My name is Chantelle and I am an (almost) 23 year old female. I am currently looking for a place to call home in Brisbane, I am not familiar with most suburbs but I am looking for somewhere around Mt Gravatt. I am clean, friendly and quiet. I have 2 small desexed pets. They are inside pets but also enjoy a frolic in the backyard. So any sort of fenced outside area would be great! I have permanently relocated from Sydney so I am in the middle of sorting out a full time job but I should be working and ready to go on feb 1st! I am also open to moving a little sooner as I am currently staying at my mums and she cares for a lot of strays! (so as you can imagine my pets are very friendly but this house seems full enough!) Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a room for rent/ granny flat/ master room/ split level etc etc and a suitable home for a small dog and sweet cat :)
Hi, I'm from Germany, my family moved to Brisbane Australia when I was a wee baby. I grew up in Byron bay until returning to Brisbane and have been a local ever since 2000. What I do I work as an addictions counsellor and community educator for an NGO. Previously a designer and barista at cafes. For fun (and adventure) I spend my weekends with good friends, family, picnics, cafes, outings I have a mild book addiction, work on my business, visit family and the beach in my home town often, take my surfboard with me in summer. Love bushwalking and adventuring Addicted to learning, and hearing new perspectives I love getting engaged with like minded people in our community and am passionate about many topics.... Few! I'll save the rest for a face to face meeting Why I'm great to live with I really value a clean and respectful home, and love sharing good food, conversation, and occasional drinks. Also time to myself every now and then. send me a message!
I'm Vincent, 20 years old and from Germany. At the moment I'm working as a cook in the Westfield Shopping Center in Carindale, but I'm also looking for another Job in Brisbane. That means that I'm not often at home. I'm a relaxed, friendly, open minded person who is open for everything. It is always good fun with me (;
Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd
Looking for a place to allow myself and my 2 dogs (Franklin poodle 14kg) and Rosie (cockerspaniel 9kg) to live. Must be fully fenced and with like minded pet people. I'm a quiet female but love a good chat. Work full time as a loss adjuster, in the city. Love scifi. Smoke outside. Clean.
Quiet, professional female. Fairly busy so rarely at home, sociable and enjoy a quiet drink/meal but not really a partier. Prefer something unfurnished and hopefully with some storage space as I would be coming from my own place so have a fair bit of stuff - downsizing as much as I can though).
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new place to live! I love friendly company and always up for a chat. I also love a glass or two of wine 👌🏾 I work full time so I'm usually on the go, I also love to sit at home and watch movies and a bit of netty. Feel free to message me on here, my current housemates have decided to part from our current home so I'm looking for another beautiful home :)
I'm a positive and fun-loving girl, easy to get along with, and quite clean. I am a full-time student studying BusMan/BIHTM at UQ, and currently work as a casual/part-time waitress. I'm from Brisbane but want to get out of the Redlands and move closer to the city. I enjoy hanging out with friends, attending live music events, going to the beach and going on little adventures. I also love to travel, and am always planning my next trip well ahead of time.
Moving from the Sunshine Coast back to Brisbane as I've started a 2/3yr Interior Design degree. I quit my FIFO job in September of 2016 to pursue something I've been putting off for far to long. Chasing dollars instead of happiness. I'm pretty chill to live with, sometimes I make cookies and drink whisky. I've enjoyed living with people previously and have had one long term roommate (6yrs - we're best friends). I like to go to the gym and train hard, there was nothing else to do when I worked FIFO so I focused on fitness and personal improvement. I recently returned from a fitness holiday in Thailand where I trained at Tiger Muay Thai (if you haven't heard of it, give it a google - best thing i've done this year). You'll know if I've had a bad day because I'll start cleaning, so I guess that's a win for whoever I end up with. Ideally a spot in the Valley would be sweet, but am happy with anything within a close proximity. I'm still looking for work but it shouldn't take long to pin down a part-time gig. I have savings to get me through this transition phase. Keep it real Anna.
Hey I'm Marama, just moved over from NZ, looking for an apartment ideally so I can move out of my aunties, need my independence so I can do my own thing. Working full time in the city, still figuring out the area so would prefer to stay central or near the city! I'm clean, friendly, respectful, chill. Never late on bills. Keen to connect with someone and look for maybe a 2 bedroom apartment in a central suburb even?? Also need to note, I have 2 brothers who work and live in Kilcoy and will likely come visit me on their days off, maybe crash over. If that's not cool with you, neither am I. :)
Hey! My name is Vanessa, I'm studying full time a bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Counselling and looking for a place to call home for a year or so until I finish my degree. I'm laid back but extroverted so always up for a chat if you are! I'm clean, compassionate, fun loving, really enjoy cooking when I have the time, am a freelanced artist and before starting Uni was a private art teacher. I love the outdoors and music is also one of my passions. I grew up in Brisbane, have travelled heaps, lived in Sydney for four years and now I'm back in the motherland doing my degree. I have a Christian faith, but I'm not judgy and not into evangelising. I will be really busy with Uni commitments, Prac placements, work and trying to fit in a social life so I may seems like a bit of a ghost from time to time. Im not a drinker, smoker nor do drugs and would prefer to live with others who share similar interests of a healthy and wellness lifestyle. For fun I like to go on hikes with my boyfriend, go camping, surfing, travel, pretty much anything outdoors. I like an active social life, so catching up with my friends is important for me! Well that's me in a nutshell. Hit me up if you think I'd be a good candidate for your house-family. Cheers!
Very outgoing happy and bubbly person! I live a very active and healthy lifestyle however love the occasional wine. I enjoy coming home to a relaxing household and am very conscious of other people's space and privacy. I clean up after myself and love a chat :) I'm looking for a room with an ensuite or that has own bathroom.

Hi There I'm am a 28 year old professional who works in the area and looking to find a new place to share. I originally grew up on a farm in regional NSW but have been living in Brissy for about 4 years. I consider myself to be a tidy & organised person, am interested in keeping fit and active, spending time with friends & girlfriend and am a bit of a motorcycle enthusiast. Don't mind a bit of a cook-up and enjoy a few beers on the weekend and always keen to meet new friends.
I'm a mature, responsible person who likes a tidy place to live in. I love music and reading. I work Mon-Frid full time. I have two jack russells and am a responsible pet owner. I'm looking for a fully fenced, pet friendly accommodation.
Hello! I am Lacey:) I am clean and tidy and work full time but also don't mind going out and having wine & cheese nights. I would like to live with someone who is friendly as well! I am looking for a modern master room with en suite and aircon if you have something similar please do let me know.
I'm a 23 year old chef looking to move up to Brisbane in mid-late January, I'll hopefully be starting a business degree at Griffith in late February. I have been cooking for four years and have used my ability/trade to work all over Australia, and I love to cook at home with a couple of beers for friends/house mates. I am a friendly, easy going guy who loves the outdoors and have a keen interest in health and fitness. I love being social, seeing new things and meeting new people. I am clean and respectful of my own and shared spaces of the house, and I have lived in and shared houses for six years, and over that time I have never had any issues. If you have any questions feel free to hit me up, looking forward to hearing from future housemates . . .
I'm a cook by occupation so there will always be delicious food in the house. I love music, cheese and wine! I work out 🏋 a lot so if you need a gym buddy I'm your gal! I also think I'm funny but I'll let you be the judge of that! Oooh and I am a VERY organised person so don't worry I will always clean up after myself and have the rent money on time 😁
Hi Guys, Myself (26) and my partner (31) are currently on a working holiday visa in Brisbane. Looking for a double room to rent with some nice people. We're both from Ireland, love to travel & love the outdoors. We are looking for short term or flexible leases. Planning to be here for at least 3 months. Thanks, Nicole
I have a healthy lifestyle, im up early and gone all day until late. I have just got a new job at Shedon College but still wanna live reasonably close to the city. Clean and tidy but also fun and social , but getting out of the party party stage.... i need a place by this weekend as I start my new job on Monday. Thanks
Hi. I am looking for a room around the south-west Brisbane area for myself and my dog. I am employed full time, reliable, tidy and I love to cook. I also have boxing classes most weekday nights so not usually home until around 6. I'm outgoing and like socialise and have a few drinks on the weekends. I do also like my own space and alone time. I have a 9 year old Maltese Shitzu, she is house trained and not very active but I do take her out for walks most nights during the week.
Hey! I´m a 20 years old, German student, doing an internship in Brisbane for about 5 month. I have a lot of experience in living in shared flats as I have studied, worked and lived for over one year in France. I like travelling, Sports (Ultimate Frisbee) and Music (piano, dancing), cooking and spending time together with my flatmates and I am open to new activities!
I am looking for a share house with a reasonable sized room. I will need a place with space to park my car and motorcycle. I work full time. I leave early in the morning and get home in the afternoon.
I am a 23 yr old girl living in Brisbane, working full time. I will never go to the gym with you but I am always down for an adventure. Pretty independent and happy to chill in my room but also pay for Stan and make a mean cheese board if you want to hang out. Can cook, can clean, can't resist a wine. Not in a gang, no crazy ex, and if you do meet my friends I promise you get used to them :)
I'm a full time worker (teacher) in the city. I'm 30, I love exercise, I'm super healthy, very clean, organised, and quiet! I'm up at 5am most days to go to work, home around 3pm, exercise from 3-5pm, and dinner and bed by 8pm... because I'm a grandma in a young person's body. I'm normally out and about on weekends, but I love a good movie night and chat with my housemates. I'm very approachable and always encourage housemates to tell me if they're having problems. Because I am an old biddie, I'll never be the one to say, "Hey gang! It's Tuesday night!! How about a raging, drug-induced rave?!" I'm very tired at night time. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or steal. I just want to live in a positive, happy house!
Hello, We are two 25yr old animal loving, outdoor enthusiasts. We are very respectful, caring and trustworthy. We have been lucky enough to have spent this past year travelling the world but sadly it has come to an end. We are both now working in Brisbane, I work as a Receptionist and Ben as a Swim Coach and Lifeguard. We both work in Morningside so would ideally like something around that area on a short term lease preferably. We are both extremely honest and will treat your home with the utmost care and respect. We are able to provide you with work references and personal references, or anything else you might need. Please let us know if there is anything more you would like to know, we really hope to hear from you. Thank you for taking the time to read, Simone and Ben
I'm 24 years old, I work full time for a phone company in Carindale and am also a musician. I am very clean and tidy, fun to be around and always have a positive attitude :) I'm really friendly, but I spend most of my time at work, gym, at the studio or practicing. My perfect match would be other neat & tidy young professionals who live a busy lifestyle also :)
Hi, I'm Stacey, 23 and working full-time and soon to be studying part-time in the city. I am pretty quiet to live with and will mostly keep to myself. Looking for something close to the city, preferably close to public transport. I don't have any pets, don't smoke and go out if I want to party. I have a car so some sort of parking is necessary (even if it is street). Flexible with move-in timing. Ideally looking for own bathroom and a smaller number of roommates. If there is anything you want to know, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please don't call, I check this site each night so if you message I will see your listing. Thanks :)
im 21, work full time. not home most weekends, out adventuring or at the beach. i would prefer to live by myself in a 1 bedroom or granny flat etc or with one or two other people (no couples) and would prefer to live with people around the same age. I'm a pretty chilled person and laid back. i am clean and like to be in a clean environment. will pay maximum $230 per week including bills or $200 per week plus bills. don't mind dogs etc
I'm easy going, personal trainer/cf coach. I work split shifts and also play footy so not really home that much. I'm always either keen for a chat/drink but also like a bit of chill out time too.
I'm 21 and working full time doing land sales for Stockland in Brisbane I am very easy to live and get along with. Looking for a bedroom furnished or un furnished. I'm also and excellent cook and I will keep the house clean :)
Hi I'm a respectful and super clean and tidy guy, transitioning between selling and buying my next house (should be move ready in April, possibly sooner). Looking for potential team ups in advance. I'm friendly and active, I play Tennis, go running and gym. Love a nice weekend coffee and breakfast out, cooking. Hoping to team up with someone similar, would love to meet new friends out of the experience also.
Hi I'm Zoey, I'm 28. I'm a freelance Graphic Designer and Photographer (work from home). I live a creative life so I do enjoy my time alone but I also like to be social as well – love a glass of wine...or two! I also like to get out to see live music when I can. I'm friendly and tidy and enjoy reading, music and going to the beach. I'm looking for a nice place in a good location with my own bathroom :) I am currently on a week to week lease so I am flexible with move in dates.
I work full time, out often on weekends - I don't enjoy spending to much time inside, so 9/10 i wont be home during the day on weekends. Im respectful and always happy to share - whats mine is yours, although i understand not everyone feels the same way :) I do tend to go out late at night a lot so will be coming home early hours of the morning, i will try to be discreet however if this will bother you, we probably wont make good roomies
18 year old UQ student with a part time job. I'm clean and tidy, friendly and all for socialising if fellow housemates are up for it! I like to cook when I can, and I spend most of my free time playing sport/exercising/eating (lol) and hanging with friends. Every few weekends or so I go down the coast for a mini getaway. I love dogs. I enjoy having friends over for a few sneaky beverages but by no means throw huge parties! Happy to do a team-up, although I only have furniture for my bedroom, and a massive dinner table. I'd chip in to buy secondhand stuff though 👍 Also I'd prefer a house over a townhouse/flat.
Hey guys! I'm Tahlia! I'm currently living in a share house on the north side of Brisbane but I'd love to move out and get closer to the city. I'm looking for a housemate that's probably between the ages of 21 and 25. I'm 21. I'm a very quiet and reserved person but I love to have a laugh. I'm a neat and tidy person, I like having a clean house but my bedroom does tend to get a bit messy, I do a clean on weekends when I'm not working. On one hand I'm quite the hermit, I'll happily sit at home and do a Netflix Marathon all day but on the other hand I love to be outside and exploring new places or going to the beach. I'm a non smoker and rare drinker, I don't like to party and I go to bed early. I'm a musician and a beginner pole dancer. I love food, books, photography and videography and if there's an animal around, there's a 100% chance I'll talk to it rather than any humans nearby. I have a pet - you'll need to be open minded because she's a rat. I know I know, a rat definitely wasn't my first choice of pet either but she was so darn cute I couldn't resist! She IS strictly an outside pet though but she comes inside for cuddles. I also have a gorgeous cat called Turtle who lives with my parents - I would love to bring her up to live with me if it's at all possible but it depends on the living situation. I need to move into a place where I can put my car under cover or in a shed and I have a jewellers bench that I also need to put somewhere - a shed is ideal for that too. I would prefer to be able to spread out my belongings throughout a house as I have too many things to keep in one bedroom. I would love to live much closer to the city, 15 minutes or under would be amazing. Travelling to work from where I live now is getting super expensive! I'd also prefer to move in with just one person. If we team up, I would prefer that we find a 3 bedroom place so that my parents, and friends, have a place to stay when they visit from NSW. I ask that my new roommate doesn't smoke please! If i sound like someone you would like to live with, feel free to contact me and we can meet up for coffee and chat sometime!
Hi! My friend Alex and I are moving to Brisbane in February and are looking for a place to stay for our first month in the city. (If we like the place we're more than open to extending our stay as we'll be staying in Brisbane for a while.) Alex and I have been friends for almost 10 years - ever since we shared a room together in Greece during a summer when we worked as bartenders in one of the local clubs on Kos island! A lot has happened since then though, and today I'm an IT consultant at a web agency in Stockholm and Alex has a degree in engineering. I will keep working at my job remotely during my stay in Brisbane, so I'll be spending most of my evenings on my laptop communicating with Sweden, and therefore highly value a good internet connection! We both love to meet new people and hang out and socialise and we're looking forward to introducing Australia to the Swedish concept of "fika". We are also fun, caring and respectful individuals and we are looking to move in on the 3rd Feb. XX
I work full time (or more) as a cosmetics consultant/ makeup artist in Newstead. I am clean, easy-going and quiet and spend most of my spare time at the gym, beach or netflix-ing. I need a respectful housemate who will do their share of the housework, but mainly someone I don't mind socialising with as it makes it so much easier to live together in a friendly environment (although I also enjoy my own space). I'm looking for somewhere relatively quiet on work nights, preferably with a pool and my own bathroom. I have been renting in Kelvin Grove for the past year and would love to find somewhere around the Newstead/ Teneriffe area to avoid driving to work. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Im laid back and pretty chill, i always clean up after myself. I'm a book ethusiast and watch netflix, plus play the xbox when I'm not working or go see bands like amity and Bring me the Horizon. currently getting back into fitness, and living a heathy life style.
Hi there! My friend and I are looking for a third person to join us in the hunt for a new place. Must be pet friendly as she has a beautiful dog, and be willing to crack open some wine every other night. Pretty flexible with location, but price each per week no more than $200.
Hey guys! Looking to find a place to ideally share with another couple. I'm 21 a registered nurse and Sam also 21 is currently completing an electrical apprenticeship - both work full time. We do have a small English Staffy (Bear) who adores humans & other dogs. We are both clean & respectful people but do like to socialize on the weekends every now and then! As I am a shift worker we need people who can be respectful of my odd sleeping hours. In our spare time you'll find us playing with Bear, at the beach, shopping, cooking/eating, playing computer games and probably watching Netflix 😊 Message for more info!
Hello 😊 i am a very happy easy going person ...i have a 4 yr old son i see once a fortnight...im clean and tidy and i work very hard..im very kind and not judmental..im also a musician ..i have alot of respect for people
I work full-time as an accountant in the valley. I'm originally from South Africa but have lived in Aus long enough to be considered true blue. Aside from bean-counting I like playing a bit of music and keeping active (I play indoor soccer and like to do a bit of running/cycling).
Hi I'm Hannah, I am 19 but mature for my age. I am going into my third year of Interior Design at QUT. I have a car so a parking space is necessary and would ideally like to be located near a train station. I have lived in a share house for the past 2 years so know how to live peacefully and understand and respect other people's privacy and property. I have always paid everything on time. I am neat and tidy and pretty social - love a good chat, movie nights or afternoon bevos. I am always down to do something like suss out new cafes or going for walks. Please swing me a message if you're keen to team up!
Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year accounting student at QUT, so public transport nearby would be fantastic. I do have a car though, so I need undercover parking whether that be a garage or carport. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
I work full time with long hours and on weekends generally am out playing cricket. I'm easy going and am happy to pitch in with bits round the house
Friends since high school, lived in Brisbane 3yrs, if your house is close to public transport we are interested. If you have a cat we are VERY interested. Not a couple. We are looking for two private rooms
Both Steven and myself are very tidy and currently live in seperate share houses, He is 24, works fulltime with the Redland City Council, surfs in his spare time, we both live quite fit and healthy lifestyles. I'm 19, I'm a second year apprentice electrician, also work part time at McDonalds, in my spare time I love to go on small adventures, draw and also game, so we both keep busy! We're happy to keep to ourselves but don't mind a chat as we are friendly and respectful people, but understand personal space and boundaries, living in share houses we both know common sense when it comes to cleaning and other people's belongings. Neither of us smoke and only occasionally have a few drinks but not party people. If there's anything else you would like to know just ask!
I am an easy going, laid back and am told that I am easy to live with. I like to spend my spare time at the beach or bush walking when I am not working, and a great fan of going out for lunches or dinners with friends. I am sociable and friendly and would like to share with someone who doesn't mind chewing the fat over a glass of wine at home occasionally. I love animals, so would not mind if animals were at the property. I work at UQ in a professional capacity and really enjoy my job. I'm a happy positive person and like to surround myself with like minded people. My ideal would be to find a place with a pool, a space with off road parking and a fairly big room with built ins and own bathroom. I don't have very much furniture, however I do have a desk that I like to work from when home, so would like to have space for that.
