Im 19, new to the area. I work part time in parramatta. I am looking to rent a room in a clean tidy house. Willing to pay up to $280 each week hopefully with most bills included. I am alway cleaning up after myself, happy to chip in with household chores, always pay rent on time and in advance. Very easy going and easy to get along with and make friends, as well as very respectful of people's space, property and schedules. If I'm not working I'm at the beach, playing volleyball or with friends. I like an occaasional drink on the weekend every now and then love having meals out as well as being able to kick back at home :) As for team ups I am hoping for someone between 19-29
I am working as an Office Manager in St Leonards and want to cut my commute (currently living in Bondi - like most Kiwis do when they move to Sydney!). I am clean, tidy and love having a laugh. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I spend most weeknights in watching Netflix and weekends out with friends. My ultimate and ideal flat would be close to Central station with rent that isn't too expensive and preferably includes all bills. A large room with a built in wardrobe and ensuite :). Wanting somewhere permanent for minimum 6 months but preferably longer. Not interested in sharing a room or any massive 6+ bedroom house with a mini fridge in the room - thanks though.
We're both from Wales in the UK and are here on working holidays. At home, I used to work in marketing for a comparison site and Emma used to work in sales for a mobile phone retailer. We're friendly and looking to meet new people and enjoy our time here. We enjoy eating out and enjoy the outdoors. We're clean and tidy.
Hey there, To tell you a bit about myself, I'm sociable, easy-going, 26 and Australian. I work full-time in Operations for a not-for-profit, and spend my spare time catching up with friends, going to the gym, exploring Sydney, frequenting local cafes and restaurants, and generally keeping busy. I enjoy a good banter, but also respect everyone's need for down time. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people, who want to create a home and who I can hopefully become friends with. Happy to move into an established home, or start a new one. I can be flexible with move-in dates. If you think I might be a suitable fit for what you're looking for, it would be great to hear from you. Thanks, Zsofi :)
Hey there ! I am a Belgian student who will be interning in Sydney from April to June 2018. I am an easy-going person, always up for some fun. I have already lived in shared flats and am very clean and quiet when need be.

Hi future housemates! I’m originally from WA but I’ve been calling Sydney home for the last 4 years. I'm a generous happy smiley man who's hard working but loves to relax. I like to have a quiet night in but I also like to have a drink with my housemates when the time's right. So I've got layers, you know? like a parfait. I’m very respectful of other people’s property and personal space, I’m clean but not obsessive about it, and I love sharing food and a drink with my housemates at the end of the day. I work full time at the ABC as a producer on a comedy tv show, so I would love to live somewhere close as I’m often at work quite late when we are putting the show together.
I’m from Taiwan, an UTS student and working in the city. Need big desk for my computer and always busy for school assesments and work. I am a clean, tidy, respectful and friendly person. I’m looking for a private room close to Central station and Museum station. Please contact me if you are looking someone like me:)

Hi, I'm 26 years old from the U.K and will be working full-time as a recruitment consultant in Sydney from early February until November. I'm laid-back, sociable, enjoy playing sport and going for a few drinks on a weekend. I'm a non smoker and have no pets. I'm able to move in from 23rd January and can meet for viewings at any time. I can also provide a reference from a previous landlord if required. Thanks, Alex
I am a professional dancer working full time every day. I am originally from Brazil and Italy, and have travelled a lot. Very used to be around people and to share a house with different people. I am really looking for a nice and quiet place to call home. Not really keen on Party houses. I have ticket the Smoker box, but I never smoke inside an apartment. Either balcony or outside window, never inside. I finish working at 10pm , so I really cherish quiet and relax. I am reliable and sociable, so if you are looking for someone like that, let me know asap!! Thanks all!
I'm an easy going, pathologically clean, keep to myself but help you in need kind of guy. I work full time in the city. I have a car that I want to park other than on the street.
Hi I’m Stephanie and I come from China, I’m studying in Sydney. I am very interesting about western culture, happy to make friends form different countries. I like walking, doing yoga and gym. I'm easy going, and would love to live with someone nice.
I'm moving from Canberra to Sydney to study media at UNSW. While this is my first time living away from home, I've grown up as part of a family of five living in three (or less) bedroom homes and as such have learned to respect others in crowded living quarters. I've grown up sharing a bedroom, so out of common courtesy I have become a tidy and quiet person inside the house. I enjoy photography and filmmaking, and love to watch films too. I'll likely spend a lot of time at uni, at work, or socialising outside the house, and would use my time at home to study or wind down by reading or writing.
Looking for a place ASAP. We can be very flexible with how long we rent for and our budget is $350 but can definitely be increased for the right place if we love it. Either short term rental for a week or two OR We can also look at renting for up to 3+ months. We may be open to extending even longer but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flatmates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music, breweries etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car (on street is fine) and ideally internet and bills to be included in the overall rent.
