Hi future Flatmates! I am Anu, 23, studying full time at La Trobe and working part time at Dominos! (Yes, I get free pizzas once in a while ;) ). I am looking for a private room anywhere near Chapel street. I am very easy going and a social person and I also love my occasional 'ME' time. I will be pretty busy during the weekdays either working/studying and during the weekends I love to let off some steam by either partying or going out with friends or just chilling at home with you guys over a bottle of wine, gossiping all night :p I am not a house-party kinda girl, but I don't mind if you are, as long as I am informed about it before. I won't call myself a cook but I do cook whenever I have time to kill, so you can expect good food once in a while! Oh and I love shopping!! We would get along so well if you do too :D - Neat and tidy but not a freak like 'Monica' ;) - Smoking- at the most 2 per day - Got a car, a plus point! - Vegetarian, but I do eat chicken once in a while (Don't mind if you are not :) ) I am looking for someone like-minded and if I am the kind of a person you are looking for, please feel free to contact me. We can meet over coffee/drinks and know more about each other :) Cheers!
I assure you I am uncomplicated and easy to live with. My uni courses are usually intense so I'm not someone you find sitting around at home. In my free time I love being outside. If you're in for going out exploring the city or having a beer together then I'm in. I look forward to meeting you! Almost forgot the basics: I'm from Germany, studying interior architecture at Swinburne
Hi, My name is Robyn, I'm 24 and I'm moving to Melbourne on the 6th June to begin work as a business analyst for a tech company. I'm looking for a double room, furnished in one of the above locations, although I am flexible. I will be commuting into the CBD so something with good tram links is ideal. I'm looking to stay for a minimum of 6 months. I am clean, organised (bills paid on time etc) and a good housemate. I'd like where I live to be a home where I can relax. I like cooking and I'm trying to be a better baker. I like going out for drinks and dancing as well as staying in and watching netflix. I'm fairly new to Melbourne so I still have lots of exploring to do! I'm trying to find a good yoga class and maybe a gym. I also like photography, Taylor Swift and trashy TV. Thanks for reading!
Hi there! I'm a postgraduate student at Unimelb, and I'm looking for a private room. Looking for something that's close to public transport - this is pretty important to me. A furnished room is preferred, as I haven't got furniture with me. Move-in date is flexible. I do have to study a lot, so I'll need a quiet place because I'm one of those people who just can't study with noise :( but in my downtime I'd love to chat and have a laugh with my flatmates! I'm looking to make friends and not just to fill a room :) I'm a very positive and friendly person. I love a good laugh and enjoy dad jokes/puns/memes :P I keep my stuff (and the house) neat and clean. When I'm not studying (which is hardly ever) I'm reading, or watching TV shows or movies. Huge cricket fan, and will watch and enjoy pretty much any sport :D I'm new to the city so I'd also like to explore the place but haven't really got round to it yet haha! I hope I've covered everything (these things are hard to write!). Please message me if there's anything you'd like to know :) Cheers, Ally
Hey, my name is Nathalia. Just got back from being away for 7 months on exchange in Canada and further travelling. Looking for a place to rent, preferably in Richmond or Northcote area. Just finished uni and about to commence full time work in media/marketing industry in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, big believer in good vibes, and generally just happy most of the time. Looking for housemates that I can be comfortable and have a laugh with, a place where I would enjoy coming home to. In my spare time you'll probably find me out and about, eating, cooking, figuring out how to play guitar or binge watching Rick and Morty. I'm tidy, love to socialise but am considerate of personal space - all the housemate usuals, and also love to cook and share a glass of red or two :)
Hi there, My name is Mix, a 20 years old boy. I'm a university student, major in architecture. Anyway, I come to Melbourne for taking an architecture courses during my university summer holiday! As a housemate I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person, who likes to chill out plus I'm tidy, clean, and respectful. One of my hobbies is taking photos but if I have a lot of free time, I always be active (running, rugby, cycling), play piano, explore local exhibitions, enjoy a good cafe and I love cooking sooo much, especially Thai food!!! I'm also an animal lover, especially dogs, so that would not be a problem at all :) Send me a message if you think we'd get along! Cheers,
Hi! I'm moving down to Melbourne from Darwin (originally from Perth) and will be working at the University of Melbourne. So i'm happy to live within a 12km radius around Uni Melbourne or the CBD. I am a veterinarian specialising in Animal Welfare, and an am awesome person to hang out with. Love intelligent conversations over quality wine (don't do quantity). I have a weird sense of humour. I do yoga, gym and try to keep fit as much as possible. Love classical music and would also invite you to my favourite concertos or operas. I also sing in a choir and will probably start looking for one when I head down to Melbourne. Comes with two lovely pets, a white cat (Casper) and a small Japanese spitz (Shippo) dog. They are the cutest thing you ever seen. The dog is low shedding so you wont get hair all over your furniture. Perfectly house (indoor) trained by myself, calm and well behaved. I also have a 'pet' Roomba that will clean the house for you. About me: Love the minimalist style so i hate clutter. Don't play Jenga with dishes in the sink, or rubbish in the bin. I don't see housework as a chore, i see it as a form of calorie burning exercise so i get to eat sweets without feeling guilty. Am considerate to your needs because i think it's a really important factor when 2 or more people live together. Hope you will pick me as a housemate.
Very easy going and respectful of others. Clean & tidy. Live a healthy and active fit lifestyle. Work full time. Prefer car accommodation if possible. Cheers John
I'm looking for one person to join myself and my friend in a house share. I run two businesses and have two jobs, one is full time 40+ hours weekly in Richmond for a digital marketing agency, though I often work from home. I'm looking for a 'normal' household without any issues, everybody cleans up after themselves, no stealing, no excessive noise etc. I was born in England and have an accent but I've been here for 7 years and consider myself Australian - I'm a citizen. I like the outdoors and I like technology; I used to run a computer store in the South East. Ideal budget is $250 per week inclusive of bills, living with 3 - 4 people. I have a friend who will also move out if possible, he works a very similar job, has the same budget and the same morals. If you already have a place and need two people, that's perfect. Message me for anything, I'm open to any offers.
Hello! :) I'm a 27 year old professional female, working a 9-6pm job, Monday - Friday. I am looking for a new place to call home and hopefully there is someone out there with a suitable room/place for me. I'm a very clean, tidy, respectful, and trustworthy person. I'm also very social, quite fun!, and I love meeting new friends. I have been in my current role for almost 3 years, 5 years in Melbourne, and I'm originally from England. I would love to find a place with my own bathroom or ensuit but if I'm sharing with another clean female then that would be ok too! Please get in touch if you think I could be right for your home! :)
I am a hard worker , keep things nice and tidy and i really like books . I am either working , in my room reading , or trying out some amazing food at a nice cafe.
I'm originally from Queensland but mover down to Melbourne for work (currently working in the aquaculture industry). I'm a fairly active person, I enjoy playing sport, fitness classes etc, shopping, exploring new places, nature in general. I have a dry sense of humour and I'm fairly easy going, I like living in a clean space and enjoy a drink. Looking for flatmates with similar interests who enjoy being social from time to time and are decent.
Hello! Am chasing a one bedroom flat for just myself, I just want my own relaxing space to call home :) I work shift work and my hours can be a little taxing on housemates. About me - Am bordering OCD when it comes to cleanliness and take pride in my environment. Working professional in a full time position, have been renting for five years and am very financially reliable. Hobbies, when time off permits (a rarity) include all things outdoors (camping, hiking, skiing, 4WDing), all things food (excellent cook), craft beer & coffee, weights training & road trips. If anyone is hoping to transfer their lease or has a one bedroom flat on offer, ping me a message!

We are two students from Malaysia, going for a student exchange program to Swinburne Australia for a semester. We are very friendly and like to keep things tidy. When in Australia, we will most probably spend most of our time in the university to study, etc.
I am 26, moving to Deakin university to pursue Masters in Business Analytics. Having had the experience of living away from home already in Malaysia, I am adventurous, yet a strict disciplinarian. I like to explore new cities and places and love to backpack, scuba dive and camp in the wild. If you're lucky enough to be my housemate and we get along together, high likelihood that I will take you with me.
Hey, I am a 27yo working professional have decided to do some more studies this year. I am a VERY clean, non-smoking, quiet and responsible individual, love a glass of red wine and to cook fresh meals of an evening with a movie or some TV. I am very outgoing and love a chat but like my own space and quiet time as well - I am a very social character and love a BBQ or dinner with mates, but definitely not a party person. I am looking for a furnished room or property room to rent with other mature people or working professionals. I am not interested in single bed student accommodation in a large student share house - I am looking for a quiet and friendly property that can be my home (potentially) for my full-time 3 year course starting in July. I have a budget however am willing to be flexible for the right place with the right people. Please feel free to send me a message if you think I may be a good house mate :)
I work in retail in the city and also am in my last year of a musical theatre degree. In my spare time I'm usually at a dance class, playing piano in the uni practice rooms or writing. On weekdays I'm rarely home in daylight hours, but when I am home I love getting to know my housemates. I have rental history, references attesting to my chillness, cleanliness, friendliness and general fabulousness (and obviously my humility); and five years of share house experience.
