I'm Ale, I'm a part time Community Services student with a part time job as well I'm 24 yo, from South America, super friendly easy going, clean and respectful. I'm into cooking, reading (crime and mystery) and traveling 😊 I've been in Melbourne for the last 3 years so I know how is to live in a shared house. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next (at least) 6 months, where the vibes are cool and where housemates are up for a chat, drinks or even watch a movie. Be more like a family than just housemates! Flick a message if you think I would be a good fit in your house 😊
I work full-time as a nurse so I work weird hours but I love to hang out and spend time with my housemates but I also need my housemates to be somewhat understanding of my shifts - within reason. I am very tidy and very respectful of other people’s stuff so you won’t be complaining about me in that regard 😊
Ciao! I'm Christian from Italy, I'm looking for a place where I can meet fun people like me. Make friends, go out together and stuff. I love cooking and if I'm making something I'll cook for whoever is around, usually people like it. I'm a waiter in an Italian restaurant, I like good music and I juggle sometimes.
Hi! I’m doing the GradDip in psychology at uni melb and am self employed. I’m looking for a spacious room, ideally with a balcony, which gets plenty of natural light as I have a lot of plants. I’ve been living in brunswick for about an year, love it here and would ideally like to move somewhere in the area. I’m happy to go on a lease. I can move in any time between the 14th - 29th December. I cook couple of times a week, love cooking for others and I’m good at baking desserts. I mostly eat vegetarian food and trying to reduce my negative impact of the environment. Im not a party person, and I try to socialise as meaningfully as possible. I’m mostly a morning person ( that being said I’m really quiet in the morning ) My schedule is a bit flexible. Im usually busy with uni, or working on art projects , swimming, reading, practising arhatic yoga. I come with a decent collection of books, a nutribullet for the kitchen, a quirky sense of humour, and a good listening ears. I absolutely love my personal space, need quite down time but I don’t want to live like complete strangers, I would prefer to get to know each other a bit. I consider myself to be very tidy and organised, and an open communicator. Ps. Please Excuse my typos, if there are any ( I’m hopeless at fixing them). If you have pets thats an added plus for me. Ive fostered many animal over the years, so i'm quite good with them.
I am quite chill, i dont have any other problems. Easy going clean and just stay in my own personal space.
I am a full-time artist with a studio on Barkly Street, St Kilda. I was previously a practising solicitor in Melbourne. Six years ago, I gave up the legal profession to pursue my childhood dream. I work 3 days a week in an art store in the city. I spend most of my spare time in the studio. I have been staying in a rooming house for the last twelve months with 10 housemates. I would prefer 2-3 housemates/flatmates for a more intimate setting. Looking for 6-12 month stay. I am ready to move now but need to give a 3-week notice to vacate. I can make speak to the agent to shorten the notice period. I am young at heart, fun-loving, considerate, clean, and tidy. I am respectful of personal space and privacy. Also an animal lover (with no pets) and a non-smoker. I don't mind an apartment/house with an outdoor smoking area. I enjoy going out socialising, sharing beers and cooking a nice meal (Malaysian food) for my housemates. When you get to know me, you'll find that I have the heart, mind, and spirit of a 35-year-old man. 😊
Hey Guys, My company is looking for few aprtments in the city on lease for long term. We are working in Prop-Tech, on co-living concept. We are looking to get the apartments on lease directoly from the owners (prefered) or from some realestate agents both. We will be managing the property and take care of subletting and other work. It's a good opputunity for the investors to partneship with us and get extra returns with pease of mind. Our vision is to provide flexible stay options to tenant and give peace of mind to the owner at the same time. About me: I am working full time, entrepreneur by heart. Love solving real life problems. I love meeting new people and have a chat, but I also respect other’s privacy. I love keeping my place clean and tidy and expect the same from others..
New to Melbourne in 2019, I'm looking to relocate to the inner North in the new year. I'm presently interstate and cannot physically inspect/move until sometime between 27DEC to 3JAN (likely aiming for as early as workable in Jan). I love a chat as well as my own time, to cook for others, read and be involved in community. I enjoy making a tidy and fresh home (versus house), market and Aldi shopping(!) and cycling to work (my car is mostly for weekends, if at all). Yoga, hiking, gym, hanging/cooking with friends and the occasional dinner out energise and delight. Art, book, ideas, science and nature lover. Bent humour welcome. I aim to eat down the food-chain, mostly veges with some 'roo and dairy although am happy to be vegetarian at home (my last sharehouse was vegetarian which I loved). I'm a single, het, cis, country (as in needs bush), queer-friendly guy. I work in public policy on strategic and institutional issues to address climate-intersectional challenges and do research on the side. In living arrangements, I really enjoy pooling resources and putting investing energy to make a dwelling a welcoming home, especially through shared shopping and cooking, and enjoying and being a gentle presence. While kids love me and are welcome to visit, I'd like to live in and help make a homespace with one or more adults. Pets are all super welcome although I currently have none of my own. I tend to be a dawn riser, and enjoy warm, well-lit spaces with people who enjoy chewing over progressive ideas as much as what's on the plate. I've tended to make life-long friends with housemates. If there is creativity, contribution and goofy bursts in your world too (of any kind) we'll probably get on great. [P.S. even if I'm not a fit for you I'd welcome your pointers] :-)
Recently moved to Melbourne from Cardiff, UK. I’m friendly and outgoing enjoy watching sports and looking to explore the surrounding areas over the next 3-6 months, but equally enjoy a chilled night in during the week. I have lived in shared accommodation since university so I'm also very clean and tidy. I will be working full time so am looking for a relaxed atmosphere during the week but keen on making plans and going out with housemates over the weekends. Currently on 3 month contract with work but likely to extend to 6 months so will be looking for similar time frames for a room
