person! Guarantee to not disappoint
I'm laid back, always down for a chat but completely respect that not everyday is a talking day. Work part time. Final year degree student at Deakin. Totally in love with alcohol. Running, golf, cricket, reading and Play Station make up almost the entirety of my free time. And yeah, i'm not the one to invite friends over everyday, so you should expect a quite room mate in me.
I'm a 20 years old girl from Norway who just moved to Melbourne. Just got here after 5 months of travelling and now looking to settle down here and get a job.
