Love yo budget my money, determinned money saver. Don't smoke, don't drink (maybe 4-5 times a year) I prefer to use headphones when listening to music. Don't do drugs of any kind. Am respectable. Don't have a criminal record. Will mostly only bring bring either my girlfriend or family members to the house.
I'm currently living in a small apartment in cheltenham but recently adopted a 60kg bull mastiff (not dog/animal friendly as he was a guard dog before I adopted him) and the balcony just doesn't cut it for a yard anymore, he's my main reason for moving but I do also want to make some new friends. I work nights in the adult industry so needing people with an open mind. This also means I get home when most people are getting up but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so make as much noise as you want! Lol I am still a party girl but do also like my quiet nights when I'm not working. I'm a pretty relaxed person and free spirited but being an Aussie I do have my inner bogan that comes out when I go camping. I have two cars and a bike so car spaces would be amazing but I don't mind parking my daily car and bike on the street, I just need an undercover area for my hearse as it has a vinyl roof in mint condition so don't want any sun damage on it. 🤙
Hey there! I'm still living in SA at the moment but have been accepted into Monash University (Clayton Campus) to do a Masters Degree starting February 2018! So am putting myself out there as I'll need a place to live in Melbourne for approximtely 10 months, maybe longer :) I am 22, but am a full-time student and also work part-time. I am also a non-smoker, and don't have any pets which makes things easier for moving. I am an easy-going person to live with, and like my things to be neat and tidy. Ideally, I'm looking for a home with like-minded people I can be mates with, possibly other people who are students too! I'm not that much of a party animal, I love good food, music, wine or beers and good times, but will be pretty busy working and studying whilst I'm living in Melbourne too. I'm super easy to communicate with, and looking forward to living/working/studying in Victoria! I won't be able to move until mid-February-ish (date flexible), but please don't hesitate to contact me for a chat whenever! Thanks guys!

I spend most of my free time at the gym, catching up with friends or out at cafes eating I am a clean freak and I love everything to be tidy so I need to be living with people who will be respectful of communal areas and keep them clean and tidy. I don't like partying, I don't drink and I don't smoke. I am a full time worker on a contract so payments won't be an issue. I will also need parking as I have my own car and I also have my own double bed.
Hi ! 28yo female, share house with mates since i was 16 :) I am very respectful and clean, only unemployed due to 2 x foot surgeries previously employed with government for years, unable to continue active role but seeking alternative empoyment.
Gday guys! My names Riley! Im Interested in the room you have to offer. A bit about myself; I have started my own internet marketing business, so I’m always busy. I like going out with my friends every couple of weeks, reading, going to the gym and walking on the beach. I pride myself on my appearance as well as my cleanliness. I appreciate a clean living environment. I tend to be pretty quiet, but if for some reason I’m loud I appreciate when I’m asked to quiet down a bit as I believe transparency is key to a successful household. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP! Kind regards, Riley.
I am living with a chihuahua. He is house trained and very sweet. I am on a disability pension and I know that many people do not want an unemployed flatmate, but I am easy going, respectful of other people's privacy, always pay my rent and bills on time. I like to keep commual spaces clean and tidy, but my own room may get a bit messy at times.
Work in real estate in Beaumaris but when I'm not working I love to cook, sketch new ideas and go out for some fun with friends. My typical routine consists of exercising, meditating, working and watching way too much Netflix. My ideal new home would be somewhere close to my work, public transport and local shops/amenities. I really value a clean, peaceful and fairly social environment. Would love housemates that are also employed, 25 - 35yrs old or similar maturity level, wouldn't mind watching a good movie together and enjoy some good banter.
Hi, we are a couple in our mid-20s - Laura & Brad, both working professionally in the backstage theatre industry. We currently live in New Zealand, & will be in Melbourne 5 Jan-18 Feb for work. We would love to rent with you for this time! We are both friendly & relaxed but tidy and respect others' space/living environment. Ideally we are looking for a place near anywhere on the Frankston train line. Also dependant on how this time goes, we may be looking for further accommodation to return for work after this. We look forward to hearing from you - please feel free to message! Many thanks, Laura & Bradley
I am working in the Seaford area, so am hoping to find someone to share with who is flexible with time frames. Quiet person, non smoker, social drinker, tidy, respectful, reliable and sociable.
Hi I’m Shivani! I’m looking for a place to move into from approximately 21st of Jan 2018. The place will need to be pet friendly as I have an 8yo mini dachshund (6.0kg). His name is Jono and he’s the most awesome dog you’ll ever meet. But best of all he’s 100% house trained. I will be commencing full time employment at Monash Medical Centre in Feb 2018. So ideally I am looking for a place that’s a maximum 30minutes from there. I will be doing shift work, but rest assured you will not be required to look after my dog. I'm a quiet person and I'm looking for a quiet and clean (ish) place to live long term.
I will keep it short 😉 Working and study , healthy, clean, respectful , active being . Loves music , dance, surfing, quiet times. No drama, stress free good vibes. Experienced in share house living :) From Melbourne looking for a place to call home for 3-6 months. Anywhere Between Port Melbourne- Mentone. Also South Yarra to St Kilda and surrounding areas . Happy for you to contact me if you think I could be a match to share your space (not looking to share a bedroom though)
Hey! I'm Renate, 24 years old but an old soul on the inside. I've been living independently in sharehouses for the past 3 years, but as my housemate has to move back home, I'm now looking for someone new I can team up and find a place with! I'm pretty well house trained, as my cat and past flatmates will attest, and value good communication as a key ingredient to a successful sharehouse. I'm good at taking initiative around the house and staying on top of chores! But because I know that my word is probably the same as every other person on here looking for flatmates, I'm happy for you to chat to my current housemate for his opinion, haha. I'm always down for a chat, and am keen to find someone that I really click with to find a 2BR (or at max 3BR) home. I come with a fair bit of furniture from my past sharing arrangements (fridge, washing machine, couch, coffee table, TV, appliances, crockery, cutlery, printer, dining set, etc.) and would strongly prefer to team up over joining an existing sharehouse. Achievements include: - never have run out of toilet paper in three years - always have milk in the house - good at organising logistics/bills etc. - come with concession utility rates (woohoo!) - always pay rent and bills on time So I'm a student, studying linguistics and French at Monash. I'm studying part time and will be in my fifth year in 2018. After I'm done with my undergrad, I plan to pursue postgraduate studies, most likely in Linguistics or another language-related field. I'm an absolute book worm and my passions include writing, video and board games, cross stitch, reading, the occasional bake- or cook-off, and general good times. I'm a real homebody and would like to put some roots down in my next rental, and find a place to stay for a good few years while I finish my studies. My cat, Matilda, is four and a half years old but still a kitten at heart. She's really such a sweetheart, although I admit I might be a little biased. Her qualifications include the successful conversion of dog people into cat people (can provide references to this effect). She is also a professional acceptor of belly rubs (4+ years experience). She'd probably prefer not to live with another pet, but she definitely makes up for it with twice the personality! As for the future house itself, I'd like to find a place that has a dishwasher and also has cooling in my bedroom. Other than that, I'm pretty flexible; I have a car so although I'd like to be relatively close to Monash, location is something I'm happy to compromise on if we can find a nice place! Anyway, send me a message if you think we'd be a good fit. We can meet up for a coffee and go from there! LGBT+ friendly please :)
Im a 30yr old male. Chef took a job offer up near Melbourne which i start in late December. Just looking for a place for a few months my be longer. Im neat tidy. Respectful of people not really into the partying seen but dont mind going out and having a few drinks.
Hi everyone, I'm a 28 year old midwife who is looking to share a house with people with similar interests and possibly other shift workers though that would just be a bonus! I love being social and making the most of my time on my days off though also enjoy nights in. If I sound like someone you could get along with shoot me a message :)
